We are Traveling on The eastern peripheral Expressway for the first time and the Experience was worst. Even the National Highways have Better roads.
There are Patches on road which are making the road bumpy. The car bounces dangerously and even gets unbalanced.
There are number of Deep pits on the expressway due to which even sometimes the engine of the car hits the road badly.
We can't even reach the Speed of 100km/h due to the bad Condition of roads.
All these problems makes the Expressway a Accident prone Road.

I have been travelling and through the same toll plaza daily.But the issue is that every time I have to wait at the toll every day for an span 5-10 mins when ever I travel through the toll.Where in I have the cross the toll daily which is actually situated right in between residential areas which I daily commute for many people.Where I have questioned the toll Plaza manager Jaswanti Tiwari.He has been saying that if you have to wait you have wait however time we don't but you have to wait.

They way he went through the things was too rude and he says that there is no rule such as the 100 meter wait and 10 seconds rule at toll plaza.

They are not accepting fast tag and the toll officials replied that toll tax has to be paid in rupees. No free entry exit will be allowed. We pressurized them that if they can provide any document for it. They weren't able to provide anything.

My car nmber is pb 85 9990 and i had fastag for car nmber the person didnt cut the reciept with car nmber and took double cash for cash reciept

Workers at toll plaza of talwandi did not behaved properly and we asked them to cut reciept with car number they refused to cut the reciept via car nmber from fastag they took cash double payment for the reciept even we had fastag authorisation ..

I have monthly pass for car no HR29AZ0306, Even after recharge of monthly pass, I get deduction from vastav account. Please refund my money illegally deducted on 5th April 2023 and 3rd April 2023.

I am a native of Vizag and even I was confused recently when heading from Yelamanchilli to Kurmanapalem via NH16. At Anakapalle flyover there are no clear directional indications. I went to Sabbaravam route if missed the wrong flyover direction at Anakapalle there is no u-turn till the Toll gate.

Heard many such complaints from many of my friends and relations. Request you to please look into this and get this addressed as this would be very very helpful to all.

there is a malpractice going on meerut delhi expressway for deduction of toll amount. I travelled from meerut to greater noida on 2/4/23. I entered from kashi toll plaza at took exitfrom dundahera plaza and return within 4 hrs from dundhare to meerut. The toll debited from my fasttag was 85 + 85 whereasit should be 85+ 40.
I am writing this because it has had happens may times. Please look into this matter and help us.

I am an Army officer, frequently travel from Chandigarh to Delhi & back.
Over the last 2 years, conduct of staff at the toll plaza, Panipat is rude & improper.
Specifically regarding proof of identity.
No problems at any other Toll on the route, but everyt time at Panipat.
Request educate them to be polite.
The management is requested to intervene

At jakhauli toll plaza ' they charged me double via cash, even manager didn't responded to my requests, if I have fastag on my car, why they are charging me double ??? Is this the way they are looting people ?? Proof of my visit and written proof of payment double charged, I am attaching with pls check

I was coming from Rajgarh to pilani on NH 709 and showed ID Card to the toll staff as per procedure but he and his superior staff denied the officer to pass through and register a complaint against the officer that he is not vacating the lane. After delaying for some time he allowed the officer which costed to the officer time and money of the govt.

My FASTAG ( having account with airtel bank) has been deducted by INR 70 on 1st april 2023 on Varwade toll plaza on solapur dhule national highway, where i never been as it is around 835 kms from my place and i was at my place only on the same day. The details are in the snapshot attached herewith. Kindly make an arrangement for refund, and please make sure it is not a kind of scam using phone number details.

Incorrect Amount Charged: INR 230
Correct Amount: INR 35
Date of journey and time - 20 Jan 2023. At 09:38 am

Could you please have a look into this as I have on this toll plaza that they are charging incorrect amount on frequent basis. Also there is no provision to display the deducted amount neither on Jakhauli nor at Malvika Toll plaza….. although it seems that the display is installed but they have been turn off the power to do the scam.

Requested you take prompt action.

This is to inform you that Payment of Rs.165/- had been deducted twice at BANN TOLL PLAZA on Jammu-Udhampur National Highway on 1st April 2023 firstly while going from Jammu to Udhampur at 11:57:45 AM and secondly at on 1st April 2023 at 05:17:03 PM while returning from Udhampur to Jammu in our Car bearing Regn No JK02BK-0866

You are requested to kindly refund back an amount of Rs.165/- deducted second time at BANN TOLL PLAZA .

Also you are requested to kindly improve the call centre/helpline services as there was unprofessional behaviour was shown by call centre Team when we called to lodge our complaint related to above. Ticket Number 7872630 issued and closed without any resolution by call centre team...We were made to hold the calls for longer duration...

I never visited Mahuvan Toll Plaza in my life. Two deductions at same plaza in less than 24 hours appears tobe a deliberate fraud.

Kindly reconcile and initiate appropriate action against Manager of MahuvanToll Plaza

Worst maintenance of road shoulders of NH 36 in Madagupatti village.Complained many times no response. collecting toll but not maintaining roads.
