Im regular online Shopper & its my first online shopping with naaptol ...Its my very best online shopping with naaptol.

I ordered for vaccum cleaner & received it within 4 days at my home ..its very fast & quack service.It is one of the best vaccum cleaners we can bring to our home as it cleans dust like anything and is very easy to use and very portable.

    Product Name: Padmini 2 Burner Glass Top - CS-2GTA
    Order No: 4642999
    First they sent wrong product (4 Burner Glass Top) which was totally damaged. Upon complaint they requested me to return it to the naaptol warehouse and committed the product will be replaced within 7 days of the receipt of the wrong-cum-damaged product.
    They received the returned product in their warehouse on 30th August.
    Then naaptol said "we have send the product to our vendor and you'll get your replaced product within 15 days of the product being received by our vendor".
    Then I demanded for refund and they agreed by telling, it will take '15 days for replacement', '21 days for check refund', '15 days for refund in bank' then I agreed for refund in bank.
    On 7th September, they refuse the refund request by telling 'your product is packed, ready for dispatch and you'll get your product within 7 days.'
    On 11th September, they told the same thing as on 7th.
    On 14th September, the same thing is being told by them, that I'll get my product after 7 days.
    Their 7 days never come. They are really cheating.
    Everytime they delayed and replied with Sorry for this but I don't need Sorry, I need my product or refund at the earliest.

    Kindly do the required action against Naaptol-A Big Fraud.

      It was my first ever order on Naaptol, i am really disappointed with the kind of service i got from every department of NAAPTOL. When i received my product i found, it was fake some local made and used product.
      That too there was no 12 months guarantee card in shipment.
      With lot of difficult i have sent the product back. And its nearly a month since i asked
      for replacement/ Refund. Nothing has been done so far. i have sent several emails and made number of calls all i get is no response to emails , and false promises to my calls. This is far bellow than the acceptable customer service. We buy things online to make our lives easier. In fact my first buying experience with Naaptol has been pathetic. Every time they say i will receive a call but i have not received a single call or email from naaptol regarding Refund or replacement for my order. in spite of registering complaint 3370942 nothing has been done.

      I had booked the order for Anjali nonstick set I got 5 damaged pieces except tadka pan and multipan.Ihave send the faulti pieces back on 9th April 2011 and has not yet recived it My recipt number is [protected] Iwant an immediate reply for my complaint.

      I placed an order on naaptol on dated 6th august,2012. There is assurance on a naaptol website that they deliver the product within 14 days.
      Still 14 Days Complete There is No proceeding from Naaptol. I inquiry in naaptol customer care but they don't given satisfactory answer.
      What i do i don't know?
      I make a payment on naaptol.

      NAAPTOL — NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

      I have purchased a raw silk saree from naaptol online shopping by paying advance payment. i booked the saree on 21/12/2013 and shipped on 24th from surat by Bluedart courier. Bt i haven't received the courier till 30th morning and i had informed Naaptol customer care that i will be out of station for 4 days and will be back by 5th January morning andasked them to make delivery accordingly.even i got a call from naaptol customer care regarding on 3rd.After arriving back on 5th morning at Ranchi, i am rigorously following up with customer care of Naaptol and finally i had told that saree was returned back to surat and shipped again. Today morning i have been told that my money was deposited back in my account. But so far neither i have received the saree nor my money.
      Pl help me.

        I had booked for a tab for Rs 5999 + 299 (delivery charges) with SIM slot.Order no 4751374.
        I was unable to make a call/ recieve it. Contacted the customer care several times. Assurance was given that the product would be replaced. Till date no response. Very dejected about their service.

          Hi Sir this is Devnder Reddy, I've ordered Blackberry 8830 Mobile phone from Naaptol here is the details of the order

          Order No:3494108 Cash on Delivery (COD) 5299.00

          The mobile Phone is such a crap. It did'nt work even a month. I've returned to Naaptol through Bluedart courier. Again they've returned another mobile phone but that is also not working. I don't know whether they've returned the same mobile. Problem still persists. Again i've spoken with Customer care, i said clearly i don't need this crap mobile. They said they will refund the amount. it was happened 2 months before, every week i call to customer care they said this is week you get the cheque, they give a false commitment and they did't tell the date just say this week this is very horrible to deal with naaptol guys so please make necessary action.
          I sincerely request you to do the needful to me. I need full refund.

            I purchased a nokia 1280 mobile phone from naaptol.com on 27th august 2012 & made the payment through debit card.
            The order number is 4778259.It was told me that order will be delivered within 10 days.I didnot receive the order till 12th September.more than 12 working days has been passed.I called & mailed several times to customer care,but each time fake commitment was made to me.Lastly I called & mailed customer care to cancel this order & refund my money,but they are not cancelling my order.Please assist me.

                I have ordered for Karbonn mobile from naaptol ..I have received within 4 days...

                The very first Android based Smartphone from the doorway of Karbonn mobiles is in my hand. Karbonn A1 looks stunning in hand. Till date, Ive find any loophole in this handset. Its picture quality is also and good and on the other hand, it has excellent sound quality.

                    I purchased mobile handset sony ericsson aino U10 from the company on march 18,2012. my order no. was 3646685 and i paid 9298/ rupees(including 299 rs. delivery charges). I was shocked to see that the product was substandard and was not working smoothly. Now it is completely out of order and when i went to the service center they told me that this phone has came from other country and thus no warranty can be claimed. i was shocked because according to the company it carried manufacturer warranty. please kindly help me what to do and how to proceed.

                      Dear Sir/Madam
                      This is to inform you that I order one tablet of Devante My Tab With Calling Function, of Rs. 6899 by 17.8.12 and received by 21.8 12, I opened the box and found following things
                      1. Key board not available ---- During order booking and on naaptol website, it is clear mention that keyboard is free with this
                      2. I start the Tablet and insert Memory card but not showing
                      3. I insert the sim card (air tel, Tata, Vodaphone GSM)for calling but not showing
                      4. Within in 4 minutes tablet shut down due to battery, I recharge battery for its time checking, I recharge for 20 min. but again within 5 minutes tablet off , Very Less battery backup
                      5. When I on the tablet and pressing menu by finger/stick(which is provided with tablet) the was not running, it is running after 5 time pressing

                      and i returned phone by 22.8.12 and told them give me defect free or HCL make , rest payment i will pay, and this all communication done by mail, they also replied by mail but today is 11.9.12 and no action taken by them, i sent a mail to them that return my money back, still they are telling same thing, we have log your complaint and will get back you within 24 hrs, so please help in this matter

                        I HAVE ORDERED MOBILE WITH NAAPTOL ON 7TH JULY BY PAING PAYMENT ONLINE. MY ORDER NO 4365948. WHEN THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME I WAS SHOCKED TO NOTE THAT USED MOBILE WAS SENT TO ME. IMMEDIATELY COMPLAINED AND MY COMPLAINT NO WAS 3220329. THEY ADVISED TO SEND BACK THE SAME AND SAME WAS RETURNED. LAST TWO MONTHS THEY NEITHER DELIVERED THE REPLACEMENT NOR PAID OUR MONEY BACK. THE STANDARD REPLY GET FROM PHONE OFFICER THAT SOME ONE WILL CALL BACK IN 48-72 HOURS AND STANDARD E MAIL REPLY SAYS THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 7-10 DAYS. THIS IS HAPPENING FROM THE LAST 2 MONTHS.
                        WE ARE ASKING THE HIGHER UPS NUMBER SO THAT WE CAN INTERACT WITH THEM. NO RESPONSE.

                          On line payment done on 26/8/12.
                          Despatch confirmation recd on 29/8/12 with blue dart awb no [protected] dtd 28/8/12.
                          Product not recd till date.
                          On confirming fm blue dart they say "on shippers request product returned back to shipper."
                          Several mails written and feedback given but no response fm their support msil IDs

                          Called up call centre and got docket no 3469580 but no feedback.
                          I want refund/delivery now.

                          You have been telling this for quite some time.
                          I never faced this issues with other on line shopping websites.
                          Still you people not committing any timelines.
                          I have not seen a consumer led on line shopping co like this. Every second day some one calls and assures.
                          I want the product or money refund from a non responsive vendor like naaptol.
                          Urge everyone on this forum not to buy fm naaptol. It is a fradulent company.
                          Inaction within 48 hrs will lead me to file a formal complaint in consumer court and at the same time put across docisl networks as well...

                            Dear Sirs,
                            On the basis of an advertisement in Times of India ( New Delhi Edition) I, Rita Mishra had ordered a Mini Silai Machine with thread set and a classic gold jewellery set. This was delivered to me at my Kaushambi Address vide Order No.3832848 Courier receipt No.[protected] sent by Alpha Radio Delhi,Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd,C/o: Quantium Mail Logistics Solutions India Pvt Ltd,Khasara No 27-11/13, Rajokri Road, Samalka, New Delhi-110037.. To my horror I found that the jewellery set was a cheap and useless one and the sewing machine becomes unusually hot the moment it is switched on and is not at all workable/usable.I have already lodged a complaint with the Naptol customer care at Mumbai. After repeated reminders and requests to take it back or send some representatives to redress the problem which request was not accepted,, I was advised by the customer care to return it by post at the above address When asked about the telephone number of the above address , it was reported that there is no number. When asked as to whether we can deliver it back by hand in the said Samalka address , we were told that they will receive it back only when sent by post. I tried then to send it by courier and the courier man told that the address looks incorrect and hence they need telephone number of the addressee. Therefore I had to send it by Regd. parcel through post office but this was returned by post office with a remark that the address is incomplete.
                            I find that there is a systematic attempt to defraud the customers by the Naptol people since it is unbelievable that they don’t know about the quality of the product they are selling or that the Delhi address from which it is sent through courier has no telephone number. The way I was replied by the customer care aroused in me a suspicion about the real motive of the NAPTOL which was confirmed subsequently in the return of the product back to me by the post office.
                            Therefore I am constrained to hereby request Naptol to refund my money of Rs.2000/- alongwith the cost of regd post of Rs.40/- at the earliest failing which I would be forced to move the consumer court against NAPTOL to return me the cost as well as compensate me for loss of time, harassment and mental agony.

                            MINI SILAI MACHINE with THREAD SET — about delivery

                            I ANKUR CHOUDHARY had placed an order of Mini Silai Machine on date of 27DEC2011 order no is 2901209 and product name is BIG HOME - Mini Silai Machine with thread set, but i had deliverd only the Silai Machine and not a Thread Set with it, please deliverd me the thread set.I had complaint also about this on the date of 1st and 12th of december .sir please focus no this and deliveries. thank you......

                                Product Code: 879853.. price as per naaptol is Rs 5,999, discount 66%, Net price per pillow Rs 1,999. One pillow free with one pillow. shipping charges extra.
                                On opening the package I found two pillows with MRP Rs 1,000 per pillow (instead of Rs 5,999) So I just purchased two pillows at their MRP and also paid shipping charges, plus there is no discount etc.... Isnt this cheating the customer? Since there is cheating in prices, how can i be sure about the quality. Tried to call but they try to avoid me.

                                  i recently ordered Branded 35 Pcs. Stainless Steel Storage Set Rs.1,999 Only, i am so happy on the receipt of the product.

                                  The quality of the product is superb.I have also suggested few of my friends and relatives to order kitchen appliances from Naaptol. This can be given as gifts items to your closed ones.

                                  I certainly looking for more kitchen appliances on naaptol website at cool rates.

                                    On 15 Jul 2012 I bought SUN DIRECT DTH Remote from "Naaptol.com" by online shopping and my order number for this is 4424148.
                                    I am writing to you because the product has not been delivered to me till date and I have applied for reimbursement dated 14-08-12.

                                    I spoke to the customer care centre so many times and sent mails too but I didnt get any valuable solution from their end, every time they asking for one more week for their process.

                                    Under the ‘Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980’ if a consumer has a contract with a service supplier the consumer can expect that:
                                    •The supplier has the necessary skill to provide the service

                                    I had earlier complained on consumer complaints due to the delay of the above mentioned product and the next day I have got a call from the respective person and he promised that my issue gets resolved at the earliest.But that call was of no use.

                                      I Have ordered a sandisk Memory stick on 3rd August, Till today September 7th , there is no intimation or the mail regarding it's delivery to the specified address I have given in the delivery address , and the order is still in picked up state, what that means God know...
                                      I have raised a complaint for Naaptol twice , but there is no response or anything from Naaptol, My order number is 4578132 , I want either product been delivered or the Money refunded.
                                      Note to Online stores , Please have a option to which cities you can deliver , if cant deliver to particular town or city don't take the order.
                                      Stick to the Business where it is possible to be delivered, Never give a false notification saying that it can be delivered to any place in India, which cannnot be attained

                                        Hi, i placed an order for samsung
                                        mpower tv phone on 2.9.12 for rs
                                        4650. I got confirmation that order
                                        accepted and will be processed soon
                                        but to my surprise, I got message on
                                        5.9.12 that due to out of stock
                                        situation, my amount will be
                                        refunded.
                                        I got another messag on 6.9.12 that
                                        my refund cheque processed soon.
                                        So I want to know that my account
                                        debited online using debit card but
                                        why they send me cheque for which I
                                        have to wait for how many days
                                        this is cheating and use of customer's
                                        money for one week.
                                        I want that before taking any order,
                                        they need to check stock so that
                                        cusomer do not place order.
