My car number is UP94Z6446
Yesterday night we passed through mungwari toll plaza and because of a truck we have to wait for for than 5 minutes. I asked them to follow rule and not charge me any money because I waited more than 10 seconds
But they refused.

    सर क्या 10 सेकंड वाल नियम लागू हो गया हे। यदि हां तो सर गोरखपुर लखनऊ रोड पर बाराबंकी टोल प्लाजा पर इस नियम का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा।

      While crossing a toll I paid 100rs cash amount and taken cash bill but now I lost that bill please check from your side by my vehicle number for cash I paid and crossed a toll but again after 10days I am getting a message that amount getting deducted from my Paytm App for that same date... So please check and return my money back...         Yesterday at LUHARLI TOLL PLAZA your toll machine could not scan my Fastag so your employee said that it is black listed and you need to pay via cash(for which i received receipt) I said that it has had balance but he said that your tag is not working you have to pay in cash so I pay the cash there but after 2 minutes I received a message that rs . 120 has been deducted for toll charges. So I have paid the money twice for same toll.
        I am attaching both the receipt and the message image. Please look and refund my amount asap.

          This happened at Peddaamberpet Toll Plaza (Exit 11) hyderabad. Instead of automatic scanning of my fastag they manually scanned my fastag and gave me receipt saying the exit fastag that is Ghatkesar Toll Plaza (ORR) will deduct money from the fastag. And what happened here is that they asked me to pay money by cash and refused to deduct money from my fastag. After coming home I realised that my money is deducted from my fastag too. I need refund of my money for AP29CB8665 into my wallet or to my upi [protected]@ybl.

            Hi,

            We have the new NH-4 4 way at our Mogili Village in Chittoor District Andhra Pradesh (pincode 517429) but there is no Street LED light deployed at the Village crossroad from the Main Highway.
            Its total darkness from the highway towards the village.

            Please help to install LED Lights to aviod accidents in night times.

                Dear Sir there are two dividers at Manguli Chhak of Cuttack. One is under the bridge of Manguli Chhak and other is near RAYAT Industreis which is most dangerous. This is also accident prone area but the peopels are crossed the road with bike without marking the sides which is very dangerous. So please close this man made dividers as quick as possible with strong walls. which may save our life.

                  महोदय, छापर टोल प्लाजा से हमारा हरिद्वार की और आना हो रहा था, इस टोल पर जब टोल कटने को हुआ तो वहा के कर्मचारी ने कहा की आपका फास्टटैग नहीं चल रहा है तो हमने उससे पेनल्टी के साथ कॅश 100/- रूपये दे दिए, जब हम काफी आगे आ गए तो मेरा फास्टटैग से भी 50/- रूपये काट दिए गए ऐसा क्यों हुआ हमे बताया जाये और हमारी राशि वापिस की जाये .

                      Dear Sir, i am travelling from Talaja to Bhavnagar on 11.0.7.21 evening. At Kabadi tall Plaza they ask me there is no recharge in your wallet i told them i have it but they argue and not ready to confirm this. and took double charge from me.

                      1. my Question is is it necessary to pay double charge if recharge is not done?
                      2. why they not believe me i have money in fast tag
                      3. Now what ? i have paid triple charge in fast tag and doubling of cash paid both receipt attached here with.

                      There is no value of Our Money and time? Always Public is defaulter and rudely behaviour is necessary?

                      Now for triple charge who is responsible? who is responsible for mental harassment?

                      I know u may return Rs 80 back but whether it is ok if i forget to pay fasttag. It cannot possible to cut my money when i recharge if i ask again if nay one can forget to recharge?

                      Hope u will understand what i mean.

                        Hi, I travel from mailam to Pondicherry regularly. The total distance is about 30- 35 kms.
                        Part of the road about 25 kms comes under state highway and as soon as we enter the national highway there is a toll plaza and we have to pay the full amount for it. Just for traveling 10 kms in the national highway why should I have to pay the full toll amount.

                          I gone to delhi when mahuvan toll plaza cross deduct rs 110 from my fast tag account this charge valid for 24 hour but within 24 hour why again deduct charge from my fast tag account also next srinagar toll plaza also repeat same mistake please resolve this matter

                            With the greetings, I wanna say I belong to dinnagar district gurdaspur . I am citizon of vill. jahangirpur and near to my home there is highway called as national highway 54 which is connected to pathankot and as a highway on the 'chonk' there is no signal lights and also the trees in the middle of two roads made it invisible for the people to see the next vehicle coming from the opposite road while crossing the roads, it was leading so much accident at the road becoz of invisiblity of heavy vehicles while crossing. so it is my humble request to you to take immediate action against this by putting lights or removing some of the trees. it will help to decrease the accident rate of many citizens. i know roads are for our conveince but if it made any inconveince you should take steps for the safe side of people .

                              This is for your kind attention that water is stagnating within and around our house for past 5 days. We had informed the same to corporation (Madurai - Tamil Nadu). We are all senior citizens living in the house. This problem started due to the newly laid underground tunnel across the road by the lake. This is part of the flyover construction work being in progress in Madurai. Due to this tunnel that is not properly laid there are lot of water stagnated which leads to water coming inside the house from the lake at the other side of the main road. This water stagnation may invite mosquitoes that cause diseases.Kindly consider this as emergency issue and request to take immediate action to prevent water coming out from the lake. Expecting a faster action before it worsens.

                                We were stuck in 500m jam due to slow movement at till plaza at

                                Why should not the traffic be allowed to free flow if the management at toll plazas is poor and hundreds of litre of fuel be allowed to be wasted by several hundred of vehicles stuck for more than 30min?

                                    Fast tag was not scanned by toll and we have been charged extra. Also we have waited in queue for almost 7-8 min which is against the rule and in this scenario toll charges should be waived off but we got still charged. Explained the same to manager over call. He accepted the mistake but haven't received the refund yet. I would like to add additional that at toll cashier behavior was very rude and they were not bothered about fasttaga and keep on asking for cash.

                                      The rain water is filled in the open space around the flyover, it is not going through the drainage system, due to this the rate of disease in the surrounding colony is going to increase, this flyover is situated in Arni taluka pin no 445103 Dist yavatmal state Maharashtra it's is fourlane flyover so requesting to resolve this problem

                                        I'm travelling up n down to Satara from sangli. On 10.07.21, Tasavade toll plaza I have been charged RS. [protected]@ 5.15 p.m and again rs.[protected]@ 7: 58 pm, for a journey done on same day within 4 hours.
