Today I don't cross murma toll plaza but money is deducted.

1. The village of the Debashi name board near the road is very bad condition because so many path holes are their on both sides on NH3.

2. Please take action against toll authority or shut down the toll for no services to public.

3. Near Babaji ka Dhaba the road are upper dipper

Dear Sir,
In spite of having sufficient balance in my FASTag account, my car was halted at the Debra Toll Plaza 205002, Gate No. 4 for several minutes and eventually the gate opened at about 12:12 P. M. on 23.01.2023. It seemed that the sensor of the gate was malfunctioning but the attending staff were indifferent and after some persuasion by my driver, one of them came and cleared the exit with a handheld device.
Such lackadaisical attitude of the concerned staffs of the said toll plaza gate caused unnecessary delay and harassment to me which is not desirable.
Kindly take necessary steps.

The Whole route of NH 334C has street lights but are not working from many years and nobody is doing anything, please take this matter on priority and get this sorted ASAP

This is to inform that my vehicle license plate number HR13N8963 crossed KMP highway on 16.01.2023 from Pipli to Kundali and Kundali to Pipli on the same day i.e. 16.01.2023. But they have deducted the toll charges as Rs 245 for the TRIP on 18.01.2023 at 18:25:25 with the Tag serial number [protected] while the charges are not that much for the four-wheeler as they have charged. Similarly, my car license plate number HR13N8963 passed main village Jakhauli Toll on 16.01.2023 but they have deducted extra amount i.e. Rs 265 at Main Village Jakhauli Toll plaza on 17.01.2023 at 02.04.15 with the Tag serial number [protected]. kindly look into that matter as soon as possible and refund the extra amount deducted from my Tag.

One 21st January 2023 our vehicle no. UP14CB8001, having Tag Account NO. 21007893 reached Dasna Toll Plaza (Plaza Code: 320056) at about 4 p.m. Toll Staff stopped vehocle from passing the toll saying that your toll account does not have sufficient balance. Passenger, informed the toll staff that tag has sufficient balance as on 17.01.2023 Rs.2000 were added to tag and there was no significant movement of vehicle since then. Passenger requested many time to recheck and allow vehicle to pass. She requested the she is patient of hypertention and need immediate medical attention. However, toll staff did not hear her request, misbehaved and abused. staff forced the staff to leave the lane for long time, and allowed vehicle to pass after manual scanning after lot of persuation. Toll staff has caused lot of stress to the passenger and she is still in trauma because of misbehaviour of toll staff. You are requested to please look into the matter and take strict action against guilty staff at the earliest.

Employees of lehra begga toll plaza had broken front glass of my car because they said me to go ahead but suddenly barrier was fallen down and my car glass was broken who will now pay for my car glass??

Date of journey and time - 20 Jan 2023. At 09:38 am

Could you please have a look into this as I have on this toll plaza that they are charging incorrect amount on frequent basis. Also there is no provision to display the deducted amount neither on Jakhauli nor at Malvika Toll plaza….. although it seems that the display is installed but they have been turn off the power to do the scam.

In Eluru, West Godavari and East Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh, brick kilns are establishing adjacent to the highways. The particular places are Duvva between tadepalligudem and Tanuku... Khandavilli, annavarappadu etc., between Tanuku and siddhantam.

As per G.O.No.80, Environment department of Andhra Pradesh, brick kilns should not be erected within the radius of 200 metres to the national highways. But the said GO is abruptly violating.

Hence I request the authority to kindly take appropriate action against the brick kilns running adjacent to the national highways.

I was travelling on Mereuit road on 17.1.2023 and had to go to Gzazhiabad. By mistake I had entered the Toll lane and as my vehical was not having Fastag the toll plaza employee had issued me a Fastag and charged Rs. 500. He did not give me the receipt for the same. He told me that he had put the balance of Rs 300 but actually the balance was only Rs. 100 and Rs. 50 was the security amount.
I had paid him through Paytm.

Please look into the matter as these people are doing fraud by charging more and doing less recharge.

Here on NH50 pune-nashik there is hiwargaon pawasa toll plaza located near sangamner taluka.
On this toll plaza local residents has no toll. I am also local resident of here.. On my Wagon-R car MH23AD0719 i have installed fast tag.
As local resident do not pay toll.. They cut toll from my fasttag Rs. 100/-
Please send refund of 100 rupees as soon as possible.

On 16.01.23 i travelled from chennai to Vadalur via Pondy and returned on the same day via Ulunderpet.

While going at Paranur toll Rs, 60/- was deducted vide txn no. FT[protected] at 05:34:58 and at Athur toll Rs, 65/- was deducted vide txn, no. FT[protected] at 06:20:30.

And on return at Athur toll Rs.65/- was deducted vide txn. no. FT[protected] at 17:00:56 and at Paranur toll Rs.60/- was deducted vide txn. no. FT[protected] at 18:22:48 as against 50% chgs.

Hence i would request you to refund the excess amount deducted at the earliest.

We regularly travel on Pondicherry Tindivanam stretch (38.608 Kms) by car & remit toll charges at Morattandi Toll plaza located in NH-66(New NH32) in Tamil Nadu. Travel during nights has become treacherous near the curves on the road. Kerb stones of the medians near the intersections are broken in several places and there are no proper sign boards indicating the commencement of medians at the junctions, as a result vehicles travelling near curves find it very difficult to identify the approaching medians. The medians are not properly painted (black and white) for ease of identification. The danger is, if the driver is unable to spot the medians near the curves he/ she might lose control of the vehicle if the vehicle hits the median. The vehicle might overturn and cause grievous injuries to the occupants. I don't remember to have not noticed any ambulance stationed neither at the toll plaza or enroute. Presumably, the toll plaza assumes that it can seek help from JIPMER situated a couple of Kms ahead of the Toll plaza as we approach the toll plaza from Pondicherry side. Expected solutions - 1) Painting of kerb stones of the ) median on the entire stretch immediately. 2) Rectifying the broken kerb stones, especially near the intersections. 3) Installing proper sign boards regarding the medians near intersections. 4) Providing a standby ambulance at the toll plaza if it is unavailable at present. 5) Proper illumination of the roads near intersections.

We are using fast tag monthly pass for last two years. A new company came and demand for various unrealistic documents and denied for renewal of pass. Staff misbehaved with us too.
This is very painful experience.

Location: junction of NH 27 & NH 115, Dhoraji - Jetpur chokdi Bridge,

Today morning I was going to Junagadh to Rajkot. When I was reached junction of NH 27 & NH 115 Over bridge i found accident before my car. And accident was done by totally mistake of National Highway Authority, at the end of bridge you can found un authorised "U" shape 2number bumps.

When our vehicle passed through those bumps, vehicles are literally jurk, due to this this morning 4-5peoples are throw from people transport Vehicle, i think 1or2 people die right place right time. I was referred hospital by 108 Ambulance.

Neaeby places people tell me many accident was done here due to this un authorised bump .. they are complaint about this many time at Pithadiya toll plaza but problem not solved and many people was death and I think many will more...

Please look at this matter and save many life's...

Dear Sir/mam,
I have noticed many times in NH-709AD from meerut to shamli that median work of the contractor is very poor. Crash barrier installed at site without any concrete.
Please take necessary against this contractor or respective competent authority.
