Hello, I am pradeep Rai. My complaint is against Naaptol.com-
1. I purchased VOX(V81) 7 inch ultra slim Tablet from Naaptol.com order no. 5622707 and got it on 22-Dec-12.Below is the Product Detail for your reference-

- Cost of Product : 2999/-
- Courier Charges : 399/-
Total amount paid : 3398/-
2. Due to their policy I was not able to open/check the product before payment, so I did the payment.
3. When I checked the product I found that charger was not working, due to this I am not able to check Tablet as well because it is not charged.
4. I have intimated the situation on 22-Dec-12 itself to naaptol customer care and customer care executive told me that your complaint has been registered and complaint no. is 3943692. We will dispatch new charger and you will get it with in 7 days.
5. Next day I called the Naaptol customer care and ask them to share the status, they said our technical team will call you within 24 hrs.
6.I didn't received any call in next 2 days. Then again I called the Naaptol customer care and ask them to share the status, they said our technical team will call you within 24 hrs.
7. After 2 days I got a call from their technical team, they said we are dispatching new charger and you will get it within 7 days.
8. Till today I called them 10 times, now they are treating me in very rough language and every time saying charger has been dispatched on 31-Dec-12. Two times they disconnected the call in between.
9. I am felling so mentally tensed since couple of days after order through Naaptol.com. Now I am not well and suffering from hypertension due to this. This is my worst experience of online shopping in my life.
10. Today I decided to cancel the product and come out of the Harassment I am suffering from. So I called and asked them to tell me the process to cancel the order, they again treated me very badly and said "We can't do anything for you" and you can't cancel the order as well.
11. Now I am hopeless and have no faith on naaptol.Com, I did the biggest mistake to buy the tablet from naaptol.Com
12. Asking to you is there any way to legally file the complaint against Naaptol.com ? They are doing such kind of cheating, fraud and harassment to public.
12. I am wonder why government doesn’t take legal actions against such type of online fraud companies like Naaptol.com?
13. I don't know what I should do now. requesting you to please have a look into my case and take legal action against Naaptol.com and help me to get my money back.

I was supposed to receive the product withing ten working days. However, it has been past ten days and the product has not been delivered yet.
I have made the payment online and I have no idea why Naaptol is doing this to me.
I kindly request Naaptol to resolve my problem and deliver the product to me as soon as possible.
I had ordered a PUMA T-shirt by Naaptol website with online shopping. I had received my product PUMA T-shirt from (27-Sep-11). I have been ordered L-Size of PUMA T-shirt, But Naaptol delivered S-Size.I had already paid by Cash On Delivery. I also returned their defective product. Still i have not received my product after so many reminders. Please do the needful

NAAPTOL — 1st shopping experience with naaptol
I had ordered 5 set of scandisk 16gb micro sd card+free micro card reader at 569.00 rs each.Product was delivered in 5 days.
I M completely with the service rendered by naaptol.

I respectfully submit that I, M.Prajwal Reddy, Plot -30, Sugayatripuram colony, mohan nagar, kothapet, Hyderabad-500035. And I am working as Manager in Pritam Softech Company . When I searching for Bluetooth Headset in internet I was inspired by one website name as NAAPTOL. The website has offered so many items sale through Credit Card payment mode. In this way i too paid Rs.999/- for Plantronics Bluetooth on 6th August 2012 with Order ID # 4602711. on 9th Aug my order is ready to courier but till 18th Aug i dint received and in between i spoked with naaptol customer care people daily but no use i dint received till 18th at last i cancelled that order but they are not cancelling my order and not sending also when i spoked with customer care on 19th and 21st and 23rd and 25th and 27th and 28th also same responce im getting that order will not cancel and you will get with in 2 working days but i dint received sir and from 9th onwards I have made several STD calls regarding my bluetooth . Still today they are not reacting and not give any positive reply.
It is therefore I request you sir, please file a complaint against Naaptol.com ph.no.[protected] under IPC and Cyber Laws and render justice.
This has happened to me too. I ordered micromax canvas2 on jan 13. But did not receive the product till now. I have complained many times. Every time they said that it will be delivered tomorrow. But till now i did not received it. May i know where to complain about these issues.
