Address: Champa Toll Plaza, Nagpur - Umrer Highway

Hi,
I have been in the queue with just 2 vehicle in front of me at Champa Toll Plaza (Nagpur -Umrer Highway) which took more than 10 minutes to clear.
As per the SOP or toll plaza rule, the vehicles should be passed without any toll if it is being in queue for more than 10 seconds.
So I have filled a written complaint at the toll plaza. I am requesting quick resolution for this type of scene at the Toll Plaza.

    Dear Sir,
    I have given consent to the M/S L N Malviya for the project “Project Management Consultancy Services for Construction of elevated flyover including provision for metro(Section from Nashik Phata to Khed of NH-60(From kM.12+190 to kM. 42.00)(NHAI/RO/MUM/Pune/Nashik Phata Khed/2022/09)” on man month basis(10 days per month).The consent letter is attached herewith for your ready reference.But after winning the project they did not contact me nor I have been asked to join. I have written several times to the consultant but they didn't bother to reply to my mail. Now my CV in Infracon shows my full time engagement from 20sep2022 to 19sep 2031.
    I request your good office to take stringent action against the company for indulging in this type of fraudulent activities.

      My Vehicle Mahindra Balero Pickup numbered PB19M0562 had crossed from baluana toll plaza (near bathinda, punjab)
      On 04/02/2023 at 3:37pm that charged 55/- rupees and returned at 5:43pm that charged 25/- rupees but again at 6:04pm 55/- rupees were charged without any crossing for same toll plaza i.e. baluana toll plaza near bathinda.
      So, I want that money refund in same a/c attached to my vehicle numbered PB19M0562

        Every time whenever we use road at this point, one to two gate generally got closed and because of this even having fastag at car it took around 15 mins minimum to pass through it..
        And person standing there generally misbehave it.. for ur reference I am attaching few photographs.
        Kindly take some action so that other people also don’t have any problem while travelling on road.

          Near Hassan highway, when road becomes single lane, a mid-size truck was filled with hay more than its capacity. It was overflowing and leading to no road visibility. It was also driving in the center and not giving way. There are many more such issues with lane discipline and oversized trucks making our roads and highways unsafe!

            Deh, toll plaza employee are very insolent.And they are also using abusing language.they are not following any NHAI rules .they said that toll plaza is our buisness n they said government is in their foot .please strict action should be taken .

              The slabs on the platforms on the 100 feet road connecting Velachery MRTS station to Thillai Ganga nagar subway, on the side of Tuxedo elite apartments has not been laid properly. In some areas it is projecting out, in some areas missing with ditches. There are encroachments and also blockage in some areas caused by planting trees. Moreover silt from adjacent canal is strewn allover all the way on platforms making it unsuitable for pedestrians to walk. Hundreds of people pracise walking on this road, are compelled to walk on the road risking their lives with oncoming speedy vehicles. I request the authorities to make it walker friendly asap.

                  I was driving from Puranpur Lakhimpur on NH 530 dt 31.1/ 2023 .
                  Toll at 16.36 Hitouta gate, screenshot attached below...

                  As a driver of load vehicle, the staff member named SHIVAM YADAV told me that the vehicle is overloaded.

                  I demanded the weighbridge slip to clear the real weight, but he refused and start shouting

                  Saare gaadi waale hamaare baap ke naukar hain

                  This is very shameful for employee of a big company to treat with customers.

                  So I request the higher auth to take harsh acttion against such people .

                    Hi Team, there are good amount of work going on in Bangalore-Mangalore Highway which needs to be appreciated. But however the traffic is being deviated to the service roads and yet the same amount for the normal highway is deducted which is not correct. There are congestions in the service road which is causing a lot of delay and moreover also deducting the same amount is not appreciated. Kindly rectify this.

                        On 29th Jan 2023 I was travelling to Hyderabad from pune and when I reached mangalgi toll there was a huge traffic where I waited for almost 20 mins and the line was also for 300m from the toll both. When I reached the toll gate I asked them to free my toll as per NHAI rule as I was waiting in a long que for a long time but they denied So I want this 105₹ toll as my refund. I am sharing the photos for verification

                          On 28th January 2023 I have travelled from Duhai to Bil Akbarpur by my Car bearning No. DL5CR0186. Toll price should be 55 rupees, but have charged 140 from my fastag, Please share details and refund my extra deduction.

                            While travelling Latur to Solapur there's two toll appear which is badly managed by respective agencies, regularly there's is problem's in half of the camera lanes, poor customer service with high traffick jam and unprofessional service Manager are deputed, kindly request to improve your service immediately otherwise there's More such complainant will be received by you.

                                    We were on kmp expressway, we started from badli and exited from kundli. They should have deducted 80 rupees from fastag, but 2 days later we got a message that 235 rupees have been deducted from kundali expressway. It was 25th January around 10am and the person inside the toll booth said “server down hai bhaiya” we still asked for a slip, however he said “slip nahi hai aise hee chale jao.” We knew something was wrong however we continued because we don’t use the expressway frequently so didn’t know if it works without a slip. This was the toll booth at badli. Please get us a refund because they charged us 235 rupees whereas the toll was just 80-85 rupees.

                                      Sir,

                                      Your drainage work is being done from last 4-5 yrs. Unnecessary many pot and holes have been done which is dangerous for day to day momentum l movement of drivers resulting accident takes place.

                                      Your half built nalas is being used by hospital, and many other people commercial places causing damage of road and logging of water.
                                      The issue has been raised with the contractor people who are doing this work on priority but nothing has been done causing inconvenience to people moving on road on for our by vehicles in between mathia chowk and chattauni chowk, Motihari-845401, Bihar.

                                      Your urgent intervention is required.

                                        Question 1: When i am doing recharge from my fastag app in it's not showing from which bank recharge or how many fastag activated form this car vehicle number?

                                        Question 2: Why are you 2 fastag activated.

                                        from NHAI helpline number i got information there are multiple fastag activated for my single car.

                                        i had purchased second hand car and my current fastag recharge has been accounted in my previous owner fastag account. but my previous owner hase been deactivated fastag account as i this information got from my car dealers spinny.

                                        Now i want to get back my 500 rs.
