I have completed my return journey within 24 hours at Luharali/ Sikandarabad toll plaza on 04/12/2019 in Car number PB11BK 4820. Toll tax deducted from my fasttag account is Rs 115 twice i.e a total of Rs 230.( Screenshots attached) Fact is that return journey toll charges are Rs 170.
Kindly refund my extra charged money i.e. Rs 60 and make arrangement s that this thing should not be repeated in future and at other toll plazas

    I was recently issued an over speed challan of rs.430 by ap traffic police.

    The allowed speed was 40 kmph. But i was traveling at 59 kmph. This challan was issued near maruru toll, around 10 kms from mantralayam on the mantralayam - yemmiganur stretch.

    The ap traffic police were just standing near the "40 kmph" limit board and caught at least a dozen of cars. The interesting point is, the traffic was so lean on sunday morning and the sole purpose of police was to catch and harass the travelers.

    Can i request some one from nhai to visit the spot and remove this unnecessary speed limit restriction?

    I do not want to pay the fine as i feel going at 59 kmph, i was not overspeeding on an almost empty road. Can some one help me with this?
    Upon passing at Rohad toll (near Sampla) Haryana using fast tag a deduction of Rs 60/- as toll charges were made twice at an interval of 07 seconds only.
    How do I get my money back?

      During my journey b/w 20 nov to29 nov i travelled through ng 08, 148, 21, 58 etc. Found most of the roads in poor condition e. G. Bumps, pits, rough n cattles on road made high wear n tear of tyres.
      When go through slips found different weights of my vehicle on same route eg 1290, 1080, 1390 kg?
      Also paid a lot for 20-40 km journey (Part journeys)

      Please try to solve the patch works on roads very very big holes on road for that holes people are suddenly injure and meat an accident try to do the patch works on haigway roads vehicles also damaged it's story all about visakhapatnam roads and traffic roles also very bad please change the timeings for lorry s

        On 28th nov, toll charges for vehicle no ch042936, rs. 125/- was paid from my fast tag (Paytm). Transaction id - [protected]

        But, same has not been confirmed by gharonda plaza and because of this pending status, my fasttag has been blacklisted.

        I could not use my fasttag on 30-nov, during my trip to ludhiana.

        Request you to kindly check and correct the same on urgent basis.

          I had applied and paid for fastag on 22/11/2019 through brokerage free in the hope of getting it within 3 to 4 days but so far i have not received the fastag from brokerage free. Whenever i call their number at bangalore they do not give any response. I had sent to their whatsaap number the details still they keep quiet with out any response. Instead of receivinf fast through online it is not yet received after 2 weeks
          NH Road too much damage Between seithur and Devathanam.. kindly repair road before major accident.. thank you..
          System hangs. No hand held machine to clear queue. No positive response from staff.
          NH21(Now NH 03) DOHLU NALA is asking to pay toll twice inspire of paying for multiple/ return ticket on the same day.

            I was going on nh-9 from delhi to rohtak on 2/12/2019, having fastag on my car hr51bw8217, toll plaza at 52+460 (Rohad/sampla), barrier didn't automatically, when i told about the fastag, guy told, it is not sensing, so i had to pay cash and take return journey toll ticket ₹95/-, so i paid it, got receipt (Ticket no. 2545075b, booth no. L5, 60332 at 11:09am, while on the way i got sms 'rs60/- paid at rohd toll plaza for hr51bw8217 at 1:35pm with toll txn id 868587. Kindly be looked into and remit amount to wallet of above said vehicle (Paytm fastag).

              I have traveled through Sullurupet TOLL gate on 1st Dec 2019 at 19:45 Hours
              my fastag has deducted Rs.60 and again after 15 minutes I have returned back through the same TOLL GATE., again Rs.60, so over all total Rs.120 deducted within a span of 15 to 20 mins.
              Hence I request to take my complaint and return Rs.30 as for two way journey it is Rs.90 if we take the toll ticket manually, now it is automatic and deducted Rs.120.
              go through my case and change the deducting rules as per present existing method i.e within 24 hours it has to deduct only 150% instead of 200%

                This is for your kind information yesterday i travel from faizabad to mau via up sh-9 i want to inform you that road making contractor collection toll 100% but actualy road is prepared 50 to 60 percent only.

                And also i want to highlighted that road making quality is very poor.

                Compare to design they are making only 50 percent of quality very low quality of road, many type of cracks in road build quality are very poor.

                Company name - dilip buildcon limited.

                Location - tanda (Akbarpur) to azamgarh location
                I reside in poonamallee which comes into the radius of 20 kms from the Nemili toll plaza however the manager in the toll plaza claims that my address doesn’t come into the district of toll plaza. The manager states that he will be able to provide me a local pass only after receiving an email from NHAI
                I ordered fastag from hdfc netbanking with reference no. HFR352924. It's been more than 15 day's it is not delivered to me. Bank is not telling the status of my fastag. As we know it is mandatory from 1st of December. Please help me out of this issue.
                Vehicle no TN49BK4935 with fastag having sufficient balance in it but not showing as blacklisted at Ranipet(Chennai to vellore ) tollgate.

                  I am a local resident of town falling within 20 km of the toll plaza. But they told me the earlier local daily pass issued by them is not valid anymore and you have to pay full 100 percent, first of all i want to ask with what authority they are charging me 100 percent instead of being a local resident as per the provisions provided to a local resident. Can you detail me what to do to so that i only pay what i intend to pay.

                  There was 2 transaction made on the same toll plaza. Pls check out the amount deducted. It should be less than the deducted amount. The complaint was logged on 24th Nov. still its not yet resolved.

                    Today on 3.12.19, i was traveling through rohad toll plaza, haryana. At 1015 hrs., rs. 60/- was wrongly deducted from my fastag (Dl1cs9981), though i was not traveling in my car-dl1cs9981. I had recently bought the tag and same was lying in my pocket.
                    Fact that car no. Dl1cs9981 did not pass through the toll can be verified from the toll itself.
                    The amount was deducted without any authority by toll authority.
                    Requested to take appropriate action and get refund the said amount.

                    Nh 34 gabgachi to badha pukur and sujapur to jalalpur is very bad road, maintain it, heavily, not just filling the pothole, or i will complain a file to police.

                    The long stretch of Sadahalli to hebbal is poorly lit and at many places street lights not working on NH-7 Airport Road connecting airport to Bangalore City and adjoining service roads. When complained to BBMP they told that it comes under Sadahalli airport tollbooth operator. It is requested to repair all the street lights at the earliest.

                      My name is naveen and have a complaint about errant, arrogant and misbehaving staff name as told by him mr avinash singh at ahmadpir toll plaza.

                      As i was payong toll. Tax i heard him abusing our army ans saying bad names to the saheed family members. When i asked he abused me also and ran away.

                      I request. You to. Immidoately remove such staff amd never allow them to do duty. Such peraon do not deserce to do duty near govt. Office.

                      There are limited Fastag counters with hours of waiting que. You should extend the date from 1st December to 1st February to avoid ongoing harassment of public.

                        On dated 01/12/2019 i crossed the Rohad toll plaza and paid Rs 95/- for return journey vide ticket no 136728AA from booth no L10. But while returning i have purchased the FAST tag and got pasted the sticker on the front glass. when I crossed the toll through Booth L2 Rs 60/- was deducetd also from the FAST Tag account. therefore, you are requested to arrange for the refund of the extra amount deducted.

                          I travelled yesterday from hisar to rohtak by car with no. Hr20ah-5850. At mayar toll plaza, hansi hisar was charged double. As toll they asked me that my fastag dont have sufficient amount so i have pay it manually.
                          Sir i have paid manually at toll plaza but an amount of rs. 50 was also deducted from my fastag account. The operator at toll plaza make me fool by making double charging. After some time i received a message that i got deducted rs 50 from my fastag. So i asked for refund but they said its fastag automatically deducted we can not do anything for that... So according to law they should have one manual paying toll counter but they don't have it... They are looting people so i strongly request you to take it as very serious and take some serious action on them please sir...
                          My bus runs to Dhar Indore, is running 60 kilometersI think methwada toll
                          but I have to pay the julapani toll And if you want, you can also get my permit to see my permit is from dhar to indore

                          We are here to submit the complaint for the petrolpump who had breaken the grill from service road on ludhiana delhi highway (nh-1) at rd km 301 to km 306.
                          due to this many accidents are occured and can harm to life of any person and local admistration is not worried about it .

                            I was going from chandigarh to karnal on 1dec2019 in night there was no street lights in between nh44 why they are taking 40₹ per car for single side. If there is no lights.
                            And few of areas have street lights but they are not working. You guys waiting for huge accident and after that youll do that work. Its as humble request kindly look into this matter. Its not safe for everyone.

                              Twice take money
                              I am going rohtak from delhi by rohad toll plaza, i told the toll operator that i have a fast tag so no requirement of paying by cash, but the toll operator wrongly informed that the fast tag has not been scanned due to technical issues and asked to pay in cash of inr 95/- which includes return also. My ticket no is 16097592d dated 01/12/2019 at 1.12 pm, at 1.28.32 i received a message that icici bank fasttag linked vehicle no ma3exmg1s00336109 has been debited with rs. 60/- for toll charges with trip no,[protected].

                              While returning from rohtak at 5.31 pm, i asked the toll operator about the double money you have charged, but they replied that we cannot help you, call on 1033, and assured me that return charged will not be deducted from fastag, but at 18.25.37 that icici bank fasttag linked vehicle no ma3exmg1s00336109 has been debited with rs. 35/- for toll charges with trip no,[protected]. I called many times on 1033 but no one respond. So i request to refund my excess money

                              Many time i tried nhai customer care number but no any response.

                                the water sanitization or poor maintanece is main reason of the complaint

                                this is the problem for last few years

                                  I am a taxi driver and i travelled yesterday from mangalore to madikeri.in between there is a toll plaza near b. C road, called bramharakotlu toll plaza, there i paid local concessional fees of 15rs for two ways (Within 12hours) and after some time i received a message that i got deducted 25rs from my fastag and while returning again 15rs got deducted from my fastag... Where it was a free return. So i asked for refund but they said its fastag automatically deducted we can not do anything for that... So according to law they should have one manual paying toll counter but they don't have it... They are looting people so i strongly request you to take it as very serious and take some serious action on them please sir...

                                    My self chandra bhan jat (Its) going dudu to ajmer by my personal vehicle rj14cv1853 with my family on dated 01 dec 2019.
                                    When i enter at green signled toll lane at gvk kisangarh toll plaza. Toll staff close the lane without any pre sign
                                    When i ask to why do this there was no satisfactory ans by toll staff.
                                    Mr bhawar singh (Toll employee) look like havy drunk and abusing in non sence manner. I request him to pass me but he was not accepting my request.
                                    For your witness you can check 10:30pm to 10:50pm toll cctv footage.
                                    How we can tolrate this type of staff behaviour and mismanagment at toll.

                                      Today on[protected], i was travelling to hapur from delhi, at around 12:59:53 pm, i reached on chhajarsi fee plaza at nh-9 toll plaza. Suddenly, a toll collection agent approached me and scanned my car's fastag through a machine carrying with him.

                                      After scanning fastag of my car, he told that fastag is not responding, kindly pay toll tax through cash only. I gave him rs.125/- cash for single pass around 12:54:57 pm and received receipt of toll tax bearing following details:

                                      Lane - lane-05
                                      Vehicle type - car/jeep
                                      Journey type - single pass
                                      Payment mode - cash

                                      It was happened by mistake or intentionally, never no. But, i was feeling cheated by toll plaza collection center of nhai. I requested you to look into the matter and refund the amount excess amount looted by the toll collection agent at nh-9 (Chhajarsi, delhi-meerut expressway)

                                        Our village silani is situated near jhajjar city. About 1km part of nh-1 passing over our village and this 1km road have no underpass for crossing to go to babra village and our fields due to which many accidents have been happened. A school bus also got accident causing sever injury to 11 kids.
                                        So it is our humble request to construct a underpass at mentioned site to avoid a fatal loss of villagers and others.
