Srinagar Kosi Chata Toll staff wrongly misbehaving with us on toll. In just 90 minutes distance they asking for double toll with us.. we have already shown our toll balance on same toll we cross with fastag befor 90 minutes. After some talking they keep bambu In hands for fights..how can we go from next time from that road. Stilll i have balance in fastag.

I have travelled to Hapur today from ghaziabad . At Chijarsi toll plaza, my tag was debited for 130 Rs but while coming it charged 65/- .. and this has happened second time
Can you please explain why ?

Today on 16 october 2021 I had crossed toll plaza baros, sadabad, hathras, U.P. around 01PM towards Agra and returned in eve around 4.30pm. Total deduction to be done was Rs 45 but deduction was done by Rs 30+30+15. For proof screenshot has been attached. So Kindly do needful and refund my excess amount. Advocate RK Singh Sisodiya

I started travelling from Perumbakkam to Pondicherry, taken route OMR and turned to kevalam road. While reaching ECR toll from OMR through pudupakkam via Kovalam route, There was a huge line in toll gate asking for money stating that no balance in fastag. So pay cash and tbey will let us go. We didn't pay and they didn't let us cross the limit. We still not decided to pay for the cash. After few minute, 1 guy went i side and give us the way to move on. I am raising this complaint because of the looters in toll gate asking for cash even we have balance in Fastag. Because of this, we were about to form a large queue which made us frustration on that day. We were thinking that why government mandated us to use fastag? I request you to take action on the particular toll gate employees for their inappropriate actions.

Today I supposed to cross sivaya toll plaza towards meerut to Bijnor in the morning at 9:19 AM, and I spent more than 9 minutes in a que and toll was charged from me. I hava a video of same, while I asked toll plaza employees, they replied that they will charge to everyone and while waiting period is high or not.
How they can take it so casual. Please do needful.

Vehicle no.Mh 34 br 7699 vehicle:car date 15.10.21.While we were traveling towards nagpur we came across a toll plaza at rolmamda of skylark infra engineering pvt ltd..Our fastag is having sufficient balance around 1600 rupees, but some how the fasttag could not be read by the reader.Instead of resolving the issues the toll attendants resorted to heated arguments and almost lost 10 to 15 minutes time and suffered for no fault on our part.

Big holes on highway, i have seen 2 accidents due to these holes, my car also punctured, pls fill these holes as soon as possible

We were traveling from Sagar to Narsinghpur and we were held up at the Toll Plaza for 25 minutes on 15th Oct 2021 at 4:00pm saying that the shift is changing. When we spoke to the people, they were unapologetic about causing harassment to normal public and said...whatever you want to do you go and do.
Am ashamed that where wetalk about fasttags and zooming past using technology, our people and basics have been forgotten.
Why can't we have a solution of manual system and smooth transition? Where does this money collected from us go?

During gurgaon to delhi toll plaza, me and my family were physically and orally abused by toll people, one of the guy even came to beat my father.

उपरोक्त विषय अंतर्गत निवेदन है की में राहुल सिंह वर्मा, मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारी, नगर परिषद मानपुर ज़िला इंदौर मध्यप्रदेश (मो न [protected])में पदस्थ हूँ । में प्रतिदिन इंदौर से मानपुर कार्यालय तक में ट्रेवल करता हूँ । जिसका रास्ता सोनवाय टोल प्लाज़ा से होकर निकलता है जो कि मानपुर नगर परिषद 10 km दूरी पर है ।आज दिनांक[protected] को जब में सोनवाय टोल प्लाज़ा से निकला तो मुझे रोक दिया गया । एवं मुझसे टोल माँग गया मेने जब उनसे पूछा कि मेरी दूरी कम है एवं में शासन से मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारी के पद पर प्रमुख सचिव नगरीय प्रशासन के आदेश से नियुक्त हूँ । आप मुझे नही जाने दे रहे है एवं अन्य व्यक्तिगत वाहनो को बिना टोल लिए छोड़ रहे है जो की कोई भी शासन से नियुक्त अधिकारी या उनका वाहन भी नही है । सभी के लिए नियम एक ही है । तो वह के मेनेज़र भगत सिंह मो न [protected] द्वारा मुझे कहा गया कि आप अपना टोल भरे मुझे मेरा काम मत शिकायिये में मेरे हिसाब से गाड़ी छोड़ूँगा आप मुझसे पूछने वाले कोन है । जो उनके कहने का तरीक़ा था वो एक आम आदमी एवं किसी अधिकारी से बात करने वाली नही थी जिससे हमें काफ़ी आहत पहुँची । श्रीमान से निवेदन है की उक्त कर्मचारी के द्वारा शासन को प्राप्त होने वाले कर की हनी हो रही एवं व्यवहार के सम्बंधित मेनेज़र भगत सिंह पर कार्यवही करने का कष्ट करे ।

NH 27 in muzaffarpur near kanti, road in not repaired in past few year . In kanti we have to face a long patch of bad road if it gets repaired then we don't have to suffer from this problem . We pay toll not only to travel on NH we pay toll with hope of getting good condition of road not to damage our vehicles

It's been more than 20min, there are many long lines with no proper alignment and waiting for long

Reminder on remainders, hope you people are not sleeping over customer's complaints!!!
If so, wake up and do the needful on priority basis to resolve customer's issues with immediate refund of excess amount deducted due to mismanagement of toll no. 6&7, KMP western peripheral expressway since last one month, snapshots attached as ready refn.

In continuation of mail correspondences below, there's one more very serious and similar dispute notice received yesterday, 10th Oct'21 that another Rs.145 deducted from my Fastag account on 08.10.21 @8:20 AM against Rs.10 only through Fastag and MOST DISGUSTING PART IS SUCH HUGE EXCESS DEBIT INTIMATION BEING SHARED AFTER 48 HRS OF EXCESS DEBITED OF RS.135 AT SAME TOLL NO 6&7 ON DAILY BASIS, RELEVANT SNAPSHOTS ATTACHED AS READY REFN.

Now it's something not only very much disappointing but very very disgusting and irritating too and SUCH TYPE OF IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICES FROM YOU ALL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.

BECAUSE you people are still stuck in with ticket number and chargeback request only till date after more than 15 days of issues raised.

Then how long it would take to get full refund of excess amount deducted INCLUDING ANOTHER RS.145 DEBITED FROM MY FASTAG ACCOUNT ON 08.10.21 WHICH NOW STANDS OF TOTAL RS.685(EARLIER RS.550* +[protected] ON 08.10.21) DUE TO SYSTEM FAILURE AS WELL AS MISMANAGEMENT AT TOLL ON KMP WESTERN PERIPHERAL EXPRESSWAY!!!

IS IT NOT FRUSTRATING TO YOU AS WELL, SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!

HENCE, pl look into this matter VERY EFFICIENTLY and take necessary action VERY FRUITFULLY to implement Fastag operations smoothly and correctly, SO THAT FASTAG HOLDERS SHALL NOT BE SUFFERERS FOR A SINGLE INCIDENT.

Your immediate action and positive response in resolving said issues with full refund of excess amount (of Rs.685 as on 08.10.21 as mentioned above) deducted from my Fastag account incorrectly.

Indalwai Tollgate located at National haiway 44 in Nizamabad District, Telangana 15 minutes non working of scanner and no proper response from tollgate official

Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic and most dangerous state of roads in my town near national highway 8 (now known as NH48)
For the last past years, the road condition has been getting worse and almost dangerous to everyone’s health.
We have made so much complaint to sarpanch and Mla of our area, but no action has been taken.

The material of road (all layers of road) was breaks down in small pieces 8 months ago after that its getting converted into small particles and right now the matter is in powdered form due to which the people having breathing problem because the road matter mixes with air and goes in the lungs through breathing.This situation is getting dangerous for everyone’s life.

It will even takes an individual’s life and affects the health of the peoples.

This road serves a large number of shops and houses in this area. There is a lot of traffic on the road due to diversion because of kishan andolan on borders.So i request you to take an immediate action to repair the road and help us to getting out from this situation.

The toll collection of Nasirabad Toll Plaza on NH53 (old NH 6) has started from August 15 and the public toilets are still not available to the public. Please appoint an agency for daily cleaning and maintenance as soon as possible.

सर रतलाम से आगे जाने पर चिकलीया टोल प्लाजा से इंदौर की तरफ जाने पर रोड की स्थिति ठीक नही है रोड के बीच मे काफी गड्ढे है जिससे वाहनों को नुकसान हो रहे हैं एवं कभी भी जान माल का नुकसान हो सकता है

Nh 30 road ( raiberli to lucknow ) condition is very poor .
It has many pit holes ang vehicle is getting damage
toll is being collected by agency but he is caring the maintenance of road

1-There is only one counter available for making Monthly Free /paid pass
2-Slow internet connection.
3-The facility to generate monthly pass online is not available.
Due to non-availability of above mentioned facilities, the public has to wait in the queue for hours. Please help to meet the expectations of the public by removing the above mentioned problem
