this is kishor zinjad i just wan my refund of money from naaptol.com , i had purchased nokia bh 214 Bluetooth headset RS 849 from naaptol.com .

at the time of purchased naaptol saying me that the product is ORIGINAL Nokia branded product i askd lot of time that -boss it is not a copy of Nokia product that time also they replying no sir its org product of Nokia .

WHEN I RECD THE DELIVERY OF PRODUCT THEY GIVE ME DUMMY(COPY OF NOKIA BH 214 DEVICE WHICH IS LOOKING SAME BUT NOT ORG PRODUCT OF NOKIA)

I PURCHASED IT WORTH RS 849 I NEED MY REFUND AGST SAME AND WOULD LIKE TO PUT COMPLAINT ON NAAPTOL THEY STOP MAKING FRAUDS WITH CUSTOMERS .

Dear all customers please don't purchased any product from naaptol they are making fool to customers.

I request to cancel the license of naaptol for sailing online product.

Nokia — non delivery of bluetooth

I just want to know since when nokia has started treating there customers like dog. The executives at nokia customer care misbehaves as if there are no ethics left with nokia. A new bluetooth headset was submitted with nokia which was 2 days old, it was submitted at nokia service center in New Delhi on 17/072007. The manager at the service center says that nokia doesn't provide the bluetooth handset before 6 months. So I was asked to wait for 6 months to get my bluetooth repaired. I have also launched a complain at consumer court.

I just wann ask nokia r we not the customers, I have 6 handset of nokia and planning tobuy a new one. Do u really think I should opt for one.

    I have ordered for VOX (D5200A) 5.1 Channel Hi-Fi Multimedia Speaker System (product order no.5563686) on 10/Dec/2012 by making payment of Rs.3298.00 in advance by using my debit card
    and On 15th December I have received mail from Naaptol that they have send courier by Bluedart (WayBillNo : [protected]).

    Till today I didnt received my product. When I am calling to Bluedart, they are asking me that Naaptol must have submit Form 403 for that courier and Naaptol team is asking that we have shipped your product.

    Jabtak Naaptol vale Form 403 submit nahi karenge tab tak mera product Blue dart ki Delhi head office me hi pada rahega.

    Hi all please dont purchase online anything from Naaptol. They are not good in service delivery.

      Iam Shubhanshu Pratap Singh and my Order number is 5604235. I had ordered a Lotto Skateboard
      AV 1292 shoes in Grey and yellow
      color on 17 December but Naaptol sent me the
      shoes in Blue and black color. when
      I contacted them they denies the
      refund of money or changing the
      shoes.After 2 days when I opened
      the Naaptol.com website ,I came to
      know that the Lotto skateboard AV
      1292 shoes in Blue and black colour are
      differently categorised in their
      website,now it is named as Lotto
      skateboard AV 1291 shoes.
      Previously they had no any other
      option of Lotto skateboard AV 1291
      shoes on their website.
      Now they are not changing the
      shoes as they had sent me lotto
      skateboard AV 1291 shoes inspite
      of Lotto Skateboard AV 1292 shoes.

          As per news paper advertisement ,we confirm regarding order of sofa cum bed and also we ask that if we are not like the product we will get moneyback garrantly .then online sales man told me that you will get money back.
          After receiving product we call customer care that we are not like the product so kindly arrange money back and also confirm the procedure to get money back. then online customer care told that we are not give any money back so you do whaterve you want .

          Hello,
          I am from Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. Recently we have bought the naaptol sofa cum bed. When we have filled the air in the sofa, we found that leakage of air. We searched sofa and found some holes in the sofa. We have called to customer consumer and he told that it is not possible to take it back. Finally we have lost our money (Rs 3999 + postal charges 300)and got the impression that the naaptol company is a worst and fake. What ever the advertisements in the Television and news papers are fake.

          So kindly do the justice and and arrange money back. Order Number: 5298385.

            My order no is 5410712 which i purchased SIPL POWER SAVER from naaptol.com,due to some defect i returned it and demanded the complete refund with courier charges as u can see from my mail request to the naaptol team... they agreed...I paid attention towards each of their points including one in which you are compelled to gave back your product via BLUEDAERT ONLY (MOST EXPENSIVE COURIER SERVICE),but than also i managed it to gave them their product costing 1699/- and the courier charges born 310/- .. total 2009/-.Now after more than two weeks have passed and when i called up them to get info regarding the my refund they are saying they will not bear any courier charges.. this is highly unprofessional that a store like naaptol not telling the correct information first and now in between refusing to gave back the courier charges born.Now due to their iresponsibility i have been charged heavil y with 310/- , the courier which can be sent to them injust 50/- was send to them at 310/- only beacuse the put such clause in their mail.None of the executive or the mail responder replied to me that they will not bear courier charges which i have asked them but now they are clearly refusing.Kindly give me complete refund with courier charges.               I ORDERED FUJIFILM FINEPIX AX-500 CAMERA COBO of Rs.4,799/-AS ON 30 NOV.2012...I had canceled this order after 30 mnuets with same day...This oreder cancel from your end also..

              I call your custmer care as on 03/12/2012 inquir about my refund amount..Your custmer care execuives says that your amt of 4,799/- had been refunded as on 01/12/2012 transation ID [protected]..i enqired this transation ID in HDFC Bank Ltd.They said that,no entry had been pending.

              I compaiant about these problem to NAPTOL Customer care Executive 04-05 times..Till date amount not refund to my HDFC Credit card no..Please solve my problem on urgent basis..I enclosed my credit card statement & Order statement of Naptol..

                  Hi, this is Bijuprasad. I have ordered a Vox protable mini fridge from Naaptol on November for Rs 3000/-. Order No: 5150082 dt 11/10/2012. I had paid Rs 3298/- including delivery charges. The product which was delivered on 15/11/12 by Aramax courier and the product was not at all working. With in half an hour of delivery I lodged a complaint wth Naaptol customer service, complaint no: 3678935 dt 15/11/2012.
                  From there onward customer care personnel started series of contradictory statements and unfulfilled deadlines like with in 48 hours concerned department will call you. First they provided me an address for repair without phone number in Bangalore itself. Luckily I searched in web and found out the phone number of that address and it turned out to be vox mobile service center. I called naaptol customer care again and another address was given located at Delhi again without phone number. Initially they told I have to bear the shipment charges, after repeated calling I was told they have free shipment for repair with Blue dart courier. I shipped that product to Delhi ware house on 23/10/2012.
                  By this time I was fed up and requested them for refund and not reshipment, they agreed. To my surprise I got a call from Aramax courier about a product from Naaptol. I called Naaptol immediately and told I want refund not reshipment. And they told not to accept shipment and my refund will be processed with in 21 days. As I paid money as cash on delivery, I was told I will get it by cheque. Since till 18th or 19th day nobody from Naaptol called me I contacted them, then they asked for my bank details with ifsc code. After bank details was given I again waited more days than they told and called them again and was told same old cliched dialog to wait for 48 hours and concerned department will call me back.
                  It’s been two months since I ordered this and for naaptol one day has more than 24 hours I think that’s why my issue is not resolved yet. My patience has been tested not once or twice but unlimited times. The time I have spend for this had I spend for anything else I might have made more money. The mobile phone charge I had spend may almost equal that of product.
                  NB: I HAVE RECORDED EVERY CONVERSATION WITH NAAPTOL CUSTOMER CARE, HENCE HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE FOR EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID AND IS READY TO PRODUCE OR POST IT ANYWHERE.
                  In my experience naaptol is the most untrustworthy online shopping portal.

                  NAAPTOL — No resolution of refund on missed faulty check issue

                  Order No. 2764104 of 27th Nov 2011

                  I had sent the defective I PAD within 3 working days. They asked to give name and bank details accurately. After follow up I received a faded cheque with xeroxed signature and aparantly misspelled name on teh printed chque.
                  Hearing that they are not ethical, I was dissapointed and I misplaced the so called cheque.
                  Now they want chq to be returned and do not indicate any recourse. I want my refund

                    i purchase a new zync tablet from naaptol on dated 23-oct-2012.
                    when i recv tablet its defected or not in working order, i called to custmer care and cce ask me to go local shop. next day i return this product to Naaptol. affter a week i called again to CCE and he asking for replace this one in a week. but i am not recv. when i am out of city then i recv a call for pic my tablel but it is not possibal i requsted to back this tablet and want my money back. still a month i am not recv any amount and called napptol cce but no one recv my call please help me out.

                      my self Shahnawaz khan maine Naaptol online shopping portal se 17/05/2012 ko ek sony ericsson vivaz mobile khareeda tha bt jab mobile courier se mere pas aaya to wo purana mobile tha. order COD basis tha to mobile lene se pahle mujhe deliviry boy ko 10289/= rupees dene the. so pay karne k bad jab maine phone dekha to wo used mobile tha us mobile k saath bheji gayi assessaries bhi non branded or kharaab thi. mere turant customer care ko call karne par usne ise ek mistake bataya aur mera phone replace karke naya bhejne ko kaha aur tab tak is mobile ko apne paas hi rakhne ko kaha. tab se aaj tak bahut bar bat karne k baad bhi jab mera mobile nhi badla gaya to 15-20 din pahle maine apne Advocate se Naaptol ko ek legal notice bheja but aaj tak mujhe us notice ka bhi koi jawab nhi mila hai.ab aap hi bataye k mai kya kroon k Naaptol mujhe mera mobile replace karke naya de. mai apne mobile ka bill Attch karke aap ko bhej raha hoon ! please i realy need your help.

                        I ordered a Nokia mobile phone in Naaptol.com on 9th November 2012 worth Rs.2111 order id:5369671 . The order was cancelled due to shortage of stock. They were supposed to return the complete amount . But the amount has not been refunded till the complaint has been registered here. On calling naaptol.com everytime they are telling to wait for two days every time I call. I am not getting proper response from Naaptol.com. According to them they have transferred the amount , but the same has not been credited to the Union Bank of India account from which the purchasing was done. I am registering the complaint so that I can get back my money as soon as possible.

                          Hello, the complaint is about the lack of after sales service from NAAPTOL.COM.. i ordered 2 BSNL PENTA WS702C on 15/11/12.... order no 5409646.... as naaptol promise to deliver within 6-7 working days which is a big joke.....i got on 26/11/12....after doin many calls, requesting a lot to naaptol for the quick delivery...etc... finally after many efforts they delivered the product after 11 days...now the best thing these people did were sending...

                          I had purchased LED Cinema Projector from Naaptol online shopping (Ref. Order # 5208725).
                          When I booked order in Naaptol's ad shown LED cinema Projector but I received LED mini projector.
                          It's picture resolution is very bed. We could not see movie also. Also it could not connect to PC, When I ordered this Item that time Naaptol's sales representative already confirmed that it could be connect to PC.
                          Now this project is useless for me. I want to refund or exchange with other good product.

                          NAAPTOL — useless company

                          dear sir / madam,

                          i have purchased a naaptol mini silai machine before 5 months. they sent me the machine with one bob attached to it. the machine worked till the thread in the attached bob is over but after when i changed new bob the machine got stuck up and it does not stitch further.
                          when i called naaptol customer care they said to courier the product and they'l repair the machine. i have paid about 1799 for that machine and it is totally useless. now it is in my store room with rags.
                          in future if anyone wants to buy the product from naaptol pls avoid it.
                          the company should be banned from selling products. the most worst online products company

                          i know about ur resolution and ur company's resolution. they cannot even provide us with gud product. i am not the first person to become fed up on ur product. no proper response from ur customer executives and superiors. so we got irritated with ur response and product & we threw away everything including the machine. so that i cannot send you my order id. thank u at least you've responded now.

                            After having received a damaged HCL Tab ME U1 from Naaptol.com on the 1st of Nov, I spoke to the naaptol.com customer service centre which said they will refund the amount in full when I send them back the tablet. I have sent the tablet back on the 2nd of Nov and since then I have called them atleast 13-14 times and spoken to so many people all of whom say that the refund is under process and will take some time. Many have committed that it will take 2 days more, 3 days more. But till now my money has not come and its been 25 days.

                            I have all the documents with me, and also have all the call recordings which I have made.
                            Please help as to what is the legal course of action I can take.

                              Dear Sir/Mam

                              I placed order on Naptol on Nov 06, 2012 and it was told to me that product has been delivered back to Naptol office because of address problem (Pretty funny as after 2 days on same address Bluedart courier deliver other product).
                              After that I requested the team to re-dispatch the product via Blue dart and same was assured to me that it will be re-delivered. Customer care interaction & development on issue is as below -
                              1. Naptol guys called and took address again and told product will be received in 2 days
                              2. I called and asked the status on 14th it was told that ur cmplnt is taken and will be closed soon
                              3. on 16th when I inquired, complnt no 3808824 was given to me with promise product will be delivered in 2 days
                              4.After 2 days, on 19th when I called same promise again given to me
                              5. Again I enquired on 21st and status was same
                              6. On 22nd I requested to put me on with Supervisor and I had a word with Mr Navin Advani, and he told within 24 hours update will be provided. But
                              nothing happened
                              7. On 24th today they are saying if product is available, we will see if we can dispatch or refund request will be raised


                              If this was suppose to be the fate why they made me wait for almost 2 weeks and I called around 10 times.

                              Please look in to the matter as I got mentally disturbed because of it as this product was a gift to some one.......

                              I have tried purchasing Epson Ink Tank System L210 All-in-One (AiO) Printer from this company on 08 Aug 2013.

                              But at the end of the order it says the order is cancelled but if I see my credit card the amount is deducted.
                              When I call ICICI bank they said payment is sent to the Merchant and they have given the payment reference ID:740549.

                              I have been calling Naaptol for the solution but till now I have not been received the product.
                              And also i have sent bank statement to the email ID support.[protected]@naaptol.com, but still there is no response.

                              Please look into it ASAP.

                                I Purchased "Fascinating Gold Plated Jewellery Collection" for which i paid 1999/-, Initially i thought it to be a good and attractive product looking at the pictures at naaptol. After receiving the product i was completely upset even my wife. This item is so worst that you cant gift it to anyone, you will feel shame. On the same day i received this item i put it in olx.in to dispose for 999/-, three people came to see it but no one was interested to take even at 300/- (One of the persons number: [protected]), they had given their bad review and left. I have such a bad experience shopping @naaptol. Anyone can see the Jewellery items and estimate the price (i bet it will not even be 300/-), and funniest thing is they say they are offering 80% discount (MRP: 9,999/-). Is there any rules to stop such monopoly of putting MRP/discounts etc. They are simply cheating people and doing business.

                                  After i received this product i was completely upset even my wife. I would never have accepted this free of cost.
                                  The price they are quoting is 1,999 which is 80% off (mrp 9,999). Anyone who see the quality of this product will never accept this even free of cost.
                                  I am so unhappy that Naaptol is doing business by fooling people and selling junk products. Anyone can come and estimate the price of the product will definitely laugh at the price they are quoting, funny part is MRP: 9,999 (on what basic?); i would say it wont even worth 300/-

                                  Immediately after receiving this product i wanted to sell this item through OLX.in for 999/-(It was not even used once). one person came today and took this item without seeing it. Later he called me and appologized and requested to take the goods back (The persons number: [protected])

                                  please take immediate actions, i want my money back..its hard earned:(

                                    I have purchased the Xelectron(Guru) 7 inich tablet from Naaptol.After running Two days its not booting and giving the error: "Factory Data Restoring". I tried contacting naaptol customer care over the phone but no success . After that I had contacting Xelectron for the repairement, they askibg for the doftware charges and want to deposit Rs 600 in their account for software. this is complete cheating with us as currentlg ghis is under warranty. I request you to kindly get this repaced of back our money.

                                    Software crash happens because of incorrect downloads or virus infected software or media. It doesn't comes under warranty because it happens because of wrong usage of the software.

                                    Even Rs.600 charge which may be asked is not for re-installation only. It includes 4GB micro SD card (Worth Rs.350), a genuine copy of Android software & its shipping upto your place. This will enable you to re-install the device any time in future also.

                                    It means the current OS was not genuine and also fyi I did'nt tried to install any application. Then why it went faulty. If I am going to install any appl in future, then its performance will degrade.
                                    If we are buying any small to small electronic item, company supplying their OS and application along with the device, but in your case It is not happenig. It means you are making business out of this kind of issues.

                                    If you are able yo supply this is free of cost or return the full amount.

                                    I have not seen any reply ftom naaptol. I would advise every not to buy anything from Naaptol .

                                    Secondly don't buy xelectronics tablet. This tablet has nanufacturing fault and there service are realy worst.
