Address: Flat No-2B , Metro Heights Apartments, Near Shiv Mandir, Shiv Road,Ratanada

While returning on 26 Sep 2021 from Pali to Jodhpur after examination by Car RJ-19 CF 0970 at NIMBOLI Toll Plaza at 0638 PM I shown REET admit card for scan and was left by staff, but today I received a SMS for Rs 50 has been deducted from my PayTM through Fast Tag. It is wrong to deduct money like this and it is against Govt Orders.

    If you want to reduce the number of accidents on the express way. Please it's a humble request please provide running lights at night. It is very difficult to travel at night because o[censored]navailability of lights, even if there is physical light poles and they are not working then what's the point of constructing the poles there and risking everyone's life. Please solve it as soon as possible. I am talking about KMP expressway in Haryana.

      There seems to be no policy in NHAI regarding putting solvent coated paverblock on both sides of black topped portion
      Moreover there is no dedicated multiple tree corridor on both sides in a planned manner like you see in image
      So NHAI must make provision for dedicated tree corridor and paveblock strip on both sides of black top area to prevent muddy water entering highway portion

        NHAI is compmetibg chardham highway project
        But in process it has ravaged and plundered the hill side
        I saw very few section very Few places where retaining walls gave been constructed Retaining wall prevent landslides So strong 2 feet stone brick retaining walks of 6 feet minimum height should be constructed all along
        Secobd thing is building strong stone brick guardwalls on valley side shoykd be constructed in pmace of weak steel bumpers
        There should be landscaping if ravaged and pludered hills slooes

        This chardham highways have not created retaining walks and stone guardwalls till now They must construct for pass safety and prev if landslides

          My car has a fast tag.
          When there is a balance on the account, the toll plaza is not scanned, the camera is brought, it is not read no balance, toll plaza staff ask for cash. As on 27/09/2021, 5.00 am My car would have reached Ghoti Toll plaza, lane no. 2 stood for about half an hour. Toll plaza staff ask for cash, After a 30-40 munites while they see what the balance looks like.

            Sir, Vehicle number-HP 62A 2248 was charged penalty for the fastag low balance for amount 110/- Also the fastag was not low on balance and transaction was completed from fastag for 55/-

              श्रीमान जी आपको अवगत करना चाहता हूँ की छिजारसी टोल प्लाजा पिलखुवा पर अगर किसी भी कार का फास्टटैग डैमेज होकर नया लगाया जाता है तो उस पर सम्बंधित सभी लोकल पास बेकार हो जाते है व् लोकल पास के लिए डॉक्यूमेंट फिर से देने होते है जबकि रिकॉर्ड आपके पास पहले से होना चाइये। डॉक्यूमेंट देने के बाद भी १० दिन का समय ले लोग लगाते है और तब तक के लिए कोई लोकल पास नहीं देते है जिसे दिखाकर उसे किया जा सके।

              उसकी जगह कस्टमर को हर बार 180 रस देने पड़ते है जो की उसके साथ गलत किया जा रहा है ऐसा ही वाकया UP37 L 1987 कार का है पड़ोसी गाँव के ग्राम प्रधान होने के बावजूद भी ये इन लोगो ने इतना परेशान किया हुआ है बहुत ज्यादा। लास्ट १० दिन से मैं इनका इंतज़ार कर रहा हूँ लोकल पास बनवाने के लिए लेकिन कुछ नहीं हो प् रहा है।

                Sir, i have a fastag from sbi. i have sold the vehcile(bus) with sbi fastag now, i had a contract with the bus in education instituion and the bus is registerd in name of the principal of instituion, when i try to cancel the tag they are asking me to provide a canceled check in the name of rc owner (i.e the principal) and a canceled check cannot be produced as it is a designation and presently i am not the contractor there. Even with repeated emails they have only one response to reply "pls contact crm portal". when i registerd a complaint in crm portal there is no update on it and no ticket number is issued to me. Now the vehcile is sold to other person and he runs the vehcile and because i cannot cancel the fastag i am forced to pay the toll double charges, even while mentioning all these the sbi fastag has no lead to provide. Before hand i have canceled 4 of my vehicles in this similar manner and i faced no issues on it giving the canceled check in my name.

                  Extremely bad riding quality while travelling from JHANSI to kanpur.. Norms of riding quality fully ignored.. Patches too are not attended in many section. NHAI officers impose strict penalty on consultant and concesdionaire

                    I had journey two times, one in last year and second one is today 28.09.2021. but found that road shivpuri to jhansi is worst and my vechile is also got damage. so why there is chage on toll 110 rs. it should be free or you have to pay for vechile damge.

                      I am regularly using the monthly FasTag recharge of Rs.1, 100 (Egatur Toll Plaza) and so far there was no problem till 24th Sep 2021.

                      But on 25th & 27th Sep 2021 suddenly it deducted 60 each. This complaint was raised by me on 25th Sep itself, but no resolution yet.

                      Luckily I had some balance in my FasTag wallet. Otherwise they would have stopped me at the Toll. .

                      Please correct the issue at Egattur Toll Plaza systems so that it does not repeat tomorrow. Please treat this urgent.

                        NH 62, Jodhpur to Nagaur near Bhawad fanta, road is broken, it is a huge problem and a danger place for all vehicle, plz repair this broken road as soon as possible

                          I hereby want to draw your attention on a very serious issue concerning public safety.I am regular traveller on NH53 to Nagpur via lakhani and SAKOLI I am having a problem with flyover which is under construction in Lakhani.The contractor is not taking proper measure to ensure public safety.On my way to Nagpur while passing under a bridge loads of cement has been dropped on my Vehicle that cause permanent damage and nobody is there to listen.I hereby urge concerned officials of NHAI to look into the matter before any major thing happen that cost human and compensate the loss caused to me.

                            I was heading towards Jaipur for my exam on 26th September. At Toll plaza, i was charged 280/- and when i asked if fastag is working or not, the person denied and said only cash is acceptable.
                            Today while i was returning, the same toll plaza deducted money from my fastag wallet....

                            Respected Sir,
                            This is to inform you that on 18/09/2021, I was coming from Jaipur by my car no. DL12CC8909.
                            That when we reached at Manoharpura Toll Plaza at Around 9.50am, the toll operator refused to scan the Fasttag and demanded cash money. When we asked for the reason for not scaning the Fasttag he said machine is not working and demanded cash money. It is pertinent to mention here that we were having enough fasttag balance in my Fasttag card of my car DL12CC8909 at that time. We paid Rs. 65 to him as toll tax, but to our surprise he refused to give receipt of the same. He asked for double money for receipt.
                            Then we reached at the control room situated at Manoharpur Toll Plaza and informed the officer namely IMRAN KHAN about the malpratice being done by the toll operator. But to our surprise he defended action of the operator. When we asked for the complaint book as we want to register a complaint against the malpractice but Mr. Imran Khan refused to give the complaint book. We also noticed that operators were refusing to scan most of the vehicles citing unexplainable reasons and taking cash without giving receipt to the vehicle owners.
                            This shows that most of the persons at Manoharpur Toll plaza are working as syndicate to loot the passengers and Govt funds.
                            I request you to kindly take strict action against this illegal acts and malpractices of Manoharpur Toll personnels.

                              On 24.09.2021, at 10:30 am, while at Nanakramguda Toll plaza no. 19 (Hyderabad ORR), my Fastag was showing as Blacklisted and I was forced to pay double toll charges of Rs. 80 instead of normal 40. (Txn. ID : NAN08EX[protected] Since the car was purchased only on 16th September, I was not sure of the balance available. Later when I checked up, balance if Rs. 80 was available at that time. Then why was I penalized and insulted? I want my Rs. 80 back and also nominal damages of Rs. 1000 from the Toll operator for this harassment.
                              I expect early redressal.

                                  Road condition is too bad and cars cannot pass bcz of too big potholes at NH56 from Vapi to Dharampur in the state of Gujarat.problem from past 8 to 10 years but nobody had ever inspected the soo called national highway where thousands of vehicles pass eveeyday.

                                    As per government notification for MH 12 & 14 cars exemption allowed. Still at naka they charged you stating you have fasttag so it would automatically cut. Today I have paid, please let me know how I will reverse my charges. Additionally what plan are you guys doing to stop such charges ???

                                      Hello Team, This complaint is about Sinnar, Shinde (Nashik) toll plaza. We have installed Fast tag to our car but that becomes useless when we come across this toll plaza. They always spend few minutes for every 3 vehicles among 5. Because of this we have to wait unnecessarily. When we ask for the reason for such waiting, they never answer.
                                      While Traveling Pune to Nashik highway we come across 3-4 toll plazas but above mentioned is really a pain to go through. Please assist further.
