There is a very big pot hole on mh6 in between jalgaon city and bambhori village.
The highway is very dangerous... And many deaths have happened till today..
The pothole is. So. Big.
Today on 15/12/2019, due to that specific pot hole i fell from my bike and i got hurt.
I was coming fast and a car driver, seeing that pothole suddenly applied breaks and at that time i was unable to control my bike and i rammed into the car and i fell down, i could have been dead by now but luckly i was wearing helmet.
So please that specific pothole is very very dangerous, and no one is doing nothing.
Please take some action..

We were asked to pay cash toll charges despite our car enabled with fastag. We were told by the operator that our fastag is blacklisted, although it was not. The toll contractor has cleverly removed the display screen that shows the charges deduction etc status for the customer (Which i believe is mandate), the agent told to pay twice the charges in cash. We denied and protested and then he let us go.

I was travelling through manohar pur plaza on 30 th november and my car was diverted the side lane by employees of the toll plaza. They divert multiple vehicles after every few minutes. On reaching the side lane of booth, they ask for money and they try to take cash without giving any tickets. I virtually fought with them for this paid ticket.

This toll plaza is highly corrupt and it seems all are hand in glove causing a major leakage to the nhai and govt.

Please take action against them.

I'm from bangalore and recently after fast tag become mandatory i had fixed it on my vehicle. But last week i traveled through nice road from tumkur road to bannergatta road. But i couldn't use my tag and forcibly they collected cash from me and told for private roads no information on fast tag and by cash only need to be paid. Is it so, if yes which roads get exemption, could you please get me update on this @ [protected]@hotmail.com

Here are two toll plaza in devanahalli toll - one before entering bengaluru airport deviation and one after airport deviation towards chikkaballapura.

Those who use fastag face problem as in toll both always fastag does not work and people pay cash and next toll same amount paid in first toll gets deducted by fasttag. So people end up paying double (90+90).

None of the toll operation are cooperative and this is harassment.

At guduru toll plaza the operator/employee told me that my fasttag balance is not showing and charged me 90 rs cash. After 1 hour i received a message saying that i was charged on fast tag. This was a return journey so fasttag only charged me 50 rs but the toll person refused to accept my claim and charged 90rs. Having fasttag has proven to be a loss for me.

The road is in very poor condition from DHANBAD to ASANSOL on NH2 highway. Kindly look into this matter as it is very tiresome to travel. It is getting worse with time.kindly look at condition of Roads and see pot holes and divider not made. Someway one lane running and some side two way running. It is getting prone to accidents. Please National Highway Team kindly come for a visit on NH2 HIGHWAY from Dhanbad To Asansol. NH2 should be made .

I went today i. E., 14th december 2019 to karad, dist. Satara. There is kini toll plaza on the way. My car have fastag. One way it deducted ₹75/-, on my return journey it again deducted ₹75/- (Rule of same day within 24 hrs). No any return conssession! This is against the rule of nhai and court.
Please take action to said toll plaza as early as possible. Otherwise i choose different way.

Hello myself manish singh, yesterday i am travelling from bawal to rohtak and while passsing from gangalcha jat toll plaza, they deducted 75rs from my fastag wallet and another one take cash of rs.75. I requested please check your system and revert my amount in paytm wallet

I have purchased fast tag from axis bank and for the last 10 days it’s in suspended condition though i have more than ₹1000 in balance. I have emailed number of times but they haven’t taken any action. Their helpline number is of no use as no one picks up the call. Already i am frustrated with their service and attitude. Either they can refund me back the money or resolve the issue immediately.

The toll plaza is located in pallikonda in vellore district. For a double journey they are charging rs.130 which is very high compared to other toll plaza and for a single, it's rs.80 which is very unfair, it's affecting all the regular travellers so please kindly look into this matter. Help us to make it fair. If this is not actioned then no use of complaints website

Hi my name is gurinderpal singh. Today morning time i was going to ambala for some personal work but when i reached at dappar gmr toll plaza their is a very huge rush of traffic and toll manager stopped every vehicle. All toll payments from 15 dec via fastag.3 lines were empty and only two lines were open. Many peoples are applied a fastag but they haven't delivered till now. Can u plz tell me toll management has any authortity for stop a huge traffic and he was pushed a punch on my car bonnet. Can u plz tell me is this a right way anf this is a nhai guideline. We are paying toll and using your roads. Plz take a legal action on toll plaza management. And plz revert of my complaint asap

Subject: highway no. 8 road & bridges on narmada river
I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of highway roads and bridges on narmada river in bharuch area in gujarat state.
The roads & bridges have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads & bridges everywhere. The condition of the roads & bridges becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down.
In bharuch district area there is nos. Of industrial area & companies are connecting to these road & bridges. For that, log traffic jam will occurs due these and employees are not reaching there working site on-time. There is high fuel consumption and pollution occurs due to these.
I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads & bridges.

There is too much water logging at hero honda chowk near indian oil petrol pump. The service lane of a national highway cannot be like this. Just a little rain everytime causes chaos here. The road is too uneven and that causes too much trouble for everyone. All this is happening infront of a property i own. All this is effecting my business too much. I am unable to understand the engineering used to construct a national highwa. Please help me out

Mania village is on nh3 between agra and gwalior near to toll plaza saiya up
Due to village is bigger n there is a big aproching road name mangrol which connects mania nh3 to agra via mangarol n marena
This crossing is a big trouble to those who travel on nh3 and those who crosses the highway to mangrolb
This crossing is a big trouble to everyone like it is overridden n bussy. Facing jaam every time

I want to complaint about a huge problem which is very much related to road accidents on nh50. I have traveled from tirupati to hampi and hampi to bijapur. I have seen the much difference between karnataka and andhra pradesh roads. The height of speed breaker seems very much high and it causes the throttling of cars base part.. I have seen many cars facing the same problems. It's very much dangerous at night time though it causes multiple accidents on the road.
I request the authority to overcome this problem to save our drivers and their families lives.

I'm need to recharge my fastag for my commercial vehicles and need my nhai wallet limit upto 100000, also i submitted my document to complete my kyc but it's still showing as pending, i sent multiple emails also called nhai almost 20 times, but nobody is responding properly. Please suggest as my vehicle will charge double of the toll charge after 15th december

I was travelling in my car bearing number ka 19 md 962 today at 9=00 a. M. With fast tag attached. But at bramara kotlu the toll people forced me to pay 40 rs even though i showed the sufficient balance in my account.. This is swindleing of money and they say you can talk to customer care but customer care is not responding to any of my calls. Please see to that this looting of money is not done and i being a law professor i always go according to law. This is total injustice.

I was crossing vikravandi toll gate on 07/12/2019 at 17 13 24 hours by car ka03nd1334.
Cash rs 80 was collected. Receipt no 995583. The amount was detected from wallet [protected].
Thus toll amount rs 80 was collected by cash with the receipt given above.
This is to requested to restore toll amount rs 80 to be restored to my fastag account number given above.
