Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that, Today I came a cross some difficulties in Umarpur toll plaza NH 35.
There is a vehicle line of more than 100 mtrs where I wait more than 30 min.
And when I ask about that for the authorities they miss behave us.
I launch a complain their register also
Kindly resolve the issue

After purchasing fast tag from sbi, my vehicle never crossed any toll. But my account has been deducted and now I am unable to recharge. Please help me.

Our Commercial Vehicle GJ-12-Z-4663 Is Daily Crossing Mokha Toll Plaza on NH-8A on Mundra Road Gujrat and paying Toll Tax Through Fastag But Yesterday Due to insufficient Balance in Wallet we have made Cash Payment of toll tax but after that there is also amount of toll tax was deducted from our fastag wallet 02 time now how can we get refund for the same Please check attached files for your ref.

I have not travelled through this toll plaza although the amount has been debitesd from my fastag account.Kindly check and revert.My car number is GJ11AB1720.

Wait for more than 10 minutes in fastag line as the truck which is above to me doesn't being scaned by fastag reader. At udaipur Toll plaza, Just refund My toll fees.

Dear sir..Today I bring my new vehicle from kakinada from andra Pradesh..ang I'm going to puri for new registration as my home town...but at VIMPADU Toll gate near TUNI the gate keeper charge me 790 rupee ..Where as the actual price is 390. When asked him he mis behave me and tell me u r bound to pay that amount.Then helplessly I gave that amount.
Kindly i[censored] explain why this thing happened?
If the is not registered then how could I put fastag ..I have TR number ..still this thing happened..but why..
As for my knowledge panelty levied for those who has fastag but didn't have money in their account..but why penalty for new vehichle..

Iam a Forest Officer at Govt o[censored]ttar Pradesh, i was visited Lucknow 20/06/21 on the way one toll plaza named as Dahina shekpur toll plaza on NH 30, My Fastag is blocked due to otp problem in my phone no...
being a responsible person i have paid toll money 95 Rs but peoples there took 190 Rs with me and they were not dealing with good behaviour with most of the peoples also...

I just want my money ( Which is Extra 95) get back...

At gadoi toll plaza every day in both line RHS and LHS 2 or 3 window of toll collection are closed for so many times and regular. And they collect toll by just 2 or 3 window and by this unregular work of management its create traffic problem at toll plaza. and even they take big time fast tag line too. and they don't take any actions again over loading vehicle with open material.
And they take so much time in fast tag line too. then the fast tag scanners are not working of some toll collecting window .
so request you for solve this problem of the traffic and the fast tag line. and they use for fast tag line for non fast tag vehicle. and the staff is never co-operate with traffic. and they are not follow rules of fast tag. so make them easy and tell them use fast tag as fast way

Sir I am crossing duausa jaipur toll yesterday by my car while crossing toll booth fastag lime it took more then 10 seconds on yellow line area . As per rule of delay more then 10sec toll will be free .but toll booth operator not following the rule and toll was cut manually.plz look into the matter.

I am regular user of AH 48 . At khed shivapur toll Naka near Pune, there is no toll for mh12 private car. But if I go through the gate, automatically toll charges are deducted. This is unfair.
Please reimburse my money back. Otherwise I have to take legal help.

I was travelling from kolkata to dhanbad and back from dhanbad to kolkata on the same day.

On entering NH2 the roads became a nightmare. Due to heavy downpours of rain, my visibility was hampered so I unexpectedly hit many potholes. To my surprise, those potholes were about a metre wide on an average and throughout the stretch of 250 kilometers from dankuni to govindpur(dhanbad) I had to save thousands of such big potholes. This was still fine but on returning, it was already night time and those potholes not being visible, I was not being able to maneuver and had gone through many potholes eventually which had caused a lot of accidents and many leading to probably loss of lives.

So, as a passionate lover of driving, I hereby request you to please improve the quality of the roads if you are charging such high rates of toll and this is leading to damages and losses just due to an extremely bad quality road.

If a single strong downpour does this to a NATIONAL HIGHWAY then serious improvement is required in construction quality

I was passing through plaza and i didn't know that balance is low but checked during the line of 15 minutes and done the recharge but then also iwas fined for 110 rs which is wrongly fined to me I asked the person its already recharged but he says it will take 30 mins to show. Please consider my point the fastag sponson took 500 for the tag and said 300 charged for maintaining minimum balance so why iwas fined ?

This complaint is regarding Toll plaza on Bikaner -Phalodi highway near Gajner(just befor Gajner) . Today on date 21/6/21 we were on official duty in government vehicle(exempted), travelling from BKN to Kolayat and back to Bikaner, wherein despite showing RC for Tavera RJ14UC 1520, the toll operator misbehaved and forced us to pay toll charges receipt generated at 13:58 and 16:59 hrs. Being central Govt vehicle, it was without fasttag and hence amount deducted was double that is Rs 130 each side(instead of rs 65) .kindly take strict action against the respective toll plaza so as to stop its recurrence.Thank you in anticipation

This has been observed that police are imposing fines on NHAI for speeding limits without speed limit sign boards. This is happening especially on Gadwal area between Gadwal to Kurnool which comes under Telangana jurisdiction.

We really need NHAI intervention to avoid this fine issues.

I waited at toll plaza for nearly 2-3 minutes, but still I was forced to pay the toll fee. As per new 10 seconds policy, customer must be let free without have to pay the toll fee if the wait time exceeds 10 seconds, i have mentioned the same to the toll authorities but I got rude replies like "get educated first" "do what ever you want, no one can pluck our hair" I told them I will complaint regarding this then I got "do what ever you want" as a reply.

Hello sir as I was riding on NH 03 a man was driving very harsh and he attempted many wrong overtakes and as I said please go slow he started to give badwords and used wrong language..The Car is Suzuki SPresso orange colour number MH 47 AU 7076

Hi, yesterday(20.06.2021) evening I'm crossing the Kozhinjiipatti Plaza, that time I'm waiting in the toll line in too much time, then I'm asking him what happened, but he did not answer clearly and also he using a bad words, and I'm not arguing, because I'm a call taxi driver, customer also watching. So I'm leave there. I have lot of depressing.

I was travelling from Nizamabad to Hyderabad on 20th of June 2021.
I crossed toopran toll plaza near Hyderabad at around 9.54 to 9.58 PM in black colour Verna no TS07FZ0422.
There was traffic jam at toll plaza.
So I just asked about toll wave off rule on delay, On of goons over there just started threatening me and told me to take my vehicle back and complaint wherever i want to.
I had no choice but to pay and proceed as I can't fight or argue with goons.
So clear me whether there is such rule or not. And if it is there, please resolve it or cancel the rule and stop making people fool.

Toll deducted from fast tag and cash was paid too, below attaching the receipt of toll paid in cash
