माझी शेत जमीन नॅशनल हायवे क्रमांक 3 ला लागून असल्यामुळे मोठ्या प्रमाणात शेतमालाचे नुकसान होते वाहनांची वर्दळ व वाहने डायरेक्ट शेतात येऊन पोचतात शिरपूर टोल नाका जवळ शेतजमीन असल्याने कुठल्याही प्रकारची जाडी न बसवता रस्त्याच्या दोन्ही साईडला त्यामुळे अपघात होण्याची दाट शक्यता आहे

I had traveled to Mumbai from Pune on 14th Jan and all the Toll charges were correctly deducted from my fast tag on that day. Then on 16th Jan I got an sms stating that Rs. 1173 has been deducted from my bank account for disputed charges as my fast tag is linked to bank account and gets autodebited once the balance is below Rs.100. When I called the NH helpline number 1033 they put my call for hold for almost half an hour and then told me that they will check on this and call me back and gave me complaint no. 58049084. I am not sure how is their system working and who gives them the authority to deduct my fasttag after 2 days of travelling.

I was traveling from Dhubri to Guwahati, Assam. In the DAHALAPARA TOLL GATE, the staff said that our vehicle does NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN FASTAG for which we asked to pay Rs 150 (75+75) in CASH. After leaving, we rechecked the fastag it was having sufficient balance in it and the receipt was absolutely FAKE where the vehicle number was similar but DIFFERENT (vehicle number provided above). This is extreme case of fraudery where the traveler has to suffer as well as the Government leading to loss in revenue on happening of such events. Therefore I request NHAI to refund the excess amount paid of Rs 75 in Fastag if possible and most importantly punish the culprits of that tollgate so they are unable to loot others. I herewith attach the receipt provided by the toll.

There is a bad road condition on way towards Ghaziabad to Hapur near where hapur 22 km on NH 9 board is present .
There is a joint like thing on the road that's improperly constructed and its disbalancing the cars and cause accidents, kindly look into this matter as its important issues for human safety on highways

I was travelling from shimla to delhi, crossed several toll plaza but when i reached at bhagan toll plaza which is at murthal (date 16/01/2022 at 5:50 pm), there was a que of 4 to 5 cars, so i have waited for approx. 10 min, reason was same that scanner not able to scan, after some discussion he opened gate for some cars, when i reached at toll counter same issue with me also the toll operator said your fastag is blacklisted i had shown him balance but he said give me money otherwise i will not open the gate, he also misbehaved with me, so i paid double amount . so i called NHAI help line no. 1033 and logged complaint( complaint no.5047947, he has given me mobile number of toll manager and asked me to send toll receipt and issue on same number but yet nothing happened .

This is to inform you that near Bagepalli Toll plaza Bath rooms are not Maintained and no maintenance.

Water is not available and full of smell and very inconvenience to people.

Kindly take necessary action and do the needful for people.

Toll charges collected by cash in double when fastag was having enough balance. Paid ₹240 by cash instead of Rs. 90/- through fastag. My monthly pass validity expired on 17/01/2022. But my fastag was having more than enough cash balance. Toll persons denied saying funds insufficient and collected cash in double. If actually no balance then fine, they can collect cash payment. It is sad even after holding enough balance in fastag I was forced to pau by cash . kindly initiate necessary steps to rectify the issue. Refund the cash collected forcefully .

TOLL PLAZA name is Khatoghan khaga fatehpur.
When passenger taking fast tag they says that server has been gone and it's not working properly and start taking llegal 50- 50 rs amount.
So dear sir take an action on him.

There is very bad condition of Road between Kanpur and Lucknow. Thousands of vehicles are moving across NAWABGANJ TOLL PLAZA and they are charging very high but services and conditions of Road is very Poor.
Please look into the matter and take necessary action to provide better quality Road and services.

i used to travel regularly in Guwahati-barama-bongaigaon route where i used to pay in three toll gates (Madanpur, Bhawanipur and Dahalpara). So after payin 240 in single round than i need the condition of the road to be smooth.
As i am a constant payee of toll, i just want the NH31 Highway to repair the potholes. If after paying tolls the highway is not maintained than my money is going into wastage, The money of mine is a hard earned money and if i am paying i should get a good service in terms of good condition of road.
The photos that i have taken is just an example, their are many other potholes in different areas.
Kindly take action immediately.

This is regarding the poor service and misbehave by toll tax employee when I was travelled in my personal car from Gurdaspur to Ludhiana and due my COVID-19 I forgot to recharge my fastag and toll employee forcely cut double charge for single journey, They denied to take charge for single journey as he say it rule from previous night applicable for blacklist fastag but denied to show any evidence against it..

So requested to take acten for misbehave and extra charge taken. And return my money ASAP.

I had applied for fast tag kyc on last Monday. Today is 8th day as per nhai calculation, but it is still pending. I had plan to go outside from my city, how can i go in this pandemic time. Senior officers have to intervene to complete it on urgent basis.

Higher amount getting deducted from fast tag instead of Rs. 35, I am forced to pay Rs. 40 as it’s getting deducted from my fast tag.
Two toll namely Chikkanahalli toll and kulumapalya toll (Karnataka, Bangalore to tumkuru stretch) having total tax Rs. 35 but from my fat tag it’s recovering Rs. 20 + 20 (Total Rs. 40/-).
Regularly I am paying this.
Please do the necessary correction and credit back my excess recovered amount.

I have a car and I have valid registration and I paid all my road taxes according to government norms. If I want to travel from Hyderabad to my native place I have no alternative than TOLL ROAD. I don't want to pay the toll tax I want a freeway road without any tolls which government is failed to build. Why government is compelling me to travel in a road with toll tax, why can't they build road without toll taxes.

Please give me work order and take action against contractor the contractor manage all government authorities and police station
Please give me solution of this complaint otherwise I file RTI application

Most sadly I have to telling you that I lost my younger jijaji(34 years) in a big road accident by a truck while crossing the road at chock more, nirsa(Dhanbad), Jharkhand on 11th Jan 2022 at 9:00 pm due to blackout road with mismanagement of NHAI which didn't provide traffic police and street light which is causing many of road accident at place.

Sir kindly check your all mis proper mismanagement and fill it immediately, so no another will lost of his/her life by tremendous road accidents.

I travel from shimoga to hubli twice a week, there are two flyovers near motebennur in between ranebennur and haveri. Which are incomplete & at stand still for the past two years.
Its a nightmare to drive on these two streches. Why are these works not being done and not completed.

Who are to be held responsible for .

Toll is also being collected for travelling on these unfinished streches. Why should we pay for these un done roads.

When would these flyovers be completed.

My Fast tag account had a balance of ₹556, the system at the toll booth did not work and person incharged arrogantly charged for double amount of ₹200 without rechecking his system. we paid the amount and after crossing the booth there was deduction of ₹100 by fast tag, in total we were charged thrice of the actual amount which adds upto ₹300, inspite of having a functional fast tag and balance in the account. The highways are built to reduce the travelling time and fastag are installed for the same but this system caused more of our time and money. I sincerely request you to please look into the matter and also instruct the toll collection booth contractors to be a human while they speak with the travellers.

Please solve the problem of rush in ladowal toll plaza in ludhiana...in the period of carona...we r [censored]ing lots of rush ...the toll plaza management ask to submit. Documents again ..to renew the passess..

I waited for more than 17 minutes at the toll plaza
and when I mentioned the 10 second rule to
person in the both he blatantly refused to know
any such rule. Was rude and started screaming at
us. The government should not come out with
rules they can't follow just for the namesake of
introducing rules makes no sense, absolutely
pretentious and hollow, extremely dissatisfied
and disappointed with facing such an issue.
