This is to bring to your kind notice that condition of service roads beside NH-10 (Delhi Rohtak Bypass) Flyover on Jhajjar road Bahadurgarh is very poor and pitiable. There are very deep ditches on the service roads since last one month but your company is not paying even a little bit attention towards the circumstances which are being faced by the passer-bys/commuters who use these service roads on daily basis.

On 9/01/2021 in my car (TS09FP0694) while crossing the Toll in Hyderabad, I was charged additional amounts.
I have entered at Dundigal and crossed patancheru plaza at 10.55am
In return I entered at Patancheru at 9.55pm and exit at Dundigal (10.06pm).
But I was charged 70rs at 9.55pm and 70rs at Dundigal. Both are dispute amounts.
1) completely wrong charge at 9.55pm (70rs)
2) Return discount not applied...

On Kherke daula toll plaza during crossing throw both no. 22 at 07:33 PM on 18/08/2021 all of sudden the boom barrier fell on upper portion of my car throw which roof, tail gate upper portion and right side body upper portion got dented, so i need compensation for my loss....

Toll plaza charged double fare due to non detected by your camera of fastag sticker, however fastag balance was sufficient.
Please check attached toll plaza slip.
Please check the balance for MH31EU2500 Vehicle...

I want to know whether there is any provision which directs that one (1) lane of the toll plaza should be reserved permanently for the VIP traffic and when there is no VIP movement such lane should be barricaded. Bhavnager somnath haiway per kobdi tall buth per tall tax chalu he lekin road abhi tak pura nai huva he. Road pura na karo to app service road pe thoda repair karvado please . Ambulance or imargance vehicles ko bahot problem ho rahahe.

As I travelled in Chikkodi to Maharashtra NH 48 on few days back, but here I found they collect the amount from each and every Vehicle owner. They consumed more time and I feel they collected more amount compare to fast tag. Earlier u were strictly instructed owners of vechicle fast tag is mandatory. What about NH 48, .. hope you are doing favourable us as soon as possible.. thank u...

within 24 hours they charged 2 times...

A truck is not having fastag and the toll authority is taking a long time in asking him to rechatge fast tag keeping beside other vehicles to wait for 30 mins over...

I had HDFC Bank, On 13 August 2021 The same is SCANNED at VASHI - NE MUMBAI TOLL PLAZA and they allowed me travel further. AT Mumbai Pune Express way - khalapur toll plaza, pune solapur PATAS Toll plaza – Km65.25 NH65, SARDEWADI toll Plaza Km 145.65 NH65 - on both time it showed blacklisted or insufficient balance, I shoed my balance of Rs.2600/- still the denied the same and charge me double. There was no one at NHAI office and 1033 Number...

Every time I visit from mathura to agra .they used to deduct money from my fastag but on returning they used to tell me that my fastag is blacklist ..but I have sufficient amount in my fastag wallet .due to scam of this toll I am facing this issue...

I bought HDFC Fastag on 15.Jan 2021 and recharged about Rs.800. Even after 7months still my Fastag is not working at All Toll Booth.
Today I traveled from Bangalore to Channarayapatna (Hassan) by paying double charges of Rs.90 instead of Rs.45 just because of HDFC carelessness.

When I purchased Fastag, customer care executive guided me just affix on windshield of car and tag will be activated before reaching me....

On 25.07.2021, I'm travelling up n down to Nasik - Igatpuri - Nasik. I have been charged ₹.120/- @ 3:32 p.m. and again ₹.120/- @ 06: 45 pm, for a journey done on same day within 24 hours. (MH12MB6704)
Complaint raised on 25.07.2021.

Inspite of having balance in my fastag the plaza at Sathbhaiya, Naxalbari, Dist:Darjeeling claimed that I have no balance. When I showed him the balance then he asked for cash but did not give me any bill. He charged me Rs. 55/- in cash. I suspect corruption on the part toll plaza employee....

I leave in pcmc Talegaon area, then why toll plazza deduct my amount.
Also I don't use fast-track lane.
I was use free lane.

On 15 August 2021 i crossed Thandi Khui toll plaza jammu oat 12: 30 PM and 70 Rs deducted from my NHAI wallet Fastag registered with vehicle No. JK02BN4687 which is correct but when i return back on same day at around 5:10 PM again Rs 70 deducted instead of RS. 35 from my fastag which is wrong.

Kindly refund the extra deduction.
