It is painfully inform to you, that, even not travelling on the route the gostani toll plaza gate wrongly recovered Rs.10/- from my account at 00.45 hours on 19.09.2021. please verify and rectify the same immediately.

Today we are traveling from Kota to Udaipur on NH 27.The condition of washrooms on Aroali & Bassi toll plaza is pathetic. For a female it is a big problem. NHAI is charging hefty toll but providing no basic amminities.
Take action as soon as possible.

Ban toll plaza jammu, there is no dedicated lane for fast tag ., Their scanning systems dont work properly. And have to wait in line, what is the point of fast tag then?
And staff there is abusive and are some type of goons.

From kohmara, gondia to pardi naka, nagpur the stretch is completely covered in potholes and uneven surface so i want to claim my toll money back

With respect to the above subject, Excess amount has been charged to my vehicle MH12- MB 5210 at both KINI & Tasawade toll Plaza on dt 10.09.2021 & on 18.09.2021.
i have travelled returned journeys, by passing through these tolls on the above dates. HDFC Fast tag has deducted the same amount on both occasions. no benefit for the return journey on the same day has been given.

Similarly same type of deduction is done on today i.e on 18.09.2021

NH 4 highway from pune to satara both side current situation is very dangerous for drive a car deeply holes on the road.
Why not repair More than 2 years.

My vehicle Regn.No. is MH-05/AX-3712 registered at NASHIK RTO. But full toll is deducted (i.e.Rs.150/- & 75/- for return journey) irrespective of Local District Concession.
The same had happened at Chandwad-Laling Toll Plaza. Rs.150/- has been deducted from both sides.

WORST SERVICE,
Submitted all required documents..
Awaiting more than 2 months for KYC updating..
They are not bothered about their valuable customers...
Please don't keep any deal with them...

NH61 passes right outside my building and it's really full of potholes. Everyday we witness people slipping from their two wheeler there.

We have to travel on that road everyday and it has become a big hazard.

The ullunturpet toll in tamilnadu GST Road, the guys working is rowdies and rude ppl, even the car went before me they kinda rude and the driver left paying in anger! Same toll incharge guy showed same anger and attitude to us who is with family mom dad uncle and aunty and myself ! Made us go all the back to take last toll saying he is not willing to let us go and made us take the last gate and meanwhile he came here to the last gate and took 300₹ for a one way 55₹ toll and since there is a fine of 110₹ still he took 300₹ and said they both not willing to pay us the change back and asking us to do whatever we can do! Since we are all with old ppl and family we didn’t want to cause any scene we left the place losing our valuable money ! Didn’t know this toll guys r gangster and ganging up on non fast tag ppl and robbing and being rude, especially to old ppl in the car
Today Friday 17th noon 2.45 it happened from trichy to Chennai toward toll at ullundurpet toll after all those food plaza !

Pls take required action on this rowdies

My wife got 2 operations at santokhba durlabhji hospital in Jaipur and she was discharge on 13th September 2021 and start my journey on this date on nhai and all the roads were poorly damaged and animals were all the way on roads and we my wife got severe pain due to broken roads and by pit holes on roads we get many chances to get hit by other vehicles, my car also demands more maintenance charges by this type of roads, such a horrible experience on nhai, we are paying tolls for getting better roads o travel but nhai is making fool to every traveler and life is on risk on this highway, if anyone's get dead on this highway will claim 1 crore rupees atleast nhai for this but this will be also not solution you have to get repaired and get new roads properly maintained asap otherwise i will not pay my fastag money and brake your boom barriers of your fastag entry toll point because i am not getting good roads to travel, why nhai not developing roads where is the wole collection of tolls getting corrupted or eaten by, please have a serious on this concern asap.

Honorable Nitin gadkari SIR gives speech that pay toll we will provide best highways but this is fake promise sir, request you to visit by car not by air ways aero plane and then only you will get to know the roads conditions and our problems we are facing.. i am myself mentally harrased and in depression about this concern and lots money is wasted on my car maintenance and my spinal cord back is also getting pain by poor broken roads, please help...

It is with deep regret that I wish to inform you of the negligence on the part of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. I am resident of Pune, who was travelling between Surat and Pune on the afternoon of 21st August, 2021 when i met with a major car accident due to below par construction on Majigam Chikhli Bridge, Navsari. My car lost balance due to a big pothole right in the middle of an overbridge constructed by IRB, hitting the divider and the car flipping 360 degrees twice.

I have been in massive physical pain and in mental trauma ever since then. I have suffered financial loss to the tune of 2 Lakh rupees due to sheer negligence with regards to the below par construction. I have duly paid all tolls for which IRB collects money to construct roads and make profits. Me and my friend travelling in the car could have died on spot had it not been for the seatbelts.

What is disturbing is that, after meeting with this accident, a truck suddenly comes to fill the pothole, but doesn’t come to check our well being. Attaching videos of the same. Things could easily have been saved had it been for proper maintenance for the tolls being charged. My family is only dependent on me and suffering a loss to the tune of 2 lakh rupees is a massive thing for me. I am looking to hear back from you guys on seeking financial help for the negligence on part of IRB Developers before taking this to the consumer court for redressal.

IRB’s toll operations and grievienaces team responded to me this morning stating that I was negligent and had not been following driving norms and they would not cater to my request for redress so - what they mean was that local villagers told them the car was no over speeding. I’ve never had a challan against me. I had a BS6 car which has seat belts and speed alarms. I would like to clarify that there is no passage for anyone to walk on the bridge and their response was mainly on assumptions or to not acknowledge the below par quality of roads. They blame the rains for potholes and say that they follow the procedures. Their own patrolling team arrived at the accident scene two hours after the accident had occurred to clear the road and did mention about previous accidents taken place during the preceding 15 days due to the similar pothole.

Had I been negligent while driving I would died myself, or hit a vehicle passing on a busy state highway or the villagers they referred to witnessing the accident. There was no standing person on the bridge who actually witnessed me over speeding unless they were 50 ft in the air to have a clear view and judgement of the accident. There is not a space for anyone to walk on the bridge.

Attaching two images of the accident they sent me as per their investigation where the car is in a standing position. You can clearly see no place for anyone to walk and no villagers or locals are to have been witnessing the accident. Accident had happened on a bridge 40-50 ft high over ground level. Also pasting below my email communication with them from this morning on the same matter. I’ve highlighted “my response” to their points for your perusal.

“Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your email dtd: 02.09.21 relating to damages caused to your vehicle on Surat Mumbai Highway.

At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and we would like to clarify as under :

IRB - 1. Due to continuous rains minor potholes may have developed but the same has been immediately repaired and filled as per the procedure, with bituminous mix for free flow traffic.

My response - First of all, minor potholes are an understatement and shows lack of commitment on IRB's part. We are talking about life and death here, and had it been immediately repaired, accident would have never happened. The villagers you refer to in your email (though the accident happened on a bridge with no visible spectators at the very moment of the accident. I don't think people spectate roads on bridges) also informed of multiple accidents including two wheelers in the preceding 15 days before the accident. It is rather insensitive on your part to be stating so. Crowd had only gather 2-5 minutes after the accident happened. Car doesn't flip upside down as a result of minor pothole.


IRB - 2. The accident occurred on 21st August 2021 due to over speeding and losing control on the vehicle. The same has been informed to us by the local villagers who has witnessed the accident.

My response - Again the local villagers you refer to here were not present at the point or time of accident. It is hard to believe the response as there is no passage or space for anyone to walk over a bridge.

IRB - 3. we also wish to state that the patrolling team attended the accident (photos enclosed) and assisted the accident victims / incurred and the vehicles.

My response - The photos you are sharing are from 2 hours after the accident. the car was not in a standing position as your photos showcase, and the very patrolling team you refer to here acknowledged the negligence on the below par quality of roads and multiple accidents that had happened due to the similar pothole and that the below par quality had been persisting ever since the construction of the bridge. Does this mean that because rains are forever going to persist, so there are going to be potholes right throughout?

IRB - In view of the above, it is clear that, the accident occurred due to your negligence and not following driving norms. Hence, we are not liable to pay any compensation to you for the alleged accident.

My response - It is very very insensitive on your part to be stating negligence here. It is an irony that potholes can exist with blame on rains, but the moment accident happens - it happened because the person was speeding. I was within the 60-80 speed limit. My car had a speed alarm at 80 and the car had a 1.2 cc engine. Speeding is just an assumption being used here. It is just that whatever accidents happen - response is always going to be "the car was speeding" if one doesn't want to own up to the error committed.

Neither the patrolling team was there at the point and time of accident, nor the villagers. These are mere assumptions made by the public passing by or the locals who had come after the accident had taken place. Had it been negligence on my part i would have died myself or hit a vehicle passing by or the villagers you refer to here witnessing the accident on the bridge. Do you really think there were no cars passing by and how come i didn't hit anyone at all on such a busy state highway? The car doesn't just flip upside down on a state highway. Don't be so insensitive. What driving norms are you referring to?

On top of the responses. Please look into your own photos (Photos with IRB’s crane in it) that you have shared and tell me the space for the villagers to walk on the bridge from where they were witnessing the accident? I am sorry being for insensitive here, but i am disappointed with your response on calling me negligent. There has never been an overspeeding challan on my name till date. Villagers must be in the air waiting for the accident to happen. That could be the only logical explanation here even if we were to go by the photos you yourself have shared.

The job of the patrolling team is to report on the accident, they surely did but two hours after the accident and as per what people told them”

Dear customer care team at NHAI,

I’m seeking your help in seeking redressall from the company, instead of owning up to the mistake they are blaming me for being negligent and blaming the rains for the potholes - which construction company says that when they are charging so much money on tolls on a daily basis and making money.

Please help me here.

Toll road falls under Toll plaza of Kathpur, (near Prantij, Gujarat) is having very bad condition. The worst ever highway, not a continuous 50 meter road is smooth. waste of toll tax.
Why should people pay toll tax while it takes 2 hours to travel for only 35 kilometers

I would like to register a complaint against N.H.A.I. Sosokhurd toll plaza NH-23 Chas-Ramgarh in the state of jharkhand regarding the toll amount paid twice.

I was told that the Fastag balance is low and the money was asked in cash double the toll anount which was Rs 40/- and as a fine i had to pay an amount of Rs. 80/- and i even recieved a message From Fastatg that the account was also debited by amount of Rs 40/-

Soi would like the authorities to take appropriate actions against the same and refund the wrong amount which was Rs 80/- back to my account

Hello, I'm Ramesh I was traveling back to home from Salem, at Nathakarai toll plaza I was charged double for not having enough money on my fastag account, but the truth is there was enough amount in my account and what's even worse is the amount has also been debited from my account and still I have been charged for a sum of 100 rupees. I kindly request you to take necessary actions for this and we demand you for a refund of amount back.

Concrete road work is under progress from last more than 3 years from khetia (451881) dist barwani(M.P) to nandurbar(M.H) 425409.
between khetia to shahada there is a patch of 3kms which is in very worst condition.even the bridge is completely damaged with very big potholes.
its life threatening to travel in rains.
and also the road between shahada(M.H) 425409 to sarangkheda (M.H) has also been very poorely damaged but no repair work is done.
since there is contionous traffic on this road heavy containers drives on the wrong side to avoid potholes which is very dangerous and small vehicles needs to be driven very carefully to avoid potholes.
many vehicles have been badly damaged and many accidents are happening on both these highways.
kindly look into this at your earliest and do needfull.

due to some work i crossed toll plaza at tand balidih at bokaro via my car no jh 10at 8003 on 13.09.2021 at 16.40.
a sum of rs.35.00 was deducted via fast tag wallet no [protected].

it is to bring to your notice that the staff of the toll plaza misbehaved with me in worst manner in from of my family members.

i was having “fasttag” with my vehicle. as the car ahead of me crossed the plaza i started crossing the plaza with an impression that the amount must have been deducted from my account. but suddenly the barricade was put down by the plaza people which resulted in scratches in the from glass of the car.

i objected on the matter as i was passing as per norms then how they can put down the barricade resulting in damage to my vehicle.

suddenly all the toll plaza people gathered there and told me that i was to stop there and i can only proceed after their permission.

after that all of them started abusing in worst manner and in vulgar language in front of family members and instructed that i must leave the place immediately or i may face dire consequences.

i request you to make an enquiry into the matter and please ensure that such humiliating act should not be repeated in future with a person of age 58 years.

I Satyjit das from Odisha (Balasore)and my complaint against Ur NH5 Sergarah toll plaza .The employees are sitting near the booth n also in Vip lane always miss behave to us also all other vehicles and The boys are working as support staff at every lane and use slang word n the vehicle owner also with his family (like ladies n kids)r inside the vehicle harrasment always I m also facing twice the same problem please take a valuable steps n find out the culprit and push penalty or hand over to police please please take action against the gate ..
