Sir,
I want to inform you that in Uttar Pradesh, district Fatehpur at lodhigunj charaha GT road overbridge underpass, north side service lane side channel is in open condition, due to open channel till now 05 Persons falling and get injured. I have complaint local authorities but still unattended the same.
Due to open channel near by living community Persons also facing bad smell and facing unsafe situations during passing over the channel.
Therefore please take immediate action and instruct local bodies to cover the channel as soon as possible.

राजगढ़ ज़िला चूरू राजस्थान में राजगढ़ पिलानी रोड पर बनाये जा रहे रेलवे ओवर ब्रिज और इसको जोड़ने वाली पिलानी मोड़ से सांखू सर्किल तक बनाई जा रही रोड में प्रस्तावित जी शेड्यूल की अवहेलना की जा रही है । सड़क निर्माण में सड़क की चौड़ाई 7 मीटर दोनों तरफ 1 मीटर चौड़ाई का नाला भी बनना है, पूर्व का नाला ओर सड़क चुंकि तोड़ दी गयी है लेकिन नाला बनाये बिना ही सड़क निर्माण शुरू कर दिया गया है जिससे आसपास की कॉलोनी ओर बाजार की दुकानों के पानी का निकास नही होने से आमजन परेशान है, तकनीकी आधार पर भी नाला पहले बनने से ही रोड का लेवल सही होगा । इस सम्बन्ध में xen चूरू से बात की गई तो उनका रैवया भी सही नही था, xen महोदय निर्माण कंपनी के कार्मिक की तरह बात ज्यादा और nhai और आमजन के हित की बात कम करते हैं । कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करें । महेन्द्र दिनोंदिया, नेता प्रतिपक्ष नगरपालिका राजगढ़ ज़िला चूरू राजस्थान पिन कोड 331023

They have no any information about card less payment
In cash receipt not mention any details about tall pazza name and location
Not mention about NHAI details
Staff members have no manners
They use so bad language

Today morning i waited in toll plaza more than 5 min because of inconvenience of toll operator so I asked for free way out but still they charge me.
Kindly look into this matter

I'm staying in other place and my parents alone are travelling towards Visakhapatnam today (31 Mar 2023) and at "Gollaprolu Toll Plaza" toll collector told after scanning our fas tag that balance is low and charged toll gate price Rs.45/- and low balance penality Rs.45/- on total Rs.90/-.

I knew that there was a balance amount more than Rs.700/- in the fas tag wallet and my father is not aware of this. To my bad I couldn't...

Panihaar toll plaza while travelling from gwalior to Bhopal had a delayed action and we had to wait for more than 20 min.

I have a Fast Tag issued by AXIS BANK and my Wallet ID is [protected]. My Vehicle No. is KL01CM2662. On 26.03.2023 the available balance in my account was Rs 325/-. When I passed through THIRUVALLAM FEE PLAZA, in the STATE OF KERALA at 11.35 AM ON 26.03.2023, they informed me that sufficient funds are NOT AVAILABLE and hence I had to pay Rs 150/- as Penalty. Accordingly I paid Rs 150/- towards Penalty. The receipt for the payment of Rs 150/- is attached herewith. Later when I checked the account statement, I found that the THIRUVALLAM FEE PLAZA had realized another Rs 40/- from my account on the same day and the reference ID is 0010032303261210244429 /[protected]. The copy of the Account statement and Copy of RC of Vehicle is also attached.
The action of having realised the penalty when sufficient funds are available, amounts to cheating of the public which is to be taken up very seriously by the authorities. Therefore I prefer a complaint to take action against this and I may be compensated for my inconvenience and loss of money.

I am daily traveller from Hyderabd to Bidar. The service level in Kamkole toll plaza is really a big concern. Looks like, the fastag sensors provided are of poor quality and many times it doesn’t sense. If it doesn’t sense, the staff are are not helping the travellers by sensing with hand machine. This problem persists from the day one of this toll.

Please look into.

I was travelling to Amritsar on March 26, 2023. At Waryam Nangal toll plaza between Amritsar and Batala, the traffic queue was too long about 200 meters. When I reached at toll booth around 12pm. I told them that I will not pay toll because as per NHAI rules if the queue at toll booth is more than 100 meters, vehicle can pass without paying toll. The toll operator argued with me, I showed him the press release by the NHAI. But, all the toll plaza employees gathered and used the rough language. I told them that I will complaint about this, but they had no fear of higher authorities. I asked their senior's name and the guy Deepak represents him as supervisor. The way they talking was very rude. I had a female passenger with me that's why I paid the toll and moved on. I request you to take the strict action against the toll plaza employees.

Dear Sir,
Through this mail I would like to drive your attention towards need of divided between NH8, near Motorway Food, Bharuch . As you could find out, there is a Zebra-crossing at vadadla and later it comes after 3KM near gurudwara, Luwara.
But due to increase in development of residential area, hotels, schools, restaurants, and many more there is a need of having a zebra-crossing for easy commuting and safe reach between Vadadla and Luwara.
Now a days to avoid long route of 3KM people use to opt for wrong side which is life risking. And had also recorded many incidents and accidents at this place.
Also when we suffer heavy traffic, if becomes impossible to go for job school, college, as no space to move ahead or backside to find a way. so zebra-crossing will also lead to go from other side. and not miss our daily routine work.
Kindly pay your attention and do something in this regard. As this is very small but affective matter.

I with my family members was crossing indore dewas toll on 24 march 2023 at 5:20 pm despite showing local pass he argued with us, use abusive language, threatened to beat us.
Please take appropriate action against toll manager and staff to prevent me taking this issue to police station and further higher authority.

I am from Faridabad, Haryana. Whenever I need to travel to Delhi, I go through Faridaba-Delhi highway where we are supposed to cross Badarpur Toll plaza. I have fastag installed on my car with sufficient balance. But, everytime any person on toll duty says that you don't have balance. We everytime have to show them Paytam fastag balance to cross through and have to wait for more than 30-40 seconds. If this happens everytime then what is the use of doing everything automated with such process and glitch in systems. This is public harassment as they are looting people stating low balance everytime and asking for Double amount.

For the past one week, lights arranged on highway not working. This highway going on middle of village. After sunset nothing visible on the road for foot walker's. Too many street dogs roaming around there, we are not having any contact number of contractors. Don't know what is the issue, around 20 plus lights there. Anyone of they not working/lighting. One or two days is ok, but for the past one week means a lot. What is the maintenance happening?this service also included in toll fee right?

I am writing to you today as a concerned citizen of India and a social activist with a demand for the construction of service lanes on both sides of the flyover bridge at Matkhera Road, Bilaspur Rampur-Kathgodam National Highway. I strongly believe that this construction is necessary to ensure the safety of commuters and ease the traffic congestion in the area.
The lack of service lanes on both sides of the flyover bridge at Matkhera Road has resulted in a hazardous situation for commuters. The vehicles that are entering or exiting the flyover have to use the main road, which causes traffic congestion and poses a significant risk to the safety of the commuters. Furthermore, the absence of a service lane has also led to accidents and roadblocks, causing further inconvenience to the public.

I would also like to bring to your attention the urgent need for the construction of a 50-meter road below the overbridge on the side of Matkhera Road. This road will provide the commuters with an alternative route, easing the traffic congestion and reducing the chances of accidents.

As a social activist, I have been advocating for better infrastructure and transportation facilities in the area for several years. I believe that the construction of service lanes on both sides of the flyover bridge and the 50-meter road below the overbridge will significantly improve the safety and convenience of the commuters.

I would like to request you to take this matter seriously and ensure that the necessary construction work is initiated as soon as possible. The construction of service lanes and the road below the overbridge will not only benefit the commuters but also boost the local economy and attract more tourists to the area.

1. I, Corporal Praveen Kumar, am posted to Air Force Station, Agra. I am writing to you on the tragic accident that took the life of Corporal Sachin Kumar aged 31 yrs, a station comrade who might have been saved by a road light.

2. On 19 March 2023, Corporal Sachin Kumar was riding a motorcycle on the Fatehpur Sikri Highway close to Pathauli Chowki at around 2129h. Due to the poor road visibility and the glare of the oncoming vehicle's headlights, He lost control of the motorcycle and hit the pedestrian from behind, collapsing unconscious in the middle of the road. Before bystanders see him and rush to his aid, a car from the opposite side of the road runs over his head because of the inability of the nearby road lights to function.

3. Due to a severe head injury that resulted in significant blood loss, the Military Hospital in Agra proclaimed him brought in dead. He left behind his wife, a 5-year-old daughter, and his family. Our country lost a soldier. If the broken road lights had been operational, the oncoming cars would have stopped and saved his life.

4. Besides this, there have been numerous incidents on this highway, and it passes through densely populated villages. It is essential to provide road lighting and accident preventive measures as well as to verify their functionality will enhance the safety of both travellers and pedestrians.

4. I hereby request that you kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible to spare any further loss of precious life.

Hi,
I am the resident of the Nedaravalli village of Sagara taluk, Shimoga, Karnataka.
Shardama Hotel which is on NH 206 is not having the public toilet for it's customers, So, the customers are urinating and doing toilet roadside and also near the houses of the village. The whole atmosphere of village is becoming dirty.
And it doesn't have the parking facility. So, all the trucks are parking NH roadside which is causing accidents in a recent time (also caused 2 deaths). Because the villagers are unable to see the vehicles while crossing.
I am requesting to you behalf of the villagers to kindly look into this matter and resolve.
