Traveling to Nashik. At Arjunalli Toll plaza, near Shahapur, Thane, today while scanning the fast Tag error displayed as "invalid fast Tag". The person on the counter said the fasttag is not getting scanned and made us to pay by cash. Receipt number[protected], at 7.41 Hrs. Booth operator B07. Vehicle number is MH 04- KL-0154. Immediately after passing through the email from my ICICI fast Tag debit fir Rs. 120 is also received. Please provide for refund of double debit. I am Central Government employee. Requesting for stopping such cheating of the honest citizens. Hoping for early positive action.

Hi Sir,

On 01/10, I have travelled on the route, from Tirupati to Puttur connecting toll plaza 921, SV Puram.

I could observe the roads maintained are bad, no flyover constructed but they are charging 75 rupees, which is not acceptable.

Please look through the issue and resolve the same.

NH 48 Pune Bangalore highway collecting twice amount of toll reason not have fast tag.

We the inhabitants of Salbari..SILIGURI had filed a complaint to the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER NHDIV IX PWD ROADS MATIGARA, regarding an encroachment and unauthorized huge construction of shops and garages on pwd NH55 land in December 2020
In response to our complaint an FIR was filed by the JUNIOR ENGINEER at the local police station against the alleged individual MRS. Gita DEVI and RAJU GUPTA on 18th Dec.2020
After writing tothe superintending ENGINEER SDO..BDO..we somehow manage to stop the work but the person resumes the work after few weeks and we have to run again here and there to inform and stop the construction.
The person has built shops and garages vertically blocking the entire view from the north and south side which has led to accidents one major problem..
Secondly, the construction is above the PWDdrain which has led to waterlogging and flooding as the person has blocked the drain.
Thirdly, ppl residing by the highway had left around 65 feet from highway for construction of their buildings but as this individual has encroached the public land leaving just 3 to 4 feet and no action was taken against him...the other individual too have started encroachment.
This stretch from DARJEELING MORE TO WARDS Sukna is already congested due to the railway track of toy train and encroachment on the railway land on one sideand now we resident are suffering because of this kind of pucca construction and encroachment.
Sir, who are the officials who should look into this type of illegal construction on public land.
Inspite of it being an illegal construction and encroachment and being informed no action was taken to reclaim the public land.
Who are the designated officials who should take responsibility to remove this type of illegal construction.
Have written to all concerned, but all have given a deaf ear.
What should be the legal course of action to demolish the standing illegal construction.
Kindly take immediate action to remove such illegal construction so that no other individual are encouraged in anyway in future.

There are many potholes on the way, road accidents are happening because of the potholes.

The servant here are very threatning . They are abusing and giving threaten to kill us. Kindly look into the matter. All the things are recorded in your camera and video. If no action taken found I will take legal action as early as possible. Otherwise one day you will found the servant of this toll killing the passengers. Expecting a favour

A guy named parappa has misbehaved .we where in 2 wheeler and He called us in 4 wheeler lane... When we came he said he didn't called us and if we want to go he was asking 100rs fine... And started arguing

Dear Sir,

We are located to near to Hejmadi toll booth. As we located Daskhina Kannada District, and we are using hardly 2km national highway and then again state road to go sea shore.

But toll booth for local road also collecting taxes. For use of 2 km national highway we have to pay Rs 80

NH52 road is in damaged state in vijaypura ( karnataka) particularly the stretch where it connects to NH 50.

NH50 road is damaged between mangoli and bijapur.

Here by, I am requesting you to resolve the problem of not working LED Light polls for over 2 years...
Vehicle drivers are facing sharp troubleness while driving. As not working LEDs, probability of accidents are at its peak. We are facing these problems for a long time ...Please do your works on this situation. Waiting for your positive approach.

Today I went to vellore CMC hospital from Chennai, when crossing the chennasamudharam toll plaza in the morning my fast tag was working fine and had a balance of Rs.500. When returning back to Chennai, toll booth workers said I dint have sufficient balance on my fasttag so have to pay for crossing the toll. Now after crossing the toll in fasttag also my money got deducted as well as I paid Rs.50 for crossing the toll. Pls guide me in resolving the issue.

For my new car, the dealer purchased HDFC Fastag & he charged me for the same.
As it is new car registration, the card was issued with Chasis number.
I would like to update the car registration number in place of chasis number.
I have been following up with HDFC Helpdesk for the same. As per their advise, my email id needs to be activated first & then the registration number can be updated.
I have been following with them since long. Initially they informed me that I will receive call for email id confirmation. This call was received by me after lot of follow up & when I escalated the matter.
Now the activation of email id is pending. I'm following up with them continuously. Everyday the helpdesk executive is telling me that it will get updated shortly.
Can you please escalate the matter with HDFC officials.
Also please be informed that HDFC Fastag customers are facing issues in recharge as well. Their system is very slow & it takes lot of time for verification & recharge.
Also please let me know if I can change this to ICICI Fastag.

I was travelling with my family from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. At Nandhigama By pass road work is going on and there are no reflectors to road block or partitions during night time it is very dangerous.
Hit a road block which to the edge o[censored]nder construction road which is not visible at night as it is completely dark. The moment I saw cut the vehicle to left and we hit the right tyre and axle. Vehicle rolled once. None o[censored]s had any injuries. Car right wheel side and top were damaged.

My vehicle is new and repair cost is 6 lakh.

2 days ago a person met with an accident
while he was crossing highway on his scooty. He was coming from his work when an overspeeded car hit his scooty and he lost his life.Please construct proper speed barriers at crossings so that no one else looses his life and family.
Kindly take this issue on serious note.
