1. As per NHAI guidelines, I have applied for the issue of FasTAG to Armed Forces Personnel on 12 March 2021. My application Number is RO-GAN[protected]. The online screenshot is also been attached herewith for your verification.

2. It has already been more than 5 months but I’ve not been issued with a FasTAG yet. A personal visit to the RO office, Gandhinagar, has elicited no response from them. It was even advised to seek redressal of grievance, on the said matter, through online mode only. Therefore your intervention is kindly solicited in this matter.

3. You are kindly requested to issue appropriate instructions to the concerned RO and expedite the issue of FasTAG since it is now been made mandatory as per the Motor Vehicle Act in vogue.

    REMINDER 1
    Sir, I, Aparna Dabak tried to purchase online Monthly Pass for my vehicle no. MH04 HM 6308 on 1st August 2021. The Customer Receipt showed Rs 0. 00. The Monthly pass was also not generated but amount of Rs. 1248. 26 was debited from my Bank Account. Its already 10 days past and the amount is still not getting reflected back in my account

      We poor road...very very low maintenance road ... major accidents taking place of poor road and poor lighting...but collectiing toll amount regularly...

        On 28/08/21 while i was coming back from sealink (Vehicle no. MH 01 CT 5586) I entered the fasttag lane the toll guys started harassing and arguing with Mrs. Pinal Jain and forced her to pay Rs. 170 for a single jouney return ticket. Whereas the single journey return ticket cost around Rs. 85. My fasttag account had a balance of Rs.286 ( Registered Mobile No. [protected]) still the guys started arguing saying the minimum balance should be Rs.500 and all. Whereas no where this rule is mentioned. Fasttag allows its user to recharge from min. 100- 1000. Fraud has been done and wrong charges are levied I request you to kindly credit the additional charges to my fasttag account at the earliest or i will forced to take an action. Chainage No. 1/745

          My car no is GJ 16 CS 6370 at Mandva (Narmada River Bridge) Toll free for GJ 16 registration car. But every time when we pass from this toll tax amt deducted from account of Fasttag. on dt. 30/8/21 also deducted please refund the same.

            Description : On 18 Aug 2021 at 12.05 PM, I was going from Dewas to Indore by Maruti ALTO LX car (MP-09 CD 3144), In toll plaza my toll tax had been deducted from fast tag card, in that toll plaza gate was stand wrong side(Left side), when I was crossing toll plaza after open the gate that gate was suddenly get down and my car front glass has been broken and a big scratch has arise in my left side of car. I complained to toll tax manager but he did not cooperate me and some other employee threaten me but after a big hot discussion with four employee of toll plaza, I submitted an offline complain and complain receipt no is 312. but still I have not get any response from their side.
            I had also checked video recording of that time and in recording whole incidence is being clearly shown.
            So I request to you that please solve this issue and pay the repair charges of my car.

              This is to inform you that during the tarring of NH vehicles were diverted through service roads at Karukutty. Also all the tarring machines were parked near the service road.

              Due to this service road got damaged and not able to travel. There are 3 spots within 50m

              I had follow up this issue since May 2021 and only some gravel mix has been put to potholes, after a rain it also got worse than the earlier

              I personally fall down in the pothole got hospitalized

                The FASTag scanner & the behaviour of the staff at the Bellur Cross - Kunigal toll booth is too bad. It's unacceptable behaviour from the staff. There is always a huge queue at the toll booth & no one responds to the queries. I think the entire Booth needs to be renovated as soon as possible & maintain Good travel satisfaction

                  Today I was driving from NAJANGUD to MYSORE through NH 150A and I came across toll plaza 'K N Huindy' @ 08:15 PM and I paid 25 toll charge after that I have noticed that they have also deducted the amount from fastag this shows the robbery of the poor citizens and today I was the victim.
                  I have attached the related documents below, please consider this and give me the justice.

                  Note:
                  In FASTAG they have mentioned my chassis name instead of Registration number so I have sent RC screenshot having my chassis and Reg No.

                    My vehicle number is MH12TN0796. I travelled thru Khed Shivapur tollgate on NH4 - Pune Satara road on 25.08.2021 and 30.8.2021. As per law, vehicles registered in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad bearing registration numbers MH12 & MH14 are EXPEMPTED at this tollgate from paying toll. However, toll is collected automatically from all the vehicles, fitted with FASTAG which is ill-legal Same happened with me and I had to pay toll of Rs.100 on 25th and 30th August 2021, under Trip number[protected] and[protected] resp. I now request you to refund me this amount of Rs 100*2 = Rs. 200 urgently and oblige.
                    I HAVE ENCLOSED THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE SMS'S RECEIVED FROM IDFC BANK ABOUT TOLL AMOUNT DEDUCTION ON 25th AND 30th Aug 21.

                      My name is Deepak(Mob:[protected]) (E-mail: [protected]@gmail.com) from Attur, Salem dist, Tamilnadu. I was travelling from Chengalpattu to Mahabalipuram I get a toll plaza in Poonjeri before reaching Mahabalipuram (ECR road). The person said fastag and receipt machine is not working because of maintenance. I was in emergency so paid the amount without any receipts. After that I got deducted through fastag also. I was feeling bad with these kind of forgeries held on this toll plaza. I paid twice through fastag and cash. I request you to take action on the person who allowed me first one way, he done all the tackles. And refund the money of Rs.50 I paid to that person. Waiting for your response at the earliest. And I would like to know I discussed this thing with your customer care helpline person, but he didn't give any proper response and he ended the call while I was in call. All the correspondence done in above mentioned mobile number for your information.

                        Dear team

                        Yesterday morning(29/08/2021, time 11:30Am ) I travel from pandharkawda to Adilabad by car . At pippalwada toll plaza staf not allowed my car to move . Toll tax already deducted from my fastag but staf argue me your fast tag not working and didn't have balance . But at that time I have sufficient balance in my account .
                        because I am using paytm fastag and they force me to buy new icici bank fastag .
                        Same thing happened with all 4 wheel vehicle .

                        Please take action against toll plaza

                          TS34B5643 car crossed at TSPA rajendra nagar toll plaza on 22.08.21 at 5.15 PM toll charge was only 10 RS but 60 RS was debited from fast tag and rude behavior of toll plaza staff, no proper response was given.

                            I travelled by NH 160 twice in a week while driving towards and away from Thane. I paid more than Rs. 100 (one side) as toll. But the condition of Toll road is very very bad. NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL of this very high toll tax road.                               Address: Ban toll plaza jammj

                              Today While travelling through Ban Toll Plaza Jammu near Nagrota, coming from Udhampur towards Jammu, Rs 140 toll was collected twice within a duration of 15 min. I dont know what intervened or if this is fraud on general public but this is untenable. I am also attaching the transaction ids along with time punch. Hope NHAI true to it’s reputation will take necessary action with intimation to me in this regard.

                                  From Indore bypass to Dewas the condition of road is very very Bad.After paying a high sum we have to suffer due to bad condition of road. Toll collecting company is saying that they will repair the road after monsoon is over but the fact is that the we are still waiting for proper rain. in last 8 days there is no rain fall we are facing bright sun shine.But toll company is not interested in making even patch work.Why we are paying such high amount for a bad Road.We have to face this situation always in this season.If toll company have the reason of rainy season for not maintaining the road then NHAI can give us rebate for the rainy season.Because after paying toll charge we are not only facing the bad road but wear and tear of vehicle also.Please look into the matter.

                                    Fastag system not installed on toll plaza and toll charges done in form of only cash not digitally other forms due to which long jam on vehicle on toll plaza and efficiency of person working on toll is very low 30-40seconds per vehicle as compare of arrival of vehicle at toll 15-25 seconds per vehicle...

                                    Recently I came across a bitter experience with one of the NHAI Toll Plaza (Mahasamudram Toll) where my fastag was not getting detected because of no proper technology enabled with them and the toll plaza associates were mentioning that my fastag was blacklisted.

                                    It was so funny to hear this because I had sufficient balance of 1000 + Rupees on my fastag and still they say it was blacklisted. My travel was between Chennai to Bangalore via Chittoor and it had around 6 tolls and out of these 6 tolls only this toll did not detect my fastag and the rest tolls had it detected without any issues.

                                    Even calling up 1033 helpline confirmed that I have sufficient balance in my fastag and they said they will speak with toll control room but still nothing happened and I was very sure what the result could be.

                                    End result was after waiting 30mins in the toll and seeing nothing happening from 1033 Helpline and the Mahasamudram Toll I decided to pay it in cash where they charged me additional 85 rupees as penalty for 1 side and 170 for 2 sides and this
                                    instance happened for 2 days which means I lost 340 rupees .

                                    I have all records to show that I had sufficient balance in fastag and also records to show that my fastag was detected on other tolls on the same day before and after crossing this toll .

                                      On 28/08/2021 I have visited Puri by my Vehicle OD02AY4999. I passed the tollgate at Pipili on 28/08/2021 at 7:46 AM and return on 28/08/2021 at 5:22 PM. Both the time they have deducted Rs 115/- through my fastag which cannot be. Kindly reverse the amount.

                                      Also I have a query. My vehicle glass break for which my fastag chip wasn't with me but my fastag is active. They have deducted from the fastag in morning. In my return from puri they told that our manager is not available also NHAI site is not connected after office hours so manually we can't deduct.
                                      Is NHAI site is closed after 5 PM or on Sunday?
                                      The behaviour of the staffs are not acceptable. It has to cordial not like boss when someone is in problem related to your tollgate payment only.
