I am Anuroop Dominic George,made an online purchase of BSNL tablet from NAAPTOL on 28th of February 2013 and it came to my office via BLUE DART on 03/03/2013.Came to know that it was a defective one as soon I opened the box,so approached BLUE DART and they asked me to ring NAAPTOL.Got a response from them saying that i need to send back the product ,so that they can send a replaced one.So,I send the product back to them on 07th march 2013,and got confirmation from BLUE DART and NAAPTOl executive that they received back the defective tablet on 12th march 2013.

After a week I called them and asked about the status of my product,all I got was a "WAIT FOR FEW DAYS,IT IS ON PROCESS".I called them regularly and the same command all the time-WAIT: WAIT.I spoke to most of the agents like Ajith Kumar, Ahmed, Poonam and the list go on,I get wait notification even after sending the camera two months ago.
I got a shocking answer when I called "CHEATERS NAAPTOL",one of tyhe agent named Ajith said that they only received the product on 1st week of April,it was literally a shocking news for me.I called them up again after confirming with BLUE DART and they finalize they delivered it about 40 days back,this time I pretend that I was recording the call and they gave me the correct information,So it seems that they are born to cheat people.
I called them today aswell(16/05/2013) and all I got was a yelling and bad customer service.These customer agents dont deserve to be in that desk.
They are a disgust for online shopping.
I have seen many complaints against FRAUD NAAPTOL from this forum itself,so I really assume they are deliberatily sending defective products to cheat customers.
Please help me out of this retarding situation,its been more than 60 days I haven't received the product,please help me out fro this tiring situation.I really don;t recommend CHEATERS NAAPTOL in the rest of my life because of bad customer service and after care.
Please take action against them and force them to send me my product back.

NAAPTOL — Easy Shopping with naaptol.
Im Swati Mane from Latur...I have ordered for silai machine & received it within 4 days with all package contains which they have mentioned in the website..Its easy to handle & easy to move anywhere & anytime...
