This is to bring to your notice that fastag service at bara toll on lucknow-sultanpur highway is very poor. The sensor does not senses the fastag and the workers at toll always insist on cash payment. This happens on a regular basis. They only bring the hand held reader machine when it is strictly asked. Please look into the matter and make sure to resolve this issue a. S. A. P. And reply to me on [protected]@gmail.com

There are large potholes along the tirupati chennai highway which is near tirupati airport. Though the road comes under the toll region which ticket i have attached, the road maintenance is very poor. The government although is striving to make better life for people by collecting good amount of fines and toll taxes etc. So, i feel the authorities should not waste this money and at least make the roads under toll regions safe first.

I was charged rs 100 by my fastag account on 8.12.2019 at 20.38 mins by mohtara toll plaza sihora, madhya pradesh though i was having a return ticket no. [protected] dated 8/12/2019, 13.19 mins. My vehicle no. Is mp 20 cj 5028. We were not refunded the amount. Kindly look into the matter and help us. Kindly help us for refund amount.

Dear sir,
While entering toll from vadodara to ahmedabad you charge rs. 110 and return fees of rs. 50 totalling to rs. 160. But if we exit from ctm then charged rs. 110 and while return trip if we enter from gandhinagar bypass you charge for rs. 105 instead of rs. 50 which totals to rs. 215 instead of rs. 160.

Also meanwhile if a i go to nadiad and return within 45 minutes, you charge for rs. 110 + rs. 105 + rs. 55 = total of rs. 270 for return journey instead of rs. 160.

What kind of loot this is?

This is cheating for fastag users.

Kindly provide refund of excess money to my fastag account

For the same section paid the toll amout twice.
Section - tambaran to thindivanam
Collected toll amout at two places for the same section as mentioned above.
Plaza name :athur @km.103.500 (Paid rs 55)
Plaza name: paranur @km.52.820 (Paid rs 60)

Was forced to pay the amount. Please look into the issue and provide a satisfied solution.

Toll plaza on national highway 48 (Nh 48) in western maharashtra between kolhapur to satara taswade toll plaza & kini toll plaza do not give discount / concession for return trip within 24 hours of time. This happens even with fastag also. Please verify and ask the concerned authority or toll manager of toll plaza to give discount /concession to tax payer for the return trip within 24 hours.

I bring to your kind attn, that after crossing thirutanni and entering andhra, it was a difficult car journey because i find unauthorised speed breakers every 5kms as we pass those towns. All the speed breakers are more accident inducers, designed in the most unscientific manner. Why should we pay a toll of rs70/. And have speed breakers every 5kms. Kindly ensure those speed breakers be removed otherwise stop collecting the toll

But my vehicle did not go through this toll gate but my amount is deducted

We were travelling from our car no. Rj20-cg-3355 from dara to kota on mandana toll plaza staff mr. Raghvendra singh (As told by staff available there) misbheaved and used abused langauge with us which was the end. He even refused to tell the name of contractor and later on they told the company"s name as noor mohammad. Transaction id[protected], lane no. D01, tc id - tc00016

The fastag card id 0131c2ffee3b59f3 taken from airtel thanks for my personal car wb 30r 9459 on 27.11.2019, responding to the transport ministry's appeal for using fastag compulsorily from 01.12.2019 for crossing nhai toll plazza. It worked upto 03.12.2019, thereafter not responding despite having sufficient monetary balance in airtel wallet to cross the specific toll plazza. Taken up with the co. 'airtel thanks' through mail and phone call but the it is not yet resolved. As a result i to pay cash payment at toll plazza.

Under compulsion, i sending this complaint to nhai for early solution. I feel system of strong punishment system to those company putting trouble to the people through their careless activity.

And evening time 18:00:47 charothi toll plaza stay hear in fastag line.
Wait & wait.. So i dropdown car and cheak to cabin. Than no bady here to cabin
And one man come to cabin.
I explain to this man this is fastag line?
Man said. Kya problem he.
I said kabke line me khade he, fastag ki line me esa thoda chalta he,.
Man said kya he. Aur konsa gadi he. Dekho fast ki line me bhi cash wale gush jate he to meri kya galti he.
I said. Aapka admi ko bolo wo sabka fastag ka sticker dekhke bej raha he. Man said. Kya he, gadi me betho.
And uske bad line dhire dhire chalu hui aur jab mera number jab aaya to usme time lagaya. Uske bad gate khula aur mera gadi leke me nikal gaya. Aur date.[protected] ko dophar 3.20 pm ko mere mobile me fastag ka ek masage aaya, "daer customer, your baroda fastag account no. 20042023, vehical no. Gj21ah7361 is dispute on trip number 631291 for date[protected]:00:47" ye sms aaya.
Muje ye samaj me nahi aa rahe he ki vaha bolne jane me konsa dispute hamne kiya he. Aap vahake cc tv futej dekhe aur hamko batana ki galti kiski he.?

On 06 december 2019 at talegaon toll plaza fast tag not detected the amount paid cash but after few hours the amount deducted via fastag account the same thing happened on 03 december 2019 during solapur highway as well.
The sms of deduction is generated after 2 hrs so it is very difficult to cross verify
How to recover the amount and act in a such case?

I was travelling from mumbai to pune on wednesday with my valid fast tag. When i reached the first toll which is khalapur, the counter person asked me to pay for the toll which is rs. 230 from mumbai to pune which also includes the talegaon toll. I asked him that i have fast tag with sufficient funds so why not get the same deducted. He said that it is not valid, so i paid him rs. 230.00 and when i reached the 2nd toll which is the talegoan toll a tax of rs. 173 got auto deducted from my fast tag account. Hence request you to please look into the matter and reply and please refund my tax.

My vehicle number is mh-14 fk-7884. I got a message for echallan of fine rs. 200 for parking the vehicle in no parking area on 05-dec-2019 14:53 and attached evidences image showing that it is a motor cycle with same vehicle number.
Its totally wrong. I was in my office (Talwade, pune) at that time and i have a jupiter (Scooter) not motor cycle.
How it is possible that same vehicle number on two vehicle.

At ghoti toll near nashik maharashtra which is under nhai, i paid 110 rs cash and at the same time after leaving the toll i received paytm message that 110 rs were deducted. I was charged two times. I had raised the concern with the toll person that money should not be deducted, but to no avail.

Kindly refund the same amount to my paytm wallet.

Person at toll plaza Dhule - Ircon Soma Tollway Pvt Ltd, NH-3. has forcibly asked to pay amount in cash even after it was got paid by fast tag. He was so arrogant and threatened to pay amount twice. I want refund of my amount. This complaint is not about money but against the loot happening at toll plaza. I have attached both the images of receipt, toll receipt and banks deductions statement.

Around 8.40am as on 04.12.2019 i. E. Today crossed badarpur border faridabad toll through fast tag facility provided at the purchase of new car as on 22.08.2019 but after returning same day as on 12.09 am i was utter surprised when counter person told me fast tag blacklist without assigning any reason. Pay rs.26.

I am very disappointed to see that once it is cleared that vehicle crossed in morning and returning in same day why another extra payment rs.13+13 (39-26debited) has been taken by the authority representative.

I crossed Madina Korsan Km 99.835 toll plaza twice today - 4th Dec 2019. Transaction No. [protected] at 04/12/2019 12:04; and Transaction No. [protected] at 04/12/2019 15:51. I was charged Rs. 60.00 on both occasions. On first occasion it is ok to deduct rs. 60.00, but on second occasion the deuction should be Rs. 25.00, as the round trip charges are Rs. 85.00 only at this plaza. please take necessary action so that excess amount is refunded to me.

I have completed my return journey within 24 hours at Luharali/ Sikandarabad toll plaza on 04/12/2019 in Car number PB11BK 4820. Toll tax deducted from my fasttag account is Rs 115 twice i.e a total of Rs 230.( Screenshots attached) Fact is that return journey toll charges are Rs 170.
Kindly refund my extra charged money i.e. Rs 60 and make arrangement s that this thing should not be repeated in future and at other toll plazas

I was recently issued an over speed challan of rs.430 by ap traffic police.

The allowed speed was 40 kmph. But i was traveling at 59 kmph. This challan was issued near maruru toll, around 10 kms from mantralayam on the mantralayam - yemmiganur stretch.

The ap traffic police were just standing near the "40 kmph" limit board and caught at least a dozen of cars. The interesting point is, the traffic was so lean on sunday morning and the sole purpose of police was to catch and harass the travelers.

Can i request some one from nhai to visit the spot and remove this unnecessary speed limit restriction?

I do not want to pay the fine as i feel going at 59 kmph, i was not overspeeding on an almost empty road. Can some one help me with this?
