I have a tour with my 2 Car and when I was coming to Pehwa(Harayana) from Haridwar from NH-73 on 06 July, 2021 ; And there was a toll plaza which charged me RS. 220 for car number DL 1YE 4420 which was having a fastag and getting a balance of Rs.3000/- around, but they didn't scanned that and charged me double the tax for non fastag and my another car number UK07 TB 1322 at same time having fastag and they scanned that and it was accepted for that car but not for another, so in short words I want to tell that I want my money refund back and having a strict action on that toll plaza who was rendering us and making cruelness to accepting money at high charged for no defaults.
The Toll plaza is Sarsawa Toll Plaza.

I am Milind Mane. I travelled to Sangli-Kolhapur-Sangli in Maharashtra on 4th July 2021.
While going from Sangli to Kolhapur on Kini Toll Plaza. Tollbooth Charged me 80 Rs toll at 12.02 PM.

On the same day I returned from Kolhapur to Sangli at 3.58 PM. But still the tollbooth charged me 80 Rs, though I returned within 24Hrs.

I have already registered a complaint on NHAI. Complaint No is - 3985501.

I have attached a transaction detail document.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Please refund my money as per return journey within the 24Hrs policy of Toll Plaza.

Alongside NH16, the highway authorities constructed a drainage of poor quality and it is not at all serving the purpose even for small rains. Drainage water is being pushed into house since the main drainage constructed by highway authorities is not in good shape and is blocking the rain water flow. We are not sure on whom to contact. Local residents near my area are claiming that they reported this issue several times and they have never got any response or solution. It would be really helpful if someone take a look at this issue and make sure that flood water flow smoothly through the main drainage.

Rs.70 were deducted from my fasttag account on 23-Jun-2021 at 16:34:17 as Toll Charges at Choundha Plaza with trip numer[protected]. My vehicle no is MP07CE-3922 and the model no is Datsun RediGo.
The vehicle was at my home on that day, so it is not possible to deduct the charges, so I request you to refund my money.
I have also reported to my FastTag provider, i.e., ICICI Bank on same day, but nothing happens till date. So, it is again requested to solve my problem as soon as possible.
I also request you to provide the Camera Recording of above mentioned date and time with the vehicle for which this amount is deducted, if you are unable to solve the issue.

I have been charged 95 from fast tag
as below - Paid Rs 95.0 toll for UK07AP1624 at Sivaya on 06 Jul 2021, 12:28 PM. TxnId:[protected].Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 729.06

On my return journey within less than 24 hours I have again been charged Rs 95 as below- Paid Rs 95.0 toll for UK07AP1624 at Sivaya on 07 Jul 2021, 11:12 AM. TxnId:[protected].Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 634.06

The till rates are Rs. 85/- and return journey is to be at discounted rates.

Kindly take action to prevent customers from being cheated abd have my overcharge refunded.

On KMP highway, there is no arrangement for fastag payment. Everyone has to pay by cash. If your system not developed yet why did you sold fastag to everyone.

SBI Fastag was reflecting a negative balance and so the transaction failed at the terminal. I was not sure and confused as I recharged Rs 1, 000/- on 03/07/2021(One day before) that amount was not credited by SBI-Fastag for their internal error of SBI-Fastag.

At that time, instead of helping me to Re Re-charge from my cell phone, two staff of DEBRA Toll Plaza were Misbehaving, using abusive language and tried to force me to pay the double amount by cash.

As I did not yield to their trick they continued using abusive language and ultimately I protested.
Those two staff need extensive counselling and psychological chek up.

I would like to inform you that I have been a fastag user only Shaktigarh to Dunlop Toll Plaza, because Bankopa Toll Plaza(370001), every month recharge against my vehicle Reg No.WB-40AP/2669, this month also recharge amount of Rs.285/, pass name--Local 20km.I am service Durgapur Steel Plant(SAIL), since the last few years and since I am a daily traveller on that road and Banskopa Toll Plaza and monthly amount and one month (June2021) paid dt.30/6/2021, Rec No.2311059.However, inspite of that an amount of Rs.75/- deducted when i am crossing the toll Plaza, today the same deducted.Kindly check all previous my deduct amount of fastag Axis Bank and reimburse the money at the earliest.If any quiry kindly contact to Manager, Banskopa Toll Plaza.and Banskopa toll Plaza money receipt and cancel my Axis Bank Fast Tag system dated 22/5/2021.Return my previous deducted toll tax amount (Double) and immediate stop and cancel my First Tag.

My vehicle No KL-07-CB-2521 has SBI fasttag. It was informed that the fastag was blacklisted for being non KYC compliant. Its been a week since I submitted my KYC through mail. However tag is still in blacklisted position. I had submitted all KYC documents at the time of availing the facility.

I have been paying double charges besides facing the embarassing display of blacklisted fastag at toll gates.

SBI is not responsible for their fasttag service.

On July 3rd, 2021, was traveling from Thrissur to Bangalore via Coimbatore, Salem.

While passing the Coimbatore bypass road, It charged an additional toll on two booths from the FastTag.

It normally charges 17/- from one booth and rs 28/- from another one, even though we pass through four toll booths in that stretch as it has more inter roads are connecting in between. But it has deducted toll amount from all four toll booths, which has to be re-validated by the NHAI

Coimbatore NH bypass is just an 18 km stretch with only a single lane available. However, it charges a good amount of Toll.

When I had travelled from Bangalore to Kerala via the same road on April 3rd 2021, it charged only two times.

Bellyad toll plaza maithon Jharkhand has too much worst service their no any management or service properly their server is always down.and staff behaviour is too rude

To the authorities Traffic jam in NH31 for past 7 hours on 6/7/2021 . I just want to bring to the notice the fact that, though the other occupations and precious time of other individuals can be awaited, but what if a patient who had a medical emergency, stuck in such a jam. The authorities failing to do their duties to clear it, can they be responsible if someone suffers a great loss because of a mere failure of clearing the traffic jam

Western UP toll plaza, UP - 250110 : The toll plaza collects toll even if the line is long. As per the India laws, they are not supposed to collect the tax if the line Is more than 100m., But they collect the tax no matter what, even if the line is several Kms long. Even the local police does not help in this matter.
