I had did an online purchase of a Zync Z909 Plus Tablet from Naaptol.com on 16th September.
The order no. is 4943314. I received the product on 22nd Sep. The product that i received was not a good one, as it had so many complaints.
I spoke to the customer care and they asked me to return back the product, so a per their instructions I sent them back the product and they promised me to deliver a replacement with-in 15 days from the date of receipt. Its more than 15 days and I have no information when they are planning to send the replacement. Today once again I spoke to Mr. Meg Vijay a senior supervisor at Naaptol and he told me in the next 4-5 days time it will be sent. I am not sick of listing to this extension and have asked for a refund. Now they are saying, we are not sure if we can refund the amount. So now I am stuck with no replacement and no refund. Anyone who is planning to deal with Naaptol please keep this in mind, so that you are not deceived by such unprofessional companies.

NAAPTOL — NON Refund

I have book a digitalcamera trough the teleshopping from Naaptol Lakshmi plaza, No:246 lakshmi industrial estate , new link road , Andheri (west), Mumbai 400 053 , india on 15-10-10 trough mobile +[protected]
model no TCL DV 552 12 megapixel camera wich i receved trough bluedart courier on 22-10-10 & pay the cash Trough the courier boy when i paid the amount that person deliver the parcel to me & left the place , i receved the parcel open it i cheked it which is shown in the program is diffirent from that parcel i Shocked it is not get my satisfaction ., very soon i desided return the product on tomorrow 23-10-10 trough blue dart consigment no [protected] .,
there after when ever icall the they will tell we send refund in 1 week 15 days till they not refund it give me the

NAAPTOL — non Delivery and no Refund

Have ordered and paid online for Micromax mobile . Did not receive the set in 10 days.Requested Customer service to cancel order , on 3 days separately. Neither the ordered item is received, nor it is cancelled.
I am everytime informed the cancellation request is forwarded, but it is not so.
Naaptol deliberately does not have any item tracking system.Also they do not have Email ID, except of CEO's, to whom I have sent 4 mails, with no response till date.
I feel Naaptol is the biggest online fraud company, acting at behest of phony suppliers, who make money, at the cost of genuine buyers.

    i have ordered a ladies levise jeans on 10/09/2012 vide order no 4897598 and pay for
    the same on 10/09/2012 online transfer from my bank sbi of Rs.718.
    The naaptol team do not delivery the order due to fake/mistrious reason and even not refunded my amount.
    Most idiotic thing is that I have spend Rs.51 due to contact their customer care to know about the fact.The Naaptol team is
    not make any courtesy to contact me over phone or not willing to refund my money.
    I want to lodge a complaint against them to expose their fake online business that harassing the customer
    and take away their money with phone bill.


    I will also going to consumer forum to expose their cheating.

    NAAPTOL — Regarding refund of money

    I had purchased a mini portable fridge from NAAPTOL through online nerely 5 months before. When the product was delivered it was found broken.So I had to sent it back on my own expenses and asked hime to refund the purchased amount.On telephonic conversation they agreed to returned back purchased amount.But instead of returning back money they sent the item again.I refused to receive.After that I have contacted several times by phone regarding this matter. They only assured me to return back my money verbaly.Till today theye are not returning my money. In between already 4 months has been passed.

    I ordered a ARISE hand blender vidr Order No. 5945435 but received a Purse (wallet) and taken rs. 698/- from me. I returned the product asking to send the correct product. My complaint No. 4175665 dt 13.2.13. But so far no amount returned back nor the product received. Almost 40 days passed. The ARSIE company and NAPTOL jointly cheating the citizens of India. Please take legal action against them since they are not even accepting my telephone call.

    I have ordered an "ARISE' make Hand Blender vide Order No. 5945435. But received a wallet (purse worth rs.10/-) on cash on delivery Rs. 698/-. I returned back the product asking them to send me the correct product which I ordered. 40 days passed. So far nothing has been heard from them. Pl take legal action against this fraud companies which they create problems to citizens and cheating the innocent people. They could even better to take the road and beg which they will get more money.

        I bought Xelectron calling tablet which cost was rs.5,990/- & received it within a week...

        I have received with gr8 features..All in all, for the price, it’s entertaining, gets more of what I need done on it, and once you master the swiping, dragging and other tactile taps, it’s a gem.Sound is very good on the device. Xelectron is worth the money and it works well.

          * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
          * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

          Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a replacement.

          Myself ordered that item from Mumbai, where presently I am residing, and send for my home at Kolkata, where my father age of 84yrs is staying alone, and it is not possible for him to reach at your mentioned courier.

          Hence, better you deliver the correct ordered item by that courier and instruct to collect the wrong item at the same time.

          Hope you understand my problem and justify your action plan .

              I ordered Sony Cybershot Combo S5000 (image attached) on 20 Sep 2012 with Order # 4974849. I opted for COD.

              Shortly after I placed the order online a Representative called to confirm the order and informed that it would take about 7 working days to receive the product. But to my surprise I received it in just 2 days on 22 Sep 2012 (through ARAMEX NPD with AWB No : [protected]), and all my happiness didn't last even a minute as I found that some of the accessories included in the COMBO were missing like Tripod, one 4GB Card and Reebok Watch and to top of that the Camera color was in BLACK color instead of SILVER that I ordered for.

              When I inquired the delivery person he asked me to contact Naaptol customer care for the missing items as he cannot do anything with it. I thought of sending the product back without purchasing but then I gave the money of Rs:6099/- trusting Naaptol's customer service that will help me in solving this issue.

              I then called the Customer care on the same day and registered a complaint no: 3583710. A representative named JOSEPH told me that I will be receiving the replacement of product and missing accessories in 7 working days.

              He assured me that I will receive this product in 7 working days. But, when I called them again on 28th of Sep 2012 a representative called ARVIND said that they will process the shipment ONLY if I send the product back to them using a Bluedart courier service. Honestly I was shocked to hear that because JOSEPH didn't say a word about sending the product back to them and I wasted 5 days already. Hence, I said that I don't have time to ship the product back to you instead will adjust with BLACK color I received and requested to just send those 3 MISSING ACCESSORIES. After which he registered a new complaint under the same complaint ID and assured me to send the products in 7-10 working days from the day it was originally registered (22th Sep) so he told me that I can expect the delivery on 1st October 2012.

              On 1st Oct, I called them again to check the status. A representative named GOVIND attended and asked me to wait another 2 days until 3rd October. I called them again today and spoke to another representative called RASHID who casually said to wait another 7 working days without realizing the pain and frustrations I've been through so far. When I asked him to connect me with his Team Leader he replied that he CANNOT DO THAT as they are busy so I requested for a call back which he DENIED TO TAKE IT.

              I'm very much DISAPPOINTED and totally screwed with the service I received from NAAPTOL who I'm using for the first time. I never expected this kind of service.

              My question is if they were able to deliver the PRODUCT in just 2 days just to collect the sum of Rs.6099/- from me, then why its taking them 2 weeks to deliver the accessories after receiving my money. Everytime I call them I hear the same thing "TO WAIT"

              No one even cared to respond me back from [protected]@naaptol.com.. so please help me get my accessories and take necessary action against NAAPTOL customer care. I'm also going to CHENNAI CONSUMER COURT tomorrow to file a Written complaint on this against Naaptol so if we both work together we can stop them from plundering money from our fellow being.

              Please advise!

                NAAPTOL — non delivery of items

                I HAVE PURCHASED ONE DIGITAL CAMERA ON 21.09.2010 AND ORDER NO IS 787062 BUT TILL DATE I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE CAMERA AND I HAVE ALREDAY MADE THE PAYMENT ON CREDIT CARD AND TRYING FOR REFUND OF THE SAME.                       I ordered gasoline boots and as I have observed of late, like other products ordered by people here(The lady at blue dart office where I returned it told me that everyday around 2-3 products were being returned) it was faulty.(The right & left foot were of a different material).
                      I called them but they seemed to be disinterested. I mailed and received a reply. As guided by them, I returned the product and now i have neither the product nor has my money been returned.
                      I am not able to attach the mail conversations between me and the naaptol people.

                      date of sending it back:12.9.12

                      Now I am consulting people as to how to file complaint in the Consumer Forum(E-commerce sector) regarding jurisdiction and stuff. I am a government employee and this waste of 2200/- and precious time of mine has left a big hole in my pocket and caused immense distress.

                      Naaptol.com — product replacement & money back

                      Hi Myself chirag,

                      My brother has purchased ephone from naaptol.com before 1 month. The company has sent the defective piece. I & my brother had called to naaptol.com next day of received defective piece. We sent the ephone by courier (blue dart). naaptol.com's call center executive told that we will send your product within 10 days. But still i have no my ephone. I have called so many times but they give me replied that we will send your product 10 days. At last i told that please give me back my money but they refused and even not given me new mobile. I have not used that mobile for 1 day even. I have paid 3999 for ephone and 200 for extra charges. My order no. 227334

                      Please sir consider our request and to do something about it. Now we have no money and no ephone…

                          This product support of any 3G Network and compatible with any 3G Data Card/Dongle as per your Tablet Box and also Ad.
                          This is cheating and your poor business policy.
                          I have numerous mails/Calls on your customer support office and also your vendor M/s Alpha Radios but not give any proper response and not any solution provide to us. I have also visit your vendor Alpha Radios, Noida and Chandi Chowk, Delhi office on 22.08.2012 and I have give the product to your present staff Mr. Mangal he has issue a Service R. No.787 dt 22.08.2012 but after six days product has been as it is return to us and he says this product is not work with USB Data Card and 3G, you are Internet surfing from only WI-FI and Lan.

                          I am really unhappy, harassed, cheated, and it's a case of fraud on part of naaptol.Com and it's vendor alpha radio. They are selling defective product.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,


                            I purchased Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile from NAAPTOL through order
                            no. 3984108 and Invoice no. 839981/DL/0062541/[protected] dated
                            14/05/2012. After using the mobile for 2 or 3 days, when I tried to
                            recharge the mobile, it was observed that mobile was not getting
                            recharged. I called up Naaptol customer care no. given to
                            me([protected]) and was told to return the mobile to some
                            address in Delhi and that I would get the replacement(new mobile) within 7
                            working days.


                            I courired the mobile through Blue dart on 13/06/12 and the faulty
                            mobile was received by Mr. Harish on 14/06/12( pod copy of bule dart mailed to Naaptol) I regret to inform you that I have not
                            received the new mobile as on date.

                            Eventhough the mobile was received on 14/06/12(as per the Blue dart
                            pod copy), as per your records, it has been received on 18/07/12(This
                            has been updated after followup by me twice in a week). From then on,
                            whenever I call the customer care, I am told that the mobile is ready
                            for shipping and I would get the mobile in 15 working days.

                            After tiresome followup, I finally got a reply two weeks back that mobile has been delivered to wrong address and would be redelivered to me ASAP. I have not received the mobile yet after 3.5 months(102 days). I GET AN USELESS REPLY EVERYTIME that "We regret the inconvenience caused and your replacement will be delivered immediately". KINDLY SEND ME THE PRODUCT OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.

                                I have booked online one Multi-Purpose Folding Table from Naaptol vide order no. 4427924. The table supplied was broken. Several complaints were made but till date no replacement has been made. I have even sent the pictures of the broken to the e-mail address provided to me but no action has been taken. The company is insisting me to courier back the defective product their warehouse even when I assure them that I will bear the courier charges.

                                  I recently bought this pillow since I have cervical neck pain. Pillow looks good and cannot comment on the usefulness as it’s only been few days started using it. However, I find the price quoted is too high. Rs1000 is the MRP price listed on the item box. Hence two pillows cost Rs 2000. But Naaptol claims the actual cost of one pillow to be Rs5,999 and offering in discount for Rs 1,999 with a bonus offer "buy and get one free". Ideally speaking there is no deal on this product. You are going to pay the actual price for the product plus shipping which personally looks high to me. Havent got back to Naaptol on this yet. The pillow comes with a nice cover for easy washable. Not sure all the reviews below are real..LOL...Wanted to say what I feel (and real) so that other might get benefited. Shipping was great and did not find any problem on shipping.


                                  I decided to post here since Naaptol application is not allowing me to post the review in their site. If my comments are ACCEPTED in their site, i will bring down this post.

                                        I had ordered product Oleva Necklace set-OENS 5 from Naaptol on 31st August 2012. Order ID is 4807387. I t was to be delivered on 9th Sept 2012. They delivered it on 12th Sept 2012. Necklace was broken into 2 pieces when delivered. I had launced complaint in Naaptol by calling on number:[protected]. They gave few numbers to contact courier guys who delivered it and return it back to them. Courier company number given by Naaptol are:[protected],[protected],[protected]. No number from these 3 is responsive. No one received call on these 3 numbers. Naaptol number is always busy. Have dropped them mail as well regarding complaint. But response regarding proper guidance to return product and get it replaced. No direct Address is given by Naaptol to send product back to them to get it replaced. I have complaint that they are completely cheating consumers by delivering broken product and delay in that as well. After that no response to get it replaced. I have tried calling Naaptol and courier number for 4 days
