Toll is receiving in NH 4 (AH 47) national highway of Pune-Bengaluru, of ridge between Haveri-Chitradurga. This is against the law because in this highway range work is going on it's not a small work construction work is going about underpass & road widening is going on. But still is your agency is receiving toll on this highway it's really a problem for public & transport companies. Doing this type of shameless thing. And torchering the people is not a good way you people have stop receiving toll in this highway until the completion. I hope you people will take action on this otherwise I will file the case in the court and I will inform to the media.its really a shame on you people NHAI.you people are voliting the law mind it

I cross nhai toll at limdi district dahod
In front it was showing valid fast tag with green signal so i drive my car gj20n6921 forward but when i cross the boom barrier fall on front screen and damage my car
Toll representative were mis behaving and saying it's not their fault and do whatever u want and even using abusive language

I applied for fastag on 29.11.2019 vide order no. [protected] and on 15.12.2019 with PAYTM, I was delivered one envelop having bill only and no FASTAG received in that packet.I immediately reported on your helpline no. [protected] vide complaint no.[protected] dtd. 15.12.2019 and was assured to resolve issue within 72 hours. I also written on twitter and Facebook but still no one contacted and also fastag not delivered.
I request you kindly resolve the issue and send the FASTAG.

Dear sir/ madam,

As per the subject, i have faced the problem while travelling from kharghar to pune. Due to insufficient balance i have recharged by fastag account in the morning of 15th december 2019 at 6 am of rs 500, while crossing toll naka at khalapur, the person on toll naka said that you do not have any balance in your fastag account so you have to pay the amount in cash so i paid the amount rs 230. After going some distance around 1-2 kilometers i got message from bank that rs. 173 has been debited from your account for toll charges with trip number[protected] at khalapur toll plaza on 08.55.47.

I travelled through nh-9 on 15th of dec 2019. While coming back to from bareilly to ghaziabad, toll was deducted from my fasttag account despite that the toll people standing there demanded cash saying toll has not deducted from fasttag and took cash. This happened at the below two toll booths -
1) brijghat toll plaza - rs 55 charged twice (One through fastag and the other as cash)
2) chhajarsi toll plaza - rs 125 charged twice (One through fastag and the other as cash)

We have the receipts of the two toll plaza of cash charged as well as fasttag message showing toll deduction. We demand immediate return of this amount deducted twice and reprimand the toll persons for demanding cash despite telling them that payment has been dedcucted from fasttag.

This is to inform you that mcd has occupied 3 out of 4 lanes for toll collection at up gate on delhi meerut expressway. Similarly mcd has occupied 2 out of 3 lanes on slip road. This is resulting in traffic jams on daily basis at up gate and people use to drive wrong side to go on expressway. This has also increased accidental chances on expressway

The toll plaza at kelapur maharashtra is collecting rs.85/- for single trip.. For which rs.35/- is there.. The rate is 35l - from my fast tag ac rs.85/- is deducted... Many illegal money is being collected for every vehicle... I have attached my screen shot with that.. We request you to take action against it.. Lakh of rupees is been looted from public in the wrong way

I was travelling from bharatpur to jaipur on dated 17/12/2019 having fasttag my vehicle rj14 wc0852 at 20:56. At toll plaza (Km-98+600) NH 12 I crossed from fast tag lane, the machine could not recognized and shows fat tag blacklisted, though I have sufficient fund my my fast tag. In the morning hour this fast tag was workings properly and on return this incident took place.
The toll plaza person charged me double i.e rs 80 (40+40). He could not convinced and forced me to pay double in cash. I paid double and crossed the toll. It was very humiliation situation for me.

My humble request to refund the rs 40 in my fast tag account at the earlies.

Hope you will consider my request and reply.

Hello sir / madam,

I was charged rs.40 each for 2 way trip (Trip numbers for reference are[protected] and[protected] in the toll plaza vanagaram, chennai. Had i purchased it using cash, i would have been charged rs.60 for the return trip.

Fastag should implement a programmable logic to charge lesser when the vehicle returns through the same toll within 24 hours to maintain the toll charges same as before implementing fastag.

Otherwise, i see this as an increase in toll charges punishing the people who wanted to help nhai by going digital.

I am the local residence of SATANA from Nashik District Of Maharashtra. Today I have traveled from SATANA to NASHIK and returned by the same route within 3 hrs by my car MH41 AM0095. At Pimpalgaon Toll Plaza, My PAYTM Fastag wallet deducted by Rs. 140 (02.32pm @18 Dec 2019; Order ID: 141001_0010001912181401075992_60159886_00) and Rs.70 (05.03pm @ 18 Dec 2019; Order ID: 141001_0010011912181655141587_60222362_00) instead of local residence amount for MH41 vehicles of Rs. 60 (Return charges). So request you to register above vehicle at said PIMPALGAON toll plaza and refund my money for Rs. 150. (210-60).

section: Tambaram - Tindivanam (74.500 to 121.000 on NH - 45)

I was told that fast tag is not working and made me pay charges for the same by cash and I paid it. Later I got a message that same charge has been deducted from my fast tag account. Kindly help me get back the extra charged amount.

Incident location is dighal toll plaza on rohtak jhajjar highway.
The toll staff specially the operators, remains absent after 5.00 pm from their duty on daily basis and their fellow staff put closing barricades in the fastag lanes, allowing only one fastag lane running out of 4 lanes on one side.
On asking about the reason of closing the fastag lanes, they just keep their mouth shut looking over each other's faces and misbehaving/abusing. They don't even tell their names properly. They don't even call the manager of staff/toll plaza.
We have no way to recognise whether they are the actual staff/operators deployed in plaza or not.

Is this the way how so called fastag facility will be implemented. I don't think i cross the toll like a vip.

Please do something to resolve this.

Condition of the road is really drastic everyday many accidents take place but no one is looking over it .
There are so many pits that even driving car or riding bike is a really tough job on this road.

Toll booths not honoring fastag and still collecting cash.
We entered into the fastag lane, we were stopped as the fastag did not work. I can confirm that the fastag is active as we used it on a toll booth just before. Attending person said the fastag is not working and asked to go to cash lane were we asked to honor the fastag and the lady started shouting and demanded cash. Pictures attached.
Very bad experience. These people should be punished.

My car passed from padalsingi toll plaza on 4th, 7th & 12th of dec.2019. Toll charged if rs.65/- each for above mentioned three trips instead of rs.35/- per trip. (As the vehicle belongs to beed district fastag account is supposed to be debited @ rs.35/- per trip0
You are, therefore, please requested to do the needful for reversal / credit excess amount debited to my fastag account immediately & convey accordingly.

Today, on 2and Oct 2020 I moved from padalsinghi toll plaza from my car alto mh12 cy 1063. Using fast tag, my account was debited rs 90 instead of rs 65 which is the toll rate.
Kindly refund my excess amount debited at an earliest as it's very much unfair and cheating practised on NHAI side.
Also take due care so that passengers may not get affected due to ur misconduct and financial service lapse. Because before the message recd we have moved long distance and can't return back for ur unfaithful transaction, it's totally unethical on ur part.
Look at the screenshot last message..
Refund the amount immediately.

Dear sir,
On dt. 16/12/2019 i traveled from navsari to ankleshwer at 7:35 am i passed through choryasi toll plaza, section bharuch-surat, i had balance of rs. 140.75 in my fastag hdfc a/c. Rs. 75/ is debited in my a/c.in my return journey from same choryasi toll plaza at 3:37 pm on same day rs. 35/- is supposed to be debited. But operator told me that there is no balance in my fastag a/c. And forced me to pay rs. 75/ in cash. When there is / rs.65.75 balance in my fastag a/c. And rs.200/- deposit is also there. I am attaching photos of my trasaction sheet of fasttag hdfs a/c. And receipt no.[protected] of cash forcefully collected from me.
Please help me to get the excess collected amount refund. And please see that this type of behaviour should be penalized.

My truck no jho02au2843 jharkhand.
My double amount was deducted by fastag and case. Today 17.12.2019 near rashoi toll plaza barhi. When the money was cut, when i had crossed the toll, then by then i had missed the cash toll. I am sending you the cash and fast copy of the copy along with the registration copy of the truck.
So please refund my money.
