sir,
am placed an order on 11-jan-2013 on naaptol my order No :5767040. The product had a good offer 69% off on the price. The total amount is Rs :2165 only but the product did not delivered to me
3 times i call to naaptol customer care they all said the product delivered to you within 2 or 3 days but nothing happend almost 14 days are gone. finally on 25th jan i recived a message from naaptol that the order is canceled due to out of stock but the product is still available on their website with offer is changed to only 4% off on the price and the total amount is Rs:4940
After recieving the order cancelation message from napptol i call again to their customer care for telling this and they said if you want this product you have to pay Rs: 4940
The naaptol team is cheated me by giving good offer on the product
I am also planning to send the same detail to media so that they will verify/investigate and share over the news channel.

I am wonder why government doesn’t take legal actions against such type of online fraud companies like Naaptol.com?

I am felling so mentally tensed since couple of days after order through Naaptol.com. By the way this is my worst experience of Online shopping in my life.

I don't know what I should do now. , requesting you to please have a look into my case and take legal action against "Naaptol.com".

I ORDERED ANJALI COOKING PRODUCTS WHICH CONTANING 7 PIECES OF COOKING PAN AT NAAPTOL CODE NO-1322098, PAID THROUGH DEBIT CARD RS. 3299/- ABOUT 25 DAYS BACK TIL NOW I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED, PLS TAKE LEGAL ACTION ON NAAPTOL.
I ordered Set of 7Pcs NonStick Cookware by Anjali on May 05, 2011 at naaptol.com. The order number is 1725081.

I was supposed to receive the product withing ten working days. However, it has been past ten days and the product has not been delivered yet.
I have made the payment online and I have no idea why Naaptol is doing this to me.

I respectfully submit that I, M.Prajwal Reddy, Plot -30, Sugayatripuram colony, mohan nagar, kothapet, Hyderabad-500035. And I am working as Manager in Pritam Softech Company . When I searching for Bluetooth Headset in internet I was inspired by one website name as NAAPTOL. The website has offered so many items sale through Credit Card payment mode. In this way i too paid Rs.999/- for Plantronics Bluetooth on 6th August 2012 with Order ID # 4602711. on 9th Aug my order is ready to courier but till 18th Aug i dint received and in between i spoked with naaptol customer care people daily but no use i dint received till 18th at last i cancelled that order but they are not cancelling my order and not sending also when i spoked with customer care on 19th and 21st and 23rd and 25th and 27th and 28th also same responce im getting that order will not cancel and you will get with in 2 working days but i dint received sir and from 9th onwards I have made several STD calls regarding my bluetooth . Still today they are not reacting and not give any positive reply.

It is therefore I request you sir, please file a complaint against Naaptol.com ph.no.[protected] under IPC and Cyber Laws and render justice.

This has happened to me too. I ordered micromax canvas2 on jan 13. But did not receive the product till now. I have complained many times. Every time they said that it will be delivered tomorrow. But till now i did not received it. May i know where to complain about these issues.

      My brother oder a tablet from naaptol.com.I received the product but not the invoice.Now i m calling them for copy of invoice.They are not providing me.And the invoice they are providing is without date and invoice number that is of no use and they didn't sign my warranty card either.for last 10 days i m doing this.I call them they take my request and forward it.but no result.If ask they wait ..Wait.

        I bought a sylvania tablet from them through emi option. The product they delivered is not charging so i ask the customer representative to get it back. The person told me they can refund my money, but for this you will get a call from our side in 48 hours, but after 4 days i got a call from mumbai saying from naaptol team, they told me we cant refund any item bought through us if you want get a new one or take it to the customer service center. So i asked for a replacement and i send the faulty back to them. After two weeks i got a tablet, after inspecting i found it is an used one. I found some person pics and data in the folders. I ask them about this for this they saying if you want we will send a new one but cant refund money back. For evidence i send the picture to them. Now they are saying the pictures belongs to sales person who check before post it. I said ok fine can u send me some more pics of the person, for this they are saying they are saying he is on leave will be back after few days still then you wait. I am waiting for more than 10 days. Still issue not solved.

        Dear sir, i've purchased a mobile phone after reading an advertisement in newspaper in december. I did informed the company about the defective product and couriered back to naaptol office in mahape on 08th jan, which was received by them on 9th. Till then i'm regularly taking followup with the naaptol. The customer service cell is not responding properly, and giving vague delivery dates. Please help me, and guide what need to be done.         NAAPTOL — Products are so worst

        i am archana tiwari. i have the mobile handset. I6 Pro. its battery is two worst. it can work only for one or two hour maximum while after charging fully. on complaining in the company .they didnt take reaction on it.

        this company is providing local made duplicate goods at low costss ... they wont work properly..i[censored] ask them for replacement they wont replace n tell u to send the good to their service center...but even then it will work for only few days... donot buy those naaptol goods... its just waste of money...

            pathetic way of responding , initially i got a wrong product delivered so i returned it back ! dat too we need to go n deliver to their subscriber delivery company since den its been a pain to chase the status of my products and after days of complaining what i ask is for refund of my money so now still they say we r working over a complain !!! its been more than a month since i ordered my product and yet wait for any response actually from their side !!! such an ignorant
            i used to love shopping online from many other site like URBAN TOUCH , JABONG ,MED PLUS,FLIPKART, etc n its been a pleasure but NAPTOL SUCKS !!!!!

              On order no. 5499435 I have received mini sewing machine and mini vacume car cleaner on.10-12-12.on receipt it was surprised to see on subjecting to work the items are not in working order.lodged complaint ,and on getting confirmation vide complaint registered by naptol with ID.no3935441 on 20-12-12.who have connected to tech dept who have in turn have directed us to send back the items to their ware house at Delhi.accordingly the items werre booked at theirs on23-12-12.
              No confirmation about replacement or refund received till date.

                I ordered a Tablet from Naaptol.com on 10th January. I paid full price by my credit card. The delivery came to me on 14th & the courier person was demanding Rs. 520 as octroi charges. I did not pay the charges as I have already done the full payment to Naaptol. The courier person took back the parcel with him. I contacted Naptol on same day & they assured my that the issue will be sorted out & I will get the tablet in 1 day without any extra charges. I did not get the tablet till 16th & called Naaptol again & I got answer that I need to wait for some more time. I decided to cancel the order because of bad service from Naaptol & demanded for refund. I was told that I will get the refund. I called Naaptol next day for follow up. Surprisingly I got an answer that I will not get any refund. when I started arguing the customer care the person disconncted the line. I called again & I was told that I will get the refund but after 10-12 days.

                This is very bad service from Naaptol & I dont know if I will get my money back.
                I would like to register a complaint against naaptol for bad service customer service & not refunding my money.

                  We have ordered the product “Ultimate Sofa Cum Bed” from your site. This product got delivered to us on 9/1/2013. However, it appears that the product which we received is bit smaller than the product which we ordered.




                  The product shown on the website and which we ordered has 4 vacuum holes on it, but the product (Ultimate Sofa Cum Bed) which we received has only 3 vacuum holes on it. Please find the attached picture shown on the website with the file name "Product on the site" and the picture of the product which we received with the file name "Received Product with only 3 vacuum holes"




                  Also, it appears that the received product has some defect. I believe there should be some joint between the vacuums, but one of the vacuum hole is not fixed properly. Please find the attachment with the file name "Defect".

                    I bought a Tab from naattol.com, i cancelled the order and got a order cacillation number before even it is shipped as the item not matching the specifications as they claimed, When it came through courier i rejected as the Naaptol.com customer care executive said not to accept to get the refund, now i dont have refund.                       I had ordered LED Cinema Projector from Naaptol online shopping (Ref. Order # 5691719), but received LED mini projector.
                      Am disappointed with the product as I didn't expect Naaptol will deliver defective products to customers.
                      No way we can enjoy home theater experience from this projector, It's picture resolution is very bed, We could not see movie also. It doesn't have all the features mentioned in the naaptol portal.
                      Am totally unhappy with the product, Now this project is useless for me.

                      I want the refund of money ASAP & will return the projector with all the accessories in original packed condition.

                        Hello, I am pradeep Rai. My complaint is against Naaptol.com-

                        1. I purchased VOX(V81) 7 inch ultra slim Tablet from Naaptol.com order no. 5622707 and got it on 22-Dec-12.Below is the Product Detail for your reference-
                        - Order no.: 5622707
                        - Cost of Product : 2999/-
                        - Courier Charges : 399/-
                        Total amount paid : 3398/-
                        2. Due to their policy I was not able to open/check the product before payment, so I did the payment.

                        3. When I checked the product I found that charger was not working, due to this I am not able to check Tablet as well because it is not charged.

                        4. I have intimated the situation on 22-Dec-12 itself to naaptol customer care and customer care executive told me that your complaint has been registered and complaint no. is 3943692. We will dispatch new charger and you will get it with in 7 days.
                        5. Next day I called the Naaptol customer care and ask them to share the status, they said our technical team will call you within 24 hrs.

                        6.I didn't received any call in next 2 days. Then again I called the Naaptol customer care and ask them to share the status, they said our technical team will call you within 24 hrs.

                        7. After 2 days I got a call from their technical team, they said we are dispatching new charger and you will get it within 7 days.

                        8. Till today I called them 10 times, now they are treating me in very rough language and every time saying charger has been dispatched on 31-Dec-12. Two times they disconnected the call in between.

                        9. I am felling so mentally tensed since couple of days after order through Naaptol.com. Now I am not well and suffering from hypertension due to this. This is my worst experience of online shopping in my life.
                        10. Today I decided to cancel the product and come out of the Harassment I am suffering from. So I called and asked them to tell me the process to cancel the order, they again treated me very badly and said "We can't do anything for you" and you can't cancel the order as well.

                        11. Now I am hopeless and have no faith on naaptol.Com, I did the biggest mistake to buy the tablet from naaptol.Com

                        12. Asking to you is there any way to legally file the complaint against Naaptol.com ? They are doing such kind of cheating, fraud and harassment to public.

                          I placed an order with Order # 5601930 purchasing LCD Cinema project with Reemote worth 5,999/-.Below are the reasons for my dissatisfaction:

                          1) The said product is not as per the advertisement,As per the Adverstisement the screen size of the projector is 10" to 15" but as per the package received it states that the screen size is 14" to 42".

                          2)As per the Advertisement the picture quality is very good but i am not satisfied as per the quality and even i am not able to understand the subtitles of the channel.

                          3)The Remote control provided is not working.

                          4)It shuts down automatically.

                          5)Called 8 times at customer service centre for refund but not resolved as on date.The first compliant was registered after 30 minutes of receiving the package.

                          I am looking forward for a refund due to my above dissatisfaction of the product.

                            I malik daredia had purchased a Sylvania tablet which from day 1 did not read memory card, i made several calls to costumer care but everyone just gave me hopes that our technical team wil get back so waited for some time finally i was told that i would receive another memory card which will have some sort of software after running which it will solve my problem i am still waiting for that day yet i havent received any card from them plz help if or guide me what can i do about it.................plz

                              I had ordered a Red coloured Nikon Camera L26 with Camera stand, 4 Gb memory, pouch, batteries and watch etc but I was surprised to get a silver colour camera without memory card and a tiny stand where as that shown in picture in its ad is with stretchable legs. No one responded back despite my complaint. Beware of online shopping from this site. Showing false pictures to lure customers.

                                dear sir/madam,
                                as i hve purchased the things online from www.naaptol.com (order id: 5587574 on 14th of december 2012).from naaptol tem, they have couriered through aramex courier AWB No : [protected]). as i was getting the sms from aramex courier that we are not having any branch in bijapur so we can not deliever. that the same i conveyed to naaptol team through mail and telephone. they told that we will take care. for the same i asked to register the complain , complaint no: 3941650, on 22/12/2012. but nothing had happen. even after calling to naaptol team, they use to say sorry and with in 48 hrs, it will reach to you. today also i called to naaptol team, they have given one more complain number i.e.4011841. i asked for the refund of my amount, they are telling that they can't cancel the order also. kindly look in this issue.

                                  I have ordered a vox (v100) 7inch touch screen tablet from naaptol.Com on

                                  I got the product on 19-12-12 and in that was not worked (screen + battry +... problem) . So, I called customer support but there is not proper response.
                                  They said I have to send back and they wil be replace. I send by couriers on 24/12/12 and I paid 130 rupess.

                                  Second tablet they send on 4/01/2013 but I opened in front of courier person and he also saw that screen 100% damaged (crashed) so I not recieved and just packed and send back.

                                  Now I want my full money refund for this product not replacement...

                                  I called customer care but they are saying I should wait, since I am forigner I need to back my country on 10th jan so I need my money back up to that day.

                                    the customerare was quite helpful. I think it was my lack of knowledge, in using the product.the fumes outside the oven still cant be explained, anyhow, i guess naaptol did a good job
                                    i made calls again and employees just say: GO TO THE NEAREAST SERVICE CENTER" for a brand new product!!!..after so many calls and mails. this is what i get.
                                    check out the burnt exterior surface due the fumes that came out of the brand new oven!!
                                    gosh rs 3500 pani mein!!!

                                        i had bought an induction cooker from naaptol then the glass of that induction cooker have broken then i told them to replace that induction cooker but they had not replaced it and i am having 1 year guarantee then also they have not replaced. i am very angry with this company that's why i complained my report. please take strict action against naaptol
