Respected sir highway lights on NH48 from motachiloda to palaj overbridge are closed since 2month because of his chances of accident are more.please do needful as soon as possible because this highway is the main for transportation in Gujarat.thanks

This is with reference to NAWABGANJ TOLL PLAZA, Kanpur Lucknow Road, UP.

The toll personal was very rude to us while we were proceeding to Lucknow from Kanpur. On showing my Armed Forces ID card, he continuously insisted on payment of toll.

With all the relevant policy circulars, Indian Army and Air Force Act, I was still forced to pay the toll. Nevertheless, I don't mind paying toll because of his ignorance, but the manner in which he was behaving with us left us perplexed.

I believe, proper education should be imparted to toll personal for their behaviour and especially for their dealing with Armed Force personal

I am Mr Amod Ramchandra Patane, age 35, live in Vasind village for job purpose since 2013. My car no is MH 03 BH 7539, I have proper company provided address proof was attached below. My car was registered in SATARA rto. But I am live in Vasind Village, Tal Shahapur, dist Thane 421601.
For my job purpose, I was applying for local toll pass they denied to allow me. Because car registration and aadhar address not in their local area circle.. My monthly 4 to 5 visit to kalyan or thane every time deduct amount in fastag. Kindly look in matter and provide local toll pass.

I am being charged in correctly at the egatur toll plaza in Chennai. They charged 60 Rs (30 Rs is the one way charge) at 8:02 PM on 5th Sep and they again charged 30 Rs while returning back at 9:36 PM the same day 5th Sep. this is happening regularly when I travel that side.

I have raised the complaint with NHAI 3 time and still amount has not yet credited to my account. i have not travelled devanahalli Toll plaza, but amount has been debited from ICICI toll tag account. Please find the complaint numbers 4148362 and 4339684. when i give a call to NHAI they said complaint is resolve amount will be credited to my account within 25 working days, but from past two months when ever i give a call NHAI say that they have transfer the amount to ICICI bank need to contact ICICI bank, when i contact ICICI bank they say still they have not got any instruction to credit the amount to my fast tag account.

Updated by ismail.am2005 Till now the amount is not yet credited to my account, when ever i give a call to ICICI fast tag customer care they say that amount will be credited with in 3 business day, but till now nothing is happen. ICICI fast tag is giving false promises. if we do not have amount in my fast tag, i have to pay double charges for the toll, from past 3 months they have not transferred the amount which was debited from my ICICI fast tag account and my vehicle was not passed the toll

Updated by ismail.am2005 After multiple call to ICICI Fast tag customer care and updating the consumer complaint also my issue is not yet resolved, i do not know what kind of service you people are giving to the customer. I need a solution to my complaint as soon as possible.

Yesterday I entered a toll located at vaiguntam, Salem, Tamilnadu.. I was charged Rs.65 for entry at 9.27am... And when I return after 2 hours on the same day at 11.16 am again I was charged same amount of Rs. 65 ... Amount detected message for 11.16am journey came on same day stating the charge of 65 rupee... But the amount detected message for 9.27 am journey was received after one day stating the charge of 65rupees ... So in total I was charged 120 rupees for a return journey.. This I way we dint want fasttag system..

My vehicle number is MH12TK6519.
As per guidelines, Khedshivapur toll plaza is not allowed to charge a toll to MH12 and MH14 vehicles.

I have been charged two times even I asked them to not charge any toll because my vehicle is MH12TK6519.

Details of toll charged as follows:
1) 21 Aug 2021 - total toll 150 Rs
2) 7 Sept 2021 - total toll 150 Rs

so the question is why are they charging again and again?

I want a refund as soon as possible. I gave a written complaint at khedshivapur toll plaza but I did not any reply as of 9 Sept 2021 date.

The extra amount has been debited from my fastag account linked to my vehicle no RJ39GA1988 when I was returned from DOLI toll plaza NH 25
For both time the amount was deducted was rupees 110 while the legal charge is rupees 60 for return journey in 24 hours.
