My Oder No is 7131893. I found that I Naaptol Cho 09/26/2013. rs-4098 also gave money and took the parcel to parcel open saw the book he was 8. What jiski the phone and complaint .complaint Naaptol considered to have no 5089031.     Sir, With due respect I want to inform you that I purchase a product named "D&Y Set of 8 Double Bed Sheets with 16 Pillows", (Order No.- 7251039) has half of its piece too small as written in the product details i.e. 220x240 cms. The shipped product's details are as follows :- 1) L X B= 220x200 cms 2) L X B= 220x240 cms 3) L X B= 220x240 cms 4) L X B= 220x200 cms 5) L X B= 220x200 cms 6) L X B= 220x240 cms 7) L X B= 220x240 cms 8) L X B= 220x200 cms So, I kindly request u to provide me justice in this case as the company is not returning the product after my complaint also.       I ordered for nonstick cook ware set at Naaptol .com on basis of an advertisement, where product shown was described as induction based nonstick cookware (5 piece set + 1) on 21/09/2013 and on 23/90/2013 I made payment of Rs.1590 at the time of delivery.When I opened the carton and found that the product (Milton Nova) sent was not nonstick but ordinary hard coat enamel ware, and it was no where mentioned on the carton as nonstick but hard coat enamel ware and to my surprise, the MRP shown on the box was just Rs.899.00, no invoice was sent.This is a clear case of cheating .I immediately called at the customer support no. and informed of this, they told me to email the images of the product received.I sent image it one week back, but there is no response from them, Despite of several phone calls and emails, they did not bother to call back.I want to return the product and refund of my money.It is cheating and extorting money from customer.       I thought of naptol, a good organization. But I could understand it be a fake, since it did not reply the complainant properly.
      Do not buy from naaptol, they are selling fake products and cheating people.

        Dear As we had ordered a aluminium secure wallet which we received.Before dealing your sales employee had informed us that we will receive a gift voucher of 250rs and we can use this for the next buy.The order number was 7189652. Since we want to use that voucher for next buy.We thought to buy a digital wrist watch.But your other employee informed us that this voucher is not valid for this buy, its only valid for 900rs and above buy.As the previous employee had not informed us about this.We will never trust your people anymore and will not buy any product in future.           I bought an electric paint sprayer from Naaptol.com, apparently a product branded VOX, which seems to be a knock-off of Paint-zoom. To my agony, on usage I realized that, the product leaks paint through it spray handle, at a rate of 10-20% in volume, there by messing up completely the whole paint project. The complaint was logged in detailed to Naaptol and they promptly directed to ship it back for repair/replacement. After nearly 6 weeks wait, I received the shipment back from naaptol, which to my dismay was the same piece damaged further. Apparently they punched a whole in the paint drum about 2cm wide, that it could not hold the paint anymore. The complaint was followed up by another request to ship it for repair/replacement, and a further 7 weeks later the shipment was received, with the defective paint drum replaced, but the original paint leakage from the paint gun still in place, BUT a a higher rate. I am now out of hope that Naaptol genuinely intends to fix this issue,as even after two iterations they seem to ship the item in defective stage

            but this item have received with payment in our postal . then open the parcel after i know item disorder. so it kindly request the exchange the item for have only car water washer, and i make balance payment.

              Order no 7116680 (complain no 5064497 dated 21.9.13) I placed an order for Folding cupboard along with a shoe rack on 9th Sept 2013. It finally reached me on 18th Sept 2013 . I am a working person so I got time to open & check it only on 21 st Sept ie.. Sat-yesterday & specifically instructed that it should reach me either on Sat/Sun when I am at home. Inspite of that it reached me on 18th ie.. Thursday. My family person took the delivery on my behalf. It was neatly packed. However on opening I noticed that : 1) One main rod of the cupboard is missing 2) All the 8 rods of the shoe rack is missing 3) The shoe rack plastic is in a bad condition as if someone has already used it. I made a complaint yesterday & they told me to send it back to Delhi at my own cost thru their DHL courier. But gave me no assurance that they will send a replacement. I was ready to do that also & also started enquiring with the Professional courier company about the cost. Since today its Sunday. I thought I will call up the customer care & reconfirm about my complaint number. When I called again today about the complaint the lady is telling me that since u opened it after 24 hrs, u are NOT eligible for a Replacement also. That means I shud spend my money again in courier & not get any replacement nor any REFUND. This BLOODY company is a TOTAL FRAUD. It is about time we all come together & file a compliant against this Company in the CONSUMER COURT .

                Dear Sir, I have purchased a VOX make Wireless Transmitter through order no 7026022 dated 24.08.2013, which I have received on 28.08.2013. After receipt of the mobile this I had encountered following problems • The receiver is fully broken and unsable. • Audio sockets in the receiver are not visible except two big holes. I made a complaint for this and the officials of Naaptol advised me to forward the photographs of the damaged article and immdly I have forwarded the photographs and they advised me to returnr the article. And as instructed by the officials of the Naaptol I send VOX make wireless transmitter along with all accessories and original invoice to vender Alpha Radios on 29.08.2013 and they are in receipt of the article on 02.09.2013. Upon my enquiry on 04.09.2013 I was informed that the article will be replaced within a week. But so far I ddint received any response from them. I have made a number of complaints via my mobile and e-mails. Even for a long time I have not received any feed back from Naaptol in spite of lots of follow ups. Whenever I use to call Naaptol call centre, I have to tell all the grievances/ story, although I use to provide them my complaint no/order number. This has doubled my phone bill. I have contacted Alpha Radios but they advised me contact Naaptol only and they are helpless in this regard. Sir! I request you to kindly arrange for a replacement or refund of my amount i.e., Rs.2000/- with interest from 29.08.2013.                     I had purchased 1 gram gold coated jewellery set @ 2298 rupees from Naaptol site-Order No. 6996312 and received the product in 3 days. Surprised to see damaged and mismatching product in the packet so registered a complaint immediately and got confirmation for replacement. now the courier guy is again asking for payment of 2298 again to receive the replacement. much information as possible...

                      Hi, On 22th August 2013, i purchased a NOKIA BLUETOOTH STEREO HEADSET BH-214 from NAAPTOL, before making a purchase i made a call on NAAPTOL for the enquiry of the product, i was told the product is original and feel free to purchase the product, On 28th Aug 2013, I received the product and when i opened it,I found the product to be DUPLICATE, I was so Angry with Naaptol, i immediately made a call to them and told them that the product which i have received is a REPLICA/DUPLICATE and asked them for the refund, as it was a case of fraud. But still my complaint is not been looked upon, today is 10 Sept 2013 and they are still asking me to mail the snap shots of the product which i had already did on 29th Aug 2013, They are just fooling around, and asking me to call and mail again and again. Just a FRAUD COMPANY can do this, even earlier this year they cancelled my order from their side and didnt even informed me, after 5 days i discovered that my order is cancelled, after that they initiated a request for refund, else the product as well as they would have taken my money with them. This NAAPTOL is just a fraud company, don't buy from this company, they will be very supportive when you would like to buy a product, but once you bought the product, then they will forget you as they have the money with them, then they will ask you to call again and again, mail the pictures again and again, I request you guys not to make any purchase from NAAPTOL, be willing to pay Rs 100 more and buy from FLIPKART rather then purchasing from NAAPTOL, My Order No: 7005013 Name: VINAY RAMANI

                        Dear Sir, Myself Amrik Maiti from haldia,westbengal write this complaint against NAAPTOL after one yr fight over telephonic call. On 3rd aug 2012 , I became a "NAAPTOL SALES PARTNER" by given Rs 30000/-.Details given below… A/C NO-NAAP0047305, BANK NAME-CITY BANK, BRACH LOCATION-FORT, MUMBAI,IFSC CODE-CITI0100000, BENEFICIARY NAME- NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOPPING PVT. LTD On 09 th AUG 2012 I became a registered partner with NAAPTOL (REGD.ID-2786). But Sorry to say, from that day all products (receive from courier- First Flight) either damaged or mismatched (from customer). One another interesting thing that same product (also same order no.) sent me by courier and also sent the customer via post office. This was the first cheat with me. After huge harassment I called the customer care, but nobody responded me, only told me the service godown address (for sending damaged product) i.e Service ware house, khasra no.386, Gali no.2, A Block, Mahipalpur Ext, NewDelhi-110037, But changing products were also damaged. Thereafter, I was mail (naaptol.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@spicebpo.in) but address was wrong or something else. Because nobody responded my mail. The few name of BPO’s are RAKESSH, PRITI,MANOJ CHOWHAN AND MANY OTHER NAMES, all of them were told "I AM THE SALES MANAGER,PLEASE TELL ME THE PROBLEM" after telling the problem another one BPO except from given names told me "I DONT KNOW ABOUT THAT PLEASE TELL ME AGAIN ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM" From NOV 2012 to till now I was waiting and waiting but no response. I have also a small business from 1998 to till now. But that business was also hampered because of that case (means THE CHEATER, FRAUD COMPANY NAMED- NAAPTOL) Now I want my money back and also I am ready to send the total product. This company totally cheated with me and my business and my future. Lastly MANOJ CHOWHAN told me that "I WAS SOLVED YOUR PROBLEM, PLEASE BELIEVE ME''. But He was a very much fraud with me. I paid Rs.450 through payback points. I called naaptol customer care many times. that is not a toll free number. I told them to cancel the order and release my money back to my credit card. and refund my payback points. Customer care executive told me that payback points will be refunded after 14 days. 14 days has been over. but still niether order is cancelled nor my money is refunded nor my payback points are refunded. It is Naaptol's responsibility to release my payment back to my credit card. Naaptol did not send any mail to my credit card provider so that It can unblock my money.                             I booked a multipurpose spray gun on 9th July and made the online payment (Order No. 6743519). The consignment was incomplete and did not contain two components – i.e. the 10 m long HOSE PIPE & a KNOB. After much correspondence, I was informed on 19th July through SMS that the missing accessories have been shipped to me. Till date, I haven’t received them (more than 8 weeks have passed). After that I have made numerous calls and mails to the customer service but have received only assurances of prompt action. Two months have nearly passed and there is no action at all.

                              I booked a portable bedside table on 6th July and made the online payment (Order No. 6729118). The order was initially delivered on 17th July – it was found to have a broken plastic component – replacement was promised. On 10th Aug.,to my shocking surprise, the consignment received contained a FOLDING STOOL instead of the PORTABLE BEDSIDE TABLE. After that I have made numerous calls and mails to the customer service but have received only assurances of prompt action. Two months have nearly passed and there is no action at all.

                                Hi, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T311 |16 GB|Android|8 Inch|3G| (White) on the Naaptol.com website on 31st Aug 2013 as a gift to someone. The payment of Rs.16999 (including delivery charges) was made using a internet banking. They mentioned that it will take 7-10 working days for delivery. The payment was made & credited to their account in next 3-4 days. All of sudden, today I got an information that the order is cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to my bank account. My issues are - 1. Why didn't Naaptol check its item stock availability or inventory before posting it on it's site? 2. Why did it take them 11 working days to figure out that they did not have the item with them? 3. In this process, I lost the opportunity of purchasing the similar product from another vendor's shop. Now the prices have increased to Rs. 25725 for this item. Who is going to compensate this loss. If I would have known that the stock is not available in couple of days time from Naaptol, I would have purchased this from another vendor from his shop.                                   dear sir/mam my name is sudhir sharma from hathras (UP). i have booked a product (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T311 |16 GB|Android|8 Inch|3G| (White)) using internet banking payment process from naaptol.com at 31-aug-2013 by cost price 16798 rs and they told me your order is booked now and will be dispached with in 8-10 working days. after waiting 3 days now they are telling me your order is cancelled for refunding. but when i saw at naaptol website the cost of that product increase now 16799 rs to 25725 rs. so i want to complaint that how could they cancel my confirmed order. so i want to refund total actual amount for that product(25725). i am sending booking receipt and cancelled order receipt along with increases price record (25725).

                                    I have purchased Spray Gun from Naaptol.com worth Rs. 1000/- but I only got spray gun with Hose Pipe and 2 Knobs,but when i complaint to naaptol.com i have been told that I would get remaining accessories within 2 days , but its been 1month still Neither i got any accessories nor any information from naaptol.com. I suggest never ever shop from Naaptol.com

                                      I purchased 9 gorgette saree worth Rs. 3900/- from Naaptol. I Ordered over phone after seeing advertisement in Tv. I paid money and collected the parcel. After opening I found that the quality of saree was very poor and defects found in almost all sarees. When I complained immediately to them, I was told that it cannot be replaced or money will not be paid back. Its worth may br Rs.150 per saree. It is an horrible experience.

                                        I paid Rs. 1148/- through internet banking to NAAPTOL for purchasing Insect Killer Cum LED Night Lamp. I paid money on[protected]. I expected it to be delivered within a week as promissed on the website. I called them after ten days when there was no progress in my order status. They promissed that it would be delivered in two or three days. The story began and I continued to call them once in two days to know about my product shipping. Every time they gave the same answer ofcourse very politely. Even to day they have not sent the product. Only change I have seen in my order status is that the product is picked up and a Blue Dart way bill number is given [protected]. This number is given two days back. I have been checking the way bill number with Blue Dart website. Blue Dart website says it is invalid number. I am vexed with NAAPTOL. When I googled about NAAPTOL, I came to know that there are inumerable number of complaints against NAAPTOL. I strongly recommend all the online shoppers never to buy a product from NAAPTOL. I seek all your help to get either my money back or get my order delivered.
