I had purchased a tablet via Order No.6141993 & 6142034 as on 15-3-13. And which is received through courier as on 18-3-13 & 20-3-13. In which is Tablet faulty & not in a working condition. & the complain is placed as on[protected]Complain No.4312445) which is still pending till today & the company is providing the information that your complain in under process. So plz. look into matter & Give my money back.

    I bought Nokia E5 in color red from Naaptol.com on March 7 for Rs. 9098 (order id: 6096024‏). I paid Rs. 9073 (after a discount of Rs. 25) through my Bank of Baroda Visa debit card. While I was excited to receive my new mobile phone, on March 12, Naaptol cancelled my order and automatically changed the status to "amount refunded". When I checked with their customer "care", they informed me that the product is not available anymore, so the amount will be refunded to my bank account. On my request they provided me a "transaction id" as evidence of refund transaction.
    However, till today my amount has not been refunded to my bank account. The customer "care" executives are every time asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours to get a call back. But I have never received any call from them, and instead wasting my money and time in making calls to them.
    I also approached my bank to check the status of the "transition id" Naaptol provided. My bank says that the id is not useful, and bank cannot verify the status with the help of that "transaction id".
    I would urge Naaptol to immediately refund the amount to my bank account without any delay.

      My name is Rakesh Sutariya. I am from Ahmedabad. I had order mobile one from Naaptol.com on 17Feb13. They had send me defective piece on 25Feb13. so I sent back after talking with them as per their procedures on 12March13.

      Since then they have not sent me replacement nor they are taking the matter serious. already more than 35 days gone since I ordered the product online from naaptol.

      they have provided refund. I request them to provide mobile. but they didnt because price of mobile has been hiked since I purchased. SO they said mobile is out of stock. but on there portal mobile is available. and the are selling too. nor have they paid any compensation for delay of 40 days.

        i have purchesed the bsnl pantel tablet from napptol online shopping on date[protected].i have received that[protected].when i have switch on tablet and trying to play video online from the youtube its not playing .so i have called to naaptol customer care they said that our senior person call to you with in a 48 hours.but nobady call me then again i had call to customer support then they said pls return to our warehouse.so i have returned that on date[protected] through the bluedart courier.and warehouse has received same on date[protected].after 5days i have asked for same then they said we are checking your problem and we will resolve and return to you also they said we will replace that tablet .but when i have receiving this tablet same tablet is there and same problem is still there when i have asked to custmer support then they said our senior will call you with in 48 hours.and also i have asked to rutern my payment but they said we will not commite your for return the payment

          Now a days open any website, we will find a add from Naaptol.com selling a LED projector 50" display for just Rs 5999/- only. I had an interest but still i was in a dilemma to purchase or not. I went ahead and purchased the same.

          Later when started to operate....it was not 1% of what shown on the website. There is no proper display. The video output on the screen is not clear. Tried to adjust the clarity but not proper.

          In simple language its a wastage of money. I am being continuously in conversation with naaptol customer but not getting any positive reply for my refund.

          Please take my case seriously & try to get my refund as soon as possible as the product was repacked again in 10 minutes.

          I have purchased Blackberry storm 9530 in Rs. 11990 on 02/02/2011. I have made full advance payment from my credit card. I have made lots of call in their customer care for delivery status. They don't give proper answer.
          I had ordered for a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB PenDrive on 21 st of June, 2011 from Naaptol and my order no is: 1948568. Naaptol confirmed that they have received the payment for the pendrive worth Rs. 479.00 on 22nd June, 2011. I kept a watch on my order status and it never changed from "order shipped" to any other status. I never received the pen drive till date. I made several phone calls to their customer care service and received a hopeless service from everyone there. I gave written feedback still no go. I wrote to the CEO which is an option on their website still no go. I am left helpless. Openly these people are looting customers. I request you to look into this matter and provide me justice that I deserve. How is reputed newspaper like Times of India giving such big advertisements of Naaptol products? Why is law of India not taking any action against them and letting them carry out their business.

            sir i bought xelectron w007 gsm sim calling tablet with order number 4533593 and cash on delivery with one year warranty on aug 06 2012.now there is display problem,one purple line is coming in display which is increasing day by day in lower half of the tablet.when i contacted naaptol customer care i didnt get proper response and they repeatedly cut the phone after hearing the complaint.atlast someone in cust care gave xelectron cus care number and i phoned them and they sent me a mail to send tablet back to naaptol ware house for repair/replacement and i contacted phone numbers which was given in mail to contact for further queries,they told me there was no information about that and they told me to contact xelectron peopleonce again,and they once again they told me send tablet to xelectron service center ghaziabad,which is different address. now i am totally confused where to send the tab for repair.whenever i call naaptol with all the problem they tell that they have noted complaint and their service executive will contact with in 24 hrs .i have called somany times no call has come from past 10 days.kindly guide me in this regard.

                I purchased "Lyra 7-inch GSM SIM Calling Tablet (Android, 4GB Memory, 3G Support & Wi-Fi)" from Naptol.com vide order ID: 5816624 Dt.[protected]. I received a used and defective item and complained (complaint no. 4081642 dt. 23/01/2013 & complaint no. 4091033 dt. 25/01/2013). I was asked to send it back for replacement and the same was done thru Blue Dard Courier docket no. [protected] dt. 25/01/2013. I was shocked to receive the same packet back after few days without even removing the consignee copy of the courier services. I talked to the customer support of the website and was told to send it back again for processing refund. The same was done thru Blue Dart docket no. [protected] dt. 09/02/2013. I have been calling up for the refund ever since they parcel was delivered to them but they have been telling me to wait. I had been asked for my bank details for making refund thru NEFT which also was given to them on 01/03/2013 to Mr. Veer who assured me that the process will be completed latest by 08/03/2013. Nothing has been done so far and whenever I call their customer support, they ask me to wait for next 5-7 working days.
                I request you to kindly intervene and get my hard-earned money back to me.

                      I had ordered a product from Naaptol.com on 06 Feb 2013 and my order No. was 5931287 (Micromax mobile A30) and then it was shipped vide AWB no. [protected] through Bluedart Courier. I received the product by paying 3820/- Rs. Cash On Delivery on 12 feb 2013 and eagerly i opened the packet and started the mobile but i found there was a problem in the touch screen as the touch screen of left side of the mobile was not working properly hence I immediately contacted with customer care at [protected] and complaint about that when he given me an adress as "Khasra No.386, Gali No.2, A-Block, Mahipal pur Extension, New Delhi, 110037" and told me to Repack the product as it is and send at the said address for replacement. I did the same and sent the product at said address through Bluedart courier vide AWB No,-[protected] on the sade day i.e. 12 Feb 2012 which was delivered at your office on 16 Feb 2013. Again after waiting of 20 days, I received the product through Bluedart courier on 08 March 2013 vide AWB No. [protected] but instead of receiving a new replaced product, I got the same product with lot of scraches and was repaired. Tell me that if any person pay for a new product then why he shall accept the repaired and old defective product. Hence again I contacted with customer care executive namely Anita and complaint about this and requested for cancellation of order and refund/Money Back, who given me a complaint no. 4170679. I am feeling so harrased and want my money back but they are not responding to me.

                      It is therefore humbly prayed kindly take legal action against naaptol.com and arrange to return this defective and repaired product and refund/money back.

                      I advise and request to every body to not buy any product from these naaptol.com type cheaters otherwise you will face a lot of problems like me and also waste your money.

                      I have purchase 3 nos stanless stell mug which is said to be keeping hot or cold coffee for long time for rs.488 plus delevry charges. But they send me tiffin box with platic container.

                        Hi,

                        I ordered a Nikon Digital SLR camera on the Naaptol.com website on 23rd Feb 2013 as a gift to someone. The payment of Rs.32022 (including delivery charges) was made using a credit card. They mentioned that it will take 7-10 working days for delivery.

                        The payment was made & credited to their account in next 3-4 days. All of sudden, today I got an information that the order is cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to my credit card account.

                        My issues are -

                        1. Why didn't Naaptol check its item stock availability or inventory before posting it on it's site?
                        2. Why did it take them 11 working days to figure out that they did not have the item with them?
                        3. In this process, I lost the opportunity of purchasing the similar camera from another vendor's shop. Now the prices have increased to Rs. 42000 for this item. Who is going to compensate this loss. If I would have known that the stock is not available in couple of days time from Naaptol, I would have purchased this from another vendor from his shop.


                        I would like naaptol to either provide me the item as originally described of a good quality or reimburse the loss I have encountered.

                          I ordered for a "Padmini 3 Burner Glass Top - CS-3GT" (Order No. 5735730). Yes I recieved the order but the product was completely damaged and hence, I called the customer care to know the due process to return the damaged product. Post calling them and understanding the process fully, I returned the damaged product via Blue Dart Courier (AWB No.- [protected]) which was delivered on the 22nd Jan. Post delivery confirmation from Blue Dart,I called the Naaptol customer care to get an update, i was told that the product has not been recieved yet. This status continued after repeated calls and days. One fine day they asked for a POD from Bluedart which i sent. Till date I have not recieved the product despite the customer care confirming to me that the damaged product has been recieved. And everytime i call i get to hear different versions from different executives. Some still get back to say that they have not yet recieved the damaged product yet. I am sick and tired of this attitude and lack of consisitence and transparency in the way Naaptol conducts its business. It has been way more than 2 months and i am still waiting for my product. I make calls everyday to know the status, only to feel even more helpless everytime. I am going through so much of mental trauma because of this transaction with Naaptol.

                            I am Vinay , i ordered "Car stereo with FM,MP3,USB, SD Card Support" on 27/02/2013. I got this 'order No - 6049376' on 2/3/2013.But when i see the product some difference i saw in that box what i see on your website when i am booking. Today we took this to garage for putting connection to our car.We connected as instruction label on stereo set green/green black to Right Speaker, Grey/grey black to left speaker , power cable to red, negative to black cable. After this when we switch on Car A spark Comes from inside the stereo set, And a bad burn smell comes. I think the product is not good itseems you told that it has a 6 months guarantee so i will returning back to your address.                               I bought 1 Sony Xperia Tipo from Naaptol.com in December. Initially i was using vodafone Sim card in it but within a month i tried to put another gsm Sim card in it and it wasn't working. I went to the Sony Service centre they said that there is a problem in the motherboard of this phone and they fix it but it took them over a month to fix this issue and then when i got this phone there was a problem with its charging. Its not getting charged properly then i visit again they said there is a problem in the cable....they changed that as well but again i faced same issue i visit them again but they said there is a problem in the cable itself and they replace the cable again. I still have this issue in the phone. I called Naaptol.com three times last time i talked to Umesh Kumar(Floor Supervisor) every time they said they will going to arrange call back for me but i never receive any call, and they said that i have to go to the service centre but service centre guys are not helping either. This Sony service centre is located in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. This is the worst service centre i have ever seen. Not even me i have 4-5 people every time shouting there because of 3rd class service. They don't even gave a loaner phone to use for the whole month when they were fixing my phone. Please help me in this case i don't need my money back i just need a replacement because i need a phone to use.

                                i ordered Alano blue denim on naaptol online shoping website on 20.02.2013. When I get order and open it is completely different denim from I seen on website it only has the alano tag and denim jeans is local not origional.

Ltd on dt. 06.02.2013 product Name Elegant CZ Diamond Heavy Jewellery, Order No. 5925537 and total amount paid through COD ( Product Value 1099/- & Shipping Charge 99/- Total Amount Paid 1198/- ( One Thousand One Hundred Ninety Eight Only )

                                    This Product received on dt. 11.02.2013 on my home address through Blue Dart couriers. witch is wrong product by company when i complain than the ask me different different type of question and the tray to harries me and after several corresponding there is no any proper replay and response for above matter .

                                        i have purchased a tablet named zinc model Z930 jelly i bean processor, but naaptol supplied me ice cream sandwitch processor. icomplained and they told me to send back. i sent bak the new piese but after 14 approx. 14 days they deliver the same piece with scratches on the screen then i made another complaint to naaptol they said ok we are sorry you send it back to us we will deliever new and corrected piece . today i received the parcel and now i am totally fed up because they send same piece again and now again i called their no [protected] a man name pradeep told me ok send back again. i am possed off with the working of naaptol, ifeel that i hav made wrond decision to go online.
