National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

This is in reference to the two wheelers that are being allowed on the toll that has a board which clearly says two wheelers not allowed. Why do we have to pay 40 rs for a highway which is now no different than normal roads. Whom shall we raise our complaints to. Why are they even being allowed to move on the road which is not meant for two wheelers? Is anyone even noticing it? They have crowded the road. They move in a zigzag fashion and do not even have courtesy to use the last lane. The litter around in every lane. Kindly take care of this before any accident occurs.

I want to raise a complaint regarding long waiting of more than 1 hour on NH-58 on toll plaza near modi puram. Please look this concern. This is a daily situation on this toll plaza

The said tolls plaza has wrongfully deducted toll charges from my account. This is the second time I have been cheated by your hand, neither I have travelled to Faridabad nor I came from Faridabad. The message received is enclosed herewith:-
“Rs 26.00 deducted for Toll Charges at Badarpur faridabad Toll plaza (DL3CCR3287), txn ID[protected]eP on 19-Jun-2021 07:32:33 AM. FASTag balance Rs.485.61 -IHMCL”

Dear Sir,
I was travelling on NH3 on 19/06/2021 was charged extra Toll charges at the pimpalgaon baswant toll plaza i.e Rs.150/instead of Rs 40 as my vehicle is registered in same district .& Return deducted 75/- / instead of 20 /- .So every Nashik Vechical Excess Collection Rs.165/- .

This is happening for so many vehicles from past year and still no solution for this kind of mess.

As per discussion with toll person required registration & submitted document for Vehicle RC Book & Aadhar Card at office time 10.00 am to 5 pm .

So why required document if RTO Registration Nashik is Not Valid .

Take a lot of time, not bothered for passengers do not know how to operate, doing manually, a big long que. Only 3/6 lanes are open....

Toll booth saliwada near barela in jabalpur bypass harrahes truck drivers they not collect toll frok fasttag they want cash and abuse drivers please solve this problem

I Has travelled From Sidhi To jabalpur By Self Car During Crossing Your Sonvarsha Sidhi Toll Barrier your automatically boom barrier suddenly down Upon My Car And Damaged my Front Show.
AFTER That I have asked about this from your incharge they said me sorry

If this barrier damaged my car glass or my body so sorry is sufficient ?

I Have talked with service center they told me expenses is 2400rs

Kindly give me resolutions either I'll take legal action against the toll plaza

In village Raipur Roran(44) tehsil Nilokheri Karnal Haryana. Village Raipur Roran(44)pin 132117 established on NH1 among Delhi to Chandigarh Dear Sir Here G .T Road(NH1) to Raipur Roran here very large area of land under PWD department and on this PWD land one man his name is Ranbir Singh S/O Ram Diya has been occupied Govt land and sand gravel cement is poured and he has been working for from long time ( approx 10-15 Years)here, due to this here people who come here on bike or on foot have to face with the flying sand and there is a possibility of an accident due to the sand in the eyes.
On the day when a strong wind or storm comes, all the passengers who are on the bike and waiting for the bus have to face trouble due to the flying sand.

And here, students and other passengers waiting for the bus at the bus stand have to bear this flying sand.
we request to you that please remove sand and gravel from the place of PWD along NH 1 in village Raipur Roran so that all the passengers running on NH1 do not face any trouble and the people of the village also do not have trouble with sand gravel on this important road.
Kindaly take action against these kind of man.

Today (19.06.2021) I came from Balasore to Bhubaneswar by my car no. JH-09M-3857.
There were many diversion due on going construction of bridges. And the diverted roads are either 2 lane or in bad condition.

So, full toll tax paid in 4 toll plaza 50+60+85+125=Rs. 320 is not justified.

Khed Shivapur toll plaza is free for Pune vehicles however they often charge because we are using fast tag and according to them they can't exempt it.

I travelled many times from that toll and none of the time they followed the rule. They are completely looting people and no media or politician is speaking about it. Shame on them.
I see many people complaining about the same and not sure my complaint is going to make any difference but if you want people trust you then I expect some kind of response or action on my request. I can provide whatever additional information needed to investigate this matter.

I have a fastag.. unfortunately i didn't check my balance.. when i entered toll gate.. there is an insufficient balance in my account.. i have done the recharge immediately.. it reflected in my fastag account.. but toll gate person is unable to scan. For that issue . They have made me to pay double amount for passing or to wait for 1 or 2 hours to wait. If NHAI can't use the right technology or the way o[censored]se . Dont implement cheap tricks for collecting money. If i dont have a fastag then it is a double pay, but i have it. Human error will be there, where the tested fastag product has the issue of scanning after recharge also. How much fine i have to ask from the tollgate person for this.?

Mr. Manager of Mondal toll plaza at Surat highway on 15 Jun 2021 used abuse language and misbehaved with serving soldier. All matter recorded on CCTV. They were likely start fighting but some how we live this place and paid whole amount. This is very bad behavior happened with serving soldiers.

As He was recklessly made us indignity without knewing we went in FAST/TAG line He and his counter part person were rudely made us aggressive and criticise So ..After we go on another line with that Making issues of that he made compensate for 190 rs just for 41 kms from Medchal... myself B.Sony ..

On 8/6/2021 our company director has traveled with from kilakarai to chennai through TN 01 AK 6196 car. we have fastag account. It has sufficient credit balance also. on reaching the ulundurpet Express pvt ltd- Vikravandi toll plaza (UEPL) the tollgate person said the no balance in your card and collected double charges ie, . rs 160/- from us. from there to chennai in all other tollgate the fastag card worked and balance is all so there. we very much regret the above issue. kindly arrange for the reimbursement of the excises charges collected. the tickjet no[protected] time 16.45.50

Car fees at the 18th Mile toll plaza was Rs. 60. But on 19/06/21 the said toll plaza deducted rs120 though I was on the fastag lane. Following massage I have received from the toll plaza.

I was waiting in line for more than 10 minutes due to a customer not having enough balance ahead of me on fasttag but as per rule it was too late for me due to emergency and I asked for as per rule to tax free my car but they dint they know the rule of taking double money when no fasttag and not knowing free if late than 3 minutes rule.

Fastsg lane is too delayed.
Bad condition of sensors

On dausa lalsot kothun project rabawata toll plaza I have a valid fast tag with sufficient balance but they don't permit me to cross the toll.and send my car back to take cash payment.when I told them central government rule that I have passed 15 min on toll plaza they should cross me toll plaza free as per central government rule, they misbehave wid me and my family and took double charge of 60 rupees so please do needful action in this regard...
