Am using this Highway to go to my office on a daily basis from 2018.

Still now the road which is connected to these highways is not proper.

Most of the accidents occur due to the worst condition of the road.

you are collecting surplus charges for Up and down journeys.

Why can't they take care of the Road.

I hope you people will take the necessary action.

since i and my drivers are facing problem regarding non reading our fastag card with their scanner during passing through toll booths specially toll booths situated on highway from chandrapur to nagpur i.e (warora ) toll booths even we are having sufficient fund with our walet another toll booth is at ambora these...

RF TAG scan is not proper at tolls.. And it is taking more time to validate tag than non-fast tag queue line.. please improve the quality to make use purpose of fasttag.. otherwise there is no use of fasttag...

The stretch of Road from Panagarh to Dunkuni of NH2 is in very bad condition. The said stretch has huge pot holes and ruts. Nowadays it is become very vulnerable for vehicles. Please look after this matter not only for safe drive but also for save life....

Dear sir, i have purchase vehicle in sep 2020. But till now I haven't received the RC and showroom also denying to help.

I have transferred last month to Haryana for job. I personally visited salt lake RTO 4-5 times. But office is always closed.

I would like to inform you that, Today I came a cross some difficulties in Umarpur toll plaza NH 35.
There is a vehicle line of more than 100 mtrs where I wait more than 30 min.
And when I ask about that for the authorities they miss behave us.
I launch a complain their register also

Dear sir..Today I bring my new vehicle from kakinada from andra Pradesh..ang I'm going to puri for new registration as my home town...but at VIMPADU Toll gate near TUNI the gate keeper charge me 790 rupee ..Where as the actual price is 390. When asked him he mis behave me and tell me u r bound to pay that amount.Then helplessly I gave that amount.

being a responsible person i have paid toll money 95 Rs but peoples there took 190 Rs with me and they were not dealing with good behaviour with most of the peoples also...

At gadoi toll plaza every day in both line RHS and LHS 2 or 3 window of toll collection are closed for so many times and regular. And they collect toll by just 2 or 3 window and by this unregular work of management its create traffic problem at toll plaza. and even they take big time fast tag line too. and they don't take any actions again over loading vehicle with open material.
And they take so much time in fast tag line too. then...

Sir I am crossing duausa jaipur toll yesterday by my car while crossing toll booth fastag lime it took more then 10 seconds on yellow line area . As per rule of delay more then 10sec toll will be free .but toll booth operator not following the rule and toll was cut manually.plz look into the matter.

I am regular user of AH 48 . At khed shivapur toll Naka near Pune, there is no toll for mh12 private car. But if I go through the gate, automatically toll charges are deducted. This is unfair.
Please reimburse my money back. Otherwise I have to take legal help.

I was travelling from kolkata to dhanbad and back from dhanbad to kolkata on the same day.

On entering NH2 the roads became a nightmare. Due to heavy downpours of rain, my visibility was hampered so I unexpectedly hit many potholes. To my surprise, those potholes were about a metre wide on an average and throughout the stretch of 250 kilometers from dankuni to govindpur(dhanbad) I had to save thousands of such big potholes....

I was passing through plaza and i didn't know that balance is low but checked during the line of 15 minutes and done the recharge but then also iwas fined for 110 rs which is wrongly fined to me I asked the person its already recharged but he says it will take 30 mins to show. Please consider my point the fastag sponson took 500 for the tag and said 300 charged for maintaining minimum balance so why iwas fined ?...

This complaint is regarding Toll plaza on Bikaner -Phalodi highway near Gajner(just befor Gajner) . Today on date 21/6/21 we were on official duty in government vehicle(exempted), travelling from BKN to Kolayat and back to Bikaner, wherein despite showing RC for Tavera RJ14UC 1520, the toll operator misbehaved and forced us to pay toll charges receipt generated at 13:58 and 16:59 hrs. Being central Govt vehicle, it was without fasttag and...

This has been observed that police are imposing fines on NHAI for speeding limits without speed limit sign boards. This is happening especially on Gadwal area between Gadwal to Kurnool which comes under Telangana jurisdiction.

We really need NHAI intervention to avoid this fine issues....
