Despite local resident of meerut, sivaya toll has debited my fastag account with rs.95 twice.Nominal charges for local residents is rs.20. Required a refund for the difference amount or resolve the issue with some valid reason for debiting the account of local residents with rs.95*2
It is very poor service render by sivaya toll in the name of fastag.

    I would like to highlight following irregularities by contractor on NH53 Raipur Bhilai work :
    1. The progress of work is dead slow compare to NHAI standard. Mainly flyover work at Tatibandh, kumbhar, Charoda Bhilai 3 is going from last 1.5 years.
    2. The diversion road are poorly maintained by the contractor and so safety measures at site. The site is full of dust and mud with very low visibility .
    3. The traffic management is very poor at site and causing heavy traffic jams.
    4. I think NHAI should review this and put a heavy penalty as per Agreement.
    I request for a quick review and action.

      I have been travelling since 2 days back, due to insufficient balance I struct up kumarapayam toll gate. One staff told me that there is balance in fast tag so I need be paid, I request that I will recarge immediately but is not allowing and not informed about double charge. He is over reacted me and I said do behave like this. He repeated argument and he told he will do like this. Manager also support their staff. Staff name is.         The attendant at toll tax agra toll plaza (km150+325) first the charged the toll through fast tag and said it is not working. And collected toll again in the form of cash.
        They collected toll 2 times one in cash and one through fasttag for a single time

            I like to point some areas where road conditions are very poor and not maintaining properly... Like Durgaur area like muchipara, Panagarh area are road conditions very poor and land marking missing everywhere. Service road are not maintaining and use as parking place. No glowsine board presents to found place name. I think NHAI not doing their job properly only waste public money... NHAI ambulance also not seeing anywhere... Why NHAI?? Pls don't take public money into ur personal pocket pls

                      I was start journey 3 july to bharudi toll plaza at rajkot gujarat.
                      Next day I was pass again 4 july at 8 to 9 pm.

                      Total two times pass bharudi.
                      Then It's deduct 3 times 5 july 23:00 time.
                      I was pass two times and why deduct three time.

                      Please help me and I want justice.
                      I was saved all SMS and deducted history.
                      Tell me then I will show you.

                                I am a army person and i am going from one place to other. In my way there were approx 10 toll boots. And non of them had taken toll free except Mohtara Toll Plaza. Why they are double standards. is they have any attoritiy

                                  This is a humble request to you Sir, to provide a service road on the "JAMSHEDPUR To RANCHI ROAD".please, kindly make a service road on the same path because it is difficult to travel for the passer-by also there is no means of earning for common man residing in the near by area. Since if there is no service Road provided to the villagers they would not be able to reap the benefits of ambulance facility . To avoid this problem in the near future. Kindly please take the necessary action.

                                    This is the photograph of the uncovered drainage system in NH 43 near Gyananda tutorial main road Satapata Bishrampur. Instead of repeated requests for almost 2 years, drainage is not covered till now. It is just in front of my entrance. A couple of times calves fall into the drainage and we have to get it out. It stinks due to blockage and creates a lot of problem.

                                      At tundla toll despite of having more functional gate they kept 2 gate closed and kept us waiting for 15 mins totally unnecessarily and when we asked them for complaint book they just ignored us and moved on. I am a citizen of india and I pay these taxes so I am totally aware of my rights.

                                        I have been charged today at khed shivapur till plaza illegally. As per government rule, exemption is allowed for vehicles registration at pune RTO. My vehicle number is MH12SL9593. When enquired at toll plaza the manager was rude and used abused language to me and threaten for the life. Pls help me raise this issue and punish the toll vendor and help me to get ammount refund.
