I dr ajay singh resident of chomu jaipur availing fasttag services long back. As of now we people are suffering a lot of problems at fast tag dedicated lane because o[censored]nnecessary blockade of lane. On 29/11/19 morning around 9am similar situations happened again due to one vehicle fast tag blockage the whole lane was blocked and they are not interested in clearing the lane. Kindly consider this and guide them if any vehicle's fast tag is block then how to avoid blockage of lane.

    1. There are six up and down toll roads. But three each at least are closed all the time. Causing excessive delay.
    2. Misbehaviour and threatening commuters by goonda elements at toll.
    3. No repair of road. Animals roaming free. No side barrage for animals.
    4. Illegal subletting of toll collection to third goonda party by builder.
    5. Threatening of people by toll workers.

      Today morning while travelling from panipat elevated corridor ltd toll plaza i had shown my car's fast tag. But the toll gate didn't opened. Operator told that fast tag is not detected and he asked me to pay rs 30 as toll tax, which i paid readily. But after 15 mins. I received a msg from the idfc that rs.10 has been deducted from the fast tag account (Msg followed)-

      "inr 10 toll debited from tag 3xxxaae0 for vehicle no. Hr06aa9128 at lnt panipat on 30/11/19 09:46. Avbl bal inr 728.51"

      Pls help me that how come i get the refund of rs.30 which i have paid at the toll plaza.

        Nhai is fully corrupted. They charge toll without completing projects. On murthal hiway daily acccidents take place due to non maintainance of road. No street light why charge toll tax fully corrupted nhai.

        They fix date for fasttag why they dont fix date for their road

        I want govt should shut down this nhai projects from last 5 years they charge toll on murthal hiway without mainatance of road..
        I must say no body make payment of toll tax...

          I u. Rangaswamy working as tahsildar, yerpedu mandal (Taluk) chittor district. I frequently used to travel vijayavada to attend high court for official purpose from my head quarters.in nh 16 from naidu peta to vijayawada there is a 6 toll plaza existing. As i am exempted from toll in the capacity of an executive magistrate under rule 11 the toll plaza officials not allowing to avail the above provision and they are bluntly refusing eventhough i showed my i. D. Card and collecting toll illegally from me. I request necessary instructions may kindly be issued in this regard. My phone number [protected]

            I travelled from patiala to chandigarh on 26.11.2019 in my own car pb11bd0407. I paid rs.55/- for return journey at dhareri jattan toll plaza and rs.50/- for return journey at azizpur toll plaza. Fact can well be checked from the records. However, to my surprise, i received two smss from paytm about deduction of rs.35/- twice at both the tolls on my return journey despite my showing the toll slips at the counter which i threw after crossing the tolls. This is very unethical on the part of nhai. I request that after checking the records, amount of rs.70/- unfairly deducted may be reimbursed immediately.

              I am travelliing on jammu and samba road from last few years. A toll plaza is recently installed at thandi khui area. I want to bring to your notice the road from 'samba to jammu is not upto mark. Small pot holes are there after small distance. It seems that recently laid bitumin layer had came from the surface. It is requested the contracter may be contacted to look after the matter.

                Respected sir
                I balwan my car no hr 16v5606. I crossed sampla toll tax nh 10 on 3 november at 9:53 am
                They said fast tag amount is not deducted and demand cash; i gave them 90 rs cash for both side.
                But later i found my account is also debited by fast tag.
                This is illegal.
                Kindly refund my money otherwise i will complaint in consumer form.

Aise bat karta hae koi logse galti uski thi o hume dhamki de raha he... Me andhra /maharastra lorry union president hu jaldi se iska hall nikaliyega.. 😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠

                    It is observed that at all point of sale for fastag. I. E. At bank branch etc ate collecting security deposit of 200 rs +. I have called contacted sbi, syndicate bank and other bank branches. Everyone of whom are asking the deposit charges. I need a confirmation of the waiver of security deposit, without which every point of sale is collecting security deposit. I'll purchase it only after confirmation of this matter. And the benefit is to be extended till such date of your response.

                      I live neat hitnal toll plaza. Now from 1.12.19 we need to have compulsory fastag, agreed and bought it. But now they are insisting for local vehicles earlier charges were around rs 250.00. But they are insisting with showing any official letter and no person available.
                      I had visited for 05 times but no higher authorities available all the working times and they are very rude.

                        Repeated deduction of toll charges are happening from my fastag account from tollplaza on highway at bijapur, even without any vehicle passing.

                        Customer care is not available to address this issue.
                        And customer care person is telling data not available.
                        There is no online complaint mechanism available with fastag - icici

                        On 24.11.2019 even my vehicle did not pass toll at arround 18:30, they have deducted ₹55.00, upon complaint on the issue, they again deducted ₹40.00 unilaterally.

                          Hi sir,

                          While purchasing my vehicle they have given me icici fastag for rs 600/-. Do no know the issue, but most of the times fas tag does not get detected automaticaly. To avoid hassle, i started paying by cash, but many of the times money got detected from my fas tag balance though i paid by cash. I raised complaints for cashback many times and few of the times money refunded. I already lost around rs 300/- due to this wrong...

                          I'm a resident of sadar meerut within 8 km. But every time we passed it they denied local rates of 20 and charge 85.
                          Moreover it never provide double side toll receipt.
                          On asking about the rules, happy they argue & misbehave.
                          I've also sent a tweet about the same earlier also without any response yet.
                          This is certainly a very negative approach.
                          Kindly resolve the issue...

                            Despite local resident of meerut, sivaya toll has debited my fastag account with rs.85. Nominal charges for local residents is rs.20. Required a refund for the difference amount or resolve the issue with some valid reason for debiting the account of local residents with rs.85.
                            It is very poor service render by sivaya toll in the name of fastag.

                              I have purchased a fastag sticker from rajdhok toll plaza bassi (Raj) for my car on 24th nov 19 at a price of rs.150.
                              I want to know that govt has saying that fastag will be provided free of coast, why he was taking money for this..
                              You can check by entry of my vehicle rj14 ct1078 on 24th nov evening around 3-4pm.
                              Please return my money. And make india corruption free.

                                Dear Sir National Highway 44.At.WADKI.Dist.yavatmal.Not arrange street lights on the over bridge. So when darkness in night there are many accidents on bridge.Please provided street lights on bridge.on this flyover many student primary, middle school and college has been use this flybrige crodly for this users the darkness has been dangers for users.
                                at night the crimicrimilars minders take actions bad and harmful on gentalpersons some people who like in slums they can use this place of flying brige for latin and toilet
                                This unsocial bad activity not good for residential persons. So we request to manageing authority to take care fast on this situation.
                                This place without light to good and betar for the person who worked in crime world.

                                  There was so much fuss at the jaipur mahua toll plaza. Only 3 lanes were working and there was too much traffic. The minimum wait time there was 20-25 minutes.in one particular lane there were 3 lines of vehicles and everybody was trying to get inside the lane together. The toll person also started fighting on being asked why there is so much traffic. We also mentioned the court ruling that if the wait time at toll plaza is more than 3 minutes the toll is free, to which he replied there is no such rule.
                                  When we managed to get inside the lane after 20 minutes, there were 2 cars before ours, each car stood there for 3-4 minutes. Kindly look into the matter

                                    Requested sir, my car no is gj06ed7416 passed from irb choryasi toll plaza on 23/11/19 at 21.57.48pm (Trip no[protected]. They cut the toll tax as a general vehicle tax but my car having a surat (Gujarat) registration and also showed my rc book of car at toll plaza told that its a local car so please don't cut any charges as we have local registration.
                                    Same thing repeated in return journey at 27/11/2019 on 01.51.43am (Trip no[protected].
                                    As i am having local vehicle for irb choryasi plaza, so its totally free toll for my car so kindly pay back my money in my fast tag account.

                                      A newly constructed nh road in namakkal opposite to old employment office.in mohanur main road, namakkal after the construction of new road they are again working for underground pipes. Incase of so, there should be proper spacing given to the travellers. But the blocks provided in the mid section is too small that people even cant walk through the pass. So please take immediate steps before another accident happens. Make sure you provide enough space to cross the road.
