This for your information that I order a blackberry mobile from naaptol.com after seeing a news paper ads on June -2011, i received the product after paying the ten thousand CASH ON delivery and 250 Rupees for transporting charges, found the for damaged and used mobile, then i spokes to customer care executive " who advice ed me to send back the product through Blue dart courier, and they promised my refund within fifteen working days,
"From that day till today" daily i am calling naaptol customer executive for my repayment every time they are promising that same, "that my payment will be sent very shortly , 7 days , 15 days, 21 days , but still i have not received any kind of payment from naaptol nor anyone responded to my call, i was calling like a fooling and wasting my money on std phone bill's and whenever i call its only customer executive will answer and nor they allow us to speak to there higher officer and always one new excuse
please advice what to do regarding this and help me get my repayment from this 420 company which is naaptol which cheating customer online, and news agency in which they are adds are been published , i wish i want to legal action against it .

when i check all the complain related website on all website customer is lock a complaint. why naaptol.com is still signing contract with cheater or poor contractor.

ONCE I GOT TWO CALLS ONE OF WANT TO BUY A LAPTOP FROM NAAPTOL, HE ASKED TO ME SIR WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I WAS CLARIFY ABOUT NAAPTOL, I READ YOUR COMPLAINT. I SAID TO HIM DON'T BUY YOU ARE PAYING MONEY SO BUY SAFE WAY.
AND 2nd WANT TO BUT SAMSUNG GALAXY, BUT HE CALLED ME BUT NOT FOLLOW MY EXPERIENCE AND YESTERDAY HE CALL UP ME AGAIN AND TOLD ME YOU WAS WRITE SIR, I GOT A DUPLICATE PRODUCT AND LIKE YOU I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM NAAPTOL.
