Yesterday I was traveled from Pune SHIRWAL.MH14DN0300.

TOLL PLAZA-KHED-SHIVAPUR

The toll person take Double toll from Fast Tag.
One side they Charge-115₹
Return also charges-115₹
It's wrong way take a Payment.
Return charges is less than one way...

And the person Behavior was very rude and Arrogant Language....

Few NHAI clean up members visited and dug up the entry point to the street for cleaning. It’s been 4 days and they have not complete the work and left the big portion of hole open. This is causing lot of inconvenience to locals and also very risk for those travelling in night.

They come to work for just 30-40 mins daily and leave. Yesterday they did not even visited.

Can some one look at...

A person on the Toll gate of Joya is misbehaving with us. Our fastag balance was low. He can say this to us politely that our bal is low but he was misbehaving like we are dogs....

Hi, I travelled from Delhi to Vrindavan via Gurgaon using my vehicle # DL9CAZ4431 on 23rd April 2023 using the newly constructed highways. I was amazed to encounter too may toll plazas with very high toll charges for distances as close as 5 kms. Here is the sequence:
1. Rs 145/- deducted at Ghamroj Sohna Road Toll Plaza at 10:43.
2. Rs 95/- deducted at Khalipur Fee Plaza at 11:06.
3. Rs 265/- deducted at Palwal at 11:18....

Respected sir,
I just need to know whether a serving defence force personnel is exempted from toll charges or not?? As it feels very bad that after serving in high glaciers and in tolerable conditions when a Soldier comes on leave and is mis behaved at tolls it looks very annoying.
I was done the same at agra Lucknow expressway at agra exit.

I had to pay toll even after delay of 7-8minutes. Paid Rs.10.0 toll for MZBGC811LNN003408 at Hoskote Toll Plaza. TxnId: 0010022304252034032810....

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I faced while using the Mumbai-Pune Expressway on 9th April 2023. I was charged toll for my vehicle MH12UJj7309 despite not traveling on the said date. I have attached a copy of my toll receipt for your reference. As you can see, the receipt shows that the toll was paid for my vehicle, but I did not use the expressway on that day. I kindly request that you refund the toll charges to me....

Surajbari Toll plaza on NH27 is very poor in managing the traffic, They are not separating Non FasTag vehicles so people having FasTag on their car have to suffer a lot in long queue.

Please address this complaint....

This is to bring your attention towards the terrible road conditions between Palwal and sohna which is also known as NH - 919. There are many points where big big potholes on road like Dhatir village. On this NH-919 roughly 10, 000 cars are running on daily basis. There was an unauthorised toll deduction of Rs 80 at Manesar toll Plaza against my vehicle HR55U0622 on[protected] April 2023) at 12:48:22 hrs vis HDFC Bank NETC FASTag. Kindly look into whether because of any software related problem, a high toll fees of Rs 590 is being charged for a return trip from Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon to Palwal via newly constructed Gurgaon-Vadora Expressway + KMP Expressway. The total distance of the return trip is 120 kms and time of travel is 2 hours.
