TS34B5643 car crossed at TSPA rajendra nagar toll plaza on 22.08.21 at 5.15 PM toll charge was only 10 RS but 60 RS was debited from fast tag and rude behavior of toll plaza staff, no proper response was given....

Today While travelling through Ban Toll Plaza Jammu near Nagrota, coming from Udhampur towards Jammu, Rs 140 toll was collected twice within a duration of 15 min. I dont know what intervened or if this is fraud on general public but this is untenable. I am also attaching the transaction ids along with time punch. Hope NHAI true to it’s reputation will take necessary action with intimation to me in this regard.

Fastag system not installed on toll plaza and toll charges done in form of only cash not digitally other forms due to which long jam on vehicle on toll plaza and efficiency of person working on toll is very low 30-40seconds per vehicle as compare of arrival of vehicle at toll 15-25 seconds per vehicle...

Recently I came across a bitter experience with one of the NHAI Toll Plaza (Mahasamudram Toll) where my fastag was not getting detected because of no proper technology enabled with them and the toll plaza associates were mentioning that my fastag was blacklisted.

On 28/08/2021 I have visited Puri by my Vehicle OD02AY4999. I passed the tollgate at Pipili on 28/08/2021 at 7:46 AM and return on 28/08/2021 at 5:22 PM. Both the time they have deducted Rs 115/- through my fastag which cannot be. Kindly reverse the amount.

No proper response from 1033 help line after explaining the problem faced on National Highway at km. 218.800 RHS. They are not even able to understand the exact location o[censored]s and send immediate backup with their Patrol team. No proper communication from 1033 end on coordinating with the appropriate concerned person. Nk help provided after 1 hour of waiting at the location....

There is very bad & broken road lots of traffic due to that.

On 22.08.2021 I was crossing maneshar toll at 12.33 pm . I was asked to pay cash 140.00 .when I told the person deduct from my fasttag. He told balance is not available, but it was 1200. I paid cash 140.00 to him, simultaneously fasttag deduction was also done and it deducted 70.00 rupee. Please refund 140.00 and look into the matter .

Sir, while paying at the Eastern Peripheral Toll plaza on 27/8/2021 the booth operator charged double amount (190+190) from me saying that my Fastag account doesn't have sufficient balance whereas I had Rs 1073 in my account at that time.May be there was some error in your system which was showing insufficient balance.
Also the operator typed wrong Registration No of the vehicle.The Regn No of my vehicle is PB65V4113 whereas he typed...

I had travelled by car from Jaipur to Ajmer on NH8 on[protected]. The onward and return journey was completed within less than six hours.
On checking the deductions from my FASTTAG for the journey, found that return journey benefit was given by TOLL PLAZA GEGAL, but the benefit was not given by TOLL PLAZA JAIPUR PLAZA and KISHANGARH PLAZA and full amount was charged by both the PLAZAs for the return journey in spite of the journey...

Dear Sir, I am James, residing at Trichy. My vehichle number is TN45AH 8581. On[protected] at 11.59.01 p.m. I crossed Ponampalampatty toll plaza and I am charged for that.
