Im traveling to GANNAVARAM (KRISHNA DISTRICT) on that way there is toll gate which is name NAHI POTTIPADU TOLL GATE the people of who works in that tollgate the are demanding amount but not giving the toll recipient and they taking amount form me and not giving recipient (note:-i have fast tag at that time) they take money and also scanned the fast tag and deduct the amount i aks them why you guys .Dedicated the amount from fast tag you already take the amount with this issue i said them i going to compliment to your higher authority at that time i ask him get the toll gate complient book they said there is no complient book. They are not interested to bring that book and they speaks badly and disrespectfull with public

Husnapur Toll Plaza is very slow with only two gates opened and heavy traffic jam and very Arrogant staff.

It took me 5 min while passing toll plaza today and the staff is very arrogantly speaking..Need quick action for service improvement..

Fast Tag is not working on any of the toll gates. It took us 27mins to cross just one toll.

I mohit singh chauhan want to know all the details how does the toll deduction works as i had Rs 89 in my fast tag balance and the amount deducted was to be 70 but they did not deduct the amount but asked me to pay 140 in cash the employee id of the person as stated by the employee was 0005 and the name of the person was Tejchand .

There has been a steep rise in the number of cows on NH56 and adjacent highways in recent times leading to gross discomfort in drive. Kindly look into the matter immediately.

I'm travelling to udupi with national highway 66...as we reached to navayug toll Udupi our fast recharge low... immediately we recharged.. but after 10 min still shows low recharge... Toll people taken double charge and had argument with us... They r not giving proper information...we are very disappointed with this kind of behavior of toll people kind take strict action on them

The toll road in NH-34 is in pathetic condition, unmotorable in some places and poses a threat to travelling vehicles. The toll plaza personnel provided shabby service and seemed disinterested in providing service. The condition of the toll road in NH-34 is pathetic and unmotorable in some regions and poses a security threat to travelling cars. The toll service personnel charged us a double user fee instead of stating that we were on a single journey and also seemed disinterested in providing service.

It is kindly requested that by breaking the illegal U turn service lane from National Highway-9 Dabwali to Sirsa village, Odhan district Sirsa.
The private property owner has been built by the owner, due to this U-turn, accidents are happening day by day continuously. There have also been accidents due to which there was loss of life and property and in this U turn accident, an Air Force pilot and two young students of school also died. Last accident was, four truck crossed and strike each other which cause a destruction of house. More local resident also died due to this U-turn only. It was also closed by adminstrater for 2-3 months but the open again. why they open it? Again-2 Due to many accidents, this U turn was closed but the private property owner exerted his pressure to increase the value of private property. Got this U-turn done, which is illegal, it can cause a big loss at any time, it can cause damage to life and property.

I request you to break the illegal U turn service lane from National Highway-9 Dabwali to Sirsa village in Odhan district Sirsa. It has been maintained that accidents happen every day, it should be permanently stopped as soon as possible so that accidents like Accidents should not happen and accidents should not happen.

This is a complain of bad road with lot of POTHOLES on Durgapur Express HIGHWAY in the PALSIT - DANKUNI section in West Bengal . Those potholes are approximately one foot deep & two to three feet in diameter. these are very dangerous for the fast moving small cars through this highway. There are every possibility that small cars can be toppled while running over such potholes at higher speed. Its a shame that despite paying high Toll Tax we are getting so poor service which is purely bad maintenance related.

I am a central government Official working with Indian Navy at Delhi for the last three years and my vehicle has always been at Delhi.

I request same be investigated as this is bringing the system to question and suspicion.
