Khed Shivapur Toll is free for MH12 Pune passing Cars.

But every time i cross this toll there is deduction from FastTag wallet and there is no provision to refund as well for extra toll collection. I almost paid Rs. 600 till now and every time the staff is saying we can’t do anything in it.

Please fix this issue or provide exemption for my car MH 12 PH 2027 at Khed shivapur toll plaze

I got this below message today as well.

Updated by Ravish_B What is the solution for this ? Today again i need to travel and unnecessary I don’t want debit at khed Shivapur toll plaza. This complaint is not only for me . It is for many people travelling from pune towards satara .

A new toll plaza has opened in mandir hasaud region of raipur by the name lakholi toll plaza. The location of toll gate is well within the city limits. The toll charges 50 rs per side for four wheelers and now it has hiked to 55 rs per side. There is a medical college on the other end of the toll, and an engineering college. The toll is not providing local passes or monthly passes to any students and localites of raipur. It has caused great deal of expense for students and teachers, the daily conveyors. There is no other alternative route to the other side. Kindly look into the matter and provide local passes or monthly passes for the same.

I had a balance of Rs.889.25 in my FASTAG for vehicle no TN 09 CT 7085. Inspite of that the FASTAG was inactivated. Today while crossing the toll I had to pay a penaly of Rs.50 which was equal to the toll.

Please let me know why the FASTAG got inactivated when there is a balance of Rs.889.25. I was able to activate it only after making a payment of Rs.500/- into the account. The recharge was vide Ref No[protected]

Dear Sir,
I am a disabled person having a Invalid carriage vehicle no. - AP39GL2052. I have applied for free Fastag, it is verified, approved and forwarded to CO/ Division by RO-Vijayawada vide ref. no.- RO-VIJ[protected] dtd.15.02.2021. But, it is pending the verification at CO/Division level. Actually, even after showing the all required documents while crossing the toll plazas some of the toll plaza staff have not been allowing me to cross toll plaza without paying the fee. So, please do the needful to issue the Exempted Fastag for my vehicle in early please.

Vikravandi ( Villupuram Dt, Tamio Nadu) toll plaza charged triple the time for single trip

Due to their network issue, they were not able to scan my fastag. So, they charged double the amount and immediately third time it was debited from my fastag. So, totally triple the amount is paid for single trip.

There is right reply from the toll plaza if i call them.

Sir, today I crossed siwaya toll plaza nh58 with my vehicle DL3CAG7639 at about 12.30 pm. My vehicle is regd at toll plaza with local address but fast tag debited by Rs95 instead of Rs20.I call at toll control room and requested to refund the extra amount. Mr Pawan assured that this was a computerized error and will be solved .He asked my vehicle number. After an hour I again called Mr Pawan and asked about the issue then he gave me another number of Mr Rahul and asked to whatsup the RC and aadhar to him. I immediately whatsup the above docs and called him and requested to solve the issue. He informed that the matter will be resolved within 1 to 2 hours. I again called him at 6.40pm but this time he replied rudely and misbehaved stating that this is ur problem and not his.

I was returning from Hapur to bulandshahr on 04.07.2021, Sunday (4:55PM)
At Kurana Toll Plaza i entered a Lane which already had a car, soon i was asked to change my lane because the car ahead of me was short of balance in their Fastag. in the second lane too i waited for 5 minutes then again i was asked to move to the third lane. the same incident was repeated in the third Lane. lastly I was told to move back to the first Lane again, i was also told by an NHAI agent that the vehicles with short balance are not ready to pay the penalty along with the Toll so you have to go back.

My question is "will the people maintaining Balance in their fastag be harrassed & told to change their lane after lane & the people who do not maintain any balance be allowed to pass by paying toll in cash without any penalty?

I Was travelling through Mohania on NH19 on 3/07/21. I entered the 4th Lane (extreme right lane for travelling towards Delhi). There was a truck in front of me. That truck got blacklisted (I don't know the reason). But after that whatever I saw was SHAMEFUL. I was stuck in that lane without any fault of mine. Now rather than getting things in order and asking vehicles stuck in that lane to move back - all staff were just sitting. I started Honking then the clerk in that counter is telling -- WHAT CAN I DO, AAP GAADI SE NIKALKAR SABKO PEECHHE JAANE KO BOLIYE. On resisting that this is not my job then he is saying - AAP USKI PAISE DIJIYE LINE KHATM HO JAYEGI. SUCH A SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR!!!. I was stuck in that lane for roughly 20 mins. But no one cares. DO WE PAY TOLL FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE????

I want to say that there is no means for fastag in this toll plaza because there is a problem with fastag sensor. So that every day there is a problem of traffic. And if we tell to your employee then they say that this is a fault of company . You can contact company and misbehaving with costomer.
So i request you please solve this problem

NHAI_Official @nitin_gadkari Hello sirs .Is this a way u treat a serving Army officer at a Toll Plaza .The manager behaviour was very rude .Despite showing the documents for exemption as per regulations, the manager charged for the transfer of my car & my luggage .Pls do atleast something for those who are serving nation and giving their life to it.
