My account is debited with Rs. 183 on[protected] to my fastag linked to my Vehicle No MH04FF0188. This debit is for trip no [protected] dtd[protected]. But actually on the same date Rs 46/- was already debited to my account at Shedung Toll Plaza, Khopoli. At the same time due to some error Rs. 46/- was also collected in cash. But I do not have the cash paid receipt. There was no dispute. Still Rs. 183/- is debited with the reason dispute on trip. Please check the same and reverse the amount of Rs. 183/-. Amount was debited to my ICICI Bank Fastag ID 11765978

Heavy traffic jamming due to breakage of bridge at Banihal toll plaza. Takes more than expected time to reach the destination.

Today I am pass NH- 46( old NH-12) Vishankheda Toll plaza, This toll started 14/09/2021 but Highway is completed 65%.
That is not good by NHAI. This toll person is not hve proper fast tag machine scanner. He said your fast tag is block, but I my fast tag is working, toll plaza person charges double amount charge 70rs by me. So sir Nitin Gadhgari Ji i am really fan your work, but NHAI & Toll plaza work is not good that time, this person behave like GUNDA type. I am with my family two female person in cara one child & he said me bad words. This really very bad on your Department & this toll company. I am really upset if I am paid money but hus behaviour is so bad. If you do something please do, otherwise that was happen and happen to every people.

When my vehicle MH-12-QF-5218 passed through Khed-Shivapur toll plaza on 18 Sep 2021, 11:42AM Initially INR 100 were deducted at the toll plaza near Pune, Maharashtra through linked paytm account with TxnId:[protected].

Again, when my vehicle MH-12-QF-5218 passed through Khed-Shivapur toll plaza on 20 Sep 2021, 07:07AM Initially INR 100 were deducted at the toll plaza near Pune, Maharashtra through linked paytm account with TxnId:[protected].

Kindly refund this INR 200 to my account, as there is no Toll for MH12 vehicles here.

PATHETIC TRAFFIC CONDITION NH-44

Heavy traffic jam, permission of traffic on one lane of highway my journey took 8 hours more. Request you to kindly make highway and Quazikund baniyal tunnel work early. It was mistake to go through new tunnel as journey time in jawahar tunnel is less when compared to new tunnel which do not charge any toll tax. Help us.

I travelled to Jammu through newly made quazikund- baniyal tunnel Nation al Highway 44, but got struck in heavy traffic jam because of some single traffic movement and maintenance work in tunnel. I have paid the toll tax, but the services provided are not par. In tunnel cables are lying in open, on one lane traffic movement is there. Please resolve the issue for easy travel.

Due to negligence of road authority there have been continuously increasing pitholes on the under pass of seekri highway.
The depth of pitholes is that deep even some times trucks and dumphers are also in the condition that they will fall down on other vehicles. Its next to imposible for 2-whellers to cross that area. If you cross that area safely that just mean same as winning the war. I am filling this complaint because j am a regular user of the road and even the road connecting piyala and seekri is so dangerous that i have myslef got accident and broken my 4 teeth because of the bad condition of the road... and many accidents take place due to these conditions of road.. I hope you will look into the matter..

Pathetic path holes on national highway Nashik Mumbai leading toi accidents.

Toll naka not repairing holes on road

Very bad condition of Nashik Mumbai High way. Afte paying toll it feels very bad, for what We are paying money.

We are now passing through NH2 via Dn Lane roads. The condition of road is in horrible state. Every possibility to meet an accident. How NH authority is not taking immediate actions to repair the badly affected zones. An immediate action is requested otherwise a consumer court case will be lodged aginst.

Huge traffic jamming at Qazigund Banihal tunnel due to breakage of flyover. Cannot reach our destination on time sometimes it takes 3 to 4 hours to cross the tunnel.

The toll gate on Laxmipur(18th mile), Malda has been charging double (INR 120) even on fasttag when the actual price of it is INR 60.This has been going for quite a while and it's not known why are we being charged more than what's mentioned.

Songir toll plaza in Maharashtra is wrongly constructed and is charging vehicles which are not using highway and are going to near by villages using service road. Eg. Vehicles going towards Shahada use service road and not the highway. The service road is also in a pathetic condition.

The toll both is wrongly located so that they can charge vehicles which are not uaing the highway.

Charges 110 toll when queue was around 200 metres on 19 Sep around 0434 PM.

I am a daily commuter and have to face difficulties to reach office due to damaged bridge at Navyuga tunnel Qazigund Kashmir. Traffic gets halted for hours and is prone to accidents since single bridge is used for both way traffic. We have to pay full toll but still facilities are inadequate.
If I am paying tax then I have right to get proper facilities and should not have to wait for hours to reach office.

I would like to draw the attention of your authority towards the deplorable condition of the in [thothucorin to madurai road eliyarpatty toll plaza] highway nest mini shop toilet and no proper public toilet facilities.

The toll plaza in this area is pretty large and there is ample scope to convert it into a beautiful landscape. But due to the negligence of your authority, the land is nothing more than a barren area littered with garbage. The lighting system of the toilet is out of order and there is garbage all around. Broken walking tracks make the appearance awful. And the toilets are not appropriately maintained. Residents who come for morning walks are not in a situation to use such dirty toilets, which can also cause diseases and other health issues. The workers who are employed to maintain the shop owner are never seen and people associated with this are unnoticed.

Due to the negligence of the authorities, this toilet has become more of a nuisance than a facility. Stray dogs and cattle have easy access to this toilet, and it has become a haven for antisocial-elements.

I request you to take immediate action in improving the standards of the toilet and public toilets which can help residents and also the environment.

Today on 19.09.2021, I was on my way back to Dehradun from Rishikesh and experienced a bad incident at Lachhiwala Toll Barrier at 19 : 40 hrs. My car is duly equipped with Kotak Fastag on it. Inspite of credit balance of Rs.185/- in my Kotak Fastag account, toll staff forcefully recovered Rs.170/- (as double charges for cash payment) instead of due charges Rs.45/- to be charged from my Fastag a/c for same day return journey from the barrier.

After crossing the toll barrier on payment of Rs.170/- in cash, a message for deduction of Rs.45/- also received from bank on my mobile showing balance as Rs.140/-, meaning thereby deduction of Rs.45/-. As per my understanding available balance in Fastag account can be utilised till it reaches zero or insufficient and bank donot require any minimum security amount to be kept therein Fastag account, whereas toll staff coercively kept on saying that balance of Rs.185/- in Fastag a/c is insufficient for payment of Rs.45/- because a minimum balance of Rs.150/- is to be kept as security in Fastag account at any moment. On explaining all the facts and showing messages, Rs.170/- were returned unwillingly by Toll Staff but they also used abusive language and tried to threaten. Being alone there at around 20.30 hrs., I had no option but to leave the site…….. C.M. Dang # [protected]
