Yesterday midnight 2.08AM, we passed GADOI TOLL PLAZA where the Fastag Scanner not working and the on duty person is asking for cash payment. We have argued with him that pls take the payment form vehicle number but he has not agree to do the same and he has stopped us and said first you have to pay (cash Rs.70/-) and only after that he has to go us from their.

    Today while crossing the chhajarsi toll plaza, Ghaziabad one of staff Mr Saurabh did misbehaving with me as my wallet balance was low when I deny to do the cash payment he started misbehaving with me I said I will recharge my wallet now as everything is online so this will happen within seconds, so he said park the card aside and give my ATM card as security and after giving him my ATM card I parked my vehicle aside and when I asked him to return my ATM card so he started deny my ATM card and he started misbehaving with me and he said pay the cash and take the card. When I said him I will put complaint against you then he has returned my card.

      Everyday I’m crossing Chittampatti Toll plaza in Tamilnadu (Madurai District) twice it’s observed that the local vendors are joining hand with the toll staff and selling their products by blocking the entrance and exit of the toll booth which is leading to accidents of the cars because they tend to come very closer to the car with their product and they run between the path which is leading to accidents I had complained several times to the staffs in the toll plaza but no action is taken hope action will be taken by the complaint thank you

        Address: 88/17 Shiv Mandir, Multani Colony, Sirsa

        Complaint regarding Mis-behav by Vikas Sharma & Amit Morrye posted at Bhavden TOLL plaza, Sirsa, Haryana

        Incident 1-- on 07/04/2023--At 7.30 PM Mr. Vikas Sharma who is working at Bhavden TOLL plaza denied to prepare monthly pass by saying that distance more than 20 kms. But actually, it was with in 20 kms or as per NHAI Norms.

        He asked me thrice to change my seat from one place to another by asking that please come in front of this camera or that camera. Misbehaving like ###.

        My car fag tag is registered with temporary number, monthly pass was issued three time on temporary number fag tag. but on that day, he denied to prepare, later on as per instruction of Amit Morrye he agree for renew monthly pass.

        After few minutes he argue on distance more than 20 kms but he was checking for another incorrect address. On my multiple request he denied to recheck the distance. then i request to amit morrye to recheck the distance which is found to be with in 20 kms.(17.6 Kms)

        But after wasting 35 mins both denied to issue monthly pass due to their ego.

        Incident 2-- On Tuesday 09/05/2023. I request Vikas sharma to issue to Monthly pass to another Car which is registered in 2013 on government RC number. He tried multiple times to denied with any reason. he tried to find out distance reason, demanding photo copy of docs, Also asked to mail docs at his personal maid id. But still after wasting times But due to his ego he denied saying that you are the same person, also asked his senior that "sir yeh wo hi h". Which is totally misbehaving with public.

        I request to NHAI pls look into on priority and go through the recording in TOLL plaza room.

        Also, he denied to me for entering his seniors- Manager Room.

            As moving on the eastern peripheral expressway we face a lot of braking activities due to the extremely poor patchworks at the eastern peripheral expressway.
            Please look into the matter as it may cause a lot of road accident leading many mishappenings.

              Very poorly maintained. It looks like Toll plaza suffered from earth quake.
              It portray bad image about NHAI.
              Simple civil work will improve the toll plaza.

                Dear sir

                We as toll payer pay the fee to got better experience during our jurny there is no doubt that NHAI is doing well in giving world class facilities to us but still some responsible person from NHAI not taking there services seriously .In such condition I Thought that I have to complain with I have seen .
                I am complaining to Hadhwa Toll plaza On NH 730 in Mahrajganj District Utter Pradesh

                At this toll plaza there is no such any fire fighting ambulance, If there is any misshapening is happen then there will be dangerous and could be life threatening So please make it available at Toll plaza.
                At this toll plaza there is no medical add facilities In case of any accidents there is no assistance from authority . Kindly make a proper medical team with ambulance .
                At this toll plaza there is no basic facilities like they don't have drinking water . Also they don't have proper toilet that can be use by traveler . They have a toilet but in brost condition. There is no proper system to cleanup it almost not in use condition .
                At this toll plaza the employee who is taking care of it they also misbehave if you ask anything about it. That should not be there.
                We as toll payer must be awair that these facilities should be there but nothing was there they only charges toll fee, they just making money from there .
                Kindly take care of my complaint and make available all the facilities that must be there .
                I will be thank full if NHAI will take it seriously .

                  I travelled from Lonavala to Pune on April 13, 2023 and was charged INR 240 (Talegaon toll plaza, reference # 93282). Then I travelled again on May 2, 2023 from Pune to Lonavala (Talegaon toll plaza), I was charged INR 240 (reference # 67243), I returned from Lonavala to Pune on May 3, 2023, I was charged INR 240 (reference # 66212) at Talegaon toll plaza.

                  While checking on the website (toll plaza calculator), it showed nil toll. Please look into the same and give me credit for the excess amount charged.

                    Wrong toll tax deduction on 03-May-2023

                    Hello Team,

                    I have registered compliant through phone that during this time, i was not crossing the toll booth hence look into it.

                    Needs to understand from you that, how much time this type was deducted by you? Pl. check and revert asap.

                    Alos revert my payment at my fast-tag balance.

                    Address: Lacchhiwala toll Dehradun Haridwar

                    Misconduct and misbehave by toll plaza staff at lachiwala Dehradun Haridwar road in between time 17:45 to 18:00 with family in vehicle number uk08AL 1743. Traveling from dehradun. We had sufficient balance in our Fast tag. There were two people sitting in the cabin one was busy with mobile so we stopped the car little near to the barrier then the person sitting inside who was handling the counter of the vehicle coming from dehradun abused from his cabin our window panes was slightly opened so we heard it then I came down from my vehicle then I asked who abused us the they started abusing again then one another person who was sitting on the chair came he abused us and pulled me . There some other staff came and started making video. When we asked to call their senior and toll manager they denied to call or give number to us. They humiliated us and threatened us. These booths are for public services not for public humiliation and misbehave with them. This is totally not tolerable and matter of concern. We have listened a lot of incidents of this type from many people about this toll and about the staff behaviour but this time turn was mine. I hereby request to the authority please look into the matter and take necessary action against the both staff and the person managing the toll. If the matter will not be taken at this level some day they will behave with someone else.
                    Kindly look into the matter and acknowledge the action as I think it is my right being the victim of this incident.You may feel free to contact.

                      On 7.5.23, my vehicle tn24q8038 crossed porur tollgate. I have a paytm tag, my balance was around 305 rupees, still they said I had no balance and had to pay double the amount. Kindly do look into this.

                        Such kind of theft happening is really not acceptable they are charging 330 rs for one way which is too much for common man and government is allowing this. This is called a perfect (CHORI) really upset with government and this toll tax

                          The condition of toilets at Lehra Begga Toll Plaza, Bathinda, Punjab at NH7 is so bad that it is better to use open spaces rather than using these toilets. Apart from being dirty and stinky (full of mosquitos as well), everything is broken. There are no wash basins or water supply of any kind. Herewith attached are some of the photos.

                            The problem of FASTag non scanning is being faced at Sanwara Toll Plaza of Chandigarh Shimla Himachal Pradesh. There are some machines at this toll plaza which are not working properly. Despite the very less traffic, there is always a long queue at this toll plaza. Here the toll plaza staff see that the code is not scanning, so they use a stick in which they have attached the FASTag reader and then process the toll manually. There are 5 counters for toll collection and staff are using only 3 to collect double amount cash saying fastag is not working for your car and also we can't allow you back Because you have a huge queue while our FASTags are working on all other toll plazas. When we say that we are local then the problem of non scannable automatically gets fixed. Also in some cases if the vehicle is out of state they said fastag is blacklisted or having low balance you have to wait for 20 minutes and then come and please pay cash to save your 20 minutes. We are requesting you to please fix the problem at this toll plaza or replace all the machines used in this plaza

                                Dear NAHI,
                                I was traveled yesterday by car MH12NB0329 approx 5pm. Fastag was not reading machine any tag problem even balance was in fastag. I was requested to cut money on basis of Car Name plate number but the staff's supervisor was very arrogance used language and was saying to take car back even the they can do fastag cutting on basis of car number. My little child was in car was traveled back from hospital to home. They was saying take car back and take fastag so can release car.
                                So my complaint is that if I was saying as you can take toll charges by car no also then why you was not ready to pass car and my little child was not feeling good Just we came from hospital after saying this was not ready they hold us Around 10 mins in toll collection window. Why ???

                                    Today while traveling with my family, I was charged 90 rupees for the first time and 45 rupees for the return from the fast tag of my car, number KL10B 2663 at Paliekara toll plaza.As far as I know, Paliekara toll plaza charges Rs.70 per car and Rs.105 for return journey. So 20 rupees more was taken from me. Therefore, it is requested to clarify this matter or take necessary action to get back the overcharged amount.

                                      Complaint -
                                      1) Automated barrier gates on Toll Plaza are unavailable
                                      2) System Not Working
                                      3) Big Lines on Toll Booths
                                      4) Toll Employees Use Excessive force if questioned of wrongdoing
                                      5) General Toll Rules not displayed publicly
                                      6) No Public Facilities available on the toll plaza
                                      7) Waiting time of More than 10 Mins on Toll Plaza

                                      I am a regular traveler on this route. I am Facing the above issues on Pithadia Toll Plaza for the last 4 Months. I've been harassed, ignored, and attacked by Toll Booth employees for asking them questions about waiting time to pass through the Toll.
                                      The system on this toll plaza is very poor. I passed Toll Plaza @ 12.30 PM and my Toll Deduction message I received @ 6.46 PM.
