Toll being collected for much dilapidated road and zero maintenance with lot of pot holes and absolutely no safety.

Dear Sir, With ref to the above subject I have received the Debit Message on 31/10/2021 at 21.23 pm from BG-FASTAG. Details as follows
Deducted Amount - Rs. 85.00 Toll Location - Hiwargaon Pavasa Vehicle No. - MH 16 AB 2087 Transaction ID - 0010002110312029004031 Date of Transaction - 29/10/2021 Time - 08.07.51 am
As I have not Traveled through this route with the above said vehicle, the said transaction is incorrect. My vehicle No. MH 16 AB 2087 was parked in my own parking lot at my home on 29/10/2021 at the transaction time. You are requested to check the CCTV Footage to catch the actual vehicle having the duplicate FASTAG of vehicle No. MH 16 AB 2087 & solve the issue & pl make the refund payment immediately to my FASTAG account.

I was travelling betul to chhindwara, in my car (mp28c7998) i have fas tag in my car. But a toll tax station near dunava national highway 347, charged 60 re extra in cash without a receipt. Please take authentic action and inform me..

I am Rohit singh and i am govt.employee of Indian army recently I am travelling from bhind to etawah via NH719.as I have passed through NH719 barohi toll booth i have shown my government identity card issued by Indian army as I am on my duty but toll booth employees didn't consider my identity card and started abusing me and forcefully recovered road tax from me so that's why I am writing this complaint to NHAI as this is completely unacceptable behaviour of barohi toll booth employees and this cannot be accepted at all so please do something otherwise I will lodge a f.i.r against those employees

Valavanthankottai toll plaza- placed in trichy to thanjai bye pass road. In this toll plaza 5 ways IN and 5 ways OUT. But always 2 ways closed in IN and OUT. It caused more waiting time and make much more traffic at that ways. So please my kind request for open all ways and improve the tag scanning process fast for all travellers.

We were going to Kolkata by Durgapur express way from Durgapur on 30th October 2021.

Cases of dangerous driving were rampant throughout the entire stretch. Trucks were changing lanes at their will. Some drivers were driving dangerously criss crossing by being close to other vehicles at a very high speed. No traffic check point or police to control them.
Motorized three wheeler rickshaw vans driving at a very slow speed in the middle of the road, local motor bikes coming from opposite directions and crossing roads by going over small dividers are common scene on the expressway. There is no administrative effort to make driving condition safe on the expressway except a few banners saying 'safe drive save life'. This really makes the entire process futile

We were going to Kolkata from Durgapur via Durgapur expressway on 30th October morning. At around 10:30am there was a huge traffic jam from Dankuni Toll Plaza to Nivedita setu. It took us almost 1 hour to reach Nivedita Setu from Dankuni Toll plaza. Even after paying such a huge toll tax, road condition is very poor and traffic condition is the worst of kind. It does not give an impression of an expressway. While returning from Kolkata to Durgapur at around 4:30 PM on the same day, I noticed even worse traffic on the other side i.e. Dankuni to Kolkata. There was a large more than 1 KM traffic jam on Dankuni Toll plaza towards Kolkata.

Moreover, there is no traffic check to control errant drivers. Large trucks are changing lanes at their will without any indicator. Some drivers are driving dangerously. There are some police vans occasionally visible. But they are mute spectators without doing anything.

It's my earnest request to for strict vigilance on the expressway to make travels safer, make road conditions better to drive and reduce traffic woes

Today we're going to jaipur via shahpura.

I have to inform you that the street light of highway not working of village tahseenpur near raunahi toll plaza (Dist. Ayodhya (faizabad) ) which is on national highway 27. Straight light that is not working is located on front of welcome gate of Ayodhya. We always pay toll on toll plaza but there service is not good so why we pay our toll to them. So please take stick action on this complaint. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

I hire a taxi who don't have Fastage and have just crossed toll plaza Baskopa, Durgapur, West Bengal. At toll plaza, I have requested to pay toll through card/Paytm etc. But
Your official has forced me to pay cash and said that no electronic payment is acceptable in this toll plaza.
My payment ticket no is [protected].
I am very sorry to say that not working of electronic transaction is realy surprised and hurt any one.
Hope necessary corrective action immediately to be taken.

We have a dispute about 3 toll gates (Sullurpet, Bhudanam & Nellore) Located in Andhra Pradesh. The problem is they are charging twice for a single entry. Repeatedly this is happening and all lcv vehicles who are passing by.

Their response for this act is "we don't have a separate deduction for LCV so we deduct LCV in Truck category".

The details of the vehicle and the amount deducted in each Toll Gate are attached.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

There are illegal and non-structured speed breakers created on National Highway No.503A . 16 Speed Breakers have been constructed within stretch of 02 KMs between Pandoga to Bharsali on National Highway No.503A. These speed brakers have been constructed in a very dangerous way & will cause accidents especially in night. In night time, these speed brakers are not visible. Kindly look into the matter & ensure removal of the same

Dhaneshwar Toll plaza on national highway didn't scan my fastag. After moving to and fro. He refused to allow to pass.
Then my driver took car back.
Next lane was non functional.
Took to outermost lane where Mr Rajendra who said himself supervisor behaved unmannerly.
Hand operated scanner was discharged.
4-5 people were sitting there seems to be the workers of toll plaza. non of them cooperative tather aughing at us.
I paid 65 Rs and then passed.
It was very troubling and insulting.

Yesterday[protected], I was penalised Rs 100 at Raha Toll Plaza Assam stating that my FASTag did not have sufficient fund whereas, I had a balance of Rs370.

Past one month jindpur toll plaza NH 232 are not taking fastag scan and asking for money. Kindly take cognizance of the complaint urgent

At lakhanpur toll plaza, we were travelling from pathankot to jammu daily updown dated 26, 27, 28 october and toll plaza scanner always show message fastag blacklist but same fasttag shows no problem at all other toll plaza and we have been charged double.
Moreover the staff of toll plaza was so arrogant and rude. We were harrased for continously 3 days which is a matter of concern. Such a gundagardi is there.Kindly check your cctv and take appropriate action

मेनाल टोल प्लाजा जो कि चित्तौड़गढ़ जिले के बिजोलिया तहसील के अंतर्गत आता है इस टोल प्लाजा के कर्मचारी ग्राहकों के साथ बहुत बुरा बर्ताव करते हैं गाली गलौज करते हैं और उनसे पैसा लेकर बदले में उनको रसीद नहीं देते हैं नीचे एक कर्मचारी का फोटो है जो आज अभद्र व्यवहार करते हुए पाया गया

I reside within 20 Km of Mettupatti Tool Palaza 636106 (Checked with Goole map), I need to take FASTag concessions available for local vehicles. While approaching they guide me avail monthly pass Rs. 150/- for 5 Km distance or Rs. 300/- for 20 Km distance. There is no other provision for FASTag concessions available for local vehicles. As per Tool Palaza rule avail FASTag concessions for local vehicles with submission of RC and address proof (both attached). Iam Kalamani S Vehicle No TN37BK1356.21st October I have crossed the pampam Tollplaza 105 is the actual amount but on 25th October 120 debited as different amount.I have given the transaction history on 23rd and 25th I crossed the same plaza see the same Rs: 105 only debited.Kindly return back the amount it is wrongly debited.doesn't received Notification for my reg mobile number for the wrongly debited amount.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
