On the toll khed shivapur express way. I am traveling on 2nd nov 2019. And i asked the person to use my vehical fasttag and he told me this is not working and taken hard card from me and also debited money from my fast tag.. I want my money should be returned... Attaching proof of both tansaction. My car no is mh14hq8111. Please resolve it as soon as possible

I have start using fastag from 26.10.2019. I had pass bhatia toll plaza surat on 26.10.2019 & 31.10.2019. @ bhatia toll plaza before fastag local vehical gj05 has to pay just 20rs for one way trip but unfortunately during above both date 105rs deducted from fastag account. So i had registered the complaint. The particular details are as follows.

After above incident while i was returning fastag had black listed my account. So i had to pay 20rs. @ toll booth.

Today also i have passed through bhatia toll plaza. Before passing it i had visited fastag office & met officer. He has informed me that we don't have provision for local traveler @ fastag. Even he has informed that i am not going get reimbursement for above transaction for which i had registered the complaint.

So sincerely request you to look in to it & do the needful asap.

I have purchased a new car in which fastag of paytm was provided by honda dealer against extra payment, on reaching the pundag toll plaza located on nh 33 in between ranchi and ramgarh (Jharkhand) for getting my montly pass activated for local resident within 15kms of toll plaza today at 11:20am, i was told to buy a new fastag from toll plaza and was told that paytm fastag wont work for local pass at this toll plaza. I want to know is it a policy of nhai that i have to purchase fastag from the toll plaza to avail local pass or i am being fool by toll plaza employees to sell there fastag of idfc bank.
Kindly advice or provide guidelines for the same to solve my problem at the earliest

Along pune solapur expressway at sardewadi toll plaza lane 2, booth no. Operator gs0092 did not take immediate action on block caused in lane 2 by an unpaid taxi. The management just stood watching even on complaining by other customers. Please try to manage such situations and avoid causing problems to other rule following folks. I need to know the action taken in regard to complaint. Train your personals to handle situations and time management.

The maintainence of side drains opp. our compnay at Pedakakani, Guntur is very poor. water is not moving in the drain which in return causing lot o[censored]nhygenic conditions. Location south indian tobacco enterprises opp.Bommidala cancer institute. water is not moving inthe drain and it is filled with mud and plastic covers and water is overflowing ....

Toll plaza name mahuvan nh2, da toll pvt ltd. I was going from agra to mathura on 1/11/2019 at 10.25 am, when i have reached this toll booth then booth operator asked for fast tag i said i will pay in cash, so i have paid him cash and when i reached mathura, my elder brother shown me msg in phone that she has also deducted the amount from fast tag also. This is complete fraud by that lady employee. I paid him rs. 105 and she deducted the same amount from fast tag too. Please have a enquiry such unethical employee. Detail are

There are cctv installed, where u can see cash transaction too and fast tag payment detail are there already in your system. Please have strict action against such unethical employee otherwise such employee will cause of failure of good fast tag system.

On 30th nov i was travelling from jhansi to talbehat. On toll plaza a staff member without name strip was available on counter. I said him to give me a slip for double side travel so that i can save some tax. But he gave me one side slip only. At this i became aggressive nd ask the reson but staff member starts to use bulgur words and abuses. Wen i asked his name he quoted our hon'ble pm name and says u r not... So i told u my name.

After this misbehaviour i leave toll with same. Its not good for customer service.

Dear sir/madam in sirhind city distt fatehgarh sahib local m. L. A given auhority to make bus stand or run through for buses under bridge on panipat jalandhar national highway however this space is meant for parking purpose. For cars or trucks. If any trucker park their vehicle govt officials cut their challan. Please take some appropriate step to stop this illegal act.

Chennai koyambedu to vellore highway road last few years damaged condition, for that problem, that highway always having more traffic.. Poonamallee to maduravoyal actual travel time 25 mins.. But it will take more than one hour. Please take action immediately.. Personally i faced more problem, when i traveling on this way. Road very worst like a sand road.. Rainy season i can't tell that condition, it is very very worst. Please take this issue seriously & take permenant action

Its between adilabad and nagpur approx 20 km before hinganghat road and patches are in worst condition. Its on nh44. And the condition of road in nh44 is not good.
Nearest toll to the wort road patch is daroda.
Please make some arrangements to build the road patches.
There are chances of accidents at the road there. There were difficulty in driving at night time.

As i am were commercial vehicle owner my vehicle use to pass through the toll gate for my business purpose. By today while passing the vehicle in rain. The weight differs from the lane w-bridge to seprate w - bridge in same toll gate. Weight is excess more than 3200 kgs and they have asked for the penalty of rs.330 in the way of nonviolence by ceasing the mobile and vehicle rc

Then why the charge so high to us.

Hello, i am from kavali town, andhra pradesh. We usually travel to our district headquarters nellore. But the highways are really bad. There is a bridge being constructed from past many years near dagadarthi village and because of that construction, there are many accidents happening and the contractor is not even responding. There are about 100 people who left their lives because of this ongoing construction. Please solve this issue.

I was driving from Nashik to Thane. Just about 1 KM from Igatpuri, there is a severe patch of paver block to cover pot holes. This patch has an abrupt start sort of sudden step where this patch begins. It was around 8:25 pm on October 30 where due to bad lights I didn’t see any warnings or couldn’t locate this sudden step of paver block. I was driving at a speed of 60 kmph with my parents, wife and 2 kids. As my car struck this patch it was big impact that we all were pushed on ceiling. Indicators wiper etc got turned on and above all my internally adjustable side mirror on driver side came off. Fortunately it did not break hence I stopped my vehicle on the curb right besides milestone that says ”igatpuri 1 km” and called emergency number with intention of getting some help. Unfortunately the person started talking about rains, warnings, told me how good is quality of his road and asked me do I want 2.5 feet pot hole instead. I pleaded him that all I need is some help mirror and he blamed me for my driving. I even said that even a small tape to paste mirror is enough. But the person totally denied help. For me driving with broken mirror is a risk and emergency for my family. I am not a professional driver who can drive at night time with no mirror. My first complain is for rude behavior of helpline. They are rude with non helping behavior. My second complaint is that any road must not have such sudden step. Third you must take more care for such conditions and finally we pay toll we deserve being helped without being blamed for.

I was charged a toll of 45/- on the second toll gate of bangalore kunigal road, just before belur cross (Where i took a left turn to go to mysore) on 26th october, 2019. I told the toll collector that i am taking the immediate next left and should not be charged, however he incorrectly explained that it is for the travel that i have already completed from the previous toll gate. But didn't i already pay 45/- at the first toll plaza for the distance i am going to cover?

The first toll plaza that comes right after entering the bangalore-kunigal-hassan road at nelamangala is just about 5-7 km, so the 45/- that was collected cannot be for this small stretch.

The National Highway 52 at Aklera District JHALAWAR Rajasthan 326033, the road lights of the service road is not on from last 6 months and nobody is operating from last 6 months.

Due to above reason, many accidents have happening and many persons have been dead.

So, I request to you that please start the road lights of the service road of Aklera District JHALAWAR Rajasthan 326033.

I used to travel everyday in nh5 national highway (Redhills to tada) since 2015. Road conditions are very worse from karanodai bridge to elavur integrated check post. Bridge constructions (Around 10) are too slow and the service roads which made to cross near bridges are can't use and unfit for car and other lower chassis vehicles. No alternate plan made in these areas and taken 120min (For 45km) to cross everyday. Such a worst road exists while enter to one of the biggest south city (Chennai). Need nhai immediate action to resolve in warfoot basis.

The sendhwa-dhule highway is in very critical condition. Potholes are spotted every 50 meters, driving is very difficult. Switching lanes becomes very risky.
My tyres are heavily damaged and needs to be changed. Even after charging toll of rs 95 the maintenance is overseen.
I hope this complain reaches to correct person. Please take the problem seriously because it can lead to many road accidents. If you don't believe me you can check it yourself.

Every day to and fro we all have to stand at least 15mins to 30mins to pass by - what are we punished for. Delays at toll plazas cost the country about Rs60, 000 crore a year a statement published long back WHO CARE's.

- Is this toll even a legal one or is this a scam
- Its been there for years now and the collection is going up - why is it still there
- Bad pathetic roads - even after all these collections
- Pathetic monitoring traffic (people do cross overs from all direction)

- what is the resolution for this ? How do you take it down

It is a menace and unfair to say that people are earning at what cost.

Dear sir,
Today i have used toll - palayam toll plaza.
When i gave 10 rupees coins, operator not accepted and saying that, as per toll rules coins are not accepted. I am really surprised that, since all over india coins are accepted every where as per indian government rules. I have tried to explain him, but he is not ready to listen my words.. Kindly clarify, is there any rule or law is passed to not collect coins?? Still many toll plaza operators are giving and receiving coins, then why only this toll plaza is having seperate rule??
