The street lights on National Highways in Kundapura, Koteshwara (Pin code 575622) on NH-66 constructed and maintained by Navayuga Construction is not functional at all. This is creating troubles to wait for the buses during night time. Also, causing the accidents on fly over.

Though the Fly over in Kundapura was opened few months ago, street lights are not yet functional.

Kindly help to resolve this

On bareilly to bharei road a toll plaza not issuing monthly pass saying that aadhar card is not vaild documents for issuing monthly pass also denied to issue monthly pass.my residents within 20 km from toll plaza

There are lot of water seepage from the unfinished canal (Part of Flyover construction) that get into my house compound through underground sand. Even though I had raised my house area by putting gravel, Water keep coming in at faster speed. This could cause complete water logging inside the house compound in no time. I was told that the overflowing water from the adjacent lake is pumped into across the street that eventually fills the incomplete canal which is on the New Natham main road. There are elderly people at home and these kind of water stagnation problem could cause Dengue, Fever etc. Please request to take a quick action to FIX this problem as an emergency issue.

Road condition for NH4 highway especially between Pune to Kolhapur is at worst condition which may lead in vehicle damage and road accidents.

On nh9 near ding towards sirsa service lane damaged by hp petrol pump name sardar fuel, which is illegal cut. It will we cause a major accident and not followed by nhai guideline. Please take naccary action immideately .

While travelling towards Salem (in Coimbatore-Salem Highway), we got charged twice (Rs: 65/-) at Vaiguntham Toll Plaza on 17th October at 11:30 AM. Can you please help refund the amount (Rs: 65/-) which was charged extra?

We have AXIS Bank Fastag card for our Vehicle no RJ14 UC 6738, we travelled from Jaipur to Udaipur on Oct 15, 2021 and at all toll plazas Fastag worked properly. During our travel back from Udaipur to Jaipur on 17 Oct 2021, till afternoon the fastag was working properly but on Raipur toll plaza on Jodhpur-Jaipur Highway this fast tag was read as backlisted . We checked status of our Fastag, it was active and had sufficient balance also . We contacted helpline 1033 they said fastag is fine but there is an issue with software at toll plaza, helpline Executive talked to toll plaza person and they let our vehicle clear from the toll. but afterwards at each toll plaza till beawar- kishangarh toll, our fastag card was seen as blacklisted and we had to contact on helpline again and again and this process took almost half an hour at each toll plaza . at Kishangarh toll they said that fastag on our vehicle is read as of some vehicle from Gujarat and at Thikariya toll plaza we had to pay cash ( double toll amount ) .

Due to this process our travel time increased to 11 hours . Stucking at each toll plaza with queue of vehicles behind us was a very embarrassing and troublesome experience . there was no respite from toll helpline and people at toll plaza .
Look into the matter and resolve this issue on urgent basis and refund the money that was taken from us although our fastag was active and had balance.

Debited two times for one journey as detailed below from acc 34161FA[protected]A0 at pampampallam toll plaza.

While traveling towards Coimbatore from Palakkad, sensors not recognised my fastag and asked me to pay double though there is sufficient balance, but deducted the charge from my account. For recharging revered the vehicle, recharged and moved second time. At that time also debited the amount. Two times debited.

Also please consider the second entry of the same vehicle from either side must be charged with reduced rate.

We are returning from madurai to Trichy in my own car TN68Z7133 while entering Trichy the toll plaza the people won’t react good treating they told I m not having balance in my fastag I showed to them but they treat me like a dog they closed the counter and went away by blocking my car with steel Gaurd’s I felt bad And I gave reply in same manner that I removed the steel Gaurd and went away without paying.

There is a wrong side traffic on flyover. And also there are some improper diversions made by people must be blocked on flyover.

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I travelled from Pondicherry to Bangalore on 16th Oct. On the very first toll plaza just outside of Pondicherry, which is "Pondicherry Tindivanam Toll Plaza", my Fastag was not read by the reader at the toll plaza. When I asked them to use the Handheld reader they told me that my Tag is corrupted and they cannot read it. The operator at the toll station asked me to pay in cash and double the amount. I paid Rs. 90 at the Pondicherry Tindivanam Toll Plaza. However, to my surprise, the Fastag worked very well at the next toll.

I see this as a fraud to the customers saying that their tag is corrupted/ blacklisted and ask for the cash amount.

Kindly look into this and take proper action.

Started journey from Pataudi to Kundli exist, money deducted Rs 225/ instead of Rs 125/ from account of fastag, which is a illegal trade practice on the part of NHAI and it's employee.

This is in reference to the balance deduction for my fast tag veh. Reg. No. MH08AG0107
Today i got a message that rs. 1173 RS debited from your fastag balance on account shortfall in toll charges as per the Khalapur toll plaza against transaction reference no.[protected].
However while traveling from this toll plaza in the morning at 10.45 am on 07.10.2021 rs. 95 charged at Khalapur toll plaza against transaction ref. [protected], at that time after paying my fastag balance was 589 for which i have received sms also. Then how you are charging this amount and for what? Kindly give an explaination for the same and credit the amount to my fast tag account at the earliest.

I was travelling from Panchkula to Kasauli on 16 October 2021 At Sanwara Toll Plaza on NH-5 toll operator told that my fastag is not working . I had to pay double fee in cash due ( Rs 55+Rs55) but later I found that the toll tax had been charged from fastag as well.

Please refund the double amount i.e Rs 110 of toll tax I had to pay in cash as the tax already got deducted from fastag

My vehicle number is MH12KY8094. I travelled thru Khed Shivapur tollgate on NH4 - Pune Satara road on 14.-Oct-2021 and 17-Oct.2021. As per law, vehicles registered in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad bearing registration numbers MH12 & MH14 are EXPEMPTED at this tollgate from paying toll. However, toll is collected automatically from all the vehicles, fitted with FASTAG which is ill-legal Same happened with me and I had to pay toll of Rs.100 on 14th and 17th October'21, under Trip number[protected] and[protected] resp. I now request you to refund me this amount of Rs 100 *2 = Rs. 200 urgently.

My vehicle AS01ED7135 crossed Nazirakhat toll plaza at 11:50 am on 18/10/2021. The charge of Rs 115 was deducted then and also at 12:25 pm. Resolve the matter at the earliest.

Today i traveled ganagapur to Raichur on 17/10/2021.I have bad experience with toll guy's thay using bad and raash words like a local gundas, my family members worried about the today bad experience.
