This is to bring to your notice that while travelling from Gajraula(UP) to Delhi on 7th November 2019 at 16:48 via NH-9 we had to cross Chhajarsi Fee Plaza where after paying toll tax we were given the receipt with a different vehicle registration number (2948) than ours (HR 26 BU 9747). We couldn't check the number then because of a very long queue due to heavy traffic. This unfair practice needs to be brought to the notice of authorities as soon as possible.

At indore-ahmedabad highway, ghata billod entire road are damage under the flyover near ghatta billod toll. The toll is constantly being charged and the road is not being maintained for anything. More than half a meter is full of water. He has become an accident zone and there are many trucks and trolley overturning at night. The national highway authority should take action as soon as possible and take care of the safety of the peoples, taking care of road safety and security, and get it repaired as soon as possible and till the toll is closed. Even though the toll manager knows everything, he does not focus on repairing nor maintenance.

While travelling on solapaur - pune national highway on 30th oct 219 at varwade toll plaza at around 6.30pm in my personal car having registration number ga08 n7262 of hyundai make and elantra model, this toll plaza collected highway toll fee from me 3 times for the single entry.

I have fastag account, hence i reached etc lane at 6.28pm. The toll fee got deducted from the account, however the boom barrier was not lifting. The toll personnel then diverted me to the other gate through que. After reaching the barrier of other gate at 6.36pm, again the toll fee got deducted through fastag account however the boom barrier was still not lifting up to give me a way. Now the toll collection officer demanded fee in cash as their system does not show any fee deduction. To avoid traffic congestion further, i have paid fee in cash at 6.37pm and got the receipt. This makes three times fee collection for the single entry.

This was painful. I demand the refund of extra fee collected with suitable compensation for time and energy spent in dealing with this episode.

Government is pushing for mandatory fastag at one side and not gearing up handle such change at the other side. The time spent in que is not less than other vehicles without fastag. So what's the advantage of fastag, its burden?

All the gates are letting vehicles without fastag and we had to wait for a long time. The bus ahead o[censored]s made us wait for a long time as he did not have change.
When we enquired the staff about the same, he was very rude.

As it is, you are not providing quality roads for the amount you charge. And you can't even employ decent staff. Horrible

I want to bring out that toll staff on nh between lucknow and faizabad, ahmedpur toll plaza are asking for payment of toll from armed forces personnel, which is exempted as per supreme court orders. On informing the toll staff about the same the toll staff misbehaves and also asks for movement orders and other confidential documents from army personnel. You are requested to take corrective action and at least inform the toll personnel about thier duties so that they don't unnecessarily harass armed forces personnel.

Movement on road is a fast one. Toll counters are speed breakers so far. Ok. But fastags replacing cash collections will make journies a nightmare. Digital highway or its applications suffer a lot. Hassle free digital transactions is still at a distance. But we are in a hurry to use fastags which will be disastrous for the present. Ensure trouble free digital road; then introduce fastags.

I was travelling from Nashik to Pune on 04-Nov-2019 via Express Way.
At Hiwargaon toll plaza, I have paid 120 Rs as toll charges for travelling up-to Pune. (Receipt Attached)
At Hiwargaon Toll plaza, I shown them receipt and after their scanning, barrior opened. When I reached at Pune, I received SMS as 80 Rs of toll is deducted from my Fastag. (SMS Snapshot attached)
If Toll Plaza will deduct such double charges then how consumer can trust on the Fastag System?

Today i crossed badbar-toll plaza near sangrur punjab.. Firstly when i come and blown horn then barrier moved only little bit with foot by sitting on chair then when i entered near by automatic barrier then its not opened and then blown large horn then too executive told come in another que then i back my car and come to another line... Its haraased allot.

U are requested to look into the matter for easiness and convenience.

Its v much bad experience today.

Hi, i travel gzaziabad to hapur and i travel frequently. Last i travel 31st october 2019 and paid 70 rps for one side, the i again cross the toll on 3rd november 2019 they asking me to paid 125 for single side it is almost a double amount. They said government raise the toll charges. Can any one tell me what is the rule or calculation that government measure it. Because road only construct before hapur by-pass..
If this is the actual cost then sorry to say its not right fee that you are asking to public. Government need to think about this.

Please reply it because i am asking it behalf of public.

I am a frequent traveler on delhi, panipat route, i was just amazed to see the work of the contractor who is doing the highway of delhi to panipat, as the contractor had started the work at mostly all the intersections, where the flyover are to be made, its been a 2 years or more had passed away not even one flyover has been completed.
I do not know what are parameters of nhai to check the work of the contractor, how it is doing and moreover they had not even made the proper arrangement of collection toll, not enough lanes to collect the toll and there is no one on the toll plaza to manned the traffic, every body is just busy in collecting the toll that is it... Please do some checks asap so that public will be relived...
I hope my voice is reaching the correct ears...

Near sakleshpura on nh 75 road user's facing lot of difficulty and trouble for travelling in the highway, during night it's a drivers and passengers nightmare to travel please let roads to be repaired as soon as possible, to avoid accident and breakdown of vehicles in bangalore to mangalore highway. Women and children facing lot of discomfort and poor maintenance of highway by nhai and pwd.

Myself naman khandelwal, residing in nadiad, today went to ahmedabad by my
Nissan sunny (Gj03jr9396) enabled with fastag through ne-1 and in return i stopped at toll tax plaza on ne-1 ahmedabad for washroom.
What i saw was very heart breaking for me to see the urinals are dirty and no maintenance and cleanliness of the same has been made. Also no water for flush system in unrinals working. Am paying toll tax worth nearly about 100/- and the toll tax cant even provide me clean toilets so one can use it when needed.
I request you to keep clean and maintained toilets wherever installed on highways.

Please look at the condition of chamarajanagar to tamilnadu border road, there is no road at all.
Please try to take some serious action.
Thousands of vehicles were being travelled in this road. This road is not valid for walking also..
Where we are living, so confusing after seeing this type of roads, small cars are not able to move at all. Definitely we are not living in good times

I traveled from pune to chennai via hyderabad on 23-24 oct (Vehicle no mh12kt0580) and returned from chennai to pune on 1-2 nov via lepakshi and davangere. The fastag worked good, though there are some delays because only one lane is fastag at some toll plazas (Need more gates for fastag). However, kini toll plaza made a problem because their fastag detector (Both the one overhead and the handheld device) were not working. But instead of accepting their fault, they said that my fastag has been blacklisted. When i said that i used it all the way for almost 2300 km, they said that my balance may be over. I showed him that i had 950 rs balance. Finally i did not agree to anything and forced them to use the handheld device again. This time it worked. This is totally unprofessional on their part. What will happen when all the vehicles have fastag in the future?

Delhi-gurgaon nh-18 toll plaza mcepl km.42, i asked to deduct the toll from fastag but he said the fastag was blocked. He took toll by cash with slip generated without vehicle number but he opened the gate from fastag. Toll was taken at 5:20 but the message came at5:31 resuling in this cheating. Please make sure to refund the fastag amount & no such incident happens in the future.

In nh 66, near uppinakote, there is an illegal divide which lead into many accidents and fatal deaths. It's been told to many times and not a single action has been taken yet. Request you to take an action in this and close the divider as early as possible. Many fatal accidents has been caused and authorities has negligence towards the issue.

नेशनल हाईवे 8 पर जयपुर मैं 200 फिट बायपास पर 5 speed breaker बने हुए हैं जिससे कोई भी भारी व्हीकल हाइवे पर speed से गुजरता है तो करीब 50 मीटर दूर मेरी बिल्डिंग Sky Titan बनी हुई है जब कोई भारी व्हीकल speed breake से तेज गति में गुजरता है तो हमारी बिल्डिंग SKY TITAN में बा आसपास के एरिया में बहुत तेज कंपन महसूस होता है और मैंने पहले एक और complain मैं एनएचआई office जयपुर मैं the thi use complain के बेस पर कुछ ऑफिसर आए थे वह 5 बा 10 मिनट हमारे यहां रुके तो हमने उनको सब कुछ बताया पर वह नहीं माने तो हमने कहा सर आप नाइट में कंपन अच्छी तरीके से चेक कर सकते हैं तो आप एक बात नाइट के समय आने का कष्ट करें फिर वह ऑफिसर नहीं है मैंने दोबारा एनएचआई को कंप्लेंट करते हुए बोला तो रिटर्न मैं मेरे घर एक लेटर आया उस लेटर में कुछ ऐसा लिखा था कि हमारे ऑफिसर मौके पर पहुंचकर पड़ताल की पर हमें ऐसा कुछ नहीं लगा तो मैं आपसे गुजारिश करता हूं की आप in speed breaker remove कराने का कष्ट करें

On the toll khed shivapur express way. I am traveling on 2nd nov 2019. And i asked the person to use my vehical fasttag and he told me this is not working and taken hard card from me and also debited money from my fast tag.. I want my money should be returned... I have start using fastag from 26.10.2019. I had pass bhatia toll plaza surat on 26.10.2019 & 31.10.2019. @ bhatia toll plaza before fastag local vehical gj05 has to pay just 20rs for one way trip but unfortunately during above both date 105rs deducted from fastag account. So i had registered the complaint. The particular details are as follows.

After above incident while i was returning fastag had black listed my account. So i had to pay 20rs. @ toll booth.

Today also i have passed through bhatia toll plaza. Before passing it i had visited fastag office & met officer. He has informed me that we don't have provision for local traveler @ fastag. Even he has informed that i am not going get reimbursement for above transaction for which i had registered the complaint.

So sincerely request you to look in to it & do the needful asap.

I have purchased a new car in which fastag of paytm was provided by honda dealer against extra payment, on reaching the pundag toll plaza located on nh 33 in between ranchi and ramgarh (Jharkhand) for getting my montly pass activated for local resident within 15kms of toll plaza today at 11:20am, i was told to buy a new fastag from toll plaza and was told that paytm fastag wont work for local pass at this toll plaza. I want to know is it a policy of nhai that i have to purchase fastag from the toll plaza to avail local pass or i am being fool by toll plaza employees to sell there fastag of idfc bank.
Kindly advice or provide guidelines for the same to solve my problem at the earliest
