On 5th May 2013 I placed an order[protected] for buying "Samsung ECS-K1E1BEGINU Galaxy Note Vehicle DOCK". In the process I opted for "Credit Card" as my payment mode and "Payback points" for discount. Web Page took me to payback authorization page. Once I cleared my payback points authorization the page reverted back to Naaptol website and the payment mode was withdrawn from Credit Card to Cash on Delivery which I never opted for. The reason for opting a credit card was to gift the product to my wife to cheer her up as she was feeling sad on some matters, and I dint want her to pay for the product when it comes for delivery and I dint want her to know about the transaction until it arrives.

I immediately called the Naaptol customer care and informed them about the issue. Deepak Moll who took my call informed me that the order has been cancelled and I can opt for a fresh order by selecting Credit Card as my option. However about my Payback points he informed me that it may take 4 to 6 working days for the points to reverse back to my payback account.
But on 10 I received a call from Naaptol's delivery person to confirm the address as I had already cancelled the order I informed the person called that the order was cancelled and I will not be able to receive the product as the payment more is cash on delivery and I wont be there at home to pick the product.
Immediately I called them and told them that I have received a call from your delivery team on the order which I have cancelled with Deepak Moll and to check my payback points reversion status. But as I was not getting proper response from there customer care call handlers (Saurab and Prem Prakash) I thought of escalating the issue to their support staff. I emailed the issue to [protected]@naaptol.com and Smitha called me back to inquire about the issue. I narrated the story to her and she told me that she will get the issue resolved in 4 working days.

I kept my mail conversation with her for each deadline she asked for but without any results. She kept asking for more days without giving any proper reasons. She always writes that the product is not returned by the vendor to whom I have deny the product.

It has been a month and still I have not received my payback points worth of 1592, which I have consolidated with my own effort, spending and as a reward.

    Dear sir,

    I had purchased a Sony dvp 320 From Naptool.com. My order no is 6402530.

    As per conversation with Naptool customer support officer i sent the defective DVD player To
    Naaptol service warehouse. B – 1205 New Ashok Nagar Opposite – Metro Station New Delhi -110096y DTDC courier number
    Z89946303 and mentioned the A/C number - 113260 at 05/05/2013. Naptool offecer had told me that Naptool will pay the courier charge.

    But today i get a call from the DTDC that your courier is undelevered at
    Naaptol service warehouse becaus they are not paying the courier charge and Pickup your courier yourself and pay rs. 200.

    I paid them 200 and get my courier back(Sony DVP 320).

    I had sent an Email to [protected]@naaptol.com regarding these things, they asked me to visit nearest Sony service center for further assistance.

      when i received this product, it was damaged and i spoke to Naaptol they agreed to take back and arranged for reverse logistic.
      Blue Dart courier had picked up the damaged consignment wide AWB no [protected] on 16th April 2013, which was delivered to
      one Jiva Trading, at Faridabad, (the supplier who has dispatched the product against my order) on 18th April 2013. it is more
      than 40 days since, i am waiting for the replacement. I have been contacting Naaptol on their number [protected], and each time
      after getting the details i have been told that the matter will be resolved within 72 hours. but unfortunately there many 72 hours
      is over the simple complaint for a defective replacement could not done, as a result being a customer having paid the money,

        I am Anuroop Dominic George,made an online purchase of BSNL tablet from NAAPTOL on 28th of February 2013 and it came to my office via BLUE DART on 03/03/2013.Came to know that it was a defective one as soon I opened the box,so approached BLUE DART and they asked me to ring NAAPTOL.Got a response from them saying that i need to send back the product ,so that they can send a replaced one.So,I send the product back to them on 07th march 2013,and got confirmation from BLUE DART and NAAPTOl executive that they received back the defective tablet on 12th march 2013.

        After a week I called them and asked about the status of my product,all I got was a "WAIT FOR FEW DAYS,IT IS ON PROCESS".I called them regularly and the same command all the time-WAIT: WAIT.I spoke to most of the agents like Ajith Kumar, Ahmed, Poonam and the list go on,I get wait notification even after sending the camera two months ago.
        I got a shocking answer when I called "CHEATERS NAAPTOL",one of tyhe agent named Ajith said that they only received the product on 1st week of April,it was literally a shocking news for me.I called them up again after confirming with BLUE DART and they finalize they delivered it about 40 days back,this time I pretend that I was recording the call and they gave me the correct information,So it seems that they are born to cheat people.
        I called them today aswell(16/05/2013) and all I got was a yelling and bad customer service.These customer agents dont deserve to be in that desk.
        They are a disgust for online shopping.

        I have seen many complaints against FRAUD NAAPTOL from this forum itself,so I really assume they are deliberatily sending defective products to cheat customers.

        Please help me out of this retarding situation,its been more than 60 days I haven't received the product,please help me out fro this tiring situation.I really don;t recommend CHEATERS NAAPTOL in the rest of my life because of bad customer service and after care.


        Please take action against them and force them to send me my product back.

        NAAPTOL — Defective products, fraud , cheater

        I have ordered "Exciting fun kids combo" from Naaptol which includes
        remote helicopter, remote car, telescope, watch, TV video game. for Rs 2250
        The image shown was too big but in real the products are too small and looks like second hand products as well as road side products in which there is a problem with each and every product but we are considering the problem with tv video game because it is totally defective and rest of them are at least working.
        At the time of order they promised "if any of the product is defective they will return it back" but now they are not even ready to talk with me and giving me wrong solutions. Like go to any of the toys shop and show them the product which is again the loss for me.
        I suggest everyone do not refer any of the product of this company.

          We had ordered a mini sewing machine from naaptol.com on October 30 2012. It was received on 5th November 2012 (Order no 5287304. It costs rs 1799 and shipping charges extra while receiving twice and returning it again to thee company). As soon as I opened thee package I found theat thee machine was damaged. It was returned to thee company on thee given address but unfortunately thee package was never delivered on thee company's address as it was a fraud and theey had given me a fake address, After warning theem about consumer court, theey gave us a proper address on which thee parcel got delivered. They gave me a new mini sewing machine against thee old one. When thee second package was delivered to me, I found theat even theat machine was damaged and it never worked. I want to file a complaint against Naaptol.com saying thee company is fraud and is providing faulty and defected products to theeir customers.

Now Naaptol has both money and product with them and they are nottaking any action for give me back Tablet. Every time I call, they have the same answer as mentioned above.

              I have placed on order (Order Number[protected] for Whirlpool washing machine at Naaptol on 25 Apr 2013. According to their site, delivery takes 7-10 working days. It has been 17 days (14 working days) now and no delivery. I have raised several complaints by calling Naaptol customer care but I get no response. They seem to just file a complaint and forget about it. I need the delivery of the product immediately.

                They have raised complaint , still now they are not providing any address details to return the product. Every time i call, they are telling , that it will take 48 hours.

                I have given my Phylips sterio set for repair on13 th April 2010. They returned it only on 29 th may after a series of phone calls telling that spares came late. Within hours it went to old condition and same problem still continues.

                How long do I have to wait?

                Why is Naaptol unnecessarily delaying the resolution of my complaint - which is in fact 4 months old?

                  I have cancelled an order no.6407817. As per naaptol customer care, amount of Rs. 6798/- has been refunded back to my credit card account on 03/05/2013 at 2.10 PM. Reference number was given to me - MSTD-[protected].
                  Complaint id for the same is 4504813 by Mani.

                  As per credit card bank, the amount is STILL not yet credited/refunded from Naaptol. I have been continuously chasing/requesting naaptol team to provide me a proof either in mail or a screenshot of the same which I can submit to bank for investigation, but naaptol team itself asking me to provide card statement which may generate next month! If naaptol team can expect a proof from customer why a customer cant??

                  It is very sad to undergo all these things from a reputed online shopping site.

                      I bought a product from Naaptol.com which is a "Branded LED cinema projector" with warranty of 6 months,on 15 April 2013 for Rs 7000/- . It worked fine for only one day and then it displayed nothing.I made a complaint for replacing that item,and i sent it back on 19th April. they received the order by 25th April,but till now (3rd May) they have not replaced my product. I have made complaints a lot of time,but they do not pay attention to it.They just tell that your product will be delivered in 3-4 days. There Complaint number is 4426544,and my order number is "6303850". Please resolve my complaint asap.
                      I have already made a complaint in consumer forum about the product which i bought through Naaptol.com(order no: 6303850) ,but after so many complaints, i am getting a call which guarantees to replace my product within 2 days,but i haven't received my product yet.Please provide me a correct way to get the product or refunded money from naaptol. Thanks

                            Hi Yatin,

                            If you have the Invoice of the ordered product, then send a written Notice to Naaptol regarding the replacement and demand for compensation, etc. Give them 15 days to respond. If they didn't respond then you can go to Consumer Court, located at Oros, Main Admin Building and file a case against Naaptol.

                            Serving notice will solve your problem, you might not need to file case, as per my experience. Hope this will solve your problem.

                              Hi,

                              Its regarding dissatisfaction of the product ( Branded Advanced LED Cinema Projector with Remote ) and seeking money back (Refund).
                              As discussed with Naaptol company representative through customer care .


                              I had booked a "Branded Advanced LED Cinema Projector with Remote" on 17-Apr-2013 from Naaptol online shopping ( Ref. Order # 6322004).

                              (The value of the product is 6999/-Rs. + Shipping charges 399/-Rs.)


                              The courier company delivered that product on 19-Apr-2013.


                              Having explained my requirement, the Naaptol customer care executive assure me that the projector quality is good and you will find it upto the mark on your requirements and 100% satisfaction.

                              As it is also mentioned in Naaptol own web page that " 100% Satisfaction and Guarantee ".

                              Then i booked and purchased the same product.

                              Within 15 Minutes I tried to start the projector 'ON' and I found that the projector is not working. After trying again & again the projector worked for few minutes only, but picture and sound clarity and quality was not good or unsatisfactory according to my requirement or as explained by customer care executive. Due to the connectivity of Projector with laptop the window & useful data of my laptop has corrupted and this is my big loss.


                              Due to wrong information from Naaptol company side about the features and quality of the product and due to the loss of my costly data, i am not satisfy with this product.

                              I don't want the replacement of product, because i can't bear again any loss of my costly Hardware ( Laptop/desktop/pan drive etc. ) and my important data too.


                              Now this projector is useless for me.


                              I had already complained through Naaptol customer care on the same day of delivery of product ( 19-Apr-2013 ) for full refund.

                              ( The Complaint No. is 4436302.)

                              I had request for the same through e-mail to "[protected]@naaptol.com",

                              I had called him many times but he denied for Refund and told me "That within 48 hours our customer care representative will call you".

                              But i am still waiting for his response.

                              So please help me for full refund as soon as possible.

                                Dear Team,

                                I had ordered for Xolo Q800 mobile set on[protected] vide order no 6316092 at 1530 hours. I had come to my home at Patna and am posted in Silchar Assam. On home coming , I had placed the order (payment already done on[protected] and given address for delivery of Patna,only on the assurance that the product will be delivered in next 5-7 working days (as per Naaptol website at the time of booking).

                                On constant phone calls, the response is that the verification process is over only and product delivery will take another 12-14 days. In this context, I have to add that product has not been connected through courier yet. This is surprising since if this process is not done, the product delivery in stipulated time frame will not happen as I am slated to depart on[protected].

                                Mail written to [protected]@naaptol.com failed to evoke any response.very very trobulesome & non empathic attitude.

                                Please deliver the product by[protected] or else cancel the order and refund the paid money.

                                  hello sir i am hyder ali a shaikh from Hubli Dist:Dharwad State: Karnataka and i order Zync Z909 Plus Tablet with Carry Pouch, Earphones, 2-Level Screen Protector and Big Flix Movie Subscription on 08/03/2013 and they are dispatch the product on 19/03/2013 but the problem is the product is came damage and i called to Naaptol.com and i said the problem and they will said me please courier that product to our ware house the address is naaptol service B-1205, new Ashok Nagar, opposite Metro Station, New Delhi 110096 at 21/03/2013 and the i send it though Blue Dart from account no 113260 and the courier no is [protected] that deliver at 23 March 2013 from that day i calling to naaptol and they are saying me we are trying to dispatching your product soon but still they are not dispatch and i paid all amount and i have sms prof of order no and address of ware house and courier slip and my order no is 6139804 on naaptol.com so please take action on that...........i wait many days i cant wait any days please resolver my problem and my complaint........ thank you....

                                    ON 5TH APRIL I ORDERED (ORDER NO. 6261222) A SONY CYBER SHORT MODEL W730 WORTH RS 7099 . BUT WHEN I OPENED THE PARCEL AFTER PAYING THE AMOUNT I FOUND THAT TO ME SONY CYBER SHORT MODEL NO W710 WOTH RS 6099 WAS DELEVERED . WHEN I COMPLIAN TO COSTUMER CARE THEY HAVE SHIFTED THE BURDEN ON ME TO RETURN THE SAME AT MY RISK AND THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE DOCUMENT WHICH WERE SENT DOESN'T HAVE THE SEAL OF NAAPTOL ALSO. NOW I HAVE NO FAITH IN THIS FRAUD COMPANY THIS COMPANY IS A REAL CHEATER RUN BY MR AGGRAWAL

                                      I ordered on line Naaptol Roti maker.They delivered damaged,broken pieces on 6th Aprl 2013.I infromed same time to the ustomer care ([protected]).They said will replace soon.
                                      Sir I am everyday calling.But this company i came to know that a No.1 fraud company.
                                      Sir pls contact this company get my money (Rs.1600) early as possible.

                                        On 5th of april I ordered one sony cyber short camara DSC-W730 costing Rs(7099) with naaptol online shoping, with order No.6261222 on cash on delivery basis . but to my surprise when i opened the box i found that sony cyber short DSc-W710 (seriel no5202774) costing (6099) was delivered that also with voucher with no naaptol stamp or authentic document. when italked to naaptol they are telling the product they have sent is sony 730 and nothing canbe done kindly help me
