Sir,

I'm regular commuter from Noida to Faridabad for the last 1.5 years. I'm writing this complaint on the basis of my regular experience with the poor maintenance and management of Delhi-Faridabad Toll Plaza. There are few lanes I've never seen in working condition even when there is traffic jam. Everyday I've to stay there for more than 5 minutes on an average. Equipment installed in toll plaza are also of poor quality and not able to read FASTags installed in vehicle. Toll plaza staff ask vehicle to move back and forth to get tag read by device. I'm not able to attached photo where there are 4 lanes non-functional out of total 10 lanes and that too in peak hours. This is creating chaos everyday.

Please consider my humble request to resolve this issue for regular commuters.

while traveling from satara to Mumbai .
we get toll charged twicely, Rs 203 (Fasttag) charged on Talegaon and also get charged on cash Rs. 203 (cash) because of fast tag error.
Please refund my money

The road of NH 27 has not prepared yet but the 2 numbers of toll tax gate has started which generating revenue from public. From Dhubguri to Siliguri there 2 numbers of toll every vehicle have to pay. But the road condition at Moynaguri is very bad, anytime accident can be happen there. And many places from mentioned area is not prepared yet
So please kind attention about this matter to avoid road accident on NH27. Thank you.

Sir on NH 58 there are many unauthorised public made cuts and people are using them(mainly two wheeler), which leads to create a dangerous situation for the driver and public.
The some points are near the Bhola road crossing which is closed at present but still people are crossing from there and second one near the kanker kheda fly over where there is no crossing but people go over the dividers which is very dangerous and some day it will leads to very big problem.
So i kindly request you to please look in this matter as soon as possible and make some arrangements so the people don't use these type of way to cross the road.

I am Chetan Bhate from Pune. Today (3rd Oct 2021) I have travelled from Pune to Khopoli and via Fastag I have paid toll
Towards journey at Talegoan toll booth details are as follows.

Within 7hrs I have returned but again full toll Rs203.00 got deducted. Please correct me why toll booth has not deducted half toll during return journey.

I travelled through Padgha toll on 1st Oct 2021 at 10.29 am toll charged me 120 rs and I returned at 10.44 am within 15 minutes again charged 120 rs is this chargeable pls confirm the same

While travelling from Pune to satara on date 12 September 21toll amount paid at khed shivapur toll plaza Pune and Anevadi toll plaza Satara was Rs.100 &70 respectively while travelling from satara to Pune same day evening 6.11pm &7.26pm toll collection was Rs 35&70 which means toll collection is double.please refund amount immediately.

Waiting time at shivalya toll plaza meerut was much more than 10 minutes and still the tax was deducted inspite of the new rule of no tax on waiting time of more than 10 mins.

Yesterday dated 02.10.2021, while routing through Toll Tax at Chhapar, Uttar Pradesh, Paid Rs 50 toll for UK17F7352 Trxn ID - 0010002110021835276610

Barrier open and before clearing my CAR through the barrier, Barrier suddenly came down and hit badly to My Car front Glass, It damage the glass badly and sudden threat of an accident occurred. I was traveling with my complete family ( my wife and 2 kids) .
This was total failure of toll tax authorities and might create a good physical loss to me and my family ( if I was not attentive while driving),
You need to take strict action against the person responsible and shall revert back

I was returning to Bhubaneswar from Puri on 3rd October 2021 by my car, OD33T0514. As my Fasttag balance was low, I requested to recharge it at Pipili toll plaza. But, the supervisor named Mr. Gupta misbehaved, denied to recharge and asked to pay fine. I had to pay Rs.230 for one-way travel. Please look into this issue on priority to avoid such harassment for other travellers.

NHIA toll plazza charge me penalty inspire of telling that I have my fasttag. I was first time travelling on that highway and later when I checked the bill I realise that he have charge double the amount in the name of penalty. I have the fasttag still he told me that fasttag is not working and charge double amount instead. This is disgusting and a loot.Attaching the bill as well.

MH 12 vehicles are exempted from paying toll taxes at Shivapur toll plaza. Still the toll is deducted from my fast tag accounts Of car no MH 12 NU 7919 today at 2.40 PM and previously too. I would like to get all the money deducted from my fast tag account time to time amounting around Rs 2600

Hello Team, there are two complaints:
1 . I am the respectable tax payer of this country and I am facing some problems with Toll Plaza. I have taken fastag previously but due to some issue it got damaged and I have ordered it's replacement from the company Between this duration, my truck was passing by "Husludanga Toll Plaza" which is in West Bengal. My vehicle is coming back from Assam with the previous fastag and nearly 15hrs before reaching this toll, the fastag stopped working so my driver was paying the cash on tolls and moving ahead but at this point i.e at Husludanga Toll Plaza, the counter person and it's higher authority was charging "Toll Fees + Penalty" by saying that your fastag is not working so you have to pay the penalty for that, means the toll fees is 295 and penalty of 300 so we have to pay total of 600. When we asked regarding this, the manager of toll is saying this is the new rule introduced by government on 15th February, 2021.
Kindly take action against this toll on this procedure and help the citizens who are doing their work with all their honesty.

2 . By continuing the above situation, then my driver has taken the vehicle back and called me regarding this. Then I have talked to my Fastag company regarding the activation of this fastag as soon as possible so they have told me to get the exact location and we will do the needful. Then the local fastag sellers around the toll were approached to the driver and they are trying to sell new fastag for 300s and for replacement of previous fastag they are charging 500 rs in the breakup of (300rs fastag + 100rs for calling the person to do the needful + 100rs charge of the person). After so much of discussion, they had taken 400rs charge. Is that much we should pay for fastag?
I am also complaining to the fastag company regarding this situation.
Kindly take some action against the local fastag sellers at that place also.

Samakhiali to Radhanpur highway now look like death road not like national highway. Worst while road in Gujarat.there are 3 toll tax on this road plz stop it and make new road .it almost damaged since last two years.Request to take necessary action .

I was travelling from Vadodara to Nadiad through expressway-1 (Ahmedabad-Vadodara expressway)
There was long queue at toll plaza and it took more than 30 minutes to cross toll plaza.
Employees at toll plaza were opening and closing lanes as per their wish.
I request you to refund my toll payment due to delay and problem at your end.

All the students of Government Polytechnic Araria request you to kindly build a flyover on NH-57.

There is accident happens near the College.

1 to 1.5 lac vehicles are disturbed due to traffic jam water logging and potholes.No lane markings on road no dividers black yellow markings from last few months on NH48 mumbai surat road near ghodbundar ( vasai Creek) to virar fata
Kindly take strict action on contractor and engineer on NHAI.

Very bad roads. There are more pot holes than drivable road. What is the toll money collected used for?
