No proper road and heavy vehicle parked all over the road. Without putting proper road they started collecting toll. Also there is no proper parking for heavy vehicles. They are parked in all sides of the road.

For local public they are collecting fee. So there should be struct action taken on this toll plaza which is located on madavaram highway near manali. Even there is heavy traffic on thos area

The service road is in pathetic condition. While going from hero factory towards jaipur near malpura dharuhera. No one is giving attention on this. Public is facing problem. Even we are not able to walk on this. This service road is used by everyone from villages near by. Lot and lots of employee works for hero moto. They are forced to use wrong side of nh 8.
Please give attention on the same.

I have write about traffic jam on nh48 between dharuhera to kherki daula toll plaza.
There is very poor condition of road and also it's service lane. Due to no entry timing in evening session (5pm to 11pm) heavy vehicles park on service road and in front of hotels near kapriwas and bilaspur chowk. Biker and pedestrian are not safe on road.
Please provide safety.

Tamilnadu-salem tollways limited-nh544-salem to komarapalayam, vaiguntham plaza toll gate not accepting 10 rupee coins and they dont have reason. Simply rejecting the coins.
Argiving and saying bank not accepting 10 rupee coin and their seniors instructed them to not bring 10 rupee coins.
Central govt controlled highway toll plaza itself not bring 10 rupee coin means where to give this coins.

Sir they wrongly charged my account as it is exempt bcz we take toll of previous toll and they said it is exempt but they charge dear customer, your sbi fastag account ending with 88140 vehicle number: ma1nm2et1k2f72666 has been debited rs.130 for toll charges at kamptee kanhan bypass check toll plaza on 15-nov-2019 08:24:47 am available balance is rs.-10

I was looking for toll fee details of toll plaza between pune & mumbai on nhtis portal, but no information is available yet. Infact all other tolls across india is shown, but even the major toll over express highway such as (Kalhapur toll) is not shown. Major problem is at katai village toll as this toll is announced closed sometimes and open sometimes.

At baroda to ahmedabad toll plaza, every time i try to go from fastag lane my tag is not detected at rfid machine and than they try to do it with manual gun but gun also not detect only on that toll plaza which goes to ahmedabad from baroda on the opposite side of same plaza detect it so they have defective gun on baroda to ahmedabad fastag lane and they force me to go in general lane even though i have fastag valid with balance in it and at everyehere it detect except baroda to ahmedabad fastag lane. And very rude behaviour

I was traveling towards jaipur from sikar. At round 10 pm while crossing tatiwas toll plaza, one person namely ashok bardhwaj sitting at counter number 8, misbehaved with my mother and my wife.
I complained about the same. Incharge namely shekhawat came and asked me politely to settle the matter.
But such behavior of a person is not justified and an action should be taken against ashok bhardwaj.

We applied for nhai 54ec bonds through hdfc representatives with application nos[protected], 20060474, 20060476,[protected]. Money debited for all applications on 7th auguest & 8th august. However i don't have any clarity about allotment status. I understand from hdfc representative that nhai will take 20 days to allot bonds. However i am very surprised who is using our money for this duration. If allotment will take 20days then why they are drawing money from bank.

Please arrange speedy allotment or i will loose my tax saving window & investment become useless.

I have traveled from jaipur to delhi on 04 oct. 2019, i have fast tag on my vehicle and the the toll at manohar pura plaza (From 162.50 km to 220.00 km), the single charge was inr 65.00 which was charged on cash as well as on my fast tag. As the person sitting at toll counter told me that my fast tag is not working and same reflected in my balance after deduction of inr 65 from my fast tag balance. The cash transaction id is [protected] and trip no.in my fast tag is[protected] at 5.28 pm. Scan copy of toll cash receipt & message received is attached for reference.

Sir, this is the scene at dakankotada toll tax while traveling from udaipur to banswara, there were 4 booths only two were operative and other 2 are closed without any reason. While i was traveling i saw 1 booth is full of rush, and at the other booth the truck was passing i thought this is also operative so i start moving from that lane behind truck, suddenly a staff boy in pyjamas came in front of me and showing hand and trying to say where i am going, i said to him why are you blocking my way, . Then the boy said go to other lane, so i said so why the hell you have made this lane, he said its for show off, i didn't understand how can he talk to me like this, so i demand to call the manager which i will say a goon(daaku) a tall man in his night dress with no dress code, drunked, and starts pushing me, and saying gaali kyu di madarchod, piche hatt, haramkhor khud ko manager smjhta he kaun he tu, if i was using the bad words what was he doing, i decided to back off hence the whole toll booth staff is not humans, they ara chambal goon(daaku), they didnt know the dress code, how to talk, manager is just a formality there, while i back of they tried to open my car from outside and attacked my car. Sir i travelled this route regularly, even after my complaining the boy and the goon manager still present there i will file a complaint in local police station if this scenario repeats, and the responsibility goes to, nhai, and rsrdc, because i am informing you in prior. The family and normal people everone goes to thorough this toll tax booth, if this goons are present there nobody is safe. I demand to please fire that staff from there because they are goons. You can also see this scene in you toll tax camera, dated, 11/11/2019 time 7.40 am. What this goons trying to do and what i am doing. They dont have rules and regulations, the behaviour of staff is so ridiculous even the parking staff at railway station have better knowledge of talking and respecting customer. Please resolve this complaint asap because this os the matter of life or death. Someday these goons can me murderer soon. Who will be responsible. And please share the update of this complaint as a indian citizen i want to know how the gov. Will take action against these goons.

There are 2 tolls of same company when you go from nelamangala to tumkur (Nh4), (Toll plaza - kulumapalya toll plaza & chokkenahalli toll plaza). If you take manual toll and say you are crossing both tolls, they ask you pay only 35/- rs. If you are just crossing only one toll then 20/- rs you need to pay. But while using fastag each of this toll booth deducts 20 each on same day within 45 mins of crossing between tolls and hence you will be paying 40/- rs instead of 35/- if you use fastag. Checked with fastag issuerer and they said it was given to them by nhai and hence asked to raise a complaint here. Please make sure to sync both fastag charges and manual. I. E. 35/- rs if both toll plaza are crossed

With regard to the above there is a debit transaction of rs. 375 on 27/08/2018 to my fastag account.

The same is been informed to the concerned however they rejected by saying you that you have breached the time limit. This is just disgusting to know that we are supporting digital india campaign and in reply we are suffering due to mistakes committed by the technology.

Please solve this issue

The person who introduced himself as upendra singh chauhan and anant chavda don't know how to talk to customer. They just want to mishave verbally and too very intentionally in front of all of their staff. Also he didn't allowed me to lodge complain in the complain book which i started to fill.
I had a complain about the toll plaza card for which i paid for. Neither they are giving the card nor they are returning the money.
This happened on 11-november-2019.

1. The roads under the sampla haryana toll is very bumpy.
2. Also the staff including the higher officials are corrupted.
3. You can easily cross the toll using some chits written with reference of officials.

This can be observed if you stand by the toll in busy hours.
These crocodiles are eating up the resources and may be the country.

This is a humble request being an aware citizen to please look into the matter and take suitable steps possible.
So that the conditions improve.
Your actions would be highly appreciated.

I traveled on 10nov, 19 using my hr30n 9068 and passed through toll plaza chhajrasi. After passing thru toll gate i was informed that my fast tag is black listed and have to pay toll fee again.
Later i got message that toll fee of rs.125 is deducted twice.
The two transaction id are : [protected] and [protected].
Kindly arrange to refund of rs.125 to my fast tag account.

The fastag readers at vashi toll plaza, new mumbai are not working. The staff insist on cash only payments and enact a drama, trying to read the tag with mobile phones and then show us on their screen, a message that the fastag is no longer valid or there is no balance available. Then they insist on payment is cash only. The toll staff are absolute cheats and show wrong information, even if there is no problem with the fastag. I have a doubt if the receipts issued by them are genuine.

The condition is pathetic.. Dust and now fog. Everyday accidents are happening and for health it is more dangerous than delhi smog. Road is like roller coaster. Everyday travelling people facing a lot of problems but no one is there to help pls help the people of begusarai.. Ballia of bihar it will be a great help everday people are facing problems. I am from gorakhpur district. It was informed that some part of my land will be covered by nhai in order to development of nh-29 (Gorakhpur to vanarasi).
I have submitted all my documents required for the value of my land to the office. After some time i have got some of the total amount decided by nhai for my land but their is no information about the remaining amount. The actual location of my land is in kauriram.
Sir/ madam i am farmer by profession and need some action against it as quick as possible.

I am chennai based. For renewal of kyc for fastag, none of the equitas bank branches are accepting my form. They are asking me to got to ambattur branch
Which is 30 km from my residence,
The branch in kk nagar, mambalam, t nagar and usman road are not accepting my kyc details.
The message from equitas says all branches will accept.
This bank has to be cancelled from issuing fastag because of such shoddy service.
