To the authorities Traffic jam in NH31 for past 7 hours on 6/7/2021 . I just want to bring to the notice the fact that, though the other occupations and precious time of other individuals can be awaited, but what if a patient who had a medical emergency, stuck in such a jam. The authorities failing to do their duties to clear it, can they be responsible if someone suffers a great loss because of a mere failure of clearing the traffic jam...

My airtel fast tag registered with number [protected] had been unauthorized deducted with Rs. 130/- (Rs. One Hundred Thirty Only) at CHHAJARSI TOLL PLAZA of DL4CAX7603 on 02/07/2021 09:25:22.
Txn ID FT[protected]. (screen shot enclosed)

The same may be refunded to my account at earliest as it was not done by on my behalf.

my self mukesh meena travelling sawai madhopur to jaipur via tonk nh 12 on dated 05.07.2021 at14:39:54 with my car number- rj25ca6553 at barkheda toll plaza, jaipur rs -100 deducted from fastrack txn id : ft[protected] but same day 05.07.201 at 21:08:25 when i return back jaipur to sawai madhopur rs 55 deducted at barkheda toll plaza, jaipur .
Sir please take necces necessary action aginst barkheda...

Western UP toll plaza, UP - 250110 : The toll plaza collects toll even if the line is long. As per the India laws, they are not supposed to collect the tax if the line Is more than 100m., But they collect the tax no matter what, even if the line is several Kms long. Even the local police does not help in this matter....

Khed Shivapur Toll is free for MH12 Pune passing Cars.

But every time i cross this toll there is deduction from FastTag wallet and there is no provision to refund as well for extra toll collection. I almost paid Rs. 600 till now and every time the staff is saying we can’t do anything in it.

As per the government rules return trip is applicable in 24 hour but the sivaya toll plaza (delhi-dehradun highway) always charges double...

I had a balance of Rs.889.25 in my FASTAG for vehicle no TN 09 CT 7085. Inspite of that the FASTAG was inactivated. Today while crossing the toll I had to pay a penaly of Rs.50 which was equal to the toll.

Please let me know why the FASTAG got inactivated when there is a balance of Rs.889.25. I was able to activate it only after making a payment of Rs.500/- into the account. The recharge was vide Ref No[protected]...

Paid Rs 20.0 toll for KA03MJ0779 at Chokkenahalli on 02 Jul 2021, 08:55 . As I have not traveled still toll fee is collected from my fast tag account...

Dear Sir,
I am a disabled person having a Invalid carriage vehicle no. - AP39GL2052. I have applied for free Fastag, it is verified, approved and forwarded to CO/ Division by RO-Vijayawada vide ref. no.- RO-VIJ[protected] dtd.15.02.2021. But, it is pending the verification at CO/Division level. Actually, even after showing the all required documents while crossing the toll plazas some of the toll plaza staff have not been allowing...

Vikravandi ( Villupuram Dt, Tamio Nadu) toll plaza charged triple the time for single trip

Due to their network issue, they were not able to scan my fastag. So, they charged double the amount and immediately third time it was debited from my fastag. So, totally triple the amount is paid for single trip.

There is right reply from the toll plaza if i call them.
