Thus is Advocate Sachin Kaushal from Sri Anandpur Sahib District Rupnagar punjab.
I am travelling to varindavan and on 02/07/2021 at about 12.40 I reached Srinagar toll plaza on matura road in my brother in law's car bearing registration no PB24C4800.
Srinagar toll plaza on NH2 are cheaters. They have asked us that our fastag is showing low balance and they charged double toll plaza from us i.e 220 for single trip.
But later when I checked my fastag account then it showed that the amount of rupees 110 was paid from the fastag account.
Interestingly the amount from fastag was paid at 12.42 am on 02/07/2021 but even after the payment they have forced us to pay 220 for the same and misbehaved with us. The receipt issued by them shows that the second double amount was charged at 12.45 am which proves that they have cheated us. I was travelling with family for varindavan and it was late hours and said persons were very rude and quarrelsome so I have paid the amount to them.
As a proof the receipt issued by them and msg from my fastag account are attached.
I have heard that this a routine practice on this road.
Very shameful for them who loot the pilgrims and very shameful for government also that no action is taken against them.
I request a strict action against them as they have knowingly charged the double amount after deduction of same from my fastag.

There is no water flow through the highway footpath drainage. That leads to reserved water in houses.

Chennai to hydrabad road 4 to 5 tollplaza fastag scanner is not available

There is a wine shop placed yesterday without any permission just near toh nhai, within 50m disturbing the locality and traffic, so much of vehicle's are stopping in between on highway some drunken people are also sitting at edge of highway

I am standing since 2hrs on NH8 near Baharore. Road blocked by farmers and no directions provided by government.

Kindly, help to get NH8 while moving from Jaipur to Delhi

My vehicle HR51BA3383 has crossed Badarpur toll plaza (Faridabad-Delhi) on 25th June'2021 but toll plaza has deducted Rs. 26 each two times.
This was a same day journey, plaza has to deduct Rs. 26 and Rs. 14 only considering round trip.

Kindly arrange the refund of Rs. 12 on my HDFC fasttag linked with vehicle no HR51BA3383.

When I crossed with my truck No. GJ 03 EA 9695 from Varahi Toll Plaza, Palanpur - Radhanpur Highway at 7:15 PM on 01/07/2021, at that time Rs. 445/- deducted from my Paytm Fast tag account with Txn ID - 0010012107011916284172. But, the Toll Plaza Manager stopped the truck and said that this Fast tag can not be scanned and you have to issue another Fast tag. After that I issued another Fast tag of ICICI Bank from Varahi Toll Plaza. And then when I crossed my truck from Varahi Toll Plaza again then Rs. 445/- deducted from my Paytm Fast tag account with Txn ID - 0010002107012046153024 at 8:45 PM and Rs. 445/- deducted from newly issued ICICI Bank Fast tag with Trip No. - [protected] at 8:48 PM, which was issued by suggestion of Manager.

So, due to irresponsibility of Toll Plaza Manager, as per the above transactions, I have to pay three times toll tax for truck No. GJ 03 EA 9695 to cross only one Toll Plaza.

So, you are kindly requested to refund the extra toll taxes of Rs. 890/- (445/- + 445/-) which is deducted from Paytm Fast Tag.

My vehicle HR26CV1089 didn't crossed toll plaza gurgaon on 1st July 2021 at 4:59 or about that time . Still they deducted price.
Rather vehicle crossed at 9:28 pm that is true .
Vehicle not crossed in evening.

Today I am coming from Ahmednagar that time we have to only cross your highway and go to pimpalner .. but toll employees said i[censored]sing single km road then I have to paid full toll rupees 145 rupees, he said gr avaible for same, is this true ... Also not shown any gr after come in office
Also am not using your Highway then how can u charge full toll payment from me

Also toll legal officer said we don't know about where are come from and where to go if you came in my toll then you have to mustly paid full amount..

I, Adv. Abraham K George submit the following facts for your record.

On 02 July 2021, I tried to recharge the fast tag issued to me by IDFC bank. The registration number of the vehicle is given above.

After logging in to the IDFC bank fast tag site, I entered all the relevant details to recharge the fast tag.

when I selected the net banking option - SBI, the following message appeared.

“Insufficient merchant information. Sorry unable to process your request.”

Un quote

I made several attempts and every time my efforts failed.

Then I contacted your customer care number and your executive (One Mr. Sumit) answered my call. He instructed me to contact SBI.

Since I have no legal connection with SBI, as far as the fast tag is concerned, I am afraid that the instructions given by Mr. Sumit is legally not valid.

I requested Mr. Sumit to escalate my complaint.

Fast tag is issued to me by IDFC bank.

The relevant site to log in is maintained by IDFC bank.

I have no legal connection with SBI as far as this Fast tag is concerned.

The maintenance of this site or the recharge facility of fast tag issued by IDFC bank must be the responsibility of IDFC bank.

If this understanding of mine is not correct, please correct me.

The deficient service or no service from IDFC bank caused mental agony and wastage of time.

I shall be grateful if you could kindly sort out this issue, and an early reply shall be highly appreciated.

NB, AN OPTION TO CHANGE THE FAST TAG FROM ONE BANK TO ANOTHER MAY SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE PROVIDE THAT FACILITY

On Kashmir To Kanyakumari National Highway, we reached ETTURVATTAM TOLLWAY by TN 37 DE 8539 From KOVILPATTI, towards Madurai. At that time fixed RFID readers did not operate. Hence toll gate employee collected toll charge through a portable RFID just before. But the toll gate employees did not
open the barrier to let our vehicle pass and we have to wait for more than 10 minutes. Not only that they did not response properly and answered carelessly. Hence we have been wounded. Action may be taken Sir/Madam

There are barricades near ambience mall towards delhi and gurgaon feom last 2 yaers...After work is completed this barricades are not removed..This effects normal flow od traffic and it looks very bad also..

Further the MCD persons collect tax by standing on the main roads stopping every car with sticks in there hand...What is this way of collecting tax when all toll tax are fast tag..

I request you to pl remove all barricades and stop MCD people from collecting tax this way ...There are othwr better ways to collect tax

As the government issued a new rule not to exceed more than 10 second but this toll plaza not letting me free even they exceeded there time I'm waiting here from 30 mins

Today morning i have received massage regarding deduction through airtel app, vehicle number MH40AC9911 of RS 50 and transaction id is FT[protected] at 8:24 am.
second massage at 4:43pm of RS 25 and transaction id is FT[protected]
respectively at MADAI TOLL PlAZA.
sir i am at home today still i face this money deduction.

Dear sir,
I have journey from dausa to lalsot by my car no.RJ14WC4632 dated 18/06/2021 time:9:29pm on NH11A EXT Than I have reached Titoli toll plaza contractor name -SKKSM On booth no.L7 My Vehicle fastag is active and sufficient Balance in fastag. But toll plaza machine technical not debit my fastag amount. Than I told to oprater for read pos machine but he not use pos machine and forcely taken Duble amount (extra charge). Than I have lodged a complaint I toll free no1033 dated:19/06/2021 complaint no.- 3890401.than after not resolved my complain and closed my complain without my knowledge.
So I requested to you fault of toll plaza machine which not debit my blance from fastag I am not liable for pay extra amount .so reverse my extra charge amount and take siricly my complain otherwise I will go to consumer court against you and your toll plaza company .my cash receipt ticket no.166041.
