I used to travel everyday in nh5 national highway (Redhills to tada) since 2015. Road conditions are very worse from karanodai bridge to elavur integrated check post. Bridge constructions (Around 10) are too slow and the service roads which made to cross near bridges are can't use and unfit for car and other lower chassis vehicles. No alternate plan made in these areas and taken 120min (For 45km) to cross everyday. Such a worst road exists...

The sendhwa-dhule highway is in very critical condition. Potholes are spotted every 50 meters, driving is very difficult. Switching lanes becomes very risky.
My tyres are heavily damaged and needs to be changed. Even after charging toll of rs 95 the maintenance is overseen.

Every day to and fro we all have to stand at least 15mins to 30mins to pass by - what are we punished for. Delays at toll plazas cost the country about Rs60, 000 crore a year a statement published long back WHO CARE's.

Today i have used toll - palayam toll plaza.
When i gave 10 rupees coins, operator not accepted and saying that, as per toll rules coins are not accepted. I am really surprised that, since all over india coins are accepted every where as per indian government rules. I have tried to explain him, but he is not ready to listen my words.. Kindly clarify, is there any rule or law is passed to not collect coins?? Still...

I waited on the booth for 20 mins and according to nhai law i was not supposed to pay the charges but the contractor name sadbhav engg ltd booth number 5 didn't let us go and stated that he will not open untill the charges is paid and he doesn't know the law...

On 26/10/19 i had entered the toll road around 11am at badli toll plaza. I have fastag pasted on my car windscreen and since i have fastag i assumed that as i pass the toll gate the amount would be deducted from fastag account. There was no barrier at badli toll plaza and i passed through. At the exit point of toll road on 26/10 19 at 11:28:19am i was charged by the rohtak toll plaza rs150/- (Receipt no. 00232 by emp id p3booth) for non possession...

Recently i have been to lucknow from kota so on the nawabganj toll plaza the condition of toilets was pathetic, unhygienic, stinky which was not safe to use.. Most of the time i found this situation on this route. I think the toll we are paying includes all the facilities like toilets, ambulance, etc... And being a female it's not easy to go on the roadside fro washrooms.. So nhai it's my humble request please take action on this complain...

Recently built gwalior to shivpuri road was good, infact we all in our car were liking it, but suddenly with no surprise there was big piece in road which was not present and had proper pit and then bump. This mistake of nhai caused us thousands of rupees to repair our car and then there were females and kids in car they were injured due to this incident.

Who will fix the problem caused?

We need strict action...

I am from saravakota of srikakulam district of andhra pradesh.. Hear 326 a work is under construction from narasannpeta to mohanam for the last 1 year.. Road work is in very slow.. The contactor digged total road 6 months back and not completed..

I am Fastag user and am facing no issue with most of the toll's but Kherki Daula where in Fastag is never scanned & the employess of the toll plaza get into arguments & using ABUSIVE languages.There is no mechanism to put a complaint. I think fastag is for speed mode... But these guys in the toll plaza are stopping by using barricade, ropes, cones when asked saying fastag and all means you give cash in the counter and go. Its highly regret to say that despite having rfid tag with availability of full balance in that, toll staff members always show disrespectful language, stop vehicle unnecessarily, waste my precious time.

This toll failed to correct it's rfid automation & always come in front of car during pass on.

When i try to teach them manners, they are so rough in attitude that they come out all and ready to start fighting.br...

We are travelling to amritsar, punjab with our physical handicapped vehicle. On usma toll plaza we are forced to pay 125 toll tax as toll booth operator forced us to pay toll fees arguing and giving fake excuses of that more than 70% physically handicapped persons are only liable for exemption. Pls take some required actions or educate staffs of toll booth operators....

I am from maharashtra and traveling from pune city to satara frequently. Here we are facing very bad and dangerous road with full of patholes, incomplete bridges, long ques at toll station.
