I used to travel on NHAI.last i travelled
from mathura to Jaipur and I found on ludhwai toll plaza there is no public facilities of toilet and water for which we are paying. I inquired from nearby shopkeeper they said this public utilities/toilets are closed since long..NO body used to make it clean and open it...The same condition is at every toll plaza on any NHAI route.pls take the matter on priority to resolve the issues

I have journey in national highway on 28/01/22 when I have reached madurai toll plaza my Paytm fastag money has failed and refunded (i have sufficient balance) to me some network problem but toll plaza staff has treated me like that Becker and he told to me just went out from (go back) toll plaza I'm really very disappoint i just request to you kindly give the one more chance due to network problem and also respect the people I wrote to same the high way ministry

As per the information obtained, under RTI act 2005 section 6(3) from office of collector land acquisition NHAI (SLAU-2), regarding the land acquired for four lane road construction by NHAI, that is, Khasra No- 7331/5337/2/2 fati shilihar Kothi kotkandi, tehsil Bhuntar which was occupied by sh.Karam Chand s/o Gulaba . The occupier sh. Karam Chand has been awarded with all the money in relation to the acquired lnd and structure which had been verified by NHAI itself. Whereas the Kitchen, staircase, edge wall and poultry farm is still standing at its place till today and the occupant is enjoying benefits of both money and facilities, hence condemning the laws.
I request the NHAI to take required action and demolish the standing structures.

Today I was travelling from pathankot side to jallandhar side and when I reached chollang toll plaza of jalandhar pathankot road near tanda there was long queue at all counters including fastag counter. I have to wait around 10 minutes in queue and when I reached at counter and asked the casher not to withdraw the toll charges from fastag because it is aginst the laws because I am waiting from long and now i am exempted from toll but the casher did not listen and withdraw the charges from fastag.
So, therefore take the appropriate action against chollang toll plaza authorities and refund my charges
Note ; I have the video of long queue

Suddenly I'm facing fast tag recharge issue stating uploading the KYC. I've already provided kyc details during purchase of Fast Tag.

Can you pls allow to recharge my fast tag account ? I've already uploaded the KYC documents and pending from your side for approval.

This has created lot of problen to a lot of consumers and you may pls extend the KYC data upload period and allow consumers to recharge.

My complaint is regarding irregular toll tax deduction on eastern peripheral expressway. I was traveling from dasana to kundali for personal reasons need to do up and down. Toll deduction while traveling from dasana to kundali is 90 rs . When I was returned from kundali to dasana it was deducted 240 rs. 240 rs deducted in the morning. So unable to understand. Attached are the screenshots.

NH 9 on highway road rohtak to hissar near village meham toll plaza, when we reached at till plaza, for making payment we offered four ways by net banking, google pay, patym and by swipe atm card, but employees of toll plaza insisted on having cash but I don't have cashan employee Ajay took my atm card and put it into his pocket, they insulted me, i have been requesting for an hour but he did not return my card, I hardly took my car and had to come, he was in full of pride and can use my atm card illegally, plz pay attention into my matter, plz get my atm back from Mr Ajay safely and give some kind of punishment, i hope you will provide me justice, bhupinder Singh, [protected]

We were charged 120 rs for one way for private car however, when I checked on internet it shows 60rs charges
how can the officials at toll plaza charge the passengers more than expected

There is always traffic jam in kannad ghat .several vehicles get affected in risky ghat on national highway no 211. Traffic police is also not available most of the time. People have to wait for 4-6 hrs to cross 12 km ghat area. Despite paying so much toll, no facilities for passengers.
I hope u will look into it ....
