महोदय, दिनांक 17 अगस्त 2021 को मेरे वाहन RJ01 CC 4234 को खेड़ी गुलाबपुरा जिला भीलवाड़ा (राजस्थान) टोल प्लाजा पर सुबह करीब 15 मिनट ििइंतजार कराया गया। मेरे वाहन के आगे ट्रक का फास्टैग क्लियर नहीं हो रहा था।
ऐसे में मुझे बेवजह परेशान होना पड़ा। नियम है कि 10 सेकंड से अधिक विलम्ब कराने पर टोल फ्री किया जाए जबकि मुझे करीब 15 मिनट वेट कराया गया और टोल राशि 75 रुपए फास्टैग के जरिए काट ली गई।
कृपया मुझे उपरोक्त राशि वापस दिलाने और सम्बन्धित टोल प्लाजा के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर मुझे अवगत कराएं

Today deduction of Rs 600 done at Toll-ALEP Main Plaza vide Txn ID[protected]. Why so much amount deducted despite balance of required toll amount was available in fast tag wallet?
Please provide details for so high deduction. You are also requested to refund excess amount charged.

Huge traffic jams at Mahuvan Toll Plaza(Agra-Delhi NH) due to faulty equipment installed at lane No 2. The automatic fast tag card reading system was not working properly and caused a huge traffic jam. It took us 20 mins to cross the toll booth. The toll collector was sitting outside the booth and was ignorant to the situation. I asked him to collect the toll with the help of hand held machine but he started yelling and abusing. His name was Ganga. I asked him to exempt the vehicle without collecting any toll as it had been over 20 minutes and more than 100 meters of que had been formed. He instead started threatening me with dire consequences. After all this fuss 110 rupees were deducted from my fast tag card with the hand held toll collection machine.

I request that my 110 rupees toll be refunded to me as it was collected illegally against the order passed by NHAI and the que was more than 100 meters.

Respected sir, i want to inform you that there is lots of carelessness on NH44 Operations & Maintence (99.000 to 387.100) by your route patrolling team. They parked their route patrolling vehicle under flyover ambala cantt most of time .They refused to give safety to breakdown vehicles if their are not taking toeing vehicle by route patroling reference. And if any vehicle in emerygency ask them for help they rudely says tht its not our duty,...

More than 2 min. in line .
They didn't follow rule .
More than 10sec. No toll has to pay according to rule
I was in line more than 3 minutes why they are taking toll

We traveled from Yamuna express way on 22nd August we were asked to pay in cash at the entry point agra an amount of 415 till jewar, but as we crossed mathura toll plaza an amount of 155 got deducted from Fastag account and again at Jewar an amount of 120 got deducted from our Fastag account.

So we request the refund the extra amount of 275 and correct this error as soon as possible as it will be impacting masses

Respected Sir,

I am writing to address a very critical issue that is causing problems with public safety, business interruption and damages to us for the past 2 months. We are a small shop (supermarket) operating in Neduvathoor, Kottarakkara, Kerala and the NH road works initiated by the concerned contractor was on going for the past 2-3 months which is causing big damage to our shop as we are situated on the road side.

We have been chasing the contractor for completing the work unfortunately there is no sign of getting the work completed as they are saying that there is some approval pending to complete the balance work in front our shop (interlock, concrete etc.)

Our shop was flooded twice last time due to Rain water and mud came into our shop as the contractor blocked the road side with oil. Currently there is pit developed in front of the shop due to which our customers are not able to approach our shop safely and they started going away from our shop.

There were many accidents reported in the past couple of months due to this problem as two wheelers are not able to maneuver their vehicles due to the pit and road side access (in and out).

I have LMV car..Fastag charges cut for kobadi toll booth evdn my car is parked at my home... It happens many times.. I did complaint everytime but no response from customer care.. Please do needdul

Toll collecting from local people, i have fastag sticker balance was 80 rs but gate was not opened. i shown local address froof also that people not allowed to go out. then i asked double side then also they said single only will give. i paid 80 rs for u turn even though i am local people.

Vehicle no HR 29 AF 1466 on Chhajasi toll plaza time05:38am(130rs)and return journey at08:56am(65rs)

My vehicle wait in thoppur toll via Dharmapuri to salem between 12.08 am to 12.18 am. Due to the very poor delayed service by the toll workers nearly I wasted my half n hour journey time, also very frequently the employees in this toll very lethargic and irrespective to the toll payer, please do the needful action against thier irrespective attitude towards the public.

At kozhinjiipatti plaza(Troll charge) amount of 60 was debited at 16:47:19 from airtel fast tag and 60 was debited at 16:49:12 from Equitas Bank. This payment was done for the same number/vehicle.(Date-22/08/21)

Resolution - to credit back an amount of 60 from any one of the banks.

Sir, We made fastag wallet recharge of axis bank wallet id:[protected] for Rs 2000 three times on[protected] one from axis bank account no: [protected] and two from Bank of Baroda account no [protected]. The recharge done through axis bank account is successful on the same day. And the two Rs.2000 recharge made through Bank of Baroda has credited in fastag account on[protected]. The remaining fastag recharge is unsuccessful nor refund is received till date. When raised complaint in Bank of Baroda it is been rejected saying goods/services provided. Inspite of repeated follow up with axis bank i am yet to receive the refund.

Sir /madam we travel in swift desire 20/08/21 DL1RT9731 toll employee near rajokri toll plaza demand money for us threat misbehave and says you never cross this nha viechle driver is from kerela he is new in ncr area he show his license toll employee take out the key and demand 1100 rs why he demand money for us we are passenger this thing many passengers face and get tensioned because toll people behavior threat full and they try to make money with passenger what is going on NHA 8 kindly set discipline and make manner in NHA they not show his identity but put toll symbol jacket one of other toll employee try to tell him talk in manner after that we travel and cross the toll plaza kindly take action regarding this

Dear sir,

We are paying 70 Inr per 60 kms from bangalore Hubli in NH4. for each 60 kms 20 kms Road is under construction and full of potholes. For example Tumkur bypass approx 10 kms full deterioted even then we are paying full fee by spoiling our vehicles.
Kindly look into this issue and provide solutions.

I would like to inform you that despite of collecting toll charges from Fast Tag, this toll plaza collected tolls in cash as in cash transactions they don't refund change. They also cheated the customers. Today morning I am going to bareilly and at 11:53 AM I paid the to and from (Return Journey) toll charges in cash the copy of receipt is enclosed for your reference and as I forget some of my valuable item at friends house, due to which...

I was traveling with my family on my car No. KL-07-CV-1543 via container road, Kochi Kerala, when I reached toll plaza there was two vehicles in front of me and there was no employee there to service the vehicles it Took more than 3 minutes waiting there when I reversed back went to another lane its the same issue.

I am working at Porbandar and stays at jhalod near dahod i was come to celebrate rakhi at home and had put my scross car GJ20AH8181 at porbandar. Today at Bhatwada toll plaza on 20:23 pm my scross fastag was deducted so i felt tense that whether my car was stolen or what so i called to toll plaza and they take time of 1 hour and checked that it was not my car passed there so they told to refund my fastag.But this kind of situation is not acceptable they should need to be responsible. This was happened before with my friend with same toll plaza.

Dear Team,

I travelled today from Pune to Kolhapur. Road quality from Pune to Khandala is at its worst. There are very large path holes in this patch and this road is very dangerous. There are no lane separators. Quality of road is very good whenever there is toll booth.

Please take appropriate actions because every single lives matter.
