National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

I am an Army officer, frequently travel from Chandigarh to Delhi & back.
Over the last 2 years, conduct of staff at the toll plaza, Panipat is rude & improper.
Specifically regarding proof of identity.
No problems at any other Toll on the route, but everyt time at Panipat.
Request educate them to be polite.
The management is requested to intervene...

At jakhauli toll plaza ' they charged me double via cash, even manager didn't responded to my requests, if I have fastag on my car, why they are charging me double ??? I was coming from Rajgarh to pilani on NH 709 and showed ID Card to the toll staff as per procedure but he and his superior staff denied the officer to pass through and register a complaint against the officer that he is not vacating the lane. After delaying for some time he allowed the officer which costed to the officer time and money of the govt....

My FASTAG ( having account with airtel bank) has been deducted by INR 70 on 1st april 2023 on Varwade toll plaza on solapur dhule national highway, where i never been as it is around 835 kms from my place and i was at my place only on the same day. The details are in the snapshot attached herewith. Kindly make an arrangement for refund, and please make sure it is not a kind of scam using phone number details....

I want to inform you that in Uttar Pradesh, district Fatehpur at lodhigunj charaha GT road overbridge underpass, north side service lane side channel is in open condition, due to open channel till now 05 Persons falling and get injured. I have complaint local authorities but still unattended the same.

They have no any information about card less payment
In cash receipt not mention any details about tall pazza name and location
Not mention about NHAI details
Staff members have no manners
They use so bad language

I'm staying in other place and my parents alone are travelling towards Visakhapatnam today (31 Mar 2023) and at "Gollaprolu Toll Plaza" toll collector told after scanning our fas tag that balance is low and charged toll gate price Rs.45/- and low balance penality Rs.45/- on total Rs.90/-.

I am daily traveller from Hyderabd to Bidar. The service level in Kamkole toll plaza is really a big concern. Looks like, the fastag sensors provided are of poor quality and many times it doesn’t sense. If it doesn’t sense, the staff are are not helping the travellers by sensing with hand machine. This problem persists from the day one of this toll.

I was travelling to Amritsar on March 26, 2023. At Waryam Nangal toll plaza between Amritsar and Batala, the traffic queue was too long about 200 meters. When I reached at toll booth around 12pm.
