In damoh jabalpur road katangi toll plaza,
A personnel of toll plaza asking 30 rs for toll despite fastag.
And said you must have to pay in cash not by fastag, behave rudely and state that fastag is not working here go back withdraw money from atm.
Toll plaza is solely responsible for not working fastag in its toll and I am agree pay through fastag.
I want my money back

Pl. arrange to repair NHNo.8 between Mota Chiloda To Himatnagar as the big size pit accrued on this road.The possibility of Exident are very much. Before two days one car follsdown in big pit.
Sir If it is not possible to repair NHNo8 by responsible authority why should public paid Toll Tax?

Road shoulders are in bad condition in NH 36 passing between Sivagangai and Thirupathur particularly in Madagupatti Village causing threat to vehicles and pedestrians . kindly make permanent solution regarding this before rainy season....

Respected sir highway lights on NH48 from motachiloda to palaj overbridge are closed since 2month because of his chances of accident are more.please do needful as soon as possible because this highway is the main for transportation in Gujarat.thanks...

This is with reference to NAWABGANJ TOLL PLAZA, Kanpur Lucknow Road, UP.

The toll personal was very rude to us while we were proceeding to Lucknow from Kanpur. On showing my Armed Forces ID card, he continuously insisted on payment of toll.

With all the relevant policy circulars, Indian Army and Air Force Act, I was still forced to pay the toll. Nevertheless, I don't mind paying toll because of his ignorance,...

I am a frequent user of Pune Nashik road and nowadays quality of road is absolutely dangerous with sudden big pathholes on major stretch of the road...

There are so many potholes on this road all the way from Igatpuri to Thane. It is a toll road with such a bad condition....

I am being charged in correctly at the egatur toll plaza in Chennai. They charged 60 Rs (30 Rs is the one way charge) at 8:02 PM on 5th Sep and they again charged 30 Rs while returning back at 9:36 PM the same day 5th Sep. this is happening regularly when I travel that side....

Yesterday I entered a toll located at vaiguntam, Salem, Tamilnadu.. I was charged Rs.65 for entry at 9.27am... Biaora-Bhopal national highway at Sonkacch toll plaza Toilet condition is very bad and water is also not available, I travelled on 08.09.2021.
You can the toilet condition any time....

My vehicle number is MH12TK6519.
As per guidelines, Khedshivapur toll plaza is not allowed to charge a toll to MH12 and MH14 vehicles.

I have been charged two times even I asked them to not charge any toll because my vehicle is MH12TK6519.

Details of toll charged as follows:
1) 21 Aug 2021 - total toll 150 Rs
2) 7 Sept 2021 - total toll 150 Rs

The extra amount has been debited from my fastag account linked to my vehicle no RJ39GA1988 when I was returned from DOLI toll plaza NH 25
For both time the amount was deducted was rupees 110 while the legal charge is rupees 60 for return journey in 24 hours.

While going to khed shivapur MIDC for company visit, my vehicle is MH12 RK-8404 pune passing, still why 100rs deducted from fasttag account at Khed shivapur toll plaza on 25th Aug 10.47am. Thanks....

My fastag card linked vehicle no OR 14 W 2653 ICICI Bank FASTag linked vehicle no. OR14W2653 had been debited charges manytimes for toll charges with trip number[protected] at khed Shivapur Toll Plaza on[protected].
Several times these false charges has done . MY VEHICLE NOT CROSS THAT TILL PLAZA DUE TO MY STATE IS ODISHA NOT MAHARASTRA

KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM
AND RETURN MY MONEY TO MY FASTAGE...
