When I crossed with my truck No. GJ 03 EA 9698 from Varahi Toll Plaza, Palanpur - Radhanpur Highway on 01/07/2021, at that time the Toll Plaza Manager said that this Fast tag can not be scanned and you have to issue another Fast tag. After that I issued another Fast tag of ICICI Bank from Varahi Toll Plaza. And then when I crossed my truck from Varahi Toll Plaza then Rs. 445/- deducted from my Paytm Fast tag account with Txn ID - 0010002107012047164188...

There are barricades near ambience mall towards delhi and gurgaon feom last 2 yaers...After work is completed this barricades are not removed..This effects normal flow od traffic and it looks very bad also..

Further the MCD persons collect tax by standing on the main roads stopping every car with sticks in there hand...What is this way of collecting tax when all toll tax are fast tag..

I request you to pl remove...

As the government issued a new rule not to exceed more than 10 second but this toll plaza not letting me free even they exceeded there time I'm waiting here from 30 mins...

Today morning i have received massage regarding deduction through airtel app, vehicle number MH40AC9911 of RS 50 and transaction id is FT[protected] at 8:24 am.
second massage at 4:43pm of RS 25 and transaction id is FT[protected]
respectively at MADAI TOLL PlAZA.
sir i am at home today still i face this money deduction.
please do necessary action ASAP. and revert back my deducted money....

I have traveled From Kannad To Aurangabad at Hatnoor Toll Plaza I have paid for return journey.
they deducted ₹90 when I am going to Aurangabad from Kannad but when I'm returning to Kannad they deducted ₹45 again!!
I want my ₹45 back as refund!!...

I had traveled Pune-Ratnagiri on 21/05/2021 and returned back on 23/05/2021. I have valid and active fast-tag; while checking the transaction history i had encountered that excess Rs 75 was debited from my fast tag on 22/5/21 at TASAWADE TOLL PLAZA whereas i was in Ratnagiri.

As good citizen I would like to inform that there is construction of showroom/shops are under way opposite side of bus stand mukerian, adjoining sahil enterprises. I am returning Nagpur to Seoni and in the middle there is Khawasa toll plaza, but an employee said that your Fastag balance is end .And an employee said that you pay at toll plaza no. 8 because there is no balance in your fastag. Sir I am a owner of fasttag issued by axisbank with vehicle No. MP04CA3115. Today in morning I received a message stating that i have been charged 35/- rs for fast tag use at quoted orginal msg below
"Your FASTag A/c has been debited with INR 35 for transaction, Vehicle no. MP04CA3115 at Toll Ghoradongri on[protected]T10:30:35. Balance is INR 165. Call [protected] for any dispute - Axis Bank"
