Recently I have taken Fastag for my vehicle KL04 AB 3462 (Car). Rs.35/- has been deducted from my account for my travel through Kumbalam Toll Plaza, Kochi at 18:09:20 on 9th December, 2019. Again, Rs.20/- has been deducted for my return journey at 09:53:28 on 10th December, 2019. For my travel on 10th December, 2019 itself at 17.59.20 again Rs.35/- has been deducted. If I had taken the manual toll at 18:09:20 on 9th for Rs.55/-, I could not have incurred the additional amount of Rs.35/- for my travel at 17:59:20 on 10th December, 2019.

As I was crossing the Toll Plaza- KhedShivapur on NH-48 in my car (MH 14 HD 7162), I was told that fastag is not working and I need to pay in cash. Accordingly, I paid cash of Rs. 95 and later on I realized that Rs. 95 were deducted from my fastag wallet on the same toll. Please do the needful to refund Rs. 95 to me which was charged extra. Kindly refer attached photo and below details of fastag deductions:

I had applied for fastag through axis bank on 29-nov-19. However i have not received the same till date.

On 9-dec-19 i had written below mail to their customer care.

Dear axis bank team

I applied for fastag through axis ban online portal on 26-nov-19.

On 28-nov-19, i received a message that the same shall be despatched within 7 working days.

On thursday, 5-dec-19, i received a message that my fastag has been processed and same shall be despatched soon.

However, since then i have neither receive my fastag nor any update on same

Your toll free helpline # [protected] is going unanswered on first option after selecting language.

Please resolve asap and revert.

However there is no action after that. Helpline number is not reachable.

I purchased fasttag in tundla toll plaza counter i residance & car address local but fasttag ded. Amount of rs.55/-, but cash payment of toll of rs.30/- on local. But no clear this matter & no fasttag software updated on local pessengers. & no availave the toll manager of tundla toll plaza

I paid toll at ban toll plaza, jammu through cash in cash lane as i did not have enough amount in my fast tag account (Only 100 rs were in account and toll tax is 135/-) but this amount was deducted from my account also... Therefore i paid double the amount... Also the 35 rs which were due from fast tag account,, iam getting a message that this will be deducted on net recharge... The receipt number for toll plaza is 1607334. Hence i need a refund

I am regular traveller from farakka to berhampore and return by nh-34 in murshidabad, west bengal.
The company collecting toll at shibpur and chandermore. The highway is full of potholes and unevenness. There are frequent accidents on this highway particularly in this stretch. Recently one bus had face to face accident in farakka on nh-34. 12 peole killed and 20 injured. The accident happened due to absence of diversion signage. Although they installed the diversion soon after the accident. I have evidence to prove so. Traveling through this stretch is painful and time consuming. People are suffering unnecessarily and are bearing additional time, cost and life. The toll company doesn't maintain nhai standard and are exploiting the travellers by collecting hefty tolls.
If you have any concerned authority then please conduct a survey and initiate action either ensure that the road is maintained properly or this company berhampore farakka highway limited is barred from collecting toll until and unless they repair or put the road in order.

Even after implementing the fast tag from dec 1st, i was forcefully made to pay money at a toll booth in chennai. Though i had recharged my fastag.

Myself manik sawhney. Having vehicle no. Jk02au-8733. On morning of 10th december 2019 at about 10:35 a. M. I passed through thandikhui toll plaza (Jammu). The person in toll said that fastag is not working. So i gave them cash rs65 (I have slip also). After some time i have checked my phone and shocked to see that at the same time they have deducted rs. 65 from my fastag also. Who is going to refund it? And who is responsible for such theft under nhai? Iam attaching photo of toll slip and also message of toll deduction.

I want to know that, between "upleta to rajkot (110 km)" their is 3 national level toll-tax and between "rajkot to ahmedabad (220 km)" their is "no" national level toll-tax. Why this is happened.

I want to understand that, how the highway roads are categorised like "state level & national level". Because rajkot to ahmedabad is main road and main route for economical as well as transport road, but as per things it's consider as "state level highway".

Kindly, please resolved this problem and remove no. Of toll-tax between "rajkot to upleta".

We were crossing on 07 dec. 11.40 pm at gumanpura, tonk nh116 toll plaza.
Staff misbehave with me an my wife.
I'm a serving paramilitary officer, even after checking my i/card, staff misbehave with us in stead of showing respect.
They threatened and gathered around our vehicle. All were in civil dress even after clear direction or code of conduct of nhai.

A toll tax started on[protected] on mandana district-kota. This tax is taken from dara to kota four lane national highway. While an overbridge is under construction 1 km away towards dara to kota. How is it possible to take tax of the road while it is under construction. Please consider it. The toll plaza is entitle to take tax after completion full project. Please try that no customer has to pay tax for incomplete road.

Nhai road for Junagadh to Somnath is not maintained.
There is supreme court verdict regarding not to pay toll when road is not maintained even after that. the toll officer is not listion anything and due to bad road condition we have to suffer a lot.
They are asked me to write a complain on a note but evan after 8 time of complain they didn't take any step.

Gurgaon faridabad toll plaza on gurgaon-faridabad road refuses to accept fast tag even though it has been made mandatory by govt of India. They are only accepting cash or their own local tags; they refuse to acknowledge that fast tags even exist, neither do they have a fast tag reader. They also say that they are going to charge double from every person from 15th December onwards even if they have a fast tag.

Were as the same was debited for rs.105 after activation at time 12:51:16 vide trip (Rrn no / trip no) [protected] /[protected],
And complain is raised by me "07/12/2019 15:00:24 web inquiry submitted for customer id: 10713343 with ticket no. : cmp[protected]", but till now no resolution is provided, hence i need to file a suite demanding financial harashment for rs.10 lakh

Respected sir on the national highway no.1 delhi to karnal there many fruit halkers sells there product and many vehicle stop their cars. That is too much dangerous on highway. Traffic police also remain there. But i think they takes money from them so they ignore this problem. So i extremely request you kindly do something. You will see in this video. An accident was close escape of an scooter.

R/ sir it is submitted that i have visited from kota to jaipur on nh 52 on dated 01.12.19 and during the return from jaipur m rs 65.00 has been deductedfrom my fastage account at 20;35 by transction id no [protected] / 608328 dated 01.12.19 at kishorepura toll plaza near deoli.
My vehicle no is rj 08 ca 0916. And my fastage account is bank of baroda id is 10041255
On dated 05.12.19 at 15.25 hrs rs 145.00 has been deducted from my fastage account vide transaction id no [protected] in respect of chargeback debit adjustment for the standard toll charge transction dated 01.12.19, 20;35 hrs with rrn [protected].
Sir i had deposited my toll amount from my fastage account online of my 01.12.19 visit. So you are requested to refund the amount rs 145.00 to me that was bymistak deduct from my account by toll plaza/ nhai

Today morning when i crossed the dakhina shekpur toll plaza which is between nigoha-bachrawa, up, they charged me twice (Fastag transanction time 09.50.21 dated 08/12/2019, lane-e, tag class-vc4, transanction id-592850). First from my fast tag but they told me that my fastag is blocked and they charged me 90rs in cash.

On completion of journey, when i checked from my fastag account purchased online from hdfc, rs 90/- has been deducted from my fastag. Thus they charged me twice deliberately by misinforming me. This can be cross-checked from the cctv of the plaza.

I asked to toll authority about this but they didn't listen to my complaint. Beside this they blamed me and they came to fight with me.

I travelled from delhi to ambala on 07/12/2019 and returned to delhi within 24 hours. At bhagan toll plaza enroute toll tax was deducted twice from my fastag. There were two deductions of rs 70.00 each for one crossing. I crossed at around 1.45 pm on 07/12/2019. One deduction was done at 01:43:15 and the other deduction at 01:49:51. My fastag is of icici bank and the vehicle number attached to it is mbjaa3em[protected]. You are requested to refund the excess deduction of rs 70.00
