Dear Sir/ Madam,
In accordance with the above subject, on dated 19.12.2022 I was coming with my Maruti Desire CAR ( GJ06PE7653 ) from Khaniwade toll plaza to vadodara at my resident. during continuation of toll plaza crossing at 12:12 i was reach CHORYASI toll plaza. Barrier opened through KVB fastag and SMS received from Bank as well again people of toll buth said there are no money ( Balance available above INR 1500/- ) in your TAG. You have to pay CASH, I already paid before crossing the barrier. please review in videos of toll buth. after crossing barrier I shown my RC Book, Vehicle documents, Licences and SMS of both receipt to toll office as well which is located nearby. one toll buth person informed his office it was our mistakes will have revert money, but they people are not agreed as well as fight with me angry on me everything is there. other cloud also come to me and said to officer. but they people are shouting and speaking bad words as well. will proceeds for revert if you are right one of them called me. but no any documents taken. anyway sir, I don't wont money back if not possible but I am ALONE on that day, misbehaviour of toll plaza staff is not good. for anybody. kindly check once my fastag report and CASH receipt. even my car to from Mumbai to till vadodara. it was proof of my presence on road. anyway, I just need to inform to instruct TOLL people to behave properly. after all they are taken money / salary through peoples hard work also. please do the needful against 2 times payment taken by. CASH receipt and FASTAG Report are attached herewith for your reference. it may possible please revert amount of CASH. but INDIA is our country sir, not anyone are OWNER of that toll plaza. so, discuss like this. who ever the officer are there. because name they are not given I ask his name but not given by.

I am Mr.Swapnil from Pune. I travelled today on 8th January 2023 from Pune(Katraj) to Pratibalaji temple (Ketkawale village Pune). While traveling towards my designation I crossed Khed-Shivapur toll plaza at around 8.50AM on 8th January 2023 and toll amount Rs.110₹ deducted from my Paytm wallet. I returned on same day 8th January 2023 at around 1.50PM at Khed-Shivapur toll plaza but instead of calculating toll as return toll they deducted 110₹ from my Paytm wallet.Return toll is 55₹ but they collected 110₹ from me even though I returned within 24 hrs. Kindly help me with refund of my extra deducted amount.

We are traveling to Gulbarga Karnataka on 8th of Jan 2023 at around 12:15 Pm toll staff behavior is very rude.
If network is not there then asking excuse to travelers they are directly saying that can't do any thing you have to wait untill network comes other wise u can complaint to central government.
Please take necessary action on employees for there behavior.

I used EPE both ways while traveling from Noida to Sonipat and back on 5th January 2023. I was charges Rs. 265 for the onward journey and Rs. 105 for the return journey. Rs. 265 was also charged to my account several hours later after the completion of my journey.

I also saw that even in November 2022, I was charged Rs. 105 for using EPE while traveling from Sonipat to Noida.

These Toll charges seem to be exorbitantly high.

I have enclosed the transaction details for all these 3 transactions for your ready reference.

Request you to kindly check and refund the excess charges. Please also take the corrective action to avoid similar deductions.

System was not operating and worker deducted 160rs instead of 42rs from fastag via phone scanning and also harrassed and misbehaved by making group..kindly look into the matter.

I had travelled in Maruti WagonR (UP14DF4029) from Swaminarayn Akshardham temple

I would like to bring it to your notice that the staff deputed at Gharaunda (Near Karnal Haryana) Toll Plaza is very irresponsible and rude.
There were many instances but I am narrating only today's incident.
I was coming in my car HR06AG0267 at about 12:30 PM (05.01.2023). There was a truck before me. The toll employee did not clear that truck for about 5-6 minutes and kept arguing.
When my turn came, I asked that gate should not be kept closed for such long and you could set him aside for resolving the issue so that other do not wait so long. He instead started abusing me. I really felt it very bad. Do we need to keep waiting for long and pay the toll and listen such ugly words.
The toll employee name was Deepak Rana and was deputed at Fast Tag No. 14.
Such rude behaviour needs to be curbed.
Is there anyone who is responsible to curb such nuisance.
Fast Tag were meant for speedy pass through and not to wait in queue for unnecessary reasons.
I wish that a stern action be taken against him and be advised to talk to the clients politely.

Everyday at Mohania toll plaza I face traffic jam situation due to toll plaza. Normal waiting time at above toll plaza is 15-20 minutes. Kindly look into the matter as toll staff is non cooperative and abusive.

I was crossing NH 48, Khed Shivapur Toll plaza from Satara to Pune on 01/01/23 at 18:26. Though, I had enough Fasttag balance that time the operator at lane number 6 KT06C misguided me saying his records are showing my fasttag is out of balance and charged me 220 Rs toll by cash.
Otherwise it should have been half return of regular toll 110.
When, I checked my balance it was more than enough to pay at tool plaza. I really feel that I was misguided by that operator to get extra money in Cash. Please take action on that lane 6 person for exhibiting such a malpractice so that he won't get extra money henceforth from anyone.

Hope you are doing well.
I have been travelling from Nashik to Pune from past 7 - 8 years and I have been watching the progress of the highway since then. And even though after 7 years, the work is still not complete. There is this Samruddhi Mahag marg whom everyone is praising. But no only is taking the responsibility of the Pathetic roads that Nashik Pune highway has become. Apart from the incomplete construction, the highway already contains many potholes and patches. This is an example of the worst contract and quality of roads you have been giving to the public. If you have started taking the toll, at least have the responsibility to give consumers what they pay for. The journey of 200kms takes more than 6+ hrs with congestion of traffic in under construction area.
Hope this gets resolved soon.

2 days ago i went to the eastern peripheral expressway where at mavikala toll toll rate is 75 rs and they deducted 230 rupees

I am a frequent traveler to Chennai and the road widening work after Ranipet towards Chennai is happening at a slow pace. The condition of the road has worsened day by day resulting in we taking lot of time to cover the last leg. Given the delay and pathetic road conditions you should not collect toll till the work is completed. We are paying huge toll to go through such a bad phase of work and request you to kindly stop collecting toll fee till it is fully operational. I think this is a fair ask and would appreciate your prompt response.

Raised a complaint in ICICI fasttag and they also raised with nhai. But it was rejected by toll plaza

Kindly check and refund the amount and also investigate this to avoid reoccurring.

Hi I' m sugumar, I'm currently living in periyar Nagar, Pudukkottai -622003, Tamil Nadu. Today I have crossed the lembalakudi toll plaza which is 8 kms from my house. I showed them my adhar card and said that I have the privilege for not paying the toll amount as I'm residing within 15 kms form the toll plaza. They refused to process me even though I have tired to explain there is a rule for this. Even the toll plaza manager stated that I have no orders from my higher officials regarding this and made be to pay the amount. So I kindly request you to make a notice of this and look into it please

Today on 1-1-2023 at 5;33 pm approx toll employee at rohad toll charged double toll amount Rs 180 in cash complaining that your fasttag not working. but i got a message about 1 hr later at 6;27 pm regarding toll deduction from fasttag banker Rs 85 . then i raise the complaint to banker on toll free no. but the recceipt provided to me by toll employees was for some another vehicle at same time. Banker asked me to get the correct receipt from toll which is not possible for me as i was reached my destination at that time. toll purchee and msg i got attached herewith. the toll employees at rohad toll plaza did this fraud as the doing all this very fast not giving much time

Double payment deducted between Indore to Ujjain toll. For to and fro 70 ₹ should be deducted. They deducted 140₹. This is the third time happened on this toll. Till date I have not received refund on previous two complaints. This is serious and can take legal action against toll authority.

Panchkula Yamuna Nagar highway road lights are not working since last 3-4 months, which is very dangerous for all the travellers during foggy whether and no action taken till now from the department side. For the safety of all travellers we request you to please take the action immediately to avoid any major future mishappening. Its very crucial issue for all o[censored]s.

Am an aware citizen of the country, I want justice. Last night I was coming from ahmedabad to surat meanwhile i was pass-out from karjan toll plaza, this incident took place around 12:00 to 12:15am night (31/12/2022) . I stood there in line for more than 5 minutes. I informed them that we were standing in line for more than 10 seconds according to the rules of NHAI . So I didn't have to pay toll tax .I used to video record all this so that I could report the officer's behavior to his superior, But the officer beat me and my brother to delete that video recording, Our younger sister and sister-in-law were also with us. The officer also misbehaved with these people and charged them badly. About 15 people came to beat up both of brothers including the superior officer. We hoped for help from the superior officer but he took me inside the office and threatened to beat me . We left there to save our lives and I became mentally ill due to this violent incident . The whole incident is captured in the CCTV camera of Karjan Toll Plaza . 11:55 pm (30/12/2022) to 12:15 am (31/12/2022)

I was driving from pune to mumbai and had taken a 3 hour break at lonavla. Still I was charged toll at Kusgaon and again at Khalapur.

If I using the same expressway why am I charged multiple times.

Too heavy giant vehicles parked on road. From ongc circle surat to bhesan (dandi bhesan road).

Due to this

- disturnabce in routine schedule

- major accident will happen

- highly noise and air polution area

- major concern on movement of heavy vehichle which generated many accident in last 2 year.
