Accidently both are active. Due to this repeated toll fee has been deducted from both the fastage.
You are requested to verify this fact by checking transaction statement of both fastage. Please return repeatedly paid toll fee to my account please.

It takes more than 10 minutes to cross the faridabad gurgaon E way in the night, as per new rules hade heard that for more than three minutes delay amount is to be refunded back.

This is to raise a written complaint about "Illegal/wrong deduction of Toll for the amount of 80.00 INR" against the above said subject line vehicle.

My vehicle (Hyundai-Grand i10 - MH05-DS-6848) was parked in my parking lot last night, i.e. on 14-Feb-23. Location of the vehicle is (Maharashtra - Thane - 421201)
However, surprisingly I received a message from 'JK-HDFCBK' stating the following:

Toll Paid Rs. 80
At: IRB Choryasi || On:[protected]:02:23 || Vehicle No: MH05DS6848
Via HDFC Bank NETC FASTag || Bal: Rs 9.099

I want to let you know and want to confirm that neither me nor my vehicle went anywhere on the said date on the given time & we were at home only.

We reside in Maharashtra state, Thane district. The said Toll Booth (IRB Choryasi) is located in Gujarat.
I am furiously wondering, how the Toll amount got deducted from my account then??

This illegal & wrong deduction needs to be rectified.
Requesting you to please look into it & kindly revert my money back to my FastagHDFC account at earliest, which was wrongly deducted.

I have raised a complaint with Fastag HDFC customer care & wherein they acknowledged the issue, also mentioned that this happened due to some server problem / system glitch. They provided me with the complaint number - I83689251. PFA relevant documents/images for your reference.

Chalageri toll plaza charging Rs.130/- for one trip for car

I want to your attention about maintanence of national highway 8-B. Garden made by NHAI under national highway 8-B near green land chowkdi, Rajkot -03 was not maintained since 5 yrs. Since 1 yr shipkeepers using the garden infront of maninagar society as a shipyards and removed safety grills. Shipkeepers keeps dirty Vegetables and garlics in garden and using it as a dustbins so it smells very bad and. As this is the main entrance of Rajkot city I want you to take attention in this matter and do maintain it as soon as possible. I hope you understand this matter and give your valuable response on it.

We travelled from Murlipura, Jaipur to Chomu yesterday (13/02/23). There is only 1 Tool plaza - Tatiyawas.
From Jaipur to Chomu journey, Rs. 70 deducted at Tatiyawas toll at 13/02/23 11:56 AM and
On return journey, Rs. 35 deducted at Tatiyawas toll at 13/02/23 20:31 PM.
Then again at 00:47, fake toll charges of Rs. 30 deducted for Pabanawa toll plaza.
We don't know about this toll and we didn't travel anywhere else. we suspect that Tatiyawas toll people doing this cheating.
Please refund our charges with compensation.

While traveling on Purvanchal Expressway from Lucknow to Azamgarh today I noticed some subtle yet very dangerous bumps and potholes on km65 and km75. My car jumped high in the air and came down with a lot of force. If I had not controlled the speed of my car there would have been a major accident. I would request you to please look into this matter and fix this urgently as it can cost many lives and lead to many accidents.

The ROAD CONDITION of the COASTAL HIGHWAY Connecting DAMAN to UDHWADA, is terribly BAD and it has become a NIGHTMARE to drive vehicles on this road. Lakhs of people COMMUTE DAILY taking this road and multiple accidents are happening, vehicle breakdown is happening, because of BAD CONDITION of the ROAD.

We seek your support in REPAIRING THE ENTIRE COASTAL HIGHWAY STREATCH connecting DAMAN to UDHWADA, at the EARLIEST and help us in PREVENTING ACCIDENTS .

While travelling from chutmalpur to dehradun there is so much up down on road. Particularly where you have laid some charcoal patches. Please remove this uneven patches. Otherwise it create any big accident.

I was passed the NHAI Mandamarri toll Plaza of Telangana state the amout debited from fastag of amount rupees 35 twice the time i passed the toll plaza at 10:16pm where within 24 hrs i passed the same toll plaza even though 35 debited at 10:16 pm & again debited 35 at 09:55pm The vehicle i used TS 22A 3373 for passing toll Plaza

Crash barriers are being installed in our area and i have a building in NH 5 in kumarsain. The JE and other officials have left a space pf 8-10 metres for opening of every building that is there and even for a building which is not built yet.But when it comes to our building they say they will leave only 2 metres gap for us…and are harrasing each and every day by calls and variois other things

I Have Hyundai i20 parsing no. GJ 03 MB 6753 which is in Rajkot, but ive got text message that 45 rs. toll debited from my Fastag. even i don't crossed the toll plaza or even not in range of toll plaza so why my fastag is debited ?

उपरोक्त विषय के संदर्भ में निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी श्री रमेश चंद्र पुत्र श्री प्रभु दयाल निवासी थाना परगना तहसील बडोद जिला कांगड़ा ने इस कार्यालय में प्रार्थना पत्र गुजारा है कि मैंने ए.डी.टी._57 जो कि मुकदमों में स्थित है। डी.टी._57 2013 में बनाया गया है जबकि आपसे कार्यालय द्वारा वर्ष 1990 दर्शाया गया है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बारे मौका निरीक्षण उपरांत स्पष्ट करें कि इसमें क्या भिननंता है ताकि उचित मुआवजा राशि मिल सके ।

I have been in the queue with just 2 vehicle in front of me at Champa Toll Plaza (Nagpur -Umrer Highway) which took more than 10 minutes to clear.
As per the SOP or toll plaza rule, the vehicles should be passed without any toll if it is being in queue for more than 10 seconds.
So I have filled a written complaint at the toll plaza. I am requesting quick resolution for this type of scene at the Toll Plaza.

I have given consent to the M/S L N Malviya for the project “Project Management Consultancy Services for Construction of elevated flyover including provision for metro(Section from Nashik Phata to Khed of NH-60(From kM.12+190 to kM. 42.00)(NHAI/RO/MUM/Pune/Nashik Phata Khed/2022/09)” on man month basis(10 days per month).The consent letter is attached herewith for your ready reference.But after winning the project they did not contact me nor I have been asked to join. I have written several times to the consultant but they didn't bother to reply to my mail. Now my CV in Infracon shows my full time engagement from 20sep2022 to 19sep 2031.
I request your good office to take stringent action against the company for indulging in this type of fraudulent activities.

My Vehicle Mahindra Balero Pickup numbered PB19M0562 had crossed from baluana toll plaza (near bathinda, punjab)
On 04/02/2023 at 3:37pm that charged 55/- rupees and returned at 5:43pm that charged 25/- rupees but again at 6:04pm 55/- rupees were charged without any crossing for same toll plaza i.e. baluana toll plaza near bathinda.
So, I want that money refund in same a/c attached to my vehicle numbered PB19M0562

Every time whenever we use road at this point, one to two gate generally got closed and because of this even having fastag at car it took around 15 mins minimum to pass through it..
And person standing there generally misbehave it.. for ur reference I am attaching few photographs.
Kindly take some action so that other people also don’t have any problem while travelling on road.
