Dear sir,
I have jurny from dausa to lalsot by my car no.RJ14WC4632 dated 18/06/2021 time:9:29pm on NH11A EXT Than I have reached Titoli toll plaza contractor name -SKKSM On booth no.L7 My Vehicle fastag is active and sufficient Balance in fastag. But toll plaza machine technical not debit my fastag amount. Than I told to oprater for read pos machine but he not use pos machine and forcely taken Duble amount (extra charge). Than I have lodged a complaint I toll free no1033 dated:19/06/2021 complaint no.- 3890401.than after not resolved my complain and closed my complain without my knowledge.
So I requested to you fault of toll plaza machine which not debit my blance from fastag I am not lible for pay extra amount .so reverse my extra charge amount and take siricly my complain otherwise I will go to consumer court against you and your toll plaza company .my cash receipt ticket no.166041.

I have traveled From Kannad To Aurangabad at Hatnoor Toll Plaza I have paid for return journey.
they deducted ₹90 when I am going to Aurangabad from Kannad but when I'm returning to Kannad they deducted ₹45 again!!
I want my ₹45 back as refund!!

I had traveled Pune-Ratnagiri on 21/05/2021 and returned back on 23/05/2021. I have valid and active fast-tag; while checking the transaction history i had encountered that excess Rs 75 was debited from my fast tag on 22/5/21 at TASAWADE TOLL PLAZA whereas i was in Ratnagiri.

As good citizen I would like to inform that there is construction of showroom/shops are under way opposite side of bus stand mukerian, adjoining sahil enterprises. (Site located on right hand side if you comes from jalandhar towards mukerian) owner of the above said building is doing illegal construction ground +2 floors of commercial showroom/shop. Check weather owner obtain approval of site plan from any authority or not. Owner of this building violating building bylaws also. Owner have no parking space for visitors. Exceeding FAR more then permissable/ granted FAR as per law. Kindly take strict action and provide action taken report in this regards.Rajiv dhammi [protected]

I am returning Nagpur to Seoni and in the middle there is Khawasa toll plaza, but an employee said that your Fastag balance is end .And an employee said that you pay at toll plaza no. 8 because there is no balance in your fastag. While we had 90 rupees in our fastag and we had to pay 140 rupees.Due to our being in a hurry, we had to pay more money for such an employee.I don't have any vedio but proof of balance and toll plaza receipt.

Sir I am a owner of fasttag issued by axisbank with vehicle No. MP04CA3115. Today in morning I received a message stating that i have been charged 35/- rs for fast tag use at quoted orginal msg below
"Your FASTag A/c has been debited with INR 35 for transaction, Vehicle no. MP04CA3115 at Toll Ghoradongri on[protected]T10:30:35. Balance is INR 165. Call [protected] for any dispute - Axis Bank"

But I never went to that place, also my vehicle is parked in my garage and also i purchased this fasttag but never applied it as i never went out due to lockdown.
My vehicle is maruti Suzuki wagonr.
Please look into the Matter as someone has did a fraud, thanks

My name is saurabh goyal. Today I was coming from kherli to Jaipur in my car, while a truck was standing in front of me at Bassi toll plaza, which was stopped near the toll window for 10 minutes, due to which I had to stop for 10 minutes. my car number is HR 26 BZ 1158...when i told toll people about it they misbehaved with me..and abused me..which i am complaining to you..i have happened to me Need a solution to the misbehavior and despite being fastrack, kept me standing for 10 minutes and forcibly deducted my toll which is against the rule

Public property damaged and No action taken by NHAI..!

No action taken by the authorities on Flexies and Banners which have been fixed on NH dividers fence situated in Chilakaluripet NH 16, because of stormy rain highway fencing have fallen on road and occurred severe inconvenience to the commuters.

As there was no action taken from the NH authorities, fencing on dividers have fallen on road and incurred huge loss to NHAI and to reconstruct the same public money will be wasted.

Please taken immediate action.

I have made trip from Chennai to mettur the actual fastag price is 315 for 5 tolls but it deducted nearly 780 inr

At Amaathadu toll plaza NH 44near to Shine town, Kurnool district Andhrapradesh. I think some corruption take place there.

There was no barricades on entry point of western peripheral road, haryana. And staff working over the toll were not in staff dress and didn't have their ID. So we didn't felt safe to stop there and it doesn't seems geniune . And exit point we were stopped the given a penalty for not stopping at entry point.
So how the mistake was solely mine if there are no barricades and staff not dressed properly without ID's.

Sir, As I am serving in INDIAN ARMY as per the govt rules my car comes in an exempted vehicle but Nawabganj, lucknow toll plaza make us to pay cash and said that there is no rule for you to go without cash . And its the only one toll plaza who said that every toll plaza leave us due to the I'd card of army personal exempted vehicle . Sir please take an action as soon as possible .

I was at madrak toll plaza and they scanned my Fast tag, later they said they RC verification failed error occured, but i didn't got any notice about that. Even before this i have use the same fast tag.
This was not my fault at all, its a technical glitch from system. However I had to bear time and money loss there. Also it ruined my reputation there.
Even the manager there was rude and not helped us at all.

I'm travelling up n down to hosur from Krishnagiri. On 29.06.21, I have been charged RS. 75 @ 8.47 a.m and again rs.75 @ 1: 46 pm, for a journey done on same day within 24 hours.

I was travelling from Guwahati to Howly on 21st May 2021and was horrified to see the pathetic conditions of the roads on either way.There are so many potholes that sometimes our internal roads seems to be better. It is dangerous and my cause fatal accidents. It is our NH 31 ( Assam) If you see the chainage number 1013 to 1040 .You will be see that there is no road safety.road safety goods are not install by the government. Due to lack of RMP installation we have been facing huge plight in the night ride.Lots of accident took place in the above mentioned chainage number due to lack of RPM.road marking are illegible to identify .we see that huge corruption took place in crash barrier installation.the metal of the crash barrier is so poor.The name of the project manager of this Road is - Kalyan dutta.He is the mastermind of corruption.This corruption are taking place by his support.We have been seeing that this road is constructing from 2011.But fail to complete till now because of corruption.why government is playing a dumbing mood about this matter ? I kindly request to government please woke up and take appropriate action against this corruption that taking place.

Rajgurunagar toll plaza is charging a return toll as well, for a single trip. I am filing a complaint here for the return of my funds. They're charging 37 instead of 25 rupees. This is crores of rupee scam. If this complaint doesn't get satisfied earlier as possible, I am filing a complaint with NHAI authority and legal court complaint. It's not 12 rupee matter, they are scamming thousands of vehicles daily.
