Construction is pending from last 7-8 years

Please start the national highway 6 four lane way construction.
Because of same on daily basis lost of accidents are happening and many innocent civilian people died due to same.
Because of construction is pending all roads are having dangerous pothole.
Also traffic is horrible not able to drive safely also for to cover even if 50km of run taking more then 3-4 hours on highway

I travel through nhai dappar toll plaza. As now government has made it compulsory to get fastag installed on every car and government and even chairman of nhai group has claimed that they will provide fastag free of cost to everyone but when i visit the toll plaza to get the fastag installed in my car then they asked me to pay inr 450 but when i asked them that it should be free then they told me that if i want to get fastag installed then i have to pay this amount. So please look into the matter as they are charging money which they shouldn't.

I have a monthly pass at khed shivapur (Pune bengluru nh) toll plaza with fasttag. My renewal date was 18 nov 2019. I paid amount & took receipt assuming that recharge is done. But after passing toll plaza i received sms that regular toll rs.95 is deducted. Next day after enquiring they told server was not working on 18th nov. It is your problem. So please reimburse my rs.95.

On nov 22, 2019 at 9.30am i was told my fastag #[protected] has been blacklisted and i will have to pay in cash, which i did.

However, 15 minutes later i recd an sms that rs 125 was deducted. It was too late to go back and confront the staff/escalate the issue.

I have noticed identical complaints from other travellers. This seems to be a organised fraud.

Please take action against the concerned staffer!!!

I have bought a new vehicle from traident hyundai at bangalore, they said as a policy i need to register for fastag before taking vehicle delivery, as per that i have given all the details. While uploading the details showroom staff has uploaded wrong details in icicifastag. I am asking them to rectify the same, still it is not resolved from last one month. Even i spoke to the customer care of icici fast tag on toll free no.[protected], they said it will be rectified by november 19. Till now its not done.

No on is taking responsibility for this mistake. Can some one look into this matter and inform the concerned department to take care of this.

I have tried so many time to recharge the fastag purchased through hdfc bank (Supplied by the vehicle dealer at the time of purchase) at the hdfc bank fastag portal using sbi debit card but did not success. The transaction was denied. Sir this is a problem that there is competition between hdfc bank and sbi bank and they do not facilitate the customers of each other. Now the fastag is mandatory hence please resolve the problem and device a mechanism for easier recharge of the fastag.

It is to bring to your concern that flyover construction at nh-7 bb road sadahalli flyover near bangalore international road. For construction of flyover nh-7 bb road sadahalli nh-7 diverted to service road about 40 days back causing huge traffic jam. Nh-7 road was dug up for construction activity, but it is 40 days over men/materials are deployed for start of flyover.
It is high time nh-7 connecting bangalore city to bangalore airport is delayed causing lots of hardships to public, airport commuters, passengers missing flights.

I humbly request for your intervention for quick start of work & completion of simple flyover.

On dated[protected] my fastag id no. 1070565. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated[protected]. After several complaint done by me but about two months wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. Please take action against authority as early as possible. Icici fastag not done proper action and not setteled.

I am a regular traveler on nasik pune road and want to inform you that the express road is not in good condition. There are many pot holes which are damaging the car suspension. Few pot holes are very much near to toll plaza.
We are being charged rs 80 on that toll plaza!! What is that's for??
When i asked mr sanjay lone who is in charge of the toll plaza was not able to answer and kept saying out seniors are busy in meeting. Also the mobile of mr sanjay is improperly printed so that no one should contact him. I have recording of the conversation and i will produce when required!
I am a tax payer, i pay road tax and even i have to pay at toll plaza for the roads which is basic right of citizen.

Toll is being collected with hardly any road for a long stretch before and after nallur toll gate. This road not only causese traffic but also damages the car/vehicle badly. Its in pathetic state and toll of 47 rs is being collected for one way, not sure why its being collected without proper roads. When asked why they are charging toll for road that is non existent they are asking us to complain to nhai.

School mahapura urf turkiya stablest on highway there are studing 600 hundred students now divider consturuction work in highway before cut in divider in front of school but not same present construction so we request available cut in front of school. Student easily crossing the divider on highway and not probablity accident their. So give order this contractor to cut the divider in front of school.

Today experienced huge ques at the toll plaza, twice.
Because of 3 of 5 lanes closed.
Just 2 fuctioning lanes,
The toll running authority won't give a damn about the huge queues, people waiting nearly 15-20 minutes to cross the toll,
# bad mouthing staff and reckless behavior by them.
Wasting our time and money.
Take strict actions.

Nh4 highway pune banglore highway toll at shindewadi date 20th nov 19 between 9-10 am, a female healthy wheatish employee tried to fool us on a name of fasttag.

Toll amount was rs.90 and she said us "as you have fasttag registered, you only have to pay rs.50 in cash for which she will not give receipt." she wanted those 50 rs for her own. Employee was fooling people on name of fasttag and certainly cheating govt. This is shameful.

We had to argue a lot to fill real toll amount and take a receipt. This seems their regular behaviour as none of the employees were scared of doing so.

Hope this can be controlled without firing anyone as we pledge that all indians are my brothers and sisters.

I am holding fast tag (Account no:[protected] from bank of baroda. I have passed manoharabad (Toopran) toll palaza on 3rd november and they deducted my fasttag. They deducted rs. 80 amount. I have crossed again the toll plaza within 24 hours of time again they deducted rs 80. Ideally i should get charged for rs 40, but they charged full amount.
They are cheating the customer who use fast tag. Please take necessary action against them. It should do automatically but it is not happening.

I was charged with toll tax while as per goi letter nhai/11013/it/ho/2017 dated 06 dec 17 all armed forces in civil or hired vehicle on or off duty are exempted from toll tax further on telling that this provision exists they were not ready to listen. Even after speaking to the manager and explaining the situation they were relentless. It was surprising that even the senior person was also not aware of the same. I paid the tax as people behind...

Respected sir there is very useful turn on national highway no. 1 to parlal road. It is 200 meter far from alipur red light towards karnal. Every time many truck, cars tempo, bike use this turn to go bawana, holambikalan side. But now on the both side of this turn has big pit or ditch. And very dangerously they becoming bigger everyday. Many time cars, truck, tempo stuck in these. And that time traffic jam create there. So i request you to please repair it as soon as possible. Also i request you to make it little broad. Thank you

I am traveling from banglore to davangere. At nelamangala toll plaza i have registered my vehicle bearing no. Ka17 p 8276 with fastag
And recharged rs.300 and available balance was rs.400. Then i passed through karijjvanahlli toll plaza there rs.80 was deducted in
My fast tag card
And suddenly once again further rs.80 is deducted totally rs.180 is deducted.
So i kindly request you to refund said extra amount deducted from card.

As all are aware fastag will be mandatory from 1st dec 2019 onwards. However, majority of vehicles have the fastag and now etc lane is taking much time because of the sensitivity of the sensor is very poor. We can see a big queue in etc and some time, there are no manual machines available. Please make sure all toll plaza have the facility and commutte is smooth. I am a traveller and weekly travelling from bangalore to palakkad and most of the time am facing issue with one or two tolls. Also. Total near to 600rs paying as toll fee only. So request you to make efficient scanners in the place before making it is mandatory. Also, the service and behaviour on the toll plaza is very rude. We are fine to pay the tolls, but it should give some respect to the travellers. I know it is a tendor business in all the toll plaza, still govt have to monitor the tendors behaviour. And service. Public roads are for citizens of india, we are paying enough road tax, still we are fine to pay toll amount. But the service should be based what we pay. I will not say every tollplaza is same, but majority have still long queue, even with fastag. Facing lot of issues ending up with wasting time. Atleast peak hours all the counter should open atleast.

As a common citizen of india, i think we have the right to ask if the service is not good for the amount which we pay.in between the state government and central governmet politics we are suffering lot of issues in publc roads. I. Am not sure whether this concern will address or not still incase if you noticed, request you to do the needful.

I have booked a FAST TAG RFID tag on 12 Nov.
I have not received the Fast Application PDF in the mail till now.

And I could able to reach the contact number [protected] for clarification and nobody is answering the call.

Also they have mentioned the representative will call for the documents. I haven't received the same

Kindly let me know, by when I will receive the Tag.

It's been more than 7 days now and if it's not happening pls at least return the money

I recently drove on nh 66 from navi mumbai to chiplun and sorry to say but the conditon of the road is so bad that in my opinion it amounts to criminal negligence.
It is definitely the worst road in entire country. Pls ask responsible people including contractors and govt officials to drive in an ordinary sedan from navi mumbai to chiplun so they may face the same torture that i faced so that they may realise how serious the situation is. For this terrible condition, the responsible contractors should be put in jail.
