Sir, this is the scene at dakankotada toll tax while traveling from udaipur to banswara, there were 4 booths only two were operative and other 2 are closed without any reason. There are 2 tolls of same company when you go from nelamangala to tumkur (Nh4), (Toll plaza - kulumapalya toll plaza & chokkenahalli toll plaza). If you take manual toll and say you are crossing both tolls, they ask you pay only 35/- rs. If you are just crossing only one toll then 20/- rs you need to pay. But while using fastag each of this toll booth deducts 20 each on same day within 45 mins of crossing between tolls and hence you will...

The person who introduced himself as upendra singh chauhan and anant chavda don't know how to talk to customer. They just want to mishave verbally and too very intentionally in front of all of their staff. Also he didn't allowed me to lodge complain in the complain book which i started to fill.
I had a complain about the toll plaza card for which i paid for. Neither they are giving the card nor they are returning the money.

1. The roads under the sampla haryana toll is very bumpy.
2. Also the staff including the higher officials are corrupted.
3. You can easily cross the toll using some chits written with reference of officials.

This can be observed if you stand by the toll in busy hours.
These crocodiles are eating up the resources and may be the country.

I traveled on 10nov, 19 using my hr30n 9068 and passed through toll plaza chhajrasi. After passing thru toll gate i was informed that my fast tag is black listed and have to pay toll fee again.
Later i got message that toll fee of rs.125 is deducted twice.
The two transaction id are : [protected] and [protected].
Kindly arrange to refund of rs.125 to my fast tag account....

The fastag readers at vashi toll plaza, new mumbai are not working. The staff insist on cash only payments and enact a drama, trying to read the tag with mobile phones and then show us on their screen, a message that the fastag is no longer valid or there is no balance available. Then they insist on payment is cash only. The toll staff are absolute cheats and show wrong information, even if there is no problem with the fastag. I have a doubt...

I am chennai based. For renewal of kyc for fastag, none of the equitas bank branches are accepting my form. They are asking me to got to ambattur branch
Which is 30 km from my residence,
The branch in kk nagar, mambalam, t nagar and usman road are not accepting my kyc details.
The message from equitas says all branches will accept.
This bank has to be cancelled from issuing fastag because of such shoddy service....

This is to bring to your notice that while travelling from Gajraula(UP) to Delhi on 7th November 2019 at 16:48 via NH-9 we had to cross Chhajarsi Fee Plaza where after paying toll tax we were given the receipt with a different vehicle registration number (2948) than ours (HR 26 BU 9747). We couldn't check the number then because of a very long queue due to heavy traffic. This unfair practice needs to be brought to the notice of authorities...

Tumkur toll

All the gates are letting vehicles without fastag and we had to wait for a long time. The bus ahead o[censored]s made us wait for a long time as he did not have change.
When we enquired the staff about the same, he was very rude.

As it is, you are not providing quality roads for the amount you charge. And you can't even employ decent staff. Horrible...

I want to bring out that toll staff on nh between lucknow and faizabad, ahmedpur toll plaza are asking for payment of toll from armed forces personnel, which is exempted as per supreme court orders. On informing the toll staff about the same the toll staff misbehaves and also asks for movement orders and other confidential documents from army personnel. You are requested to take corrective action and at least inform the toll personnel about...

Movement on road is a fast one. Toll counters are speed breakers so far. Ok. But fastags replacing cash collections will make journies a nightmare. Digital highway or its applications suffer a lot. Hassle free digital transactions is still at a distance. But we are in a hurry to use fastags which will be disastrous for the present. Ensure trouble free digital road; then introduce fastags.

At Hiwargaon toll plaza, I have paid 120 Rs as toll charges for travelling up-to Pune. (Receipt Attached)
At Hiwargaon Toll plaza, I shown them receipt and after their scanning, barrior opened. When I reached at Pune, I received SMS as 80 Rs of toll is deducted from my Fastag. (SMS Snapshot attached)

Last i travel 31st october 2019 and paid 70 rps for one side, the i again cross the toll on 3rd november 2019 they asking me to paid 125 for single side it is almost a double amount. I am a frequent traveler on delhi, panipat route, i was just amazed to see the work of the contractor who is doing the highway of delhi to panipat, as the contractor had started the work at mostly all the intersections, where the flyover are to be made, its been a 2 years or more had passed away not even one flyover has been completed.
