In Chennai vanagaram tollgate 2 times debited from my fast tag account between 2 seconds difference

This is to inform you that I, Sanjay Singla, R/O Jind, Haryana was traveling from Jind to Delhi through the "Four Laning of Rohtak-Bawal Section of NH 71 Toll Plaza" today in the morning at around 10 in the morning in my vehicle (Innova - HR 31N 8835) and the Staff at Lane Number 6 behaved in an inappropriate manner and was highly rude. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

I had a same day journey (16 April 2023) from delhi to chandigarh and chandigarh to delhi. My amount has been deducted 2 times at gharonda toll plaza when i was returning towards delhi on same day. Kindly return my amount as soon as possible at my linked paytm wallet. Amount is 145 and vehicle no. Is DL9CX1866

This is to bring your attention towards the terrible road conditions between Palwal and sohna which is also known as NH - 919. There are many points where big big potholes on road like Dhatir village. On this NH-919 roughly 10, 000 cars are running on daily basis. Request to please construct the road and fillup the big potholes from PALWAL to Sohna. Enough to lead accidents and also damage to cars. This is a very busy highway and hence should be taken care of on priority.

Primary point of concern is stretch between Palwal and Sohna.

Sir, I am defence person I travelled from satara to Pune on 19/04/2023 .on both the toll between satara to Pune
I shown my I'd card but after crossing some distance the msg comes that toll has been cut and it cut by double amount

On 14 apr 2023 at NHAI FARIDPUR TOLLPLAZA NH 24 UP BAREILLY TO SITAPUR SECTION FROM 262 TO 413 KM, MY FAST TAG ID[protected] VEH NO MH14DN 1208 AT 1203 HRS TOLL TRANSACTION ID 001000234141203251902 AT LANE 13 RS 100 successfully chrged, but inspite of it they have charged by ticket num[protected] op id b0013 with penalty rs 200 at 1204 hrs. kindly return back my rs 200, as it is kind of robbery, as customer become very nervous when with family at toll plaza by behaviour of toll employees, return back my rs 200 which is charged falsely

There was an unauthorised toll deduction of Rs 80 at Manesar toll Plaza against my vehicle HR55U0622 on[protected] April 2023) at 12:48:22 hrs vis HDFC Bank NETC FASTag. I got SMS and email for this deduction. Please find reasons of this unauthorised deduction and refund my money at the earliest. Thanks

I am a serving soldier, According to The Indian Toll Act, 1901 would continue to be extended to all Def personal traveling in private veh on production of their Identity card at Toll plazas. When I went to Agra with my personal car on 03 Apr 2023, I reached Eastern Peripheral Palwal Toll Plaza (UP) time 07.35 AM, the workers of this Toll Plaza wanted Toll amt with penalty from me but I revelse my Armed Force Identity Card the rejected my card, Then I had to pay the amount of Rs 340. Pls take immediate action about my complaint.

Kindly look into whether because of any software related problem, a high toll fees of Rs 590 is being charged for a return trip from Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon to Palwal via newly constructed Gurgaon-Vadora Expressway + KMP Expressway. The total distance of the return trip is 120 kms and time of travel is 2 hours.

The details of distance and time of above mentionedd return trip from Google Map and toll fees charged as per sms/ email from HDFC Bank are captured in attached file for ready reference and scrutiny.

Reached the toll gate at around 5:40Pm on 17/04/2023.
No scanners in operation. The toll man checking with mobile and informed low balance, as it can’t be the case as my airtel account is connected to my bank account however money loaded once again and shown Fasttag/airtel balance.
The toll man, and his manager say server is down and did not offer any other solution. And waited for more than 15 minutes.
Actual problem looks as below:
They are promoting car cleaning and scratches removing adjacent to the toll
They stopped the scanners and claim new technology does not require any scanners, I do not have an idea about this you may update on this.
The behaviour of the toll man and his manager are rude in the entire episode.

My vehicle TS09EH4477 has a Fastag linked to account number 10099074. The Fastag got removed as I replaced a damaged windshield. I travelled from Hyderabad - Nagpur and back last week.

All toll plazas both ways charged my Fastag manually using vehicle registration number. Except at DARODA NHAI plaza while going from Hyd - Nagpur they refused to charge manually. I paid Rs 230 (115 + 115 penalty) in cash. Attached is the receipt for your reference.
In return - the same toll plaza supervisor charged my Fastag manually. Attached is the statement.

Requesting you to review and refund the amount Rs 115 additionally charged by NHAI.

I am from TANUKU, west Godavari district - a.p
I have travelled TANUKU to Vizag and Vizag to TANUKU. In return at eathakota toll plaza I have faced waiting more than 3 min … I have not stopped at scanner due to nhai rule.. if the waiting time exceeds 10 sec we have not to pay the toll . They have entered my car number and debited the money from my fast tag after 15 min

While crossing mahabalipuram plaza. Toll person said my fastag is not responding. And collected cash rupees 50 and he didn't even gave us ticket and made us move. But with in 13 minutes I got message stating that they deducted 47rupee from fastag. What shall I do now ?

I urge NHAI officials to inspect the surface condition of NH48. It is in very pathetic conditions with almost all lanes from both sides between shahpura to Manesar with lots of sudden potholes as it leads to lots of accidents.

My sincere request to NHAI officials to look into the conditions of NHAI.

But problem still not solved and over charges continue till now. please Take my complain on high priority and solve it.

Jajarkal toll, karnataka Bangalore to ballari highway. The staff are very careless and when questioned about why gates dont open automatically they use foul language. First thing is toll gates donot open automatically in this toll. And people operating it keep playing with their mobiles instead of manually opening gates

Fall of barricading rod on my carUP 65 ED 2030)due to negligence of toll employee at Mirzapur/Kayampur 520039 Ghazipur UP. All employees were arguing that it is not our fault, you can do what you want?

In Electronic City phase-2 Bangalore toll gate, the staff have logged in two gate ways of two-wheelers but they blocked one way by keeping a chair in the way and working in only one gate way. They do this very often. Because of this motor bikes are piled up n not being cleared soon. We have to wait a lot of time in sun to get pass through the toll. Please look into this and resolve since we pay to get a faster mobility but got struck in toll. It doesn't make sense. Hope this is considered. Thanks.

I travelled on the kmp ( Western peripheral highway) on 15 April 2023.
They deducted 265 rupees from my fastag. Please deduct the proper toll tax and refund the over deducted amount. Transaction I'd 312046E[protected]
