Dear sir,
On dt. 16/12/2019 i traveled from navsari to ankleshwer at 7:35 am i passed through choryasi toll plaza, section bharuch-surat, i had balance of rs. 140.75 in my fastag hdfc a/c. Rs. 75/ is debited in my a/c.in my return journey from same choryasi toll plaza at 3:37 pm on same day rs. 35/- is supposed to be debited. But operator told me that there is no balance in my fastag a/c. And forced me to pay rs. 75/ in cash. When there is / rs.65.75 balance in my fastag a/c. And rs.200/- deposit is also there. I am attaching photos of my trasaction sheet of fasttag hdfs a/c. And receipt no.[protected] of cash forcefully collected from me.
Please help me to get the excess collected amount refund. And please see that this type of behaviour should be penalized.

    My truck no jho02au2843 jharkhand.
    My double amount was deducted by fastag and case. Today 17.12.2019 near rashoi toll plaza barhi. When the money was cut, when i had crossed the toll, then by then i had missed the cash toll. I am sending you the cash and fast copy of the copy along with the registration copy of the truck.
    So please refund my money.

      Today, on december 17 at 5.45pm we entered in toll fastag lane near attibelli, which has only one truck in front of our car and also need to pay. Time taken for scanning the fastag around 12 minutes by moving front and back, but it was unsuccessful then i went to counter person asked about problem, he didn't reply and then asked about waiting time in toll plaza. He told that there is no rule about wait time and he told me, if you want to complain means go ahead. Meanwhile he entered the truck details and opened the toll gate. Total time taken for this process around 18 minutes.

      Please clarify me about wait time rule in toll plaza and please do the necessary action.
      Sir, I have applied for NHAI bond having application no:1627635.I want to know the status! Is it done.Pls reply me in rahul.[protected]@gmail.com.When can I receive the hard copy?Also provide me a contact no and timings for mobile/landline communication.
      I've online purchased one fastag Sticker on dated 26.11.2019 but not received any information regarding this. Please help

        My Vechile NO-MH14-HD-1452, I traveled from khopoli toll plaza, Maharashtra and paid 173 by cash upto pune . While passing talegaon toll plaza I show the receipt but after an half hour I got message that 173 is deducted from my fastag. So it is cheating as I already paid upto pune in khopoli toll plaza then it shpuld not be deducted again. When I show him receipt he said ok and I left. I think they initially deducted from my fast tag before I show them receipt.

          Respected sir,

          I wish to write few lines for your kind information and take favorable steps please. Sir i am residing the above address and i am having mahindra-kuv 100 car with the number tn83, a8148, the same was registered for local monthly pass at vaniyambadi toll plaza, tag account number is 21162623 started from october 2018. For which i am maintained my tag account without fail every month renewal of local monthly pass. After few month later i made auto renewal of local monthly pass through my tag account and i maintained my tag account as possible amount.

          On[protected] i have received one message from toll plaza amount rs.2810.00 recovered towards issuance of monthly pass at vaniyambadi toll plaza i am shocked and next day immediately i conduct directly to vaniyambadi toll plaza. They said sir it is unfortunately happened from icici bank, you made a complaint to bank staff. Next i made a complaint to icici bank staff for the past 43 days (I. E.[protected] there is no replay information from icici bank.in between for the 43 days i conduct many time to the manager of the bank there is no responsible reply from their end. On[protected] i conduct icici bank manager through phone, he said your complaint analyzed it is not bank side mistake it is happened from toll plaza only you conduct their only.

          Again i immediately conduct vaniyambadi toll plaza by phone, they said sir this type of case will you conduct nhai office, krishnagiri they only answering for this type of complaints. Sir, this is not for my mistake to maintain more tag amount and auto recharge of local monthly pass and i don’t know the renewal procedure. Kindly go through my case to repay the excess recovered amount from my tag amount, as earliest as possible please for which act i will say very thanks grateful to you sir.

            My vehicle is gj05rd1996 registered and i always pay rs 30 for return journey as toll charges but on 16.12.2019 i used fastag it deducted rs 105 + 55 hence request to refund the balance amount and change fastag function for gj05 registered vehicles or we shall never use fastag at bhatia toll. Govt of india before implementing fastag should check for these error otherwise no one will use fastag
            Yesterday i was travelling from shamlaji to Ahmedabad in gujarat I pay toll tax both time but It was very bad road. i extremely disappointed what NHAI is doing. and also gujarat gov is slipping why they are not taking any action against who made this roads. Very bad road NH 48.

              Huge potholes in service road parallel to dwarka link road.
              The potholes are deadly at the joining point of service road & link road while coming from dwarka side.
              Due to this lot of difficulties are faced by the public.
              Please resolve at the earliest.
              If the pot holes are filled up then the traffic flow will be much smoother.
              During peak hours we face lot of problems.

              Laling toll booth on Dhule-Malegaon road, 10 kms away from dhule. It wastes around 25 mins of every vehicle due to it's mismanagement. It's a 8 lane booth but they keep 4-6 lanes always closed. It's happening since it's formation. Please look into this and save people's time.

                I have crossed bangalore airport toll on 16 th december at 4:40 and i was charged rs135 (Paid by card) but while return (Within 1hour) again i was charged rs90 (By fastag). And the person who takes money, he is not providing any information though i asked him about the fastag at beginning. This is not acceptable at any cost.

                    Hi,
                    I used fast tag while passing the toll at 3:30 pm on 14th dec, and returned in same day at around 8:00 pm. Since it is same day return i suppose to charge inr 135/- as a whole but to my surprise i have charged inr 90/- plus inr 90/- both the time.

                    When i check the transaction details i fond that they booked one at 14/12/2019 22:25:53 and return at 15/12/2019 01:58:05, since its foll in next day its taken full amount.

                    I feel dejected that since i have used fast tag i have to pay more otherwise i would get the discount.

                    My sincere request please ask them to keep correct timing or maintain at least 24 hrs time to avail discount.

                    I am a cab driver.. The NH44 Toll plaza provides the 10 RS coin for the change which is not valued in bangalore.. I have collect 15 coins.. Whenever we say we don't need the coin please provide the note they regret to pay.. What type of business is this.. And always they say no change..

                        I was coming back from new delhi on 07 dec 2019 by car no. Hr02ak9102. While passing through nhai toll plaza panipat haryana at 22.40 an amount of rs 30/- has been deducted from my fastag (Bank statement attached) as well as forcibally charged manually at counter by an employee mr ankit (Reciept attached) same time he has misbehaved with me and my family.
                        It is very sad to say that reciept given by mr ankit at 22.43 is without my vehicle number.
                        He communicated us that people are not having sufficient balance in fastag account they pass toll without paying.
                        I was mentally harrased and i met with an accident due to his misbehavior

                        Have you received any resolution? Staff at panipat till plaza is thief and thug.. they made gundagardi and extortion of money.. they always threatened family and loot the double amount and event don't give receipt and keep all money in thier pocket

                        At about 12.30 PM my son just crossed by VERNA Vehicle No MH02DJ5091. He was charged double the amount by informing there is no balance in fast tag. About 15 minutes prior to that the fasttag was debited Rs 145 at Ghauranda plaza and the remaining balance was Rs 1160.
                        First, why at panipat tioll plaza they charged double and what was the reasons of harashment

                        Plz return the excess amont and also inform the reason.

                        It is very unfortunate that while crossing toll plaza by VERNA V. N. MH02DJ5091 my son was charged double the amount by informing there is no balance in fast tag. It was apx. 12.30 PM
                        Before 15 minutes crossing toll at Panpat, he was charged Rs 145 on the same fast tag and vehicle and remaining balance after that was Rs 1160.
                        Plz refund the eccess amount charged unnecessarily and also plz explain reasons of harashment.

                          Sir/madam,
                          I made a journey from chandigarh to delhi and toll deducted successfully till karnal through paytm fastag got issued for vehicle registration no ch 01 at 2278 on 13.12.2018.
                          At panipat toll the clerk named anil kumar adamantly refused to accept the payment deducted at 9.59 hrs as reflected in statement of fastag with arguments that insufficient balance is in my paytm wallet whereas there was rs 721/- in the wallet.
                          Due to his adamant behaviour, i was forced to pay cash vide ticket no [protected] at 10.07 hrs.
                          Kindly apprise the following:
                          1. Why he didn't rely upon the deduction shown in the fastag statement.
                          2. Paytm is authorised and appointed as agent to issue fastag on behalf of nhai, to which nhai is liable.
                          3. I was forced to detain for 10 minutes, which is not only a harrassment but against the policy of introduction of fastag.
                          4. Refund of rs 30/- be made immediately and investigation is sought.
                          I retired as bank executive and as a sr citizen, such harrassment is unjustified.
                          In case promt action is not initiated then the case will be referred to consumer forum.

                            While travelling from pune to mumbai via express highway on 13th december 2019, vehicle registration number mh43ab7249. I was was charged rs 173/- at both toll booths i. E at talegaon as well as khalapur. Correct charge at khalapur exit point should have been rs. 57/- since 173 was already charged at talegaon entry point.

                            This is not the first time have to face such charge related issues. Every time i raise complaint with my fastag service provider i. E. Icici bank. They acknowledge the issue but refund normally takes about a months time.

                            I don't think fastag service is functioning properly. So far in span of 2 to 3 months o[censored]sage have come across at least 4 such complaints for wrong charge back and every time back takes too long to acknowledge as well as refund. Kindly stop this service if things are not designed properly.

                              It takes atleast 20 to 30 mins to cross any toll plaza even with fast tag between delhi and karnal... Huge jams at these places have made travelling a big harassment. After paying so much toll to travel we just get jams and poor roads to travel. Sonepat toll is the worst managed out of all. Urgent resolution should be done to avoid commuting problems

                                Title: driven into 3 lanes and spent over half an hour to cross the toll - refund or close fastag
                                Description: keesara toll plaza (Tis 227) lane#5 i drive to extreme left lane which is not numbered and the person standing here says its an emergency lane and fastag is not allowed here. However cash is allowed and i refuse to pay cash. When i request to get a fastag scanner gun and allow my vehicle, they refuse! I had to reverse back in heavy traffic! Lane#4 the security guard doesn't allow me in this lane - he diverts me to lane#3 lane#3 after 20 minutes of waitin a fastag/no cash lane and an argument with the toll staff i dont see any use of fastag here. Subsequently all the tall plazas enroute hyderabad on nh65 were purposefully mismanaged to collect as much cash as possible and issues wrong recipients. I dont see any use of fastag as i have to anyways wait in long queues and quarrel with toll booth guys, please return my fastag and refund my money.

                                  Dear concern,

                                  Placed order#[protected] for fastag on paytm app dt. 25.11.19, till date order has not been dispatched/delivered.

                                  I have raised fastag complaint on paytm 24*7 help, so many times but did not get any solution.
                                  Query no.[protected], dated 04.12.19 & query no.[protected], dated 05.12.19.

                                  Recd msg from paytm on 07.12.19, that your fastag barcode has been assigned to your vehicle & it will be dispacthed within 5 days, still fastag has not been dispatched/delivered till date.

                                  It’s a mental harassment and seems to be fraud at paytm level.

                                  I am not getting any satisfactory reply from paytm help.

                                  Why should we suffer and wait in long cash que at toll plaza, inspite of timely order of fastag.

                                  Kindly intervene & provide solution as early as possible.

                                    Today in the evening at around 7 pm i passed through khed shivapur toll plaza near pune. The officials were not issuing toll receipts. When i asked for the receipt, they said their system is not working and you may leave.

                                    Approximately 200 vehicles were passed through toll booth in just 10 minutes time.

                                    If your system is not working why you are charging us?

                                    I ordered my fastag from Paytm 28th November 2019 and date of delivery 3rd of December 2019 but till date I haven't received my fastag. I did make complaint regarding that issue so many time but my issue same like that, Paytm side they rescheduled my delivery date.

                                      Your service is frecking stupid and of no use. One truck get in front of me and on the fastag track and was not having one. I the had to wait half an hour and yet the issue was didn't resolved and we were advised to get on the next lane.
                                      The incident happened on 15th december on uthman toll plaza. I need compensation of wasting my time and also i wanna add that your service out of date and did nothing. Truck no. Is given above and it happened on lane 8.

                                        The buses which i am talking about is stop in between the highway i. E n. H-1.
                                        And because of this highway tends to accident area.
                                        And because of these circumstances, traffic would be always effected.
                                        Bus driver and conductor both gets down and stop the bus in middle of the lane.
                                        These such kind of irresponsible behaviour should be taken as an offence and for this government should take an immediate action.
