I with my family members was crossing indore dewas toll on 24 march 2023 at 5:20 pm despite showing local pass he argued with us, use abusive language, threatened to beat us.
Please take appropriate action against toll manager and staff to prevent me taking this issue to police station and further higher authority....

I am from Faridabad, Haryana. Whenever I need to travel to Delhi, I go through Faridaba-Delhi highway where we are supposed to cross Badarpur Toll plaza. I have fastag installed on my car with sufficient balance. But, everytime any person on toll duty says that you don't have balance. We everytime have to show them Paytam fastag balance to cross through and have to wait for more than 30-40 seconds. If this happens everytime then what is the...

I'm resident of Naguluppalapadu village, Prakasam district Andhra Pradesh state 523183.
For the past one week, lights arranged on highway not working. This highway going on middle of village. After sunset nothing visible on the road for foot walker's. Too many street dogs roaming around there, we are not having any contact number of contractors. Don't know what is the issue, around 20 plus lights there. Anyone of they not working/lighting....

* 30+ speed breaker
*so many patches
* misbehaving staff
* costly 110 rs for less than 30 kms
* already one toll is near 20 kms
* dust and sand in road ..

People are suffering with this toll ..please do something .....

I am the resident of the Nedaravalli village of Sagara taluk, Shimoga, Karnataka.
Shardama Hotel which is on NH 206 is not having the public toilet for it's customers, So, the customers are urinating and doing toilet roadside and also near the houses of the village. The whole atmosphere of village is becoming dirty.

Toll deduction of kota number RJ20 car is exempted on hanging bridge toll at kota but it do it regularly. Please refund all deducted amount for my car RJ20 CD 2146 and store this number for future exemptions...

Yesterday, I have made single journey through Khandi obri toll plaza.
As per website the actual toll is 95.00 for single journey.
But toll recovered from my Wallet is 165.00. Please refer screen shot.
what I am required to required to do get the refund for excess amount....

I have used Kathpur toll for single journey on 12th morning.
The toll deduction from my wallet no [protected] is Rs 70.00 which is excess than prescribed.

I need to remove the tree which is in my property near by road...

I was travelling between bhopal to nagpur. Incident happened at Bagwada Toll plaza where I have to wait for more than 5 minutes because there tag reader is not working. The toll owner used the hand held device forcefully to deduct the amount and verbally harrassed me....

The Rohtak exit of western peripheral is majorly damaged . Please look into the matter urgently . This is a serious issue ....

Respected Sir the road condition from Dharuhera to Bilaspur is very bad and there are many big potholes which can cause any dangerous accident and damage to the vehicles I humbly request you to please repair as soon as possible, All flyovers are to be needed repair...
