This is regarding the poor service and misbehave by toll tax employee when I was travelled in my personal car from Gurdaspur to Ludhiana and due my COVID-19 I forgot to recharge my fastag and toll employee forcely cut double charge for single journey, They denied to take charge for single journey as he say it rule from previous night applicable for blacklist fastag but denied to show any evidence against it..

So requested to take acten for misbehave and extra charge taken. And return my money ASAP.

I had applied for fast tag kyc on last Monday. Today is 8th day as per nhai calculation, but it is still pending. I had plan to go outside from my city, how can i go in this pandemic time. Senior officers have to intervene to complete it on urgent basis.

Higher amount getting deducted from fast tag instead of Rs. 35, I am forced to pay Rs. 40 as it’s getting deducted from my fast tag.
Two toll namely Chikkanahalli toll and kulumapalya toll (Karnataka, Bangalore to tumkuru stretch) having total tax Rs. 35 but from my fat tag it’s recovering Rs. 20 + 20 (Total Rs. 40/-).
Regularly I am paying this.
Please do the necessary correction and credit back my excess recovered amount.

I have a car and I have valid registration and I paid all my road taxes according to government norms. If I want to travel from Hyderabad to my native place I have no alternative than TOLL ROAD. I don't want to pay the toll tax I want a freeway road without any tolls which government is failed to build. Why government is compelling me to travel in a road with toll tax, why can't they build road without toll taxes.

Please give me work order and take action against contractor the contractor manage all government authorities and police station
Please give me solution of this complaint otherwise I file RTI application

Most sadly I have to telling you that I lost my younger jijaji(34 years) in a big road accident by a truck while crossing the road at chock more, nirsa(Dhanbad), Jharkhand on 11th Jan 2022 at 9:00 pm due to blackout road with mismanagement of NHAI which didn't provide traffic police and street light which is causing many of road accident at place.

Sir kindly check your all mis proper mismanagement and fill it immediately, so no another will lost of his/her life by tremendous road accidents.

I travel from shimoga to hubli twice a week, there are two flyovers near motebennur in between ranebennur and haveri. Which are incomplete & at stand still for the past two years.
Its a nightmare to drive on these two streches. Why are these works not being done and not completed.

Who are to be held responsible for .

Toll is also being collected for travelling on these unfinished streches. Why should we pay for these un done roads.

When would these flyovers be completed.

My Fast tag account had a balance of ₹556, the system at the toll booth did not work and person incharged arrogantly charged for double amount of ₹200 without rechecking his system. we paid the amount and after crossing the booth there was deduction of ₹100 by fast tag, in total we were charged thrice of the actual amount which adds upto ₹300, inspite of having a functional fast tag and balance in the account. The highways are built to reduce the travelling time and fastag are installed for the same but this system caused more of our time and money. I sincerely request you to please look into the matter and also instruct the toll collection booth contractors to be a human while they speak with the travellers.

Please solve the problem of rush in ladowal toll plaza in ludhiana...in the period of carona...we r [censored]ing lots of rush ...the toll plaza management ask to submit. Documents again ..to renew the passess..

I waited for more than 17 minutes at the toll plaza
and when I mentioned the 10 second rule to
person in the both he blatantly refused to know
any such rule. Was rude and started screaming at
us. The government should not come out with
rules they can't follow just for the namesake of
introducing rules makes no sense, absolutely
pretentious and hollow, extremely dissatisfied
and disappointed with facing such an issue.

We are from Katamnallur Gate, OMR road, Bangalore East Taluk, Bangalore district, virgo Nagar post -560049 Karnataka.
In 2010 NHAI made acquisition of few private land for the purpose to extend roads, however now one of private property owner (Keerthi petrol pump owner) has doing some construction/ extending wall compound in NHAI acquisition space, which is illegal against law and now it is creating problems to beside property. so we request you to take necessary action against this.

I want to report a false Toll penalty issued to my car (RJ45 CM 4941) on 3rd december at TOLL PLAZA NAME - MCEPL Km.42 ) (Manesar).

I always use FAST TAG for my vehicle but on 3rd december person sitting on TOLL Plaza near Manesar (Delhi- gurgaon NH48) said my fast tag is not working and I have to pay a penalty for the same .

i told him that my FAST TAG is completely fine and also has sufficient money in it but he insisted on paying the toll in cash with a penalty . Because of other vehicles in the queue I was forced to pay the penalty in cash and just after paying the amount through cash, I got a message of the amount deducted though FAST TAG.

I am attaching both receipts with this complaint .

Dear NHAI,

We are from Anathavaram Village of East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
NHAI No 216 is going through our Village. These is Road Expansion Project is underway from last 5 years.
As part of the Project Drain construction is happened on both sides of the Road. Drain connectivity not completed properly at near BSNL Office at Anathavaram Village since last 1.5 Years and we are facing very difficulty to cross the drain and not able to enter into out homes. They open the Drain very dangerously and they kept open with Iron rods and drain Open for almost 20 Months.

We gave complaint to Local Construction authority but no action taken. Recently one of the Domestic Animal (Cow) fell into the open Drain and died. We have small kids

Hello sir, madam,
This is Venkateswara Rao resident of Dr No: 112/67-2, Seshaiahgari Palli, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh would like to bring below points to your notice.

1. My village is on NH-40, 5 km away from Kadapa which is Kadapa municipal corporation. Toll plaza is constructed within the Corporation limits which is not legal.
2. There is no service road constructed along side the highway. Because of no service road people are forced to walk on highway . Because vehicles are moving at high speed, many accidents are happening. Hence requesting authorities to construct service road.
3.There is no provision for rain water. When it rains water from highway flows in to village.
4.Lights are provided on the highway, many lights will not glow always.

Not just poor, this route is potential deathtraps. There are no reflectors, streetlights & reflectors, especially from NICE road junction to Harohalli. At least fill the damn potholes if you can't give a complete fix.

Double toll tax levied at the Khalapur Toll (cash) . After that fastag was recharged but money got deducted again at the expressway exit (Mumbai-Pune expressway)

There is no lighting on the National Highway and most of the accidents happening. So please arrange lights at hotspot areas.

उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है कि बाईपास रोड व बैनाड रोड बाईपास पुलिया के पास N.H.A.I. कि जमीन पर ट्रेक्टर ट्रोली व ट्रक ईटो से लदे हुए खड़े रहते है | इनसे आये दिन दुर्घटनाये होती रहती है और इनकी आड में चोरियों की वारदात होती रहती है | यह क्षेत्र घनी आबादी वाला क्षेत्र है | इनकी वजह से कॉलोनी की महिलाओ का आना - जाना बंद हो गया है | इन ईट माफियाओ से आमजन परेशान है और धरने प्रदर्शन की चेतावनी दी जा रही है | यह क्षेत्र अधिक संवेदनशील होता जा रहा है | ट्रक माफिया आये दिन झगड़ा करते रहते है | कोलोनिवासियो को भी मारने – पीटने पर उतारू रहते है | इन ट्रेक्टर ट्रोलियो के कारण लोगो में भारी आक्रोश है | इस जगह कोई भी दुर्घटना घटित हो उससे पहले ईटो से भरी हुई ट्रेक्टर ट्रोली व ट्रको को तुरंत प्रभाव से हटवाने का व N.H.A.I. की जमीन के आस –पास नो –पार्किंग जोन घोषित करवाने का आदेश फरमाने का श्रम करे |

I was traveled frequently from Hyderabad to Ealuru two toll plazas are Same fare up and down in 24 hours one is keesara toll plaza near Vijayawada and another one is Pottipadu toll plaza near Ghannavaram Vijayawada please solve the issue at the earliest.

I am working in Chandigarh University and staying in Krishna enclave kharar in between i have newly started toll i.e bhagomajra toll ... instead of providing proof our rent agreement that we reside in within 20 Km of toll as i am not from punjab so quite clear i dont have local id but i have university id card and rent agreement proof... still authority of toll not accepting the proof and denied to give benefit of staying within 20km.
