This is to inform you that on 18/09/2021, I was coming from Jaipur by my car no. DL12CC8909.
That when we reached at Manoharpura Toll Plaza at Around 9.50am, the toll operator refused to scan the Fasttag and demanded cash money. When we asked for the reason for not scaning the Fasttag he said machine is not working and demanded cash money. It is pertinent to mention here that we were having enough fasttag balance...

On 24.09.2021, at 10:30 am, while at Nanakramguda Toll plaza no. 19 (Hyderabad ORR), my Fastag was showing as Blacklisted and I was forced to pay double toll charges of Rs. 80 instead of normal 40. (Txn. ID : NAN08EX[protected] Since the car was purchased only on 16th September, I was not sure of the balance available. Later when I checked up, balance if Rs. 80 was available...

The toilet at Hatnur Kannada Toll Plaza has not been clean for the last one month. Please clean it up and make it available to people. If the company does not have time, hire an agency to maintain daily cleanliness...

Road condition is too bad and cars cannot pass bcz of too big potholes at NH56 from Vapi to Dharampur in the state of Gujarat.problem from past 8 to 10 years but nobody had ever inspected the soo called national highway where thousands of vehicles pass eveeyday....

As per government notification for MH 12 & 14 cars exemption allowed. Still at naka they charged you stating you have fasttag so it would automatically cut. Today I have paid, please let me know how I will reverse my charges. Additionally what plan are you guys doing to stop such charges ???

Hello Team, This complaint is about Sinnar, Shinde (Nashik) toll plaza. We have installed Fast tag to our car but that becomes useless when we come across this toll plaza. They always spend few minutes for every 3 vehicles among 5. Because of this we have to wait unnecessarily. When we ask for the reason for such waiting, they never answer.
While Traveling Pune to Nashik highway we come across 3-4 toll plazas but above mentioned is...

We have been charged double (220rs) from palwal Haryana toll despite having sufficient money in airtel bank (130rs) although the toll charge was (110rs)...

In nagpur to Hyderabad highway route there are number of Big holes on road there is major chances for accident.But actually on this highway there multiple toll tax and collect heavy toll but road position is too poor .please look over this.....

Dehradun doiwala toll plaza is taking more then 20 min to cross vehicle whic creating lots of inconvenience to public .and behaviour of employees is rude and misbehave with people.due to taking so much time we always getting late for offices.as per rule if they are taking more then 10 sec to cross toll plaza should be done free .this is not one day every 2 to 3 days same happening.kindly do some nedful for the same .br...

I would like to bring to your attention that road from Baddi to Nalagarh (in Distt Solan Himachal) at Baddi and Bhud bus stand has got huge potholes. Due to which there is a possibility of traffic jam and accidents. That is why you are requested to kindly repair the potholes on the road.

It is mentioned that the rate of return journey for car is Rs 60/-. But today on 25/9/21 the amount deducted from my fast rag is Rs 40/- and Rs 25/- for return journey. Thereby they are excessivelycharging Rs 5/- . Please take steps to stop these practices as it is automatically deducted from fastag balance? and also refund the excess amount to my fastag account.

I have enough amount in my fastag account. I call and enquired customer care too. They are not responded properly. Also they cut their call during the corrcet problem time. I paid double the amount Evan though I have enough money in my wallet. This make me foolish. In india indian are treated as like begger. Is this developing our nation?

Am going to raise the consumer complaint against this issue...

In the morning the Bhojpuri toll plaza has passed through Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Even after not reading the card in my FASTag, even after having a total of Rs 480, a receipt of Rs 170 was illegally deducted, copy of which is attached.
At 9.05 PM I get a message from Bhojpuri toll plaza on my registered no that Rs 85 has been deducted from...

I am regularly using the monthly FasTag recharge of Rs.1, 100 (Egatur Toll Plaza) and so far there was no problem till yesterday. But today suddenly it deducted 60 as below. Luckily I had some balance in my FasTag wallet. Otherwise they would have stopped me at the Toll. Suresh Cherian, No.[protected].

The situation of NH 709B is in a pathetic situation. There are holes and road is in serious bad condition. Request to you to please get rectified as most of the people are using this National Highway. It does not look like a National Highway....

More than half hour of traffic in a toll tax counter in national highway connecting Chandigarh and Shimla, Sanawar Toll plaza. No proper fast tax readers are installed which causes traffic. This is not just the first time that I am experiencing this in convince in this toll tax. Wait time exceeds more than 45 mins and still toll is collected....

My car no is DL8CBB0308. I have travelled from kundli to kharkhoda on kmp highway. Toll plaza charged rs 190 instead of 30. what's happening sir. earlier at toll plaza they charged double in cash and amount is also deducted from fast tag . I have complaint but Don't receive any reply. Should we go to court?...

Day before yesterday i travelled to VELLORE FROM CHENNAI VIA NH48. The national highway from CHENNAI to VELLORE was in a pathetic condition with too many diversions. because of bridge construction work . so many Grooves in the road, pathches, holes. This kind of road you are maintaining and charging for the tolls too. what is your answer about this complaint.?...

Ldh ferozepur road has both side water nalaas app. 3 ft wide are blocked and filled with construction mulbaa at time of its construction from very first day.and all the rainwater gathers on road about 2 ft high.pl clean it up...

I started my journey on KMP highway from Badli and payed toll charges on Kundli toll plaza. Charges deducted from Fastag is Rs.225/- which is too high.
Please review and return the extra charges deducted.
